Omg!!! Someone kick me in the head. I just spent nearly 14$ on a dbl CH burg, small fry and reg drink. Fries sucked and I could have used another bun to soak up all the grease that was dripping from my original which was already soggy. Only reason I gave a two star was because the cashier was nice. 15$ and I even had to get my napkins from the men's room paper towel dispenser. Save some money and go to Wendy's. At least u can get a frosty and still have money left to get a car wash.

Great gut bomb burger and their fries and excellent and very large--be sure not to order too much because they sure do give you a lot. This location at pier park is great because you can eat outside in the Florida sun or take it for a stroll around the mall

Hard to beat the best business in the USA.....only if the prices were just a little more reasonable!

This was my first time eating at a Five Guys but remembered it was featured on one of the shows on Food Network so we gave it a try. And how awesome! Great burgers and fresh potato fries! They don't advertise but there are a word of mouth chain. Bring your appetite! And don't fill up on the free peanuts!

I'm not sure why it says this is closed but we ate here Nov 2, 2012. It was our first time and we enjoyed it. Better than fast food but not the best burger I ever ate. The fries are delicious and huge portions.

Better than average fast food and fries. This is a burger chain restaurant and nothing special.

Ahh, Five Guys. The honeymoon is over. As I sat there eating my cold burger in a nearly empty restaurant, I cou;d't help but think about the five star rating I had given this place. Rusty S. tipped me off that things weren't quite the five start utopia I originally awarded, so I decided to stop by while I was on my way to Target. It's 6:00 on a Tuesday night in October: off season. There are a few people sitting at the tables and one person in line: Me. I place my usual order and take a seat. I thought service would be quick, but then later figured it might take a while since it was slow and they would have to cook the burger from scratch. As it turns out, it took a while. No biggie. I'm going to enjoy a fresh, hot burger, right? Not so much. The burger was almost cold, and there were only a few straggler fries in the bag. I can't really justify the cost of the fries at $2.85 if there aren't tons of extra fries at the bottom of the bag. Even after the peak season has passed, the floors are so slimy you feel like you're skating. I thought this was just a side effect of the seasonal rush. I guessed wrong. I noticed earlier this year that the baskets for the peanuts were no longer being provided. As a result, patrons now crack the peanuts and throw the hulls on the ground like they were at Logan's. I think you can make a direct correlation between the lack of baskets and the cleanliness of the floors. At least the peanut hulls give you a better grip on the floor! :) Please don't misinterpret this review. This isn't a case of one bad night at Five Guys. This review is the culmination of all the visits to Five Guys throughout the year. I've been to Five Guys around fifteen times this year, and it's never been as good as the first review since sometime around July. It's with a heavy heart that I must demote Five Guys to 3.5. I always round down, so for Yelp's sake, it's a 3. A-ok!

Most delicious, messy burgers ever!!! You can split one order of fries with 2 people, the portions are huge :)

If they changed their grill from flat to a flame kissed style, I believe the burgers would be so much better with less fatty grease to harden in the arteries. The Fries are so oily and soggy tasting... the saturated brown bag they are served in shows this to be factually true. Condiments to add to your food is definitely plentiful. They actually sell beer and wine here too, which most adults like with their burgers. The shelled peanuts they offer while waiting is free, and the amount is reasonably self serving. In my opinion, if the burgers were flame kiss cooked, and fries crunchy crisp (not soggy), the rating and popularity of this establishment would be much higher.

If you haven't had one - you need to. Great fries too. I think they wear their poor staff down though - either our cashier was about to faint or he was stoned off his gourd. Good call Mr. President!

Fantastic burgers! A large fry could feed a family of five. We're excited about the new one that just opened in our area.

Always fresh, never frozen burgers. I rate them better than In-N-Out's burgers...especially with the grilled onions and grilled mushroom option. The peanuts while you wait for your order to be filled are welcome, but watch out for slippery floors when wet. Maybe that's why they encourage you to throw the peanut shells on the floor--to provide some friction and reduce the number of falls on their slate tile floor.

I'm totally good with this place,,fast and its good for a straight up burger and real fries!

Best burger chain in US. Definitely better than in and out burgers

Love this place! Always get the single with bacon and cheese!

We were heading to the newly opened ECP airport and hit this place for lunch after a recommendation from a friend. Great idea! I got a freshly prepared, juicy and sizzling burger with grilled onions and a HUGE order of thick cut fries to share with my wife. The kids got the little cheeseburgers which were fairly sizable. Everyone loved it! This was our first Five Guys experience and I was very happy. I am an admitted fan of In-n-Out because I love the fresh approach to fast food. Since there are a few Five Guys locations near me in Phoenix, I'll now gladly go out of my way on occasion.

I found this place to be simply great....great food, great atmosphere etc...

