I LOVE Zaxby's!!! OMG... I ate there all the time when I lived in Georgia and I thought I was gonna pee in my pants from excitement when they opened here! I will gladly battle I-4 traffic from downtown for my lunch fix. The Blue salad- buffaloed is the BEST and make sure to get extra texas toast. And if you want spicy- the Kickin Chicken sandwich. This place was good. A nice alternative to other fast food places. It's got a much more "restaurant" feel to it, which is nice. You order at the counter and then they call your number for your order. My sister had the boneless chicken strips with BBQ sauce and fries. I had the same chicken but with buffalo sauce on top of the bleu cheese salad. It was a decent salad with some of my favorite flavors, Bleu cheese and buffalo! The tomatoes on the salad were a little ripe, big and mushy, which isn't my fav, but I took them off and it was fine. The one stand out for me was the fries! They were seasoned really well and were very tasty. They also have a drive thru if you're in a hurry.

Z A X B Y S ! I freakin love this place! The food is always fantastic whenever I go. I've been several times and I've never had a bad experience. The wings and things is a great choice and the salads are good as well. The Restaraunt is always pretty clean and even when it's a little crowded, the atmosphere is always nice and comfortable.

OK YUM!!!!! I had never been to a Zaxby's but on a recent road trip tried it out and LOVED It. I had the Caesar salad with chicken and it was delish- and we also got tater chips which i thought were tots but it ended up ok. The chips were very good. Ok...so I went to my first Zaxby's in Alabama quite a few years ago and I remembered I loved it. So I was quite surprised to see that they opened one in Orlando. Alan and I had been here before but on our last trip we took the boys. Of coarse they were skeptical since they have only had Chick fil A twice so that's all they know. But now they are Zaxby's fans! Everytime we drive by on I4 they both say.."ooooh Zaxby's Love Me Some Zaxby's" So with that said...I only ever get the chicken fingers and french fries. They know how to do it, and do it well! They are hot, fresh and delicious! And their Zaxby's sauce is awesome! I am a condiment girl and this sauce is a must for the chicken finger and french fries! It is an upscale fast food place with great seating and decor. They cook your food to order and I like that because you know that your food isn't sitting around waiting to be served. So when you take a trip to the Millenia Mall stop by Zaxby's!

So I wander in with little expectations since it was fast food and it turned out to be a little nicer than I thought. The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was pretty inviting. Best of all the price was not outrageous. I sort of wish there was one on this end of town now. Overall, it's good food and a nice place to grab something quick. Great chicken for fast food! I went ahead a splurged for the fried chicken sand which and it was delicious! It is cooked just right and very crispy and light. I'm really not a big fan of fast food, but oh Zaxby's, how I love you so. The handful of times I've gone here I've ordered the "Big Zax Snak Meal". It contains chicken fingers, french fries, and Texas toast. Oh, and of course their delicious Zax Sauce! Yummm! I'm always amazed by the portion of this meal. Deeeeyum this chicken is GUD!!!! I actually went here twice during my weeklong conference which I shortened to 4 days since the last day of presentations sounded wack to me. So twice in 4 days is a lot for myself, because I usually want to try a variety of things while in another locale. I had the Cobb salad then the next day came back for the boneless wings. Cobb salad was good but the boneless wings were excellente presidente!!! I got the tongue torch sauce which was hot, but not intolerable. 5 pieces for $4.25 including tax. Totally blows Buffalo Wild Wings out the water. Come to the west coast!!! Love you.

I've been to Zaxby's a few times, but first time at this Millenia location. Service was okay. Food was okay. I probably wouldn't choose Zaxby's over other options...we just weren't in the mood to drive far from the Target we visited in the same plaza. I knew they had chicken strips/nuggets for the tot. Salads are big. I felt the buffalo chicken salad was a bit too spicy, and I like spicy foods. Just not a great visit overall, but it wouldn't be the worst option in the area.

Zaxby's has the best, greasy, somewhat unhealthy :-), fried mushrooms you could ever sync your teeth into. Lol. I found out about Zaxby's some years ago when I was a meat eater. I thought going vegetarian I would no longer get the opportunity to enjoy some of their "comfort foods" but that's not the case at all! My usual order consists of a Zaxby's house salad with no meat, crinkle fries, and those yummy, yummy, (greasy), mushrooms. (I stress greasy because that is exactly what they are. Keeping it real with you folks.) It turns out to be a really filling meal that I don't even finish. But it works for a vegetarian who wants to eat at a place that predominantly caters to chicken eaters. Their salads are great! They usually come with two slices of their famous toasted, white, bread (which I usually take a bite or two and put the rest to the side. Have you seen what white bread can do to the body?? Lol. ;-) And lastly, the crew that works here in the evening are pretty cool peeps. They are super patient and loyal to their customer service. It has showed on many occasions.

