Very fair at best. Absolutely let down with service and ticket times in the middle of the afternoon on a Sat. Not lunch or dinner and took over an hour for our meal. Burger was good, wife's chicken sandwich was very bland. Server barely checked on us at all, drink glasses empty, no condiments, and my burger was actually wrong to top it all off. Probably won't come back

I have never been to a Red Robin before and I have to say I really liked it. I had the Southern Charm burger and it was really good. I also had the Thorny Margarita which was not so bad but I've had better. It had a good variety on the menu so it made it a little difficult to choose my item. So many to choose from!!!!! The service was on point however it wasn't so busy during the time we went.

Great place great atmosphere the food was really good the desert was really good the only bad thing was a friends drink his glass was dirty with a old strawberry in it we asked for a different glass that was all but I would totally come again

This location offers a pretty average dining experience. I wouldn't call it bad, I'd just say that it leaves a lot to be desired. They do offer several salads and non-hamburger options but I'm assuming most of you reading about Red Robin on Yelp are interested in their burgers. Their burgers are usually tasty and they definitely have a good variety of toppings/flavor profiles to satisfy your burger craving. I usually choose between their Banzai [teriyaki, pineapple, cheddar] and the Bleu Ribbon [blue cheese, aioli, onion straws]. The burgers are served with tasty steak fries that are supposedly AYCE, but it usually feels like the staff is instructed to limit the customer to only a second serving. You can satisfy your sweet tooth with the 'mountain high mudd pie' or the 'chocolate fruffles', both were surprisingly satisfying. Up and down service with slightly above average burgers...you could do worse, but you can definitely do a lot better.

This is a great place for burgers. I love the variety of sandwiches they have. I always get the double Tavern!!!! Very good. This is my daughter's favorite food place. I think when she gets old enough she may be a yelper just like her mom and I. We both enjoy coming here whether it's me and my daughter, the whole family, or just by myself!!! I really want to try a different burger at some point, but not today. Today I am ready for my double Tavern. With good burgers, good service, and good location ( the mall) I will definitely be back soon.

Decided to try something out of the norm for dinner and remembered this place. I actually can't believe t took me this long to go here. The servers were very nice and the food was pretty great. I wanted to keep eating but I was so full! I had a Bbq bacon burger and a blue drink that's currently featured on their menu (I can't remember the name) and it was incredible. Their menu has a lot to offer and I liked that everything was customizable. I also really liked the milkshakes they were just a bit small. Overall we were pretty happy that we decided to try something new

I love Red Robbin!!!! Every time I eat there I order the same thing, a Blue Ribbon burger! It's absolutely delicious! I'm very halo they opened locations in South Florida!!! I would definitely recommend this place and the Blue Ribbon burger! Oh and the milkshakes are amazing!!!!

YUMMMMMM!!! If you have never been to Red Robin, it is a national restaurant chain that specializes in burgers (pink or no pink!) and bottomless fries. The burgers are always high quality and the chicken sandwiches are delicious. Also, the freckled lemonade and root beer floats have unlimited free refills, which is awesome. The decor is standard American with lots of signage on the walls, similar to an Applebees. They have TVs that play ESPN. Overall, it is about our favorite chain burger joint around.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I agree burgers are good. Sitting waiting 30 min to get food is ridiculous. Especially when there are only 7 tables seated. William Ormsby

I am in love with the whisky burger and the unlimited sweet potato fries!!! This burger is messy, greasy, crunchy and with a hint of sweetness, which makes it perfect for me!!! The prices are great, nice atmosphere and friendly staff, but the service can take a long time.

Sat at the bar. Jaime the bartender was a superhero. He was attending to the Bar top as well as the high top tables and he never missed a beat with regard to any aspect of anybody's meals or drinks. Great service and awesome drinks and burgers.

I was really excited to try Red Robins and I was extremely disappointed. The service was lacking, the waitress didn't get one thing right about our order- she didn't even ask how we wanted our burgers cooked, and the bathroom looked worse than some college parties I've been to. I'll try Red Robin in the future, but not at this location. *6 hours later and I have food poisoning. Thanks Red Robin

Everything here is amazing, the burgers are juicy, the milkshakes are the best, and who doesn't love endless fries? Best place for burgers!

Bad or I should call it worse service. On a Monday when the place is empty, the food came super late and they messed up our order. The attitude of the server is also very bad

I ventured into Red Robin's thinking I might want to try a gourmet burger (well, a veggie burger really). But instead went for one of their wraps and was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the Whisky River BBQ Chicken Wrap. It was light and very tasty -- the chicken was nicely seasoned. My friend, however, didn't have as good an experience as me. She ordered the Guacamole Bacon Burger. She said it was tasty but the burger itself was overcooked. What surprised us is that the place was not that full yet the service was super slow and they managed to overcook the burger. Not very reassuring for a place that touts "gourmet burgers" in its name. That's why I gave it 3 stars. Hopefully my next visit to Red Robin will be better and, if so, I will be sure to update my review.

The food nothing special but the service is the worst in my life, because we ordered and we wait a lotttt.

The pretzel bites were ok. The beer cheese with it had to be sent back and the replacement wasn't great. The bonzai burger was delicious. We preferred the sweet potato fries to the steak fries. Service was mostly ok.

Service took ...FOR-E-VER , FOR-E-VER, FOR-E-VER....and yes I totally said that like the kid in "The Sandlot" Only reason I didn't get upset is because out waiter was a sweetie and he tried to accommodate things. I'm understanding and reasonable. I had the fish sandwich and it was awesome! We also ordered a burger and it was not that great. A bit bland even. The bottomless fries are my favorite. They are so good. A bit greasy but I'm sure that's what makes them so yummy. I like the food and the service has always been good, so I won't hold the lengthy wait against them, but they do take long.

It took 20 mins to get a waitresses attention or a greeting. There was about 9 tables occupied amongst 30 or more in the restaurant. It took 45minutes to get my margarita. The staff moved at a glacial pace or just moved around like confused ants. The bartender is so loud and obnoxious that during my conversation with my husband my thoughts were being railroaded by his loud voice and his pointless banter. The appetizers where the better part of this whole show. My husbands bun was soaked in grease. My burger was decent. Not worth the wait or the title of " gourmet " ....red robins uuummm (not yum).

Stick with the burgers anything else on the menu proceed with caution. I ordered two things and they were both loaded with drippy nasty sauces.

Tried this for the first time. The service was awful we waited 20 min before they took our order then waited for drinks had to ask for them. No sauce offered for fries, extra fries took 15 min to bring out. $30 for two of us for just hamburgers and drinks too expensive.fudderuckers much better choice for burgers

Service was friendly but slow, orders came back wrong. Food is expensive for what you're getting. $70 for a family of five with small kids all having hamburgers. Not that the food was bad, but it just didn't impress me enough to want to go back anytime soon.

