So this is the fourth time I have been here, and I can tell that they do listen to customer feedback. They have a wide variety of food options including sandwiches, burgers and salads. They also have a pretty decent beer selection that you can track on Facebook. The staff is super friendly and will let you try any of the beers. We actually got to meet with the owner and had a great conversation. I just recently ordered the chicken Philly with fries, and could barely finish it. There was lots of chicken on the bun and fries were homemade and cooked perfectly. I prefer sitting at the bar as you can order everything right away and check out all the goodness on tap. This is my new go to lunch location. Also, do not forget to sign up for their beer club. It is similar to the world of beer club, but it's free! The location is a bit hidden, but that does make this a hidden gem. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the area and in the mood for a great beer or tasty grub.

Met a friend for happy hour a couple weeks back and I thought it was a comfortable and friendly environment. Dining area is spacious and they have a decent bar size. Parking is convenient and it is a little hidden in the corner of the plaza behind the Waterford Town Center. Our server Hailey was very nice and attentive. She gave us a little insight about the restaurant and menu choices being it was our first time. If you are a beer lover, you will definitley love this place. There are over 74 craft beers to choose from. My girlfriend ordered a raspberry cider beer and I had my usual titos and tonic. We also ordered two appetizers; Red Pepper Hummus served with red peppers, cucumber slices and their house made tortilla chips. Smoked Fish Dip which is a blend of Mahi, Wahoo and Whitefish in a smoked dip served with Ciabatta Points and Tortilla Chips. Both appetizers tasted pretty good. No complaints here! Very good first time experience and definitley will be back..

We had a good first experience here. The server was attentive, the beer menu was a pretty good size, and there was enough of a variety on the menu that I had trouble initially deciding what to eat. Eventually I settled on the Surf & Turf burger, a 1/2 pound burger topped with shredded lobster. Overall, it was a good decision. The burger was seasoned nicely and cooked to temperature, and the bun was a better than average variety. We had also ordered the pretzel bread with dip. It's pieces of pretzel bread, toasted, around a jalepeño cheese dip. The dip was delicious (as was the bread), but for me it was a matter of value for money. The 8 or so smallish pieces of bread was about half of what I would expect for the money. Otherwise though, a good meal. I'm looking forward to tackling some of those other sandwiches on the menu.

Checked this place out for lunch with my mom and it was not a good experience. We had the longest wait for our food. Once our appetizers arrived, the wings were under cooked. Size wise they were great, but that also means they needed to cook longer. We also tired the jalapeño popper bites and had to send them back. Again, under cooked. Now would go back to try happy hour or sit at the bar as they have a lot.of beer options. But I'll pass on the food.

I was not expecting this place to be half as good as it was. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Club w/Sweet Potato Fries & my husband had the Steak Sandwich w/Reg Fries. Both of our meals were delicious. As an avid customer of the Nona Taproom I was very dissapointed. The bar staff was great, however the looming darkness of the "Manager" Megan ruined anything good here. We go for trivia every Tuesday in Lake Nona and figured we would try this location tonight. It was great until we saw the staff walking on eggshells around her and then we felt the same. I couldnt order a drink without a scowl from the "Manager". We saw her yell at a customer for asking for a tv request...bad night?? Maybe, but I'll keep my money in Lake Nona with Julie and Laura...they are the gems! We will never go back to the Waterford Lakes location because of the ignorance of the leadership. I am very dissapointed...I feel especially bad for the regulars that have to deal with this behavior and unproffesionalism.

We decided to give this place a try after driving by several times. The restaurant is modern and clean. Staff was friendly. There is a pretty good selection of craft beer on tap and in bottles. They also have a liquor bar. Ladies! They have purse hooks under the bar top which is nice. Pleasant crowd and nice ambiance in the restaurant. We only came for drinks but all of the food looked delicious. We come back again and try the food!

I saw this place on groupon and decided to give it a try. I was excited that there was going to be a craft beer place away from UCF. I had the Abita grapefruit beer, which did not disappoint. My lunch date and I then ordered the jalapeños appetizer. They were beyond HOT- but deliciously wrapped in bacon. Just make sure you reeeeeally like spicy. Finally, we both ordered burgers. Overall, it was a good burger and the egg on top was perfect. My only complaint is that this place is a little pricey for what you get, but I would definitely come back.