Every road trip we stop at Zaxbys. We love the food and the service is usually good. We should have know by the trash in the parking lot it was going to be a different experience. The food as always was great. Good salad with hot chicken and buttery croutons. We also had chicken strips and fries. They were great as well. While we were eating, there was a Zaxbys worker "attempting" to clean the dinning hall. Swept by some tables behind us but when walking past us, dragged the dust pan; knocking everything that was just picked up back on the floor. Saw what happened but just walked back into the kitchen. After, we decided we were going to share a milkshake. There was a sign we came in for a birthday milkshake; that we thought we would try. When we went to ask the cashier what type of milkshakes they had we were told, "We're not serving those." No reason was given or apology just no. Well I think we will drive a little further next time because we won't be stopping at this Zaxbys again.

4 stars for the spicy fried mushrooms (because-Yay! I'm a fan.) and 3 stars for everything else. Kind of a shame since I looove, and I mean really, deeply, truly love fried chicken. OK, these mushrooms are thickly sliced, not whole, so there's a lot more crunchy, thick, delicious batter on each mushroom-love that. It's served with Zax Sauce-decent enough-ketchup, mayo, Worcestershire, misc seasonings. Doesn't really need a sauce, though. The tater chips are nice and crispy ans spicy as hell. They should be called, "Spicy Tater Chips," and the 'shrooms should just be, "Fried Mushrooms," because those dams chips are WAY more spicy. Just saying... Not too impressed by the chicken, really. Wings and fingers both just meh, to me. They weren't kidding when they said (on a sign, at least) that Zaxby's might be addicting. Their chicken fingers taste amazing, and whatever seasoning they use is better than the secret spices of KFC. Ok, that's not necessarily that good of a compliment, is it? But seriously, the seasoning on their chicken fingers are good. And their fries are good, too! It's all good! Well, the wings are just okay, so I'm sticking to the chicken fingers plate. Zaxby's is probably one of the better fast food places I've ever tried, the others being Five Guys and Chick-Fil-A. But it is still a fast food place, so don't get your hopes up ridiculously high then get mad that it's "just fast food". Duh. The decor of Zaxby's is really quite home-y and better than most fast food places too. Their booths are comfortable, and the vintage decor makes it very interesting. I always find a new intriguing thing to inspect on the walls when I'm there. They can even help start a new conversation if you're into that sort of thing. So if you're ever in the mood for an actually decent food quickly, and there happens to be a Zaxby's near you, I would suggest giving it a try. I'm sure glad I finally did!

Great place to eat. Looks like a cute younger sibling of TGI Friday's on the inside with random stuff on the wall and adorable little booths for two. Their Wings and Things platter is enough to satiate two people. Love the shakes, too. The chicken never seems greasy and the food is always delicious. Pretty average. If I had the choice I would hit up CFA but this place will work in a pinch. Mostly fried (wings, tenders, fries, onion rings). Me, I prefer the grilled stuff. The Cajun Club is my go to option here. Grilled blackened breast filet with lettuce tomato and bacon on a toasted bun and a dill pickle spear. People at work rave about the tenders and fries and their sauces but I just don't get it. Average at best.

The good things about Zaxby's is they offer different food choices aside from the hum-drum fast food restaurants. The bad news, they're still a fast food restaurant. I like the spicy chicken sandwich but it's not the kind of thing I would make a special trip for. The same goes for most of the food there; it's good if you're in the mood for it but not really worth a special trip. I go to the location by the Millennia mall when I'm on that side of town and the restaurant always seems pretty clean and the staff has always been friendly to me. Only three stars because everything about the restaurant is about standard.

I can't stress enough how much I love eating here. When I was pregnant last year the only fast food I could stand to eat was Zaxbys. My favorite meal is the zax snack meal because it's only about $5, comes with a medium drink, large portion of fries, 3 chicken strips, toast and a sauce. You really can't beat that. It's hit or miss this with this location. If it's busy, you're more likely to hot, fresh food but, like my visit last night, have to wait a bit of time for it. The workers here, with the exception of the kind gentleman who was sweeping the floor (and who took our trays and warned us that they would be breaking down the sweet tea station), are apathetic. They're not friendly, they're not concerned with how you get your food...I wasn't even greeted as I walked to the register. It was simply frustrating to see 5 people standing around when you've been waiting 10 minutes for your meal at a fast food restaurant. Hit it at the right time though, and the food will hit the spot.