I am very selective on who gets all stars. With that being said, I LOVE Red Robin! I love their burgers and bottomless fries! I am a burger fanatic and before I acquired my taste buds to try different foods, burgers were my life! I've had three different burgers and also tried the chicken. Each and every burger is delicious and of course it's up to your own taste. The beer and drinks are reasonably priced and look out for their happy hour specials.

Second time here , definitely my last. Tonight's service and food was the worst. Martinee was our server she did everything to accommodate us. She was nice and I felt like she really cared. However my overall service and experience was not at all good!! To the Mgt at Red Robins please do something about your service!!

I'm giving a one star "benefit of the doubt" boost to this review, hoping maybe there were just having a bad night. Over the years, we've eaten at a number of the Red Robins and have never been disappointed. Then there was tonight. It started when we had been there for about 15 min. before anyone took our order. It's not like the place was packed or short staffed, neither was the case. I ordered the seasonal cocktail, which was supposed to have a "touch of raspberry." What it had was a pile of crushed, previously frozen strawberries at the bottom. There was no raspberry anywhere. It was okay, but I wouldn't order it again. We went so I could have my free birthday burger. We started with the onion ring stack. The were well cooked, with a very crunchy batter. They lacked seasoning and the onions inside had very little flavor. Then we ordered our burgers and waited......and waited....and waited. We had been there for over an hour when our food finally came. Two out of three orders were wrong! However, after waiting an hour, I wasn't starting over. Since it had taken so long, the manager came over to check on us. I told him that two out of three orders were wrong. He did offer to change the bun on one of them, but nothing else. I was underwhelmed. The burgers were okay. You get two choices, some pink, or no pink. Not being sure how much pink we were discussing, I opted for the no pink. There was certainly no pink, it was overdone and on the dry side. The French fries were not as good as usual and had almost no seasoning. We also ordered a pumpkin milkshake to go. It was, by far, the best part of the evening. I'll be glad when the new location opens in Ft. Lauderdale and will hope that it lives up to our previous experiences, not what we had tonight.

Reeed Robin.... I have only eaten at one other Red Robin and thought I would give this place a try. We asked if we could sit outside since it was a really nice night. The host replied that we could and he let us pick any of the tables since there wasn't anyone else sitting out there. Our waitress quickly took our drink order and when we both said that we just wanted water, she replied, "Tonight is Tavern Tuesday meaning that if you order 2 drinks, you get a Tavern double burger for free." Well, enough said! I was probably going to order that burger anyway. Why not get it free for the price of 2 drinks? The burgers came (my wife ordered a cheeseburger) in a respectable amount of time. The burger was actually pretty good although I was expecting it to be a little bigger. My wife's cheeseburger seemed to be the better bet even though she only had one burger and I had two. The only other complaint I have is that they don't give you enough fries to begin with. I know it's unilimited fries; however, if they gave you a heftier portion of fries to begin with, the waitress wouldn't have to keep running back and forth with extra fries. Anyway, the fries were tasty and just the right size for steak fries. I have always been a fan of Red Robin and this visit didn't disappoint. I can see myself eating here again.

Food was okay, and out waitress was great. On the other side there was many tables still not bussed, and also an employee sat and talked to a group of girls the whole time we were in the restaurant. When that table got up, he went straight back to work. Honestly is not worth going back too.

I haven't been here in a year & I now remember why. Had to wait five minutes for a hostess to appear to be seated. Then waited 10 minutes for an unsmiling, unfriendly server. And the place was nearly empty! There's a reason for that. Burger was over cooked but I wasn't waiting another 30 mins for a new one. Glass sat empty for 25 mins - never refilled despite request. Food arrived - no flatware or napkins. Asked for more "bottomless fries and side salad". Took 20 more mins. Where was the manager? In the back "directing staff". Perhaps she should visit the front sometime to see what's going on. Stick with burger & beer joint down the street.

43 minutes in and food comes out wrong and incomplete. Service is terrible and it's not even busy. I feel stupid after convincing my wife that we should eat here and it's been a horrible experience. We've only see the server when he dropped off drinks. The best part was the manager. We know we all make mistakes, but the manager represented the company well in ensuring our happiness in the end.

This afternoon I invited my girlfriends to lunch at Red Robins. I have gone there to eat on several occassions and thought nothing of inviting my friends to share the experience. Unfortunately the outing was a disaster. We waited over 10 min to get seated and then waited about 15 min before i was able to get the attention of one of the servers and expressed my concern. We placed our orders and after waiting another 15 min we decided to leave. It was very embarrasing for me and it totally derrailed my plans for a fun afternoon at the Mall. I think that Red Robins should work on staffing and training their team to support the weekend crowd.

I had a major craving for a burger and decided on Red Robin. Pembroke Pines has a notorious reputation for lack luster service, however...call it luck...this time my service was better than expected. If you come in with the expectations that you're going to wait -you'll be fine, because the food is really good. My wife and I ordered a couple of drinks (which came quickly) and proceeded to have a fun conversation and enjoyed the time together. The order did take a little while but ultimately it was great. Red Robin is "Fast Food" but don't expect McDonald style delivery.... Prices are fair and the environment is comfy for get-togethers. If you're in a rush, go to 5 guys.... if you want to have a few drinks, a good conversation with friends... THEN, eat in the process...Red Robin is the place to go.

Thrown Out of Red Robin. We arrived at 4PM on Saturday, July 19, 2014, to wait while a table was cleared when we could see many tables and booths available. Regina, The Manager, took our drink order and food order. I asked why there was a wait to begin with and she explained they do that "to get the wait staff a chance to catch up." That plan it wasn't working. My Sweetened Regular Ice Tea arrived. After squeezing the lemon wedge, I got up to find napkins. There were none on the table. The Ice Tea had an odd under taste. Regina insisted it was fine. I sipped it again and set it back when our food arrived. When I told our waitress about the odd taste, she confirmed she had heard the same comment from other customers. The ketchup bottle was empty. I asked a passing waitress to send the Manager back. When Regina arrived, I handed her the bottle. She didn't seem to understand until I told her it was obviously empty. "Oh, you want more ketchup?" No one checks these things? When informed that I had sent the ice tea back, she insisted she drank it all the time and there was nothing wrong with it. Regina was more impress with her title, Manager, than my position, Customer. I told her I didn't care if she drank it all the time, even the waitress was aware of the odd taste. Regina told us we could leave; decided we must leave, and left us to call mall security. At the entrance, as we were getting ready to leave, Regina came over again. I asked to speak to whoever she reported to - the General Manager. She brought him out, I explained what had happened. He listened and gave a half hearted apology. We won't be back. Ever.