We decided to give this place a go for lunch. I will break this into two parts: Beer and Food First off the beer selection is quite large. They have several on tap, probably 30 or more, plus lots of bottled options. For me personally, I was impressed by the fact that they had many options in the stout category. Usually I find that this is always lacking even in the places with huge lists of drafts. But at Tap Room Grill they offer some really great stout options. I went for the Cigar City Cafe con Leche, which was fantastic. Now for the food. It's a pub so it's a lot of pub style food. So I went into it expecting that from the start. I opted for the French dip sand which based on some Yelp reviewers comments. The bread was fresh and the seasoning of the meat was good. The au jus that came with the sandwich had a great flavor. I opted for sweet potato fries on the side, which were crispy and delish. Overall the food was good, not mind blowing, but good for pub grub. If you're looking for a great beer selection and a decent bite to eat go this is a good place to try.

I was excited about the 2 for 1 drinks all day sign outside, but quickly learned after being seated that this is only for the cheap-y beers that no one wants and wells liquors. We ordered 3 appetizers, and I was happy about the slices of red peppers that came with the hummus, but nothing really stands out here. The best thing about the place was that it is extremely clean, and the bartender is nice. They had a music station on that had some of the worst generic sounding alternative music playing-it drove us away towards the end of our meal. The guy next to us ordered something and kept waiting for more food to come out-they then said they "hide the meat under the chips", and he had to dig around to find the rest of his meal...kind of odd. I think they have good intentions but they have to stand out more if they want to survive in that area full of World of Beers, etc. Big props for being super clean!

This is the sister restaurant to the Nona Tap Room. Same great menu with a slightly less extensive beer menu. The beer list is still great though. They seem to rotate beers pretty frequently so there is always a few new ones. I recommend the fried egg burger and the brat sandwich on pretzel roll. The sweet potato chips are amazing too. Jalapeño poppers were also excellent. Service is always great and food is quick and fresh. Definitely a great place in the Waterford area.

To put it mildly this is a bar which is obvious so their food is, well, bar food. I had the chicken club with sweet potato fries and it was good. Nothing special to it. My one complaint though is that this restaurant does not serve bottled water. I have a hard time understanding why bars don't keep cases of bottled water on hand. It's an easy way to make extra money and it's not like it goes bad or costs money to store. They do have a great list of beers and lots of choices. I noticed a few wine choices too but didn't drink any alcohol. I'll probably go back to drink sometime.

I have continued to come to this place. I love this place so much. It is hard to find a bar that low key, classy, has personable staff, has a great selection of beer, amazing food and is not a dive. This place is able to achieve all of this without being over priced or feeling out of place. Not to sound cliche, but this place just feels right. The staff is knowledgable on their selection and what is new on their selection. They seem to be beer lovers as well. Sheila always has a smiling face and such an amazing energy when serving you. She is an awesome barkeep. Haley is extremely knowledgeable on the selection and is extremely personable. Jen is an awesome manager, and makes an effort to get to know the customers and make sure that everything is going right. The atmosphere created here is relaxed and fun. I not only will recommend this place to friends, I already have.

Our server gave us poor service which was disappointing. It was our first time here and we had many questions about the menu but our server didn't really seem to care. We started off with the ahi tuna but it was not very tasty and it was cut in an uneven way that made it very unappetizing. Large thick chunks mixed with super thin slices. I would not recommend this appetizer. If you can't properly serve ahi tuna then you shouldnt have it on the menu. My chicken wings were pretty good, could've been cooked a little longer. All in all, the food didn't really satisfy us but the atmosphere is nice.

I've been there several times since I live across the street. The selection of beers are good, but the prices for them seem to be a tad on the high side however the 1$ off late nights make them reasonable. One irritating thing about the serving of the beers is the glass size. I'm fine if the beer is served in less then a pint (snifter), as long as I'm informed somewhere on the menu, or through a verbal heads up. Service is hit and miss. Some bartenders are personable while others seemingly care more about making the next big mixed beer.... for themselves. After seeing the same manager a couple times this week due to graduation and having quite a bit of conversation, she neglected to say anything the last time we were there. No hello, no anything. Keep in mind there were maybe 8 people in the bar. Last thing to note for the late nighters, there is no telling when they'll close. Last waitress was eating dinner and the bar was cleaned down for the night by 12:20 even though their hours are until two. When it's good its great, but when it's bad it's a little frustrating.