I had not been to a Zaxby's since I lived in Athens, Ga several years ago. I was in a hurry and wanted something different so I decided to try this location. What a horrible decision. I remembered that Zaxby's was a little more expensive than other fast food places but I also remember from Athens that it was quite good. I ordered their basic meal which is over $6 with no drink. Then I find out that if you want bbq sauce instead of their own sauce it is an upcharge of $.25. Come on! The food was hot but not fresh. I'm not sure which parts of the chicken they use for the strips, but I honestly don't think I really want to know. They give you a slice of garlic toast with the meal, I'm not sure why, but mine was cold. The cole slaw was just chopped cabbage. The top of the box was broken wo it wouldn't stay closed, and they serve you fries with no ketchup. Everything was greasy, even the outside of the box. Chik-Fil-A is not in any danger in this market.

I can sum up my Zaxby's experiences in one word... meh. It's mediocre food that's slightly overpriced in a fast food restaurant which has the worst location of any restaurant I've been to. By the time you see Zaxby's from Conroy Road, there is no driveway to turn into, and you end up on the 4 East, heading toward downtown Orlando. Even when I know the general vicinity of where Zaxby's is, it's difficult to find in a twisting maze of confusing drive thru's and parking lots. If the owner of the store is reading this, congratulations on locating your store in the hardest to find location in the world. That took some serious effort on your part. I really tried to like this place, coming here twice to see if my first reaction was wrong. I got the combo meal the first time which had chicken wings (my favorite food) which were meh and chicken strips which were ok. The wings at Krystals are much tastier. The second time I went here, I got the Celebration special, which were chicken strips, crinkle cut fries, and a slice of Texas toast. The food was mediocre, and the bill came out to $7, which seems steep by Orlando standards for a mediocre meal. You should never go to Zaxby's when there are far better chicken alternatives for less in Bojangles or Chick Fil-A.

Two stars = I've had better. And, yes, I have. Tried this place today due to the glowing reviews. IMHO, Chick Fil-A is far better. Here, the chicken strips were extremely salty and seasoning on the fries seemed stale and definitely unevenly applied. I liked the coleslaw. Hubby liked the salad. We both liked the seating comfort. We didn't like the noise or the prices, which were a tad high for fast food. Since we're not keen on lots of salt, we'll pass this place by next time.

For a fast food joint this is really classy. Actually, this is not a joint, this is a nice restaurant. The dining room is very sophisticated with dark woods and nice seating. It is keep extremely clean. Service in this place is very friendly and efficient. I got the Cajun Club Sandwich which is blackened chicken, bacon, green leaf lettuce, tomato, Ranch and American cheese on a toasted bun served with Crinkle Fries and a pickle spear. The chicken was perfectly grilled, however, not so much of a Cajun flavor. The fries were fresh and crunchy. Very nice place, good food.

This place was good. A nice alternative to other fast food places. It's got a much more "restaurant" feel to it, which is nice. You order at the counter and then they call your number for your order. My sister had the boneless chicken strips with BBQ sauce and fries. I had the same chicken but with buffalo sauce on top of the bleu cheese salad. It was a decent salad with some of my favorite flavors, Bleu cheese and buffalo! The tomatoes on the salad were a little ripe, big and mushy, which isn't my fav, but I took them off and it was fine. The one stand out for me was the fries! They were seasoned really well and were very tasty. They also have a drive thru if you're in a hurry.

Z A X B Y S ! I freakin love this place! The food is always fantastic whenever I go. I've been several times and I've never had a bad experience. The wings and things is a great choice and the salads are good as well. The Restaraunt is always pretty clean and even when it's a little crowded, the atmosphere is always nice and comfortable.

Food is good and fresh. The long lines at the drive thru is only indicative of the long lines inside. The restaurant is nice and clean but the space is too small. Not enough tables to go around forcing you to take your order to go. I would recommend 10x over.

Reminds me of chic fil a with a twist. I really enjoyed my first time at Zaxbys. My sandwich was greasy and every time I think about it, I feel sick not because the food was bad but because my tolerance for greasy food is very low. I will go back and try something much lighter!