Placed a food order over the phone for pick up. Was put on hold twice waited almost 10 min to place a order. Told me my food would be 10 to 15 min. The place wasnt busy so I was wondering why I was put on hold for so long. Got my food 10 min after I arrived ( which was 20 min in total from order to reciving the food) I got the chicken tortilla soup and the brucetta pesto chicken sandwich with fries and cheeese sauce and my bf had ordered the bbq hamburger with chili. The soups were really good, I would give the chicken a 2 1/2 stars. The burger was ok. The cheese sauce and fries were disgusting. The cheese sauce tasted like it was old and reheated and sat on a counter all day. This was my second time going here and the service has improved since the last time but the food is still sub par

Where do I begin? First of all the place was dirty and so was the bathroom. I ordered a patty melt on ciabatta and they forgot to put the thousand island dressing. Then I ordered a margarita and it tasted like water. Terrible cocktail. Burger was okay.

The food is delicious, very courteous staff. The service was a bit slow, but being Labor Day I guess that was going to occur. Try the Blue Moon Vanilla Shake. I paired it up with the Pig Out Signature Burger. My wife had the BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Our server was very polite.

Since opening I swear they can't for the love of god get a plain burger to the customer, or what you ordered right! Again another visit where I or my girl have to watch the other eat while they fix one of the orders they screwed up.. There not busy you would think there get it right, we'll nope and I thank Cassie for this times mess up. * Updated to 3 stars because Jeremy the manager came over and apologized and explained it is her first day & how there improving the location because of the same feedback, and took care of is witch was very good hospitality customer service.

We love going to Red Robin!!! We love getting the whiskey river bbq. I get the garden burger with the gluten free bun and my husband gets the chicken sandwich. We also love getting the campfire sauce with our fries! This is definitely one of our favorite spots :)

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The hostest was rude and didn't let us sit where we wanted even though restaurant was empty. Server took forever to take order. We ordered refills on "bottomless fries", 30 mins later fries were no where to be found. Never coming here again. Food is not that great to begin so terrible service killed it.

Let me start by saying we are Red Robin regulars (3-4 times a month). We move and travel a lot and have been to many RR across the nation from Seattle to Miami. The Pembroke Pines one is the absolute worst. There are no servers here. The bartenders and managers are trying to pick up the slack. This store is the least busiest one we've ever seen so maybe thats why they haven't hired anyone. After 3 months of slow service, we are no longer going to this restaurant.

What to do when your toddler is hungry and tired, and you're already at the Pembroke Lakes Mall? Well I thought it would be to go to Red Robin, but not anymore. The place was empty. It was way past the lunch rush, but for some reason it took half an hour for one and a half (kids entree) to come out. And the chocolate malt I ordered tasted like it had been pumped out of a pre-mixed dispenser. Definitely not a hand made shake. It was like runny ice cream. The server was nowhere to be found and when the food finally arrived, I asked about the shake, and she gave me a look like I was a complete idiot. "Well, the shake comes out with the food". To which I replied by just looking at the table of food...and no shake. Food was really salty - even the kids burger. I haven't been to a Red Robin in like 18 years, and I'm guessing it'll be another 18 until I return.

The slowest service I have ever had at a burger place. Very disappointed. Everything is an up charge... 1.50 extra for garlic fries... $9.00 onion rings... Really? We ended up spending $25 per person for a burger and fries without any alcohol. We had a party of 8 and I don't think that any of us will us will ever return.

Took a while for our food to come in. I ordered the southern charm which is suppose to come with purple onions and mine had none. My daughter ordered a kids pepperoni pizza but they gave her a cheese pizza. They made up for it by making her another pizza which took too long to come out so they didn't charge for her meal. Our waitress was slow and we went on a Monday night which was not busy.

I must say our waitress Jamie W. made our experience amazing. It's a great kid friendly joint. The burgers are AMAZING. It has a full bar and delicious garlic fries. The onion rings are Excellent. So far all the burgers I've had have been delish and scrumptious lol. I can't stress how super kid friendly they are. They have TVs everywhere not just the bar area. It's a great place to have some burgers and beers and watch the game with the family and kids. Again all their burgers ROCK. Full bar

I had the chop house burger Cooked to perfection at medium well & my boyfriend had the Red Robin burger which was exceptional with chili cheese fries which were totally soggy.. My sweet potato fries were cold and old. The pumpkin pie milkshake was way too milky and not very flavorful. The bathrooms were in horrible state. And there were literally 4 tables with people in the whole restaurant. I wanted to see what the fuss was about but truthfully this isn't worth going back. The food for the cost was good but nothing spectacular. Would not go again.

My favorite burger here is will always be the Whiskey River BBQ burger (wife like the tavern double) and a side of sweet potato fries. Make sure you get the campfire sauce with those fries. On the subject of fries though *Steer clear of the Chilli cheese fries. They are probably the worst I've ever tasted. I was disappointed that the waitress told us they were really good. The bottomless freckled strawberry lemonade is delicious even after the fourth one (real strawberries). If you get a monster shake (any flavor listed on the menu) it serves two people easily. Great Shakes!

I really enjoy this place and extremely happy that they finally opened a place near. Great burgers and bottomless fries you can't go wrong and their not pricey. As far as, the personal they are very friendly and you can always ask them for their opinion and have great recommendations. All an all I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I would recommend the fried zucchini and jalapeño coins; they're wonderful! Also they have great burger and drink selections with a unique decor.

