I am awake writing this at 1:30 because there was a fight outside the nightclub and the fire alarm went off. Nice hotel staff. There is a nightclub at the hotel which causes a MAJOR disruption. My car was vandalized here once costing 700$ in repairs and the hotel would not cover damages because they don't have security cameras anywhere to be found even with a nightclub. As I was leaving the building for the alarm Several minutes ago there was a very drunken man wondering the hall way of my floor during the chaos. I saw him stumble back into the night club I am almost certain he did not stay in the hotel and could have been a potential threat to someone staying there. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE at this hotel. I do not feel safe leaving my belongs or my vehicle parked here anymore.

I walked up to the bar and got the short brunette bartender's attention right away. She asked me to wait a minute, then disappeared for 5 minutes. When she got back she took someone else's order even though they weren't there when she left. That's not what I need when I check into a hotel after a long day.

Just stayed there this weekend. Nice business hotel with very comfortable beds and there was a nice club downstairs. Pool was nice and the workout room was pretty well stocked. There was plenty of parking. Outside of the Marriott's control, there was some construction going on at one of the intersections that made it a little difficult to access. Hopefully they will have that done soon.

Great stay you will have here its a nice hotel i just actually go for the breakfast....so weird right they have the nicest berries and crepes they can make you an egg white omelet with all the veggies fresh in front of your face so nice the hotel is clean and there is a club next door that gets crazy on Sundays kind of crazy in a corny night at the Roxy night but what ever the breakfast is what I'm all about if you live in gardens go take your friends its like 10 per person better than ihop, Denny's, or too-jays.

If you find yourself north of West Palm Beach, and you need a place to stay, the Marriott is a great choice. They have very nice rooms and a lovely lobby. It's also a good place to stay if you want to visit the PGA headquarters.

The rooms are nice, for me there were plenty of outlets for all my gadgets. Refrigerators are an extra charge, which was a surprise as the web site indicates the rooms have them. The shuttle was great, taking us to neaby restraunts and shops. Wifi is also an extra charge, but they have a business center if you need to go online. If you get back to hotel late when the club is open, be ready to park way in the back.

I was on business travel and after reading some reviews on tripadvisor decided to book with this Marriott. The hotel had been recently renovated but obviously they spent all the money on the common area and forgot about the rooms. When I got to my room my bed was poorly made. The sheets were haphazardly tucked in and rumpled. Looked like someone had rolled around on the bed after it had been made! The decor and cleanliness of the room and bathroom was average. I went downstairs to the restaurant to try to get some food to go and they told me to go back up to my room and order room service! I have never been told that at any other hotel I've stayed at. Overall, the stay was okay but the first impression killed my experience there.

Concierge Lounge does not live up to expectations set by other Marriott's - the evening hors d'oeuvres offering is published to last until 7:30pm. I have never seen a drop of food remaining past 7:05pm...usually they will arbitrarily decide to start desserts early - 7:15ish. (after a long day of meetings - this is a total buzzkill) So if you are going....go early. But be warned - the selection of food is very minimal, as well. May want to eat elsewhere before you check in.

I have stayed here twice before and the new renovation is wonderful. I'm just glad that Marriott continuously upgrades their hotels around the US. This is why the brand has lasted forever. We arrived at 7pm on a Wed and were immediately greeted by the agent. Check-in took less than 10 minutes and we got a 4th floor room. The lobby is elegant and hallways were clean & smells great! We requested 2 doubles and the beds were so comfortable. The room was standard so it was quite small but suitable for our needs. As what I expected from Marriott, the room was spic and span. Plenty of towels, toiletries with blow dryer & iron. I'll definitely stay here again as its reasonable priced and close to dining, shopping & PGA national is about 7 minutes.

I think this Marriott is pretty standard and typical for any full-fledged Marriott Hotel. There really is nothing special to make it stand out from any of the other ones. The restaurant in the lobby is okay, I wouldn't say it lives up to the expectation of the advertising though. The food is decent just not as good as expected. Rooms and bathroom are clean and comfortable. Service is good overall no problems just exactly what you would expect from a full Marriott Hotel. The concierge lounge is decent they have water drinks the food is expected. Nothing out of the ordinary here but there's nothing to take it to the next level either. I stayed a lot of Marriotts as a platinum member and this one fits right into the mold.