Came here today for the first time with my wife. The interior is nice with plenty of TVs to watch from any location. However, in my opinion they should have a big screen on the left hand wall for big games. We were greeted immediately, and had great service throughout the meal. We ordered a couple of cocktails and they were well made. We had the Jalapeno Poppers based on the mention in some reviews here, however, we found them to be a bit bland. The peppers were very large, and maybe there was a little bit too much pepper to filling ratio due to the size. My wife had the Turkey Burger with Sweet Potato fries, and enjoyed it. I had the Philly Chicken sandwich with regular fries. There is an option to get it Buffalo style, which seemed a bit odd to me, but I tried it. Not a great decision as I don't think the flavors go well together. And the fries were extremely dark and oily and had no crispness whatsoever. I don't know how you can mess up fries that badly. I'm giving it 3 stars, since service, drinks and my wife's meal was good. We'll probably try it again in a few weeks.

I'm sorry to have to give this place a bad review. My husband and I went there since we love to try new places every weekend. We ordered black and blue chips which are always my favorite at any restaurant that serves it. This one was very bad, the cops were burnt, the balsamic glaze was more of a syrupy consistency and it just seemed as if it was thrown together in a rush. We were hoping the burntness on the chips was an oversite but unfortunately our meal was the same. My husband ordered the tap room burger and said it was very tasty except for the fact that parts of the burger were completely burnt. He never leaves food on his plate but after a few bites he had to stop because the burnt taste was just too much. I ordered the fish tacos which were small and tasty. Once again though the fish was a bit burnt but not as burnt as the fries :( hopefully this was just an off day for them but I don't think I'll returning after all three items were burnt.

My husband and I enjoy going to to room at lake nona. So we were excited when the staff told us that they were open in another one closer to our home.WHAT A HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT.We have been four times and have come away with the same feeling. Bad management and poorly trained staff. Last night the manager would not stop hiding behind the liquor bottles and the waits we had could not even tell us about the craft beers because she was not old enough to drink.. No chips even though they advertise them only greasy french fries. I had the steak Sandwich and it hardly had any meat on it my husband bugger was under cooked. The place cold be great if they had anyone with any personality in the place. When we were leaving people were coming to the door and turning around without going in. That's profit you are not getting. You need a manager that wants to make your place successful as if it was his own. That's how you get repeat business and patrons who want to spend Money in you bar versus someone else's. Will still promote nona tap room. But not Waterford they act like they don't need our business.

Very nice place inside. Lighting does seem to block a lot of the TV's though. A little confused my first time there, no greeter at the door or sign telling you to seat yourself. Server was nice but service was slow and orders were not brought as we requested. Burger and Fish and Chips were good. Don't order a salad with them, they were placed on the plate with the food under the hot lamp. Atmosphere was pleasant but until they can fix the service, there are to many other choice in the area to spend hard earned money

I couldnt order a drink without a scowl from the "Manager". We saw her yell at a customer for asking for a tv request...bad night?? Maybe, but I'll keep my money in Lake Nona with Julie and Laura...they are the gems! We will never go back to the Waterford Lakes location because of the ignorance of the leadership. I am very dissapointed...I feel especially bad for the regulars that have to deal with this behavior and unproffesionalism.

We decided to give this place a try after driving by several times. The restaurant is modern and clean. Staff was friendly. There is a pretty good selection of craft beer on tap and in bottles. They also have a liquor bar. Ladies! They have purse hooks under the bar top which is nice. Pleasant crowd and nice ambiance in the restaurant. We only came for drinks but all of the food looked delicious. We come back again and try the food!

I saw this place on groupon and decided to give it a try. I was excited that there was going to be a craft beer place away from UCF. I had the Abita grapefruit beer, which did not disappoint. My lunch date and I then ordered the jalapeños appetizer. They were beyond HOT- but deliciously wrapped in bacon. Just make sure you reeeeeally like spicy. Finally, we both ordered burgers. Overall, it was a good burger and the egg on top was perfect. My only complaint is that this place is a little pricey for what you get, but I would definitely come back.