First and foremost, I believe in being up-front with those who read my reviews. I'm no stranger to Red Robin. I've been eating at various Red Robin restaurants for over a dozen years. My wife and I started going there together while we were still dating. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner there. Red Robin has such special meaning to us that, after we got married, we purchased stock in the company. Does that make me biased? Perhaps. However, I wouldn't own the stock if I didn't thoroughly enjoy the food Red Robin serves. Red Robin does burgers. Yes, they do other things, but they are known for their burgers. The price is right, the food is delicious, and they do a marvelous job catering to the gluten-free crowd. In fact, the gluten-free buns are so good, we wrote the company to find out where they purchased them. Gluten-free buns add $1.00 to the cost of any burger. Also, if you're an experienced gluten-free patron, it is best to state you're gluten-free by preference, otherwise management comes out to discuss your gluten-free issues and how it works with your order. In my opinion, if you are unfamiliar with Red Robin, this is a great service because it gives you, as the gluten-free eater, useful information. If you're a regular, you don't want to go through the song-and-dance. The burgers are delicious, and they will custom-make your burger to your liking. You don't have to worry about how a certain restaurant does rare, medium rare, medium, well done, etc., because there are three choices: Pink, Some Pink and No Pink. My personal favorite burger is the Royal Red, which is a bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg on top. If that makes you cringe, don't knock it until you've tried it. It took me several years to be brave enough to order it, and now it is the one I order the most. My other favorite is the Shroom. However, I've yet to experience a bad burger from there, and while the burgers aren't dirt cheap (about $9 on average), they're well worth the money. You get bottomless fries with your burger. You can order other sides as well, including a few variations of fries. There is also chicken, a few pasta dishes, etc. Red Robin also features a full bar. Finally, Red Robin has an awesome loyalty program. Purchase nine burgers, the tenth is free. This isn't nine separate visits, so if you've got three burgers in your visit, you advance three points. These don't seem to expire, either. This part of the review is painful to write because of my love for the chain. With the exception of our local Red Robin (Pembroke Pines, FL), usually Red Robins are jam-packed. We've been to Red Robins around the country and have always had to wait for a table. Not so at this location. When they first opened, and for several months afterward, this restaurant was packed and things went as the Red Robin formula suggests. The problem with this location is service, which can be very inconsistent. Appetizers are sometimes missed and drinks are occasionally wrong. Last week, we ran into both of these issues, and it isn't the first time. The more common issue is the kitchen is very slow. We also notice new faces with the serving staff almost every time we go (we eat there almost weekly). I'm a bit concerned about this location's viability because it is typically half-empty whenever we dine there. Location isn't the issue, this restaurant is within the confines of the always very busy Pembroke Lakes Mall. Despite that, the food is still excellent and we keep coming back for it. Red Robin as a chain gets five stars. However, this location gets three due to the inconsistent service.

Been here 5 times now. The food is great, but it doesn't save the 1 star rating. And it's all because the service is terribly slow. Every time I come here it takes around 45 minutes to get your food. And it's not like they are that busy. Most of the place is empty. Don't know if it's the cooks, servers, or management. But it needs to be fixed.

This review hurts! We have always loved Red Robin. But this visit was... bad. The Buzzard Wings have been my favorite for 20 years, now. But I had to really search the menu for them and when I ordered them, the waitress casually asked if I had ever tried the Hawaiian Sweet Onion wings. (I don't really do sweet...I do spicy!) I guess I should have taken the cue. Fortunately, Providence intervened and I only did the half order... whew! The wings were cooked to crispy (not normal) and the sauce I was familiar with was not present. The "kettle chips" were very oily and I passed on them after trying two. (I had to convince myself that the first one really was that... disappointing.) A bowl of clam chowder accompanied my half order of wings as I had decided to try it, as well. (Thank goodness. That is what kept me from getting a full order of wings.) The chowder had a milder flavor than I am accustomed to with white clam chowder. And it was a thinner soup base, too. (The chowders that are pudding thick are not my favorite, either.) The service was inexplicably slow and there were not that many people at this Red Robin, either. The waitress did what she could. She got a full tip. But I am very sad that Red Robin seems to have fallen from the lofty nest that I have held it at all these years. One star for the experience of the evening. One star for "nostalgia" and what we have enjoyed over the years.

Came here in the middle of the afternoon, probably around 3pm with my friend. The place was almost empty. It didn't take long for us to get seated, which was nice however the rest of the service was a different story. The place was almost empty and it took a very long time to get our food. People who arrived after us got their food, ate them, and left before ours came. I did really like the fries, and that u can season them to your liking. The drinks were meh. The power also went out which made our wait even longer. When I finally got my burger it was REALLY salty. In the end we waited about 45mins + for salty burgers. I don't know if I will come back.

My wife and I recently moved from Miami to Broward. We first visited the Red Robin burger location in Miami by the Falls Shopping Center. That location is great. So because of our experience there we decided to try Red Robin at the Pembroke Mall. The first time we went we ordered our food and it took a long time to come. It took so long that the waiter brought us complimentary French fries. We just figured they were having a bad day. We went again a week or so ago and it was the same again. Just like the first time the waitress had an excuse for the kitchen. The funny thing is - I was talking to a co-worker and she has lived in Broward for a while and she told me that that location has always had horrible service. The food quality is not bad - but the wait time for your food is unacceptable.

It is what it is. Sign up for the rewards and you get some deals, etc via email. Perfect place if you're feeding a bunch of kids and/or have family in town. The drinks (both alcoholic and non) are fun and I like the refills on fries. Balloons for the kids are a nice touch; my daughter thinks it's festive! They sang the best happy bday for her a couple of years ago (:

Went to Red Robbin for dinner with my girl friend...I must say the service is amazing...We were greeted at the door by two lovely girls... Our server named Jaime pronounced Haime was excellent!!! Probably one of the best servers I've ever had...When you go ask for him... The strawberry lemonade is bottomless and awesome! Also be sure to try the Sweet Jim Bean burger... If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

Slow service! They took 45 minutes to get my order ready, I talked to the manager and he was very mean all he said to me was "we don't live of expectations" it's very disappointed because I have always loved red robin but the service is horrible! no willing to go back again.

This place is under staff and our waiter keep disappearing on us. Hamburger were overcooked but it was flavorful. I did enjoyed their tower of onion rings. Milk shake is expensive since the amount was much.

Came to visit during lunch with about 8 coworkers, manager was very sweet and waitress was great. We called ahead, and when we arrived we had our table ready. I ordered the Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger and Very Berry Raspberry Limeade. Both were very good, I saw them as large portions and having bottomless fries is a perk as well as bottomless refills on the limeade. It is located inside of Pembroke Lakes Mall, im sure the wait would depend on the shopping season. We were in and out in about an hour and a half during lunch time. By looking at the menu, my friends and I would definitely return to try the different menu items.

I love coming to Red Robin. The service is usually great, there is never a long wait and the burgers' are yummy! Don't forget to try the freckled lemonade too.. My favorite burger is the red tavern double, just a good size and the endless fries are a plus. We love coming here as a family, and enjoy all of the perks you can get with their royalty card.

This place is by far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. About a couple days my wife and i waited 1 hour for 2 burgers to come out. There was no bartender around. When the food was brought out it took the staff almost 20 minutes for them to give me my food. They had to make a new order of food because the burgers goten cold. To make the situation my wife and I got sick that night because of what was inside the food. I will not attempt to come back again. As a person who works at another restaurant I expected have better service and a decent meal that night.

Really good food but really really really bad service, even when the restaurant is near empty at 6pm on a Monday. Took 20 minutes for the server to greet us after we'd been sat, never got the starter salads we ordered, had to eat my burger dry since the waiter disappeared with my cup to get my refill, had to get up to steal a bottle of ketchup from another table and never got extra napkins I requested. Food was delicious, but the experience was seriously marred by the horrible service. Don't know if I'll be back.

