Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

One reviewer mentioned that this restaurant is never crowded. I understand why. When we entered the restaurant, we noticed that we were the only ones in the place. The lone waitress was sweeping and seemed to be annoyed by our interruption of her work. She finally walked over and asked what we wanted. I ordered the vegetable fried rice, and I asked her to make sure it did not have any eggs in it. She looked at me, then snickered and rolled her eyes. The food arrived quickly. Too quickly, as it turned out. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. My wife had ordered the orange chicken, and she said that it tasted like an entrée that came from the frozen food section of our local grocery store. If you are looking for undercooked TV dinners served by surly waitresses, then you will enjoy Jin Jin. Otherwise, avoid this place.

It was a BIG mistake going here and I am baffled why anyone sane, would subject themselves to such DISGUSTING food. I am new to the area and was famished (as I had just got done unloading tons of boxes)so decided to see what was around in terms of food, which is how I stumbled on this place. I ordered the garlic chicken and hunan chicken, and let's just say what I got was far from chicken. It tasted so GROSS, and I shudder to think what kind of meat I was given because that was DEFINITELY NOT CHICKEN. Roadkill perhaps? I would give this place 0 stars of I could. Oh...and the lady that got my order seemed to have an attitude. If you love your health, DO NOT EAT HERE!!! What you think is chicken might be cat, and beef might be someone's ex-pet dog.

Decent enough tasting food. Service was near non-existent. Buffet was only lightly stocked and no attempt was made to restock it that night while we were there. Overall a good value though.

I went in an hour before closing, and even though the staff was cleaning up for the night, they were polite and quick about getting my order ready. The food was fresh, hot, and tastes really good. The portion was good, too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good Chinese food even at a later hour!

Good Chinese on the go buffet. Food fresh and never crowded. Very clean too I would recommend this place if you are ever in this part of town.

The sushi "chef" has a bad attitude and so does at least one of the male workers...cashier/server. Every time I have gone in, there is no sushi on the buffet. I try to be patient and it seems like it takes forever to just put out a couple of rolls. Other reviews talk about being OUT of items on the buffet. Very true. When I suggested to the server/manager/cashier that maybe they could make some such I and cover it with cellophane he had a very hard time understanding what I was trying to say. Then, when he did he said it would make it too hard for people to get to it. I told him the rice gets hard and dry if not covered. He didn't care...he is obviously not the owner. He said they would just throw it out. This was just within the last week. I try to allow for "bad days". I called the health dept a few weeks ago. One of young children of the owner, or worker looked to be about 3 years old. He had a dish rag/towel and was trying to help by wiping off tables. He would drop the rag on the floor and then wipe tables....he did about 4 tables. I told the employees and they need to CLEAN the tables with disinfectant. They did not understand me...but I tried. They were actually watching as the kid wiped the tables and dropping his rag. No tells no what goes on in the kitchen. Probably won't go back. I will say this..the teriyaki chicken is excellent.

Here right now having lunch. One of the employees has two kids all over the restaurant. Another customer put her two kids with them. Not the best experience that I have had in a place of business. The food on the buffet wasn't all that warm. They sure don't put much in the pans and their sauces are very bland. I will not be back! Very disappointing.

Been here on two different occasions. It got worse with each visit. First visit: Arrived a little late, before closing. Was told buffet was closed, menu only. No worries we ordered off the menu only to watch the waitress pull food from the buffet line. Food was cold, bland, over all bad. Second visit: lunch visit, food was the same. Save your money...not worth it.

Take out is the key to this place! Never had buffet. It looked rather old and dry. But I do takeout here because they cook all takeout fresh and hot! Good deal for 2 entrees come at 15$ that includes soup or egg roll.. Lunch is only 5.35$.. They also have family specials 4 entrees only 21.99$ served fresh hot and portions are generous..

We had the buffet for late lunch on sunday, but only few people were there. The only table that was there was quiet and looked mad.... and I can imagine why after we had left. About the half of the trays were empty and the other half of the trays were almost empty. there is not much of a selection to begin with..... and half of that wasnt even there. EVERYTHING we had was old and stale. I am not just saying.... EVERYTHING! it seems like everything was sitting out since early in the morning. We paid $19 for that nasty food... I dont know how a place this terrible can be in business. very dissapointed. I would NOT recommend this place.