Still my favorite hotel in the Palm Beach area... I am a gold member and love this Marriott! Check-in is always a breeze, there is almost never a line and if you are stuck for a few min you can grab a water and an apple while you wait. Staff is always friendly and make the stay very easy. They concierge lounge is very nice; The staff working there is always friendly and happy to help or just chat if they aren't busy. I also like that they now have the big bottle of water instead of the smaller bottles that they used to have in the past. The fitness center is one of the best hotel fitness centers, of this level, I have been in. There are 4 treadmills, 2 Precor Machines, and some bikes plus some weight machines. There are always headphones, water, and fruit in the room for you to use and have during your workout. The rooms are average, nothing spectacular but consistent with other Marriott locations. I didn't visit the bar during this trip but I have in the past and really enjoy it. They even have cider beer here which is a major plus in my book! I look forward to my next trip to FL, I will definitely be staying here again!

Pros: Bar / Restaurant - great staff and surprisingly good and reasonably priced food Cons: The rest of it doesn't live up to the billing or price! Room deadbolt did not work, fridge just stuck at the bottom of one of the beds, no microwave, water hammer was awful when showering! 4 stars for the restaurant and bar, 1 for the actual hotel!

A co-worker invited me here for dinner. He had salmon teriyaki with whipped potatoes. He thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered the Carribean seafood salad with kalamata olives, crabmeat, seared Ahi tuna, and shrimp. The dinnerware was the standard white, angular style which I enjoy as it does not detract from the food presentation. My salad was served in an asymmetric bowl which, in essence, allowed me to enjoy my salad in semi-privacy. The higher lip faced my colleague and he had to nearly hunch over to look at my salad. It was well presented with all of the elements segregated which allowed me to control how much of what food I wanted to eat. I can only eat kalamata olives in small amounts due to the strong flavor and the food presentation allowed me to push them to the side. Enough of the anal retentive comments and on to the flavor. Indeed, it was the best salad I've had in ages. The special dressing was a perfect match as it was somewhat sweet which matched well with the seafood and a great contrast to the olives. I am not usually a salad fan, but this dish made me rethink the endless possibilities of lettuce in a bowl. I also ordered a mango mixed drink, and the bartendar added a little twist to it that sent this drink off the charts. I took one sip and said, "I love you". For dessert, we both ordered chocolate lava cake. I was not definitely not impressed with it. The whip cream had the consistency of semi-frozen ice cream and was very bland. The cake was clearly shipped in and heated up. They did not even take the cake out of the wrapper. I will not have their dessert again but I'm going back for the salad before I leave Florida.

Stayed here on a business trip and found it to be a decent hotel for business travel. I am disapointed that the internet costs $13 a day to use. guests on business. Aside from the pricey internet it is everything one would expect from a Marriott but no more. Room was clean and quiet, comfy bed, nice TV with a bunch of video inputs so you can hook your laptop up if equipped with the right cables.

I thought the service was outstanding. The price of the room was awesome. That was the most comfortable bed. I slept like a baby. I would highly recommend. The staff was very polite. I could have enjoyed the bar there much better than LUX Night Club.

The Hotel itself is quite nice. Rooms are decent and the beds are comfortable. Pretty much your run of the mill Marriott. The Bar/Restaurant is solid too. The menu has a good mix on it and the food is prepared well. I haven't had a bad item yet and I've eaten there 4 times.

Stayed here on business. No great views unless you get a room that faces the pool. Nice and quiet. Comfortable beds and clean spacious rooms. Complimentary wine when you arrive. Very friendly shuttle drivers and many good places to check out that are close-by during your stay. Palm beach is a fun place so you will be outside of the hotel most of the time.

I love this Marriott, although it was currently going under some renovations, it was hardly felt. Great clean room and comfortable bed,. fantastic front desk staff! Super friendly and helpful. Also, amazingly good breakfast! My only complaint, and i know may be a little over critical here but why can't i change the brightness on the TV? Is it a saving energy thing?

meh i'm gold elite and was given a room on the third floor the room was nice enough and was large with couch and chair views all around are pretty boring as it is in a suburban office park area i was allowed to do early check in with mobile check in and that worked smoothly - in my room by 9:30am. also manager called to make sure i had my foam free pillows as requested and had housekeeping come to put them in (they hadn't had a chance since it was so early) in addition, cook made me a salmon benedict for breakfast (they had salmon and egg benedict on menu but not the combo i like) - so the service was excellent and the staff are great. my problems with the property are that the exec lounge is closed on the weekends which apparently includes Friday morning and afternoon. that doesn't make any sense and there was plenty of traffic to support it being open. in addition - i think most elite members were on higher floors with key card access... here is the only reason i care - there is a apparently either a nightclub in the hotel or there was a wedding - at 1:30am I woke up to pounding bass that did not stop until 3am....and i had to be up at 5am...ugh. oh, the phones also stopped working while i was there for a few hours but that could happen to anyone. so, i think for the area it was fine but certainly on the lower end of full brand marriotts that i have stayed at