Great place for a good burger! Service was really good, food was brought to the table fast, and its a pleasant dining atmosphere! At least we finally have one in the area, as the closest before was a few hours away! Had the bleu burger, and it had the perfect amount of bleu cheese...

The gourmet burgers are great and there's a burger for every taste from veggie to extra meaty. Tasty alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Great place for a casual family dinner, lunch with friends or happy hour after work. Went here with a party of about 10 for a Birthday Lunch. Lance the manager was extremely generous and appreciated our business. Would defiantly go back

Like the 2 star rating suggests : Meh. It was a meal. One that didn't live up to the hype, but it did fill me. Service was a little slower than I'd like. I had the Gourmet cheeseburger, which was just...average. My mom had the Whiskey BBQ burger, which she didn't finish. Guess she didn't like it either. Just go to Fuddruckers.

I was excited for another option at Pembroke Lakes Mall. I visited twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. At lunch the place wasn't all that packed the our waiter was very friendly and had no problem splitting our bill despite the fact that we were a large group. The burgers were good and some of the appetizers were even better. Went back a 2nd time for dinner and wasn't as impressed. The wait was extremely long, the service was extremely slow, and our food seemed so oily. I'll probably give Red Robin another chance at some point.

The service is terrible and the food is so so except for the French fries. I really only come here for the fries with honey mustard. They are slow....sat at the bar to eat and it's been an hour since I got here and am just now leaving because it took forever to be greeted, get my drink, get my food, and then get my check!!!!! The service ruins the whole experience and enjoyment.

As a west coaster, where red robins are everywhere, I was so happy when one finally opened up down here. I think a lot of the negative reviews are from people who just don't understand what red robin is. Red robin is a big step above Five Guys type places, but keep in mind that while it is gourmet burgers, that's what this place is- a place with great burgers, not some steakhouse. Happy hour has great deals on wine, wells and my favorite is the margaritas! Their fries are bottomless and delicious- get a selection of dipping sauces for your fries- my fav is the onion ring sauce- it's a smokey BBQ flavor and delicious! There's a great selection of appetizers at good prices, and many good burger options. My favorite has teriyaki sauce and pineapple. A great thing i wish was on the menu: you can order any burger in a petite size- its smaller, and cheaper, which is great for those who dont want the usual huge burger. There are several dessert options as well- shakes, ice cream cake, and more. The service here is also very friendly and efficient. Overall, great place to visit.

It's been a long wait, but the Red Robin in Pembroke Pines is a welcome addition to the wonderland of chain restaurants on Pines Blvd. Let's hope it helps improve the vibe of Pembroke Lakes Mall which has been wallowing in shadiness for some time. The menu at Red Robin is pretty straightforward. Most of the appetizers are bad for you. If you're going to choose just one, go for the onion rings. They are crispy, hot, and the batter stays attached to the onion. (the big slimy onion doesn't fall out after you take a bite.) Honestly, I WANT fatty appetizers at a place like this. There are a wide selection of named burgers where the combination of toppings is chosen for you. You also have the option to create your own. Red Robin is very accomodating when it comes to changes/substitutions. My personal fave at RR is the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich. As ordered, it comes with a grilled chicken breast. I recommend asking them to sub that with a crispy chicken breast. Not as good for you, but tastes so much better. The burgers are hot, juicy and, most importantly, still edible without the use of a knife and fork. We've gotten creative in modern times with our burgers, often rendering them into statues of art instead of something you want to eat. The burgers at RR handle pretty nicely. The bottomless steak fries are a trademark of the place. If you're not ashamed to pile up on carbs and starch, you're going to be very happy with this part of the deal. They are crisp, fresh and come with a wide selection of dipping sauces if you ask nicely enough. At the end of the day, Red Robin is not going to win a James Beard award any time soon, but you will have a delicious meal in a relaxed environment. The food tastes great, and, as of August 2012, this new establishment was clean and very well managed. Of special note is their very efficient waiting list system. No vibrators handed out here. Your name and cell phone are entered into a flat screen tablet. You get a text when it's time to eat. Tweet, tweet.

I need to offset some of these poor reviews. People, don't you get it? You can't walk into a packed ass restaurant at 7PM on a busy night and not expect to at least wait a little while. I went on a Friday night at 10PM. There was no wait, and the service was AWESOME. Our server, Melissa, was super polite and attentive to our every need. The manager came over to make sure all was well and when we told him how much we loved one of the sauces they had given us, he brought out a couple little cups of it for us to take home. The food came fast, hot, and delicious. I have no complaints about this place at all, and those who do are just nit-picking with their "I'm the only person in the world who matters" South Florida attitude. Moral of the story... Try being nice to people in the service industry.. You catch more flies with honey.

My mom always says "he'll want it more if you make him wait." RedRobin, you devil you, you made me wait and wait and I wanted it: bad. Maybe it was the years of commercials or the "coming soon" signs that taunted me for months, but whatever it was, I couldn't wait to wrap my paws around a Red Robin burger and sink my incisors into juicy goodness.. and I don't even eat red meat. I know Red Robin is just another chain burger place and probably to someone who has had them in their hometown all along, it's no big deal. But to me, it was the unattainable fruit. Well, that might be going too far, but I just really wanted to try it and have someone sit with me at the table and say "Red Robin" so I can follow up with "Yummmm" I got the opportunity to come here for their soft opening and well, who doesn't love a whole lot of free food. Anorexics maybe, but anorexic I am not, and I was thrilled with a capital T to join my preggo sister and her hubby for a Saturday of free food and family "fun." The lunch started off with an onion ring Christmas tree. I'm going off on a limb here and saying that these were probably the best onion rings I've ever had. Now granted I'm not a huge onion ring eater and to me the ratio has to be like 9 parts fried batter to 1 part onion, but the consensus was that these were really good o'rings. They were crispy and not overly greasy and just delicious when dipped in ranch. For my entree I got a grilled chicken sandwich. Probably a mistake. It tasted healthy if you know what I mean. Just a regular piece of grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato, and cheese if you so please, which I didn't. I would opt for the bbq or teriyaki one next time or maybe even one of the tasty wraps or salads I saw. I attribute my poor choice to a whooping head cold and being overwhelmed. The bottomless steakfries were delicious as were the sweet potato fries. Neither was anything other than what was expected, just dependable yummy wedges of fried potatoes. Bro in law got some type of burger with foot cheese (blue cheese) on it and he enjoyed. My sister.. let's not even go there. But long story short, if there is any trace of pink in her meat she's not touching it with a 10 foot stick and naturally, most restaurants are not taught to burn their burgers to a charcoaled crisp and therefore she usually sends back her shit at least once. Being that this was a soft opening and the servers and kitchen staff were just starting to see the kinks let alone work them out, it took about 30 min for her Whiskey burban BBQ burger (something like that- with bbq sauce, onion straws and bacon) to come back out. When it finally did arrive at a more satisfactory shade of brown, she loved it.. and this is a girl who is not easily pleased mind you. Management was so friendly and accommodating about the wait, and even though we weren't even paying for any of the entire meal, they decided to add in a piece of mile high [club] pie. I don't know what it's really called, but I called it "worth the cellulite" pie. mmmhm child, z-snap. It had an oreo cookie crust and 2 kinds of cie cream and whipped creme and caramel/hot fudge all the size of my brother in law's head, and he's got a big head. We also got a Hershy's cookie shake because we are gluttonous fat asses. It was right up there with Chick-fil-a's shake, creamy and thick and just the right amount of cookies. I loved that they give you your shake in the nostalgic glass and also the aluminum cup they mixed it in which has almost as much as the glass does. Really one shake can satisfy 2 people. Oh and must not forget their famous speckled lemonade which is glorified strawberry lemonade, but is damn delicious with pieces of real strawberries. The whole team was super friendly and very eager to serve (I predict this will last about 2 weeks until they realize they hate their lives). But for this soft opening, the service was impeccable. Red Robin.. Yummm

