Dinner 6pm Monday May 18th The service provided by Karen was great as was the chicken tenders. The chicken fried steak was BAD it was not in house breaded most likely came on a frozen bag of a 100 from Sam's. It looked like it was sun dried road kill breaded with saw dust. It was so BAD I took two bites and left the rest. The gravy was a thick mixture of flour water to much salt. If you go to O Charley's don't order the chicken fried steak.

Went here with friends this weekend and we loved it. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is just how smooched the seating is and the place is general. The food is the best Ive had in a long time.. I even took home a slice of pecan pie and it was heaven! My husband and I love the chicken tenders! Yummy yummy place!!

Although it is a restaurant chain, let me tell you I have never ever had such amazing customer service! Liking to a five star restaurant in customer service! And if you go order the fish and chips the batter is wonderful and cooked to perfection! When I come back for business this is my go to place. The manager Dave was on top of everything and spoke to us like family.

Honestly the food was OUTSTANDING, however our service was terrible. Wife and I went here for dinner while we were in Pensacola. The restaurant was noisy as all get out, even the side opposite the bar area. Our waiter introduced himself 3 times, which was a solid indicator of what we should expect. I got an appetizer as my meal, the one with three different appetizers: chicken tenders, spicy jack cheese wedges and potato wedges. I specifically asked for a side of buffalo sauce, and also a side of fries as I knew my entree would be shared by my wife. He repeated everything back correctly but didn't write it down. After our food arrived, no buffalo sauce...he came by 4 mins later and said "I'll be right back with your buffalo sauce." I waited roughly 20-some odd minutes, grazing my food, and he never came back so I finished it instead of have cold chicken tenders. Also, the side of fries was about a handful of fries on a comparatively giant plate. A total of about 23-ish fries. The picture attached here is right after receiving...when he came by to top off our drinks when done eating, I directed his attention to the untouched plate of fries and asked how much he intended to bill me for them, to which he did not know but guesstimated about $3....I asked that he take it off the ticket as that was robbery. He offered to bring me more fries and I declined...why not just give more fries to begin with? Again, all in all we would return for the food if we were guaranteed better, more attentive service, and assuming they discovered their friend fries should not be more expensive than gasoline (by comparison of course).

It's no O'Shuck's!! Haha inside joke. Anyway. I sat at the bar for lunch and their house vodka is really smooth. Yay! Poblano chowder on Mondays is really good. Like I wish I got a bowl instead of a cup good. Yum. Anyway, my tender Laura was sweet and attentive and fun to chat with. I can see why it's busy here. I'll be back for sure.

Went on valentines night and had the steal. I was really surprised that is was that good. I would recommend this place and give it a try when you can. It is also kid friendly.

Just moved to the Pensacola area and kept seeing tv commercials of this place. My husband and I decided to check it out, place is super clean and everyone that works there is very nice. We both ordered ice tea and they always made sure drinks were topped off. I had the black n blue salad and my husband had the southern chicken salad, both were EXCELLENT. We will definately be coming back . The manager even came by our table to see how our meal was which was really nice. Overall great experience and good food.

The best waitress I have ever had, anywhere! Rachel was funny, attentive, and quick. She got me good a couple of times until I caught on to her. Asked me for my id when I ordered a drink. When I looked at her funny she said, "Ha, just kidding!". Then when my mom ate a piece of my catfish she said they had a strict no sharing policy and we would have to order another plate. Kidding again! She had me cracking up all through dinner. Mom had the cheesy potato soup and loved it. I ordered the catfish and I got four huge pieces! It was light and flaky and delicious. Stepdad had shrimp primavera and he seemed to really enjoy it. Order the tangerine pomegranate margarita! It comes in a huge margarita glass and is damn tasty!

You really need to have a lack of tastebuds in order to eat here. Frozen over-priced food that tastes ... well... it doesn't. So bland and not worth the money. Its no wonder the avg age of guests while I was there was probably 65

The last time I rated O'Charley's I was not a happy camper - the chef's just can't cook a steak to save their lives; however, it's still my favorite neighborhood hangout with a consistent, friendly staff, good food and great prices. I'll still be going to O'Charley's when all the new places outlive their usefulness.

...so O'Charley's has never let me down.. but then again I always order the same thing everytime I go. The Southern Fried Chicken Salad with Ranch Dressing. I think they've changed the name and its not called that anymore, but it still tastes the same. Its sooo good, but it always has to be with Ranch Dressing, any other dressing wont do. ohhhhh and the rolls, when they are hot, fresh out the oven.. oooooh honey child mmm mmm good, but can they possibly bring out more rolls than just the number of people sitting at the table.. if there are 2 of us, dont just bring 2 rolls, bring me 4 rolls Mr. O'Charley. ..... But If they ever take it off the menu, I'll stop coming here, cause I mean, its an O'Charleys.

On a plus side they were quickly able to find seats for 10 people at 6:00 pm on a Friday night. The downside was a poor waitress who was clearly either brand new to the job, Or having the worst night of her life. SLOW, Not a single round of drinks was correct, I was reminded of the song Haleys Waitress, The kitchen got the food orders wrong. food items were missing. All and all a very rough night for the food service industry. Too many other places in Pensacola to eat for the service to be that bad.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! I mean it really was! The ice tea for one is $2.99? I think other restaurants charge $1.50 for beverages. They charge way too much for drinks. The other thing, being that Pensacola is a military city, they should include a military discount, which, guess what, they do not? If you can't appreciate military in a military town, I don't need to be eating or shopping at that establishment. I ordered their Angus sandwich, it was tasteless, there was limp onion rings topped on it, probably meant to give the tasteless sandwich flavor, but I rather not eat friend onion rings for taste. The au jus sauce tasted like water. I only managed to eat a couple bites of the sandwich because it tasted terrible. The potato soup is not as good as I remembered. Our waiter was rude and gave us a sigh of reluctance to serve us because we were being wishy washy women taking our time to figure out what we wanted. They have a 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup so called 'special' for $5.99, but with a drink it costs over $10.00. The whole experience was a 2 star experience. I will never go back. No thanks. Everything on the menu is over-priced, I couldn't find a decent priced item on that menu. Steak for $17.99, we're talking a step up from a diner.

Menu appeared to have good value and coupons like other chain restaurants (Applebees or 99), but they had a long wait on a Wednesday night! A table for 2 requires a 30 minute wait.

Husband was craving a salad so we headed here tonight. We sat in the bar area just to stay away from any kiddies. He got the fried chicken salad. I got the chicken tender appetizer and a side salad. Most appetizers are 1/2 off from 4-7 so it was a great deal. Britanny served us. She was friendly and always kept our glasses topped off.

The service was okay. I can't remember her name but she wasn't overly friendly, but also she wasn't rude. The dude was okay also. My steak was rather dry for medium, the ribs were good though. The best thing this place has to offer is its awesome buttery FREE rolls. Those are something to speak about.
