The sandwiches are overpriced for the effort and size of lettuce, pineapple, and lousy bread soaked sauce, and the fact the chicken and meat came to us in less than 1 minute. I was told it was cooked fresh....I minute for cooking chicken and beef....don't think so! Could have gone to McD for 1/2 price. The floors were sticky and filthy like the managers attitude! Empty tables were not cleared or cleaned even though there was little to no business. Napkin dispenser was covered in nasty old goop. We are locals from the city side of Panama out on a Sunday drive and decided to try you for the first time. It will be the last FC#252 3/22/15...Wake up manager . stop mumbling about your troubles and get your people working.to present a product Back Yard can be proud of and adults not kids will eat!!! They wasn't busy for fast food they were slow. Fries was tasty. My burger was just the number 1 normal burger was all dried out. My daughter got the pineapple chicken was good but way to much sauce and they put mustard on it yuck. Hubby was happy with his chipotle burger but said it was even hot a little.

Tried the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich and liked it. The fries that came with it weren't bad either. Think fast food, but a little more expensive. Despite the name, definitely better than your back yard burgers. The atmosphere itself ain't bad, but doens't look up to par for a fast food joint.

4 stars on a FAST FOOD scale, not on a restaurant scale. Dropped in here on Sunday on our way out of town. Nice employees, good turkey burger and waffle fries. Daughter loved the jalapeno chili fries and root beer float. Clean bathrooms. No complaints and better than most fast food.

I was hoping for a better review of this place. The burgers were great but the atmosphere was scary. I wasn't sure what was going on but it seemed like the place was falling apart. It seemed like a ghost town at lunch inside this restaurant. That usually tells me that other people stay away from this place. I liked the burger but I didn't like the actual restaurant. Maybe I will try this place again over the summer and it will be better.

Only 4 customers were there on a busy Saturday night about 6PM and they were about done eating. Really weird. All the other restaurants were full. This place is on prime real estate! All others were busy including the very packed fast food places. I ordered the Hawaiian and my friends had bacon burgers. We ate in. We quickly found out why no one was there. The manager is not friendly AT ALL. "What do you want?" No smiles, no conversation and a personality worse than a robot. Cold attitude like they don't want to be there. The food is great and yes it does take too long for fast food. Particularly since we were their only orders. The manager left and another girl was running the register. Same chip on the shoulder attitude as her boss. Awful. I just can't see this place remaining opening much longer. Is the regional manager just going to let this place continue to sink? There needs to be a serious improvement of customer service and kindness. This is a gold mine run by incompetent people. "You're ALL fired" is a good start. No, we won't return.

Lunch with the Mrs. Off season in PCB so not very busy. Mrs had a bacon cheeseburger and I had a chipotle cheeseburger and a side of parmesan garlic waffle fries. Food was good but it took a while to get. About a ten minute wait. Also, it seemed pretty clean. No hand dryer in the men's room and paper towel dispenser was empty. The sign in the restroom says employees must wash their hands before returning to work. Maybe they dry them with hamburger buns.

Probably waited a full five minutes after receiving food. Price is high for the burger you get. The indifferent: The burgers were marginally better than other fast food places, but they do have several topping choices. The good: The staff was very courteous and friendly. The fries and shakes were tasty too. Lastly, I used to come here about ten years ago and the burgers were phenomenal... I'm somewhat disappointed but I did finish my burger...

S---L---O---W Order in at 1:35pm and didn't get my food until after 2pm. Keep in mind, this is a "fast food" joint. Burger was fine though. No napkins in the dispensers or paper towels in the restroom. Get the seasoned fries... If you end up here.

Back Yard Burgers was slow and subpar to places that offer a similar concept. Our sandwiches were dry and just did not taste good. What really lowered the review for me was the restaurant itself. Everything was sticky. The floors, the tables, the bathroom was dirty. That atmosphere really made a disappointing meal a gross experience. Other locations may be better, and there's one relatively close to me; but I will go to Five Guys or Smashburger over Back Yard any day.

Worst customer service ever. I checked my receipt, drive thru order was entered at 3:24 pm, was still sitting, with no one coming to the window to let me know that that just might be a little late, at 3:40. At 3:41, I knocked on the window. No one came to the window. I had to go around to the front door and demand a refund. Wow!, hate to see if they get busy, as there was 5 tables with people eating.

Food arrived quickly , but my Black and Bleu burger was cold. The bacon and bleu cheese were both ice cold, and by the time it was heated up my fries were ice cold. For the $8.69 combo I expected it to be warm. The customer service was as cold as their food.

Went with my wife and 2 friends. Our friends never received their food, manager was very rude when asked about the problem. Wife and I received food after about 45 MINUTES. but order was wrong on hers, and mine was nothing more than a McDonald's burger with a high price. Very small fry portion. Will NOT be returning.

This is one of the best fast food places to eat burgers! They have the best burgers by far! The burgers are juicy not dry like at alot of fast food restaurants, they have excellent flavor and the fries are great too! The price is a little high, but once you eat one of their burgers you won't care about the price, you'll be hooked! I have been to different Back Yard Burgers in other states and I have to say, I get the same great service at all of them. My family, friends and I are all huge fans of this place! If you haven't tried Back Yard Burgers yet, you are definitely missing out, you'll be wanting more and more! All other fast food burgers just don't compare! I do have to say that the one difference from this Back Yard Burgers to all the other Back Yard Burgers I've been to, is that this one is near a beach!!!!!

I automatically have to subtract points for this location since it stands where the old Krystal used to be. That being said, this is a nice fast food burger joint. The burgers are mighty tasty, and they're always adding new seasonal menu items to keep it interesting. We used to eat as this place once a week for lunch until a significant price hike. Now, a burger combo cost over eight dollars. Yeesh. I also have to put this place on notice for being a soft drink price gouger. A $1.89 for a 16 oz drink; I don't think so. All those grips aside, it's still a good place to get a fast burger that you can actually enjoy.

before the trip to FL, my friend told me backyard burger is a must try. we didn't have chance to go in Orlando, but we found this one on the way back. it was ok. the Hawaiian ck had awesome flavor but they over cooked the ck, very dry. and the hamburger was the saltiest ever, meat was dry, too. I love the chocolate milk shake, tho, not too sweet, goes well with my burger. the staff looked like they all had a bad day.. common, it's a beach!! I gave it 2 stars also bcuz this place was dirty. we had to walk around the empty tables just to look for a clean one. I saw a spray and rag on one table, someone probly decided to take a break the half way cleaning? I wish I had tried the ones in Orlando, people had better reviews for them. this one just killed my excitement toward a " good fast-food" they said.