Good food, but the worst service. Had our appetizer on the table before my iced tea. I asked another server for silverware since we didn't have that either. She never came back with silverware but did walk by with 4 of them for the table next to us, which was HER table. Service like this will kill this business. As a manager at another restaurant, I'm embarrassed for the manager of this establishment. He was seen hanging around doing nothing to help the other servers, clearly needing help keeping up with bussing and tending to guests. Numerous tables were dirty before we got there and stayed dirty throughout our entire visit. Our server was at the bar most of the time so he was extremely unattentive to say the least. Why is a bartender taking tables in the dining room anyways? I'm positive we won't be back to this location. The new one in the broward mall was MUCH better.

Tried this once again and they just don't seem to get it right. The service is terrible and slow. The manager came to apologize because they had run out of knives at 1pm in the afternoon. Food is mediocre. Big disappointment.

Update: My original review was from a year ago and I recently went with some coworkers. First the hostess, I think she was the hostess, said she could not sit us all at one table even though we saw an area that we could put 2 tables together( there were 7 of us). It took a while before our waitress took our order and then when the food finally came my bacon burger came without, you guessed it, the bacon. On top of that my sweet potato fries were cold, not even luke warm, cold. With the amount of other burger joints in the area now don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Like the various gourmet burgers and the atmosphere was nice. Love the fact it has a full bar, too bad I went during lunch on a work day. The bottomless fries is also a very nice touch. The waitress we had even gave us two separate baskets of the regular fries and sweet potato fries without us asking for them.

Great burgers, consistent good service, and unlimited fries and root beer floats! what more can a girl with an appetite ask for! Tried at least several burgers and all of them were delicious! Make sure to sprinkle their special seasoning on the fries for maximum flavor!!

This is our second time here after having poor experience the first time around. We always give an establishment a second chance. Our waitress name has a whimsical one, Chi Chi. Have to say that one of the managers saw that my wife was tasting my Roasted Vegetable soup that he brought one cup over and gave it to my wife. What service!

Red Robin is the best place to go for burgers. I love it because I can ask for the meat to be "medium well". The fries are endless and the service has always been great. I love their rewards card because you get a free burger for your birthday as well as pretty cool deals after you earn a certain amount of points.

Great burger combinations. Service was very friendly and efficient. They are not kidding about bottomless as they bring you a new drink before you realize you need it.

Let's talk about service. I ordered a bonzai teriyaki Burger no mayo...My burger was delivered to the table with mayo. Ugh....2nd try, OK no mayo this time but also no teriyaki so give me teriyaki sauce...i cut the Burger and it's not cooked. Now the 4 other people at my table are done eating. Not a good experience I should have gone to Fuddruckers!

I checked in earlier and this place is not up to par with the other gourmet burger places Five guys is much better And Burgefi is heads and shoulders about all and Shake Shack is supremo I got the prime chophouse ... The bun was somewhat dry and the burger itself was nothing to write home about. my wife got the bbq chicken wrap.....not really that great.. reminded me of the stuff I buy at fort lauderdale airport at the food kiosks I've been to restaurants that I've paid anywhere from $5 to $300+ for a dinner .. so I'm ok with paying a high price for a burger but was disappointed here with the taste vs the price I paid So unfortunately I wont be going to Red Robin anytime soon (unless someone else is paying the bill)

Went here last night. The food was very good. The place was clean and the service was slow and waitress was so so at best she could of been more attentive and friendly. Not sure if I will go back to this location but would defiantly go back to the Miami location next time I'm in Miami and want a good burger with excellent service.

Let me start by saying that I love red robin. Red robin is normally fantastic, but this particular one is not up to par. This is my second visit to this location and both have been lackluster. Balloons? Nope. Friendly wait staff? Nope. Food cooked correctly? Nope. I tried to keep an open mind, I tried to make the best out of it, but unfortunately, they were piss-poor experiences. :(

The service was slow and awful. It took 10 min to get approached by a waiter and another 15 min to receive our drinks. When we told the manager, he didn't seem to really care or have any sense of urgency. The waiter used the same excuse that others have cited: "there are problems in the kitchen" Sorry but the kitchen staff doesn't control you taking 25 minutes to bring water to our table. There was not enough silverware at the table. Rather than bring the proper amount to us, the waiter made an excuse and said that they don't bring out silverware for the kids because their food doesn't need it. Well, I was looking for my silverware which he didn't bring out either. The food was poor too. The French fries were burned and they were pretty skimpy with the amount they have compared to other Red Robins I've been too. Our waiter was some young kid who didn't even apologize for his slow service and didn't know how to talk to people. He would just say "Yo I gotcha all "and knock on the table to excuse his ignoring us all night. The bathrooms were not clean either to the point that they were disgusting. This is so atypical of Red Robin. If you eat at other Red Robins particularly in other states, they are clean, fast and the food is much better. You should go to their website and notify corporate since it seems like many reviewers have experienced the same slow and poor service.

1st time here at the Pembroke Pines location. I ordered the groovy smoothie, bacon cheeseburger, and a side salad with French dressing. They specialize in hamburgers, but they also have salads, sandwiches, chips and salsa, etc. Food was just ok, I really liked the smoothie though.