My family had become a fan from when they started in DC. I never had the opportunity and thought I'd give Five Guys a shot down here in PCB. The burger was great, I got the cheeseburger w/ regular fixings plus grilled mushrooms and onions, perfect. I can't wait to go again and try some of others: A-1, jalapenos, bbq sauce, hot sauce, etc... Fries were done perfect, "boardwalk" style. They also have malt vinegar, if that's your taste. Share a large vs. 2 smalls. Place gets quite crowded, there is usually a reason... as the food is really good, and you get alot for your buck.

Awesome burgers! Cajun fries are the bomb. Best deal in Pier Park.

Food is always great! I go hee often and have ever only had two issues: 1. They didn't give me enough fries. My large cup was barely filled. I told them and they apologized and beyond corrected it. They had an assembly line and just missed my bag. Human error happens. Lol 2. I ordered a burger tonight with grilled green pepper, but the cashier heard "grilled onion". I brought it to their attention and it was corrected immediately with smiles and apologies. Two mistakes out of a million visits and awesome service... FIVE STARS! :-)

Worst Five Guys I've ever been to! Filthy dirty tables and floors. Slow wait staff and then completely skipped our order #. They didn't apologize for extra wait time. Hire more people to keep up with your tourist location.

Finnegan has been in a lot of burger places, including a lot of In and Outs as well as Five Guys Burgers and Fries--and they almost always come out overall in a dead heat as the the best burger places around. And in some California towns, blessed with both restaurant chains, they are particularly good; competition is good for consumers! As far as Five Guys places go, this one is mostly average, but the burgers and fries area always excellent! Finnegan wants to campaign for an In and Out next on Panama City Beach--but we are apparently a long ways from that ever happening since they are limited to the most western states. Has dog friendly seating outside. Very service dog friendly as well.

Almost always one of the busiest eateries at Pier Park, but for good reason! This is one of the top restaurants in Pier Park and a very, very good burger. The beauty of Five Guys is its simplicity. This is not a "gourmet" or specialty burger joint like the Red Robin down the road. The menu is rather simple, with only a couple types of burgers and few other types of sandwiches to choose from. The big choice one will be faced with is the choice of toppings one wants. There are many to choose from, but bbq on the side is always a top choice for me! The service is fast, and the crew is clearly well-managed and well-trained (and large) and functions far more efficiently than those at most similar restaurants. Prices are very reasonable, and while I do wish the burgers were a bit bigger (though they are not tiny by any means) one order of fries normally does it if I am eating with only one other person. Five Guys is VERY generous with their fries and they are very good. A neat feature of every Five Guys Burger and Fries is the continuously updated sign that shows where the day's fries were grown. Tourists should not pass Five Guys up because of its simplicity compared to other restaurants in Pier Park, and locals should consider trying Five Guys an absolute must and should not be surprised if it ends up being one of their favorite restaurants in Pier Park!

I've eaten at five guys all over the country. They all have the same issues, music so loud you can't have a conversation. The employees yell numbers at the top of their lungs. And they dump fries all over your sandwiches. I know it's the way they are, but I hate it. Now the food is 5 stars adding 1 stars for atmosphere and you get 3. If you can put up with the noise and burning your hands retrieving your sandwich, this is you place. Want a better atmosphere and food just as good, go to Red Robin around the corner.

Decided this morning to drive out to Pier Park in Panama City Beach for one reason: Five Guys. Based on the reviews here on Yelp as well as word-of-mouth praise I've heard elsewhere, I've been wanting to try Five Guys for a while. Had a couple of free hours today, so off to PCB I went, and boy, am I glad I did. I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, pickles, mayo, ketchup, mustard, and grilled onions, and a regular fry. The burger was hands-down the best burger I've ever had. Two juicy patties with lots of cheese + all the extras I ordered along with a smallish bun made for a messy, but delicious lunch. Also, the amount of fries for a "regular" order was ridiculous. I ate only about 1/10 of the fries they gave me. Also enjoyed the complimentary peanuts and a coke, which I rarely drink but allowed myself to indulge in today (I'm already having a burger and fries, so what's a coke on top of everything else?). Check came to around 10 bones, but I was more than happy with the value I got in exchange for my hard-earned cash. Wish there were a Five Guys in Destin, but maybe it's a good thing there's not, for my body's sake as well as my wallet's. I'll always be dreaming about that burger, though....

We love Five Guys. We had to go even while on vacation. The place was so busy and we waited in a long line, but tables opened up as we finished our order. The food was just a s good here as in Oregon!

The day we went was pretty crowded (a Saturday afternoon) but the burgers were hot and delicious, fries were plentiful, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. This was the first time I've had the cajun fries and they were a nice change from the normal ones, pretty spicy. We got a large and it fed four of us so order accordingly! And remember that a normal cheeseburger has two patties and the little cheeseburgers have one and all toppings are free! I forgot to tell these to my friends but they ended up sharing anyway. I didn't pay but this was pricier than the last one I went to in Colorado.
