Every morning, I drive out of my way just so I can make the scenic drive through Palmetto, FL and visit this Dunkin Donuts. This is a fairly new location and is conveniently located near the local Wal-Mart. Each morning, I order my usual breakfast which consists of two smoked sausage breakfast sandwiches, a big n' toasted, two orders of hash browns and an order of their signature pancake sausage bites. For my caffeine fix, you simply cannot go wrong with their iced coffee. My order is almost always given to me without error, which is impressive as I have a thick Slavic accent and drive-thru's often cannot understand my orders. This Dunkin Donuts recently made the local news, as they had their first streaker run through the restaurant. Apparently, this customer forgot to put on his underwear and pants before heading out for his morning coffee, which I completely relate to since who has time to fully clothe themselves when DD is needed first thing in the a.m.? My only complaint with this Dunkin Donuts is that the large iced coffee at this location costs $2.67 whereas it costs $2.44 at every other location I visit. This higher price may be due to it's fancier location and upscale clientele, so I'm willing to pay more for luxury.

I hate to leave bad reviews for fast food establishments, because I feel they're more for convenience than quality, but this place could use some constructive criticism. I feel it's best to leave feedback for the management in hope they'll gain some insight to their business' operation. There was absolutely no one in the drive thru when we pulled up and yet, it took several seconds for anyone to acknowledge our presence at the order menu. Upon ordering, we were told the location was out of turkey sausage as well as other breakfast sandwiches ingredients. After discussing what was available, we finally spoke back to the order taker, but she didn't acknowledged our order. We had to ask if she was there listening - which she was surprisingly. Our food was presented in in four different bags. We ordered two sandwiches, a doughnut and munchkins. It's not that I care so much about the waste of paper bags, but more that I find it annoying to sort and search through several bags to distribute our breakfast. The munchkins were very bad. At 9am I expect a little bit more from a breakfast/donut shop. The sugar donuts had very little sugar and the cinnamon had barely any cinnamon. They might as well have been plain donut holes. Thankfully my daughter didn't seem to mind because she ate them without a peep. The croissant/donut was very dried out. I maybe wrong, but aren't the donuts supposed to be made fresh daily? The sandwiches were flavorful and made correctly, and our drive thru attendant was helpful and polite at the window, so that's why I gave them two stars.

They burnt the grill cheese sandwich and tried to hide it by turning the bread to the inside. Never going back.

Slow. Wow. I just wanted to grab a few donuts and the line took forever. Some of the donuts were really good, but some of them seemed pretty dry/stale.

Do not go inside, it took 39 minutes for two coffees. I was fine waiting, and waiting and then after several minutes I asked where my coffee was and then finally I got my coffee. Glad I wasn't in a rush, this wouldn't work in the morning, I wouldn't be able to wait that long.