I am glad Red Robins finally made it to Hollywood. Been to the location a few times and am happy to say I really enjoyed the food. Had one of there many different burgers. The Onions Rings are awesome. The Fish and Chips is plentiful, fresh and delicious. And the fries are bottomless, depending on your plate, and freshly cooked. And the bottomless lemonade is fantastic. The waitress I had was really earning her tip and she did accordingly. This Red Robin is now a favorite of mines for relaxing and enjoying good food althought a little expensince for two. And I would recommend this as great place to visit and eat. The decor is also very nice, and so was the manager on duty at the time.

Love that they cater to people with allergies. My mother-in-law has severe allergies and they were able to accommodate her.

This place is out of this world! The teriyaki burger, the bonzai burger, the tower of onion rings, their freckled lemonade, etc! There is no going wrong in this place. They truly are gourmet burgers. They have a large space with lots of space to limit your wait time and the service is always pretty good. All burgers come with bottomless fries which is a plus, but at the same time it doesn't matter because their burgers are so big and filling that you won't need more fries.

Great burger joint. Manager was really friendly. Stopped by our table and asked how everything was going. Waitresses are always really nice. The decor is great too, love all the pictures on the wall and the retro style. Burgers are delicious. I love the fact they have free refills on side dishes, although I never get them bc I'm too full. I've always heard people rave about Red Robin but I've never tried it until recently, and now I am definitely a fan.

Been here 3x now each time someone in our party had a order messed up.Today we waited 40 min to get our order the first time, we got the wrong order had to wait more and the burger was cold. We did get the whole order the comped. Fries we're oily and also the fish/chips. not impressed

I finally got around to trying Red Robin. Unfortunately, it was pretty much a disappointment. They will not cook burgers to order. They say they will serve them "pink". My request was to cook it as little as they could, as I prefer a juicy, medium rare burger. They killed this poor burger, and there was not a drop of "pink" to be found. It was dry and meh. Onion rings were nice and krispy, but lacked flavor. There are too many burger joints around. I will give my business to the ones that will cook my burger to order. If I want to be told about food safety and not be given a choice of how my food is cooked, I'll drop by my mom's, where at least the food is free!

I wanted to like this restaurant as a change from Calif. Pizza Kitchen next door. However, the salad dressing was bitter and my companions thought the hamburgers were just adequate. We liked the onion ring stack! Very nice young waitress who seemed new at her job. Totally friendly service. Fun memorabilia on the walls.

It's a chain restaurant so you know the deal with the food, more or less always the same. This was quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Waited over 45 mins for my sandwich. 45 minutes. The only reason I even got it was because I said something. Had to get up and get napkins myself and ask for a refill on my beverage. In addition the manager had the decency to comp my meal but in his haste failed to simply apologize. A little fake empathy would of been nice. Won't be back to this location.

It's ok. Burger patties have the texture of cardboard but the toppings they offer are what make it tasty. Strawberry lemonade was awesome... service is good but the cooks obviously need to learn the menu. I kept getting the wrong burger. I needed to show them the picture on the menu with the description while they all stared and scratched their heads... UGH! REALLY? I think I'll steal the topping ideas and make them out home. Thanks Red Robin.

I would have given 2.5 stars if I could. I'm not so sure this was worth the wait. I'll go easy on the service as they are new and are still working out the kinks, but the service was slow and it wasn't even super busy. The fries and shakes were the best part of our meal. I'm not so sure what is so gourmet about the burger itself, and given that the burgers are the flagship of the restaurant, I was quite disappointed. The meat was flavorless and it was covered up by condiments. If I'm in the mood for fries and a shake, I'll think about going back.

We FINALLY Have a Red Robin!!!!!!!!!!! After having to watch random commercials for YEARS and there not being one any closer than Alabama! Well, I definitely think the hype surrounding it is deserving, and I was very excited to be able to go on 2 occasions already - during the sneak preview and 2 days after opening. The burgers are freaking good. I had the Burnin' Love burger - yummy spiciness with fried jalapenos. I'm not a salsa gal, so I subbed it out for fried onion strings and OMG it was so good it should be on the menu that way!!! Burgers that friends had - Guacamole and bacon chedder - they loved 'em! Mom had the Veggie burger with a morningstar patty and she was in heaven. All you can eat hot fat steak fries - can't beat that! Add their seasoned salt that is on the table. Bottomless Root Beer floats - delish, especially at only $3 a pop. Good luck finishing the first one though! Raspberry limeade was awesome too. It lost a star due to the saltiness. Hubby had sweet potato fries and you had to rub the salt off to eat them. On my first burnin love burger the onion strings also were overpoweringly salty. This will be a regular place for us! Oh - very kid friendly but be warned - it is a LOUD place!!!!

First time. Sorely disappointed. Restaurant was empty and we were seated right under the serving area with our dinner conversation constantly interrupted by servers going back and forth. Two burgers in an empty restaurant took 40 minutes (yes I checked). The burgers were cooked incorrectly. I asked for medium and got well done. And my friend got the medium. As we were leaving we mentioned to the hostess that we were disappointed. She was concerned and called a manager. The manager Jeff needs a lesson in customer service. He was extremely combative and rude. There are way to many burger places around for me to go back for this mediocre food and disgusting service. Do not waste your money or time.

Been to Red Robin all over the country as I prefer it to other chain restaurants. They've been consistently good in all areas from service to cleanliness to taste. I'm really a big fan of Red Robin; I am also a stockholder in the company and even that is doing well. I was so excited about the one opening in Pembroke Pines. I live 30+ minutes away but it didn't stop me from dragging my family out there on a busy Saturday night. It didn't look busy from the outside but as we walked in a rather plump, frustrated middle-aged gal warned no one in particular "It takes 90 minutes to get your food!" Well she was right about the wait. It took 20 minutes to get a table, another 30 minutes to get our food after ordering, another 10-15 minutes for my kids' mac and cheeses to get reheated as they were served cold and close to another 10 minutes to get my change back from the server when I paid. I should also mention that the kids' meals were comped because it took them so long to bring back. My chicken sandwich was delicious, my wife liked her burger and the fries were solid. We'll be back but it won't be for a while. When they figure out ways to cut down on this they'll be on par with other Red Robin restaurants.

Great service recovery! I drove 30 minutes (East Hollywood) to pick up a take out order, to find it was wrong. I called and the Kitchen Manager, Sarah, said next time you are in the area I will set you up with a fresh new order on the house. I returned the next week and she was true to her word. I'll be back!

Had a terrible experience with the manager. It took us a very long time to get our food. I spoke to the manager and he made me feel like I was just wanting to get something free I do not recommend anyone taking a chance dealing with people like that. He was confrontational and does not now how to deal. He was the one to come back and asked how everything was but did not appreciate that I was frank with him. I will never go back again.