OK YUM!!!!! I had never been to a Zaxby's but on a recent road trip tried it out and LOVED It. I had the Caesar salad with chicken and it was delish- and we also got tater chips which i thought were tots but it ended up ok. The chips were very good. Salad was fresh and great and I really liked it. Quick & easy and for 4 people to feast we spent like $25 bucks. LOVE ME SOME ZAXBYS

Ok...so I went to my first Zaxby's in Alabama quite a few years ago and I remembered I loved it. So I was quite surprised to see that they opened one in Orlando. Alan and I had been here before but on our last trip we took the boys. Of coarse they were skeptical since they have only had Chick fil A twice so that's all they know. But now they are Zaxby's fans! Everytime we drive by on I4 they both say.."ooooh Zaxby's Love Me Some Zaxby's" So with that said...I only ever get the chicken fingers and french fries. They know how to do it, and do it well! They are hot, fresh and delicious! And their Zaxby's sauce is awesome! I am a condiment girl and this sauce is a must for the chicken finger and french fries! It is an upscale fast food place with great seating and decor. They cook your food to order and I like that because you know that your food isn't sitting around waiting to be served. So when you take a trip to the Millenia Mall stop by Zaxby's!

So I wander in with little expectations since it was fast food and it turned out to be a little nicer than I thought. The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was pretty inviting. Best of all the price was not outrageous. I sort of wish there was one on this end of town now. Overall, it's good food and a nice place to grab something quick. You will not sacrifice taste and comfort for speed.

First time coming here and it won't be my last. I ordered the nibblerz meal. Really good! The zaxby sauce on the sandwiches was wonderful and the rolls the nibblerz came on were toasted and soft. The fries were hot and seasoned perfect! If you are looking for "different" fast food joint I highly recommend this place!! The service was fast and the restaurant was really clean.

Great chicken for fast food! I went ahead a splurged for the fried chicken sand which and it was delicious! It is cooked just right and very crispy and light. The fries are good too and the restaurant is clean but like your typical fast food place inside. Not the healthiest place to eat but it sure tastes good! A welcome addition to Orlando fast food scene.

I'm really not a big fan of fast food, but oh Zaxby's, how I love you so. The handful of times I've gone here I've ordered the "Big Zax Snak Meal". It contains chicken fingers, french fries, and Texas toast. Oh, and of course their delicious Zax Sauce! Yummm! I'm always amazed by the portion of this meal. It can easily be shared or half can be saved for left overs. I can't forget to mention that this was by far one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've ever been to!

Chicken fingers are the only way to go! Not starving? Get the Snack Pack and save a couple bucks! It comes with a drink. If you haven't been here, you will definitely be back! It's a little far from my job, but I still think it's worth the time.

Deeeeyum this chicken is GUD!!!! I actually went here twice during my weeklong conference which I shortened to 4 days since the last day of presentations sounded wack to me. So twice in 4 days is a lot for myself, because I usually want to try a variety of things while in another locale. I had the Cobb salad then the next day came back for the boneless wings. Cobb salad was good but the boneless wings were excellente presidente!!! I got the tongue torch sauce which was hot, but not intolerable. 5 pieces for $4.25 including tax. Totally blows Buffalo Wild Wings out the water. Come to the west coast!!! Love you.

I'm really not a fast food diner, but needed something quick. Being new to the area, and wanting to avoid the "everywhere chains" (McDonald's, Wendy's, etc), I came here. The food was good. The service was fine, just doing their job, and it was quick. What I really did like was the interior. The color and setup made it feel more like a family restaurant than fast food place. Yummy chicken. Fresh.

I've been to Zaxby's a few times, but first time at this Millenia location. Service was okay. Food was okay. I probably wouldn't choose Zaxby's over other options...we just weren't in the mood to drive far from the Target we visited in the same plaza. I knew they had chicken strips/nuggets for the tot. Salads are big. I felt the buffalo chicken salad was a bit too spicy, and I like spicy foods. Just not a great visit overall, but it wouldn't be the worst option in the area.

This is one of the Best Zaxby's around. Foods always fresh and hot. They do it right!!! It get's real busy but don't let that stop you. The staff is supper friendly and fast. Trust me you won't be disappointed ever.

