Drive thru on Saturday 8/8 around 5pm ish. They completely screwed up a medium French vanilla coffee coolata. Two inches empty and half pure liquid. Tasted wrong. I drink them often at other locations nationally. I was in a hurry otherwise I would have gone back. Girl working drive thru was Terrible and it seemed like her first day maybe. I should get a full refund for that frothy milk thing they gave me. I don't plan to give this location another chance

Not impressed at all. The owner/manager is more worried about controlling the inventory and totally missing out on pleasing the customers. Never have any of the basic donuts such as a glazed or chocolate frosted. If you are lucky to get a chocolate frosted donut, they seem to scrape the chocolate to avery thin film that it's almost comical to even call it chocolate frosted. Quality is very poor and the staff does not seem pleasant. Really feel there needs to be significant changes if they want to be a prosperous business

I got stuck waiting for family shopping at Michaels. So wanted to check this new DD out. Dont get impressed with the size outside. This is your standard Dunkin Donuts, same stale donuts and limited selection you are used to. There is some more seating inside then your typical DD. Picked up two donuts with filling inside, I could barely taste the filling all dough, no filling. Do yourself a favor and drive a few more miles to Donut King on Howell branch you won't go to one of these DD's very often again.

Wow, very impressed. Quiet internet lounge, lots of seating, station to make your own coffee is awesome, automated creamer, sugar, flavors... big store and clean! Great staff too.

I generally like to give new locales a chance to get things in order before I review them. There are always some hiccups. But this place isn't a little mom and pop venture. Nothing on the menu is complex. So I ordered egg and cheese on a plain bagel and an iced latte, milk and sugar. I paid and then the cashier returned to the window to tell me there were no bagels - no nothing, not even a slice of bread, with which to make a sandwich. It was noon, mind you, not the end of the night or something. He didn't offer a refund but instead offered a donut... a single donut. When my latte came out, as he was handing it to me, he said if it didn't taste good I could come inside and someone would try to remake it. Why would you offer it if you already thought it might taste bad? The glass was only about three quarters full and clearly had no milk in it. It was basically stale coffee and water. This location has often messed up an order and insists on throwing frosted donuts top down into the bag so that the toppings just end up gooey all over the place. It's just not acceptable. I won't be back.

I didn't know it was possible to screw up a dunkin donuts but this place has managed to do it. Here's a few of my experiences. 1) multiple times I have gone here and they have gotten the coffee order wrong. This seems to be a common complaint among other people I know who go here also. Order a coffee light and sweet and they're guaranteed to miss one of the items. The best is I drink my coffee black and twice I've gotten it with cream. 2) one night my wife and I showed up here around 9 p.m. on a Saturday night andthe place was empty. I mean nobody not even the staff. We were there a solid 10 minutes before somebody finally came out of the back and realized we were there. They're lucky we were honest or we could have robbed them blind. 3) tonight I stopped to pick up a couple of donuts. I was looking for an old fashioned and a chocolate glazed. I went inside to find out there were only five donuts left total and of course none of the kind I was looking for. It's sad but the management of this place seems to have no interest in ensuring the staff is properly trained, the supplies are properly stocked or the customers receive a good experience.

It seems that no one at this place knows how to clean. The dining area was a mess. It seemed it wasn't cleaned in days. There was crumbs all over the floor. The tables had crumbs, powder sugar. dried stains that must have been there for days. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The garbage can was overflowing with trash. They had enough staff, although no really cared.. I will go to Panera from now on.

Had a pregnancy craving for some Boston crème. Husband took me after a target trip and we both were impressed! Staff was friendly, manager was a sweetheart, and the doughnuts were still soft even for 5pm! I can't comment on the coffee, since we just had a dozen doughnuts. :)