As the saying goes if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all !!!! From the boring decor, to the poor service (and lack of menu knowledge) , this place was no better than picking up a burger at the gas station !!! The only thing that entertained us what the gnat that kept buzzing around our food. Sorry, but once is enough to know I won't be coming back to this place.

I went for the first time to eat at this place with my two boys. The food and service were great but my blackberry phone which was on top of the table disappeared! The managers Jason and Cristina said they will continue looking for it tonight. I hope it shows up and tomorrow they call me with my phone. Otherwise I will definitely be very super disappointed that my phone disappeared into thin air right there from on top of our table. My waitor Dante who was very nice remembered seeing it there on the table. First I had nice experience with food and service but I left there stressed out and mad. If my phone doesn't show up, then I am not going there again for sure. Another customer tried to help by calling my phone number and whomever took it from my table had already turned it off because there was no ringing and it went straight to voice mail. The place was not busy and we were sitting in a booth so its impossible that any of the other customers took it. What a horrible experience! I went from a pleasurable experience with the food and service to then a nightmare terrible situation with my phone having disappeared from on top of my table. The only people with access to my table were the restaurant staff!

(5)William O.

(1)Jessica P.
Everything here is amazing, the burgers are juicy, the milkshakes are the best, and who doesn't love endless fries? Best place for burgers!
(5)Nits S.
Bad or I should call it worse service. On a Monday when the place is empty, the food came super late and they messed up our order. The attitude of the server is also very bad
(1)Jose B.
Expensive for burgers but there are a lot of options. Service is a slow and impersonal....it is what it is
(3)Elizabeth P.
(3)Dahiana L.
The food nothing special but the service is the worst in my life, because we ordered and we wait a lotttt.
(3)Sara S.
The pretzel bites were ok. The beer cheese with it had to be sent back and the replacement wasn't great. The bonzai burger was delicious. We preferred the sweet potato fries to the steak fries. Service was mostly ok.
(4)Cristina G.
(4)Danielle G.
(2)Christopher H.
Stick with the burgers anything else on the menu proceed with caution. I ordered two things and they were both loaded with drippy nasty sauces.
(2)Lenny F.
(1)E S.
Service was friendly but slow, orders came back wrong. Food is expensive for what you're getting. $70 for a family of five with small kids all having hamburgers. Not that the food was bad, but it just didn't impress me enough to want to go back anytime soon.
(2)Ernesto M.
(5)Siddiqua A.

(4)Devon P.
Food was okay, and out waitress was great. On the other side there was many tables still not bussed, and also an employee sat and talked to a group of girls the whole time we were in the restaurant. When that table got up, he went straight back to work. Honestly is not worth going back too.
(2)Toby L.
(1)Aaron w.
(1)Merin G.
Food and service was excellent. Will come back again. Our waitress was on point for it being her first day on the job.
(4)Tara J.
Service was great and our food came out very fast. The manger came around to make sure everyone was satisfied.

(1)Jose R.

(2)Lily D.
Where do I begin? First of all the place was dirty and so was the bathroom. I ordered a patty melt on ciabatta and they forgot to put the thousand island dressing. Then I ordered a margarita and it tasted like water. Terrible cocktail. Burger was okay.
(2)Armando S.
(5)Seth R.
(3)CalRose E.
We love going to Red Robin!!! We love getting the whiskey river bbq. I get the garden burger with the gluten free bun and my husband gets the chicken sandwich. We also love getting the campfire sauce with our fries! This is definitely one of our favorite spots :)
(5)Michel R.
(1)Karrie M.
(1)Ivette R.
Red Robin in a Pembroke Pines is awesome the burgers and fries are delicious and the tower of onion rings are awesome staff is friendly and service is fast
(5)Kellie P.
(2)Bob S.
(1)Vanessa R.
(2)Alicia B.
Full bar
(5)Benjamin S.
Love the food, the shakes, the Prices. ..service is usually good but can also be a hit or miss. Overall, I have the rewards card and I'm here atleast 1nce a week...
(4)Melissa G.
(3)Anthony W.
(5)Christine S.
(5)Chris P.
I would recommend the fried zucchini and jalapeño coins; they're wonderful! Also they have great burger and drink selections with a unique decor.
(3)Jeff S.
(3)Joel A.

(2)Chris P.
(4)Becca T.
(5)Santiago G.
Slow service! They took 45 minutes to get my order ready, I talked to the manager and he was very mean all he said to me was "we don't live of expectations" it's very disappointed because I have always loved red robin but the service is horrible! no willing to go back again.
(1)Richard W.
This place is under staff and our waiter keep disappearing on us. Hamburger were overcooked but it was flavorful. I did enjoyed their tower of onion rings. Milk shake is expensive since the amount was much.
(2)Felicia R.
(4)Cristina W.
(5)William P.

(3)Stephanie R.

(1)Monica T.
Great burgers, consistent good service, and unlimited fries and root beer floats! what more can a girl with an appetite ask for! Tried at least several burgers and all of them were delicious! Make sure to sprinkle their special seasoning on the fries for maximum flavor!!
(5)Raymond M.
(4)Leslie H.
Red Robin is the best place to go for burgers. I love it because I can ask for the meat to be "medium well". The fries are endless and the service has always been great. I love their rewards card because you get a free burger for your birthday as well as pretty cool deals after you earn a certain amount of points.
(5)Mark H R.
Great burger combinations. Service was very friendly and efficient. They are not kidding about bottomless as they bring you a new drink before you realize you need it.
(4)Cathy J.

(2)Adam S.
Went here last night. The food was very good. The place was clean and the service was slow and waitress was so so at best she could of been more attentive and friendly. Not sure if I will go back to this location but would defiantly go back to the Miami location next time I'm in Miami and want a good burger with excellent service.
(3)Matt S.
(1)Jeff P.

(2)Myriam V.
Love to come here, brought my parents and they loved the food. Service takes some time but is worth the wait. Restrooms could be cleaner.

(4)Myra C.
Love that they cater to people with allergies. My mother-in-law has severe allergies and they were able to accommodate her.
(4)Laura Suris G.
(5)Ikam A.
(5)sandra v.
Love this place!!! The burgers, onion rings, fries, shakes and the service and perfect!!
(5)Michael B.
Been here 3x now each time someone in our party had a order messed up.Today we waited 40 min to get our order the first time, we got the wrong order had to wait more and the burger was cold. We did get the whole order the comped. Fries we're oily and also the fish/chips. not impressed
(2)Esther B.
(2)S K.
(2)Tony G.
(1)Michelle C.
(2)Kar M.
(2)Kristen S.
(4)Celina F.
(1)Dave R.
(3)Brian K.
(4)James E.
(1)David M.
This place is awesome you gotta try the onion rings, ranch and steak fries with the red robin seasoning !
(4)Josie P.
(1)Olga D.