Zaxby's has the best, greasy, somewhat unhealthy :-), fried mushrooms you could ever sync your teeth into. Lol. I found out about Zaxby's some years ago when I was a meat eater. I thought going vegetarian I would no longer get the opportunity to enjoy some of their "comfort foods" but that's not the case at all! My usual order consists of a Zaxby's house salad with no meat, crinkle fries, and those yummy, yummy, (greasy), mushrooms. (I stress greasy because that is exactly what they are. Keeping it real with you folks.) It turns out to be a really filling meal that I don't even finish. But it works for a vegetarian who wants to eat at a place that predominantly caters to chicken eaters. Their salads are great! They usually come with two slices of their famous toasted, white, bread (which I usually take a bite or two and put the rest to the side. Have you seen what white bread can do to the body?? Lol. ;-) And lastly, the crew that works here in the evening are pretty cool peeps. They are super patient and loyal to their customer service. It has showed on many occasions.

Love this place and go here whenever we are on this side of town. My favorite meal is the Nibblers meal which is 3 chicken tenders on toasted sweet rolls with their Zax Sauce and fries and a drink. I also love their salads. Their chicken is the best around!

Every road trip we stop at Zaxbys. We love the food and the service is usually good. We should have know by the trash in the parking lot it was going to be a different experience. The food as always was great. Good salad with hot chicken and buttery croutons. We also had chicken strips and fries. They were great as well. While we were eating, there was a Zaxbys worker "attempting" to clean the dinning hall. Swept by some tables behind us but when walking past us, dragged the dust pan; knocking everything that was just picked up back on the floor. Saw what happened but just walked back into the kitchen. After, we decided we were going to share a milkshake. There was a sign we came in for a birthday milkshake; that we thought we would try. When we went to ask the cashier what type of milkshakes they had we were told, "We're not serving those." No reason was given or apology just no. Well I think we will drive a little further next time because we won't be stopping at this Zaxbys again.

Please, please do not eat here. I ordered a salad to go, got home and when I opened it there were bugs crawling out of it!!! Yes, BUGS!!!! I was so extremely grossed out. Food is good, hot, fresh. Love their fries! Chicken tended with ranch and buffalo sauce always the bomb, kind of lame they charge you extra for sauces. Update: Never been to a fast food restaurant that refuses to serve a paying customer at 9:53 when they close at 10 pm. Literally, they just turn the lights off. I have always been attended to at any other place as long as you are in line waiting before closing time. I'm sorry, but I won't be back.

4 stars for the spicy fried mushrooms (because-Yay! I'm a fan.) and 3 stars for everything else. Kind of a shame since I looove, and I mean really, deeply, truly love fried chicken. OK, these mushrooms are thickly sliced, not whole, so there's a lot more crunchy, thick, delicious batter on each mushroom-love that. It's served with Zax Sauce-decent enough-ketchup, mayo, Worcestershire, misc seasonings. Doesn't really need a sauce, though. The tater chips are nice and crispy ans spicy as hell. They should be called, "Spicy Tater Chips," and the 'shrooms should just be, "Fried Mushrooms," because those dams chips are WAY more spicy. Just saying... Not too impressed by the chicken, really. Wings and fingers both just meh, to me. They weren't kidding when they said (on a sign, at least) that Zaxby's might be addicting. Their chicken fingers taste amazing, and whatever seasoning they use is better than the secret spices of KFC. Ok, that's not necessarily that good of a compliment, is it? But seriously, the seasoning on their chicken fingers are good. And their fries are good, too! It's all good! Well, the wings are just okay, so I'm sticking to the chicken fingers plate. Zaxby's is probably one of the better fast food places I've ever tried, the others being Five Guys and Chick-Fil-A. But it is still a fast food place, so don't get your hopes up ridiculously high then get mad that it's "just fast food". Duh. The decor of Zaxby's is really quite home-y and better than most fast food places too. Their booths are comfortable, and the vintage decor makes it very interesting. I always find a new intriguing thing to inspect on the walls when I'm there. They can even help start a new conversation if you're into that sort of thing. So if you're ever in the mood for an actually decent food quickly, and there happens to be a Zaxby's near you, I would suggest giving it a try. I'm sure glad I finally did!

Great place to eat. Looks like a cute younger sibling of TGI Friday's on the inside with random stuff on the wall and adorable little booths for two. Their Wings and Things platter is enough to satiate two people. Love the shakes, too. The chicken never seems greasy and the food is always delicious. If you're in the mood for fast food, particularly chicken- Zaxby's can't be beat! A new addiction of mine!

Pretty average. If I had the choice I would hit up CFA but this place will work in a pinch. Mostly fried (wings, tenders, fries, onion rings). Me, I prefer the grilled stuff. The Cajun Club is my go to option here. Grilled blackened breast filet with lettuce tomato and bacon on a toasted bun and a dill pickle spear. People at work rave about the tenders and fries and their sauces but I just don't get it. Average at best.

The good things about Zaxby's is they offer different food choices aside from the hum-drum fast food restaurants. The bad news, they're still a fast food restaurant. I like the spicy chicken sandwich but it's not the kind of thing I would make a special trip for. The same goes for most of the food there; it's good if you're in the mood for it but not really worth a special trip. I go to the location by the Millennia mall when I'm on that side of town and the restaurant always seems pretty clean and the staff has always been friendly to me. Only three stars because everything about the restaurant is about standard.

I can't stress enough how much I love eating here. When I was pregnant last year the only fast food I could stand to eat was Zaxbys. My favorite meal is the zax snack meal because it's only about $5, comes with a medium drink, large portion of fries, 3 chicken strips, toast and a sauce. You really can't beat that. It's about the same as buying a meal at McDonald's, except the food Is way better and filling! When I go through the drive thru here they always seem to be on their game. I never have issues. And the sweet tea is always on point! Now that I'm writing this I think I should actually go grab some...

It's hit or miss this with this location. If it's busy, you're more likely to hot, fresh food but, like my visit last night, have to wait a bit of time for it. The workers here, with the exception of the kind gentleman who was sweeping the floor (and who took our trays and warned us that they would be breaking down the sweet tea station), are apathetic. They're not friendly, they're not concerned with how you get your food...I wasn't even greeted as I walked to the register. It was simply frustrating to see 5 people standing around when you've been waiting 10 minutes for your meal at a fast food restaurant. Hit it at the right time though, and the food will hit the spot.

I had not been to a Zaxby's since I lived in Athens, Ga several years ago. I was in a hurry and wanted something different so I decided to try this location. What a horrible decision. I remembered that Zaxby's was a little more expensive than other fast food places but I also remember from Athens that it was quite good. I ordered their basic meal which is over $6 with no drink. Then I find out that if you want bbq sauce instead of their own sauce it is an upcharge of $.25. Come on! The food was hot but not fresh. I'm not sure which parts of the chicken they use for the strips, but I honestly don't think I really want to know. They give you a slice of garlic toast with the meal, I'm not sure why, but mine was cold. The cole slaw was just chopped cabbage. The top of the box was broken wo it wouldn't stay closed, and they serve you fries with no ketchup. Everything was greasy, even the outside of the box. Chik-Fil-A is not in any danger in this market.

I can sum up my Zaxby's experiences in one word... meh. It's mediocre food that's slightly overpriced in a fast food restaurant which has the worst location of any restaurant I've been to. By the time you see Zaxby's from Conroy Road, there is no driveway to turn into, and you end up on the 4 East, heading toward downtown Orlando. Even when I know the general vicinity of where Zaxby's is, it's difficult to find in a twisting maze of confusing drive thru's and parking lots. If the owner of the store is reading this, congratulations on locating your store in the hardest to find location in the world. That took some serious effort on your part. I really tried to like this place, coming here twice to see if my first reaction was wrong. I got the combo meal the first time which had chicken wings (my favorite food) which were meh and chicken strips which were ok. The wings at Krystals are much tastier. The second time I went here, I got the Celebration special, which were chicken strips, crinkle cut fries, and a slice of Texas toast. The food was mediocre, and the bill came out to $7, which seems steep by Orlando standards for a mediocre meal. You should never go to Zaxby's when there are far better chicken alternatives for less in Bojangles or Chick Fil-A.

Two stars = I've had better. And, yes, I have. Tried this place today due to the glowing reviews. IMHO, Chick Fil-A is far better. Here, the chicken strips were extremely salty and seasoning on the fries seemed stale and definitely unevenly applied. I liked the coleslaw. Hubby liked the salad. We both liked the seating comfort. We didn't like the noise or the prices, which were a tad high for fast food. Since we're not keen on lots of salt, we'll pass this place by next time.

For a fast food joint this is really classy. Actually, this is not a joint, this is a nice restaurant. The dining room is very sophisticated with dark woods and nice seating. It is keep extremely clean. Service in this place is very friendly and efficient. I got the Cajun Club Sandwich which is blackened chicken, bacon, green leaf lettuce, tomato, Ranch and American cheese on a toasted bun served with Crinkle Fries and a pickle spear. The chicken was perfectly grilled, however, not so much of a Cajun flavor. The fries were fresh and crunchy. Very nice place, good food.