We decided to give this place a go for lunch. I will break this into two parts: Beer and Food First off the beer selection is quite large. They have several on tap, probably 30 or more, plus lots of bottled options. For me personally, I was impressed by the fact that they had many options in the stout category. Usually I find that this is always lacking even in the places with huge lists of drafts. But at Tap Room Grill they offer some really great stout options. I went for the Cigar City Cafe con Leche, which was fantastic. Now for the food. It's a pub so it's a lot of pub style food. So I went into it expecting that from the start. I opted for the French dip sand which based on some Yelp reviewers comments. The bread was fresh and the seasoning of the meat was good. The au jus that came with the sandwich had a great flavor. I opted for sweet potato fries on the side, which were crispy and delish. Overall the food was good, not mind blowing, but good for pub grub. If you're looking for a great beer selection and a decent bite to eat go this is a good place to try.

We always have so much fun and Meghan (the new manager) Haylee, Kylee, and Andre treat us like we are queens (which we are) lol. I love it here and you have to come visit.

I was excited about the 2 for 1 drinks all day sign outside, but quickly learned after being seated that this is only for the cheap-y beers that no one wants and wells liquors. We ordered 3 appetizers, and I was happy about the slices of red peppers that came with the hummus, but nothing really stands out here. The best thing about the place was that it is extremely clean, and the bartender is nice. They had a music station on that had some of the worst generic sounding alternative music playing-it drove us away towards the end of our meal. The guy next to us ordered something and kept waiting for more food to come out-they then said they "hide the meat under the chips", and he had to dig around to find the rest of his meal...kind of odd. I think they have good intentions but they have to stand out more if they want to survive in that area full of World of Beers, etc. Big props for being super clean!

This is the sister restaurant to the Nona Tap Room. Same great menu with a slightly less extensive beer menu. The beer list is still great though. They seem to rotate beers pretty frequently so there is always a few new ones. I recommend the fried egg burger and the brat sandwich on pretzel roll. The sweet potato chips are amazing too. Jalapeño poppers were also excellent. Service is always great and food is quick and fresh. Definitely a great place in the Waterford area.

To put it mildly this is a bar which is obvious so their food is, well, bar food. I had the chicken club with sweet potato fries and it was good. Nothing special to it. My one complaint though is that this restaurant does not serve bottled water. I have a hard time understanding why bars don't keep cases of bottled water on hand. It's an easy way to make extra money and it's not like it goes bad or costs money to store. They do have a great list of beers and lots of choices. I noticed a few wine choices too but didn't drink any alcohol. I'll probably go back to drink sometime.

Our waitress Lisa was very nice and attentive. She handled our changing drink orders with ease. Lisa made it very easy for us to sample many of the tasty beers available on the menu. Will definitely come back and hope for the same great experience the next time around.

It was ok. It's fairly competitive in waterford lakes when you enjoy "bar food." I have the fish and chips and pretzel bread w/queso appetizer. The fish was delicious...large portion and fried perfectly. The fries were under seasoned. The pretzel bread was underwhelming, queso tasted like velveeta. The service was good and they do have a huge beer selection if you enjoy craft beer. Just felt the food was a bit overpriced for the quality we received.

I have continued to come to this place. I love this place so much. It is hard to find a bar that low key, classy, has personable staff, has a great selection of beer, amazing food and is not a dive. This place is able to achieve all of this without being over priced or feeling out of place. Not to sound cliche, but this place just feels right. The staff is knowledgable on their selection and what is new on their selection. They seem to be beer lovers as well. Sheila always has a smiling face and such an amazing energy when serving you. She is an awesome barkeep. Haley is extremely knowledgeable on the selection and is extremely personable. Jen is an awesome manager, and makes an effort to get to know the customers and make sure that everything is going right. The atmosphere created here is relaxed and fun. I not only will recommend this place to friends, I already have.

Our server gave us poor service which was disappointing. It was our first time here and we had many questions about the menu but our server didn't really seem to care. We started off with the ahi tuna but it was not very tasty and it was cut in an uneven way that made it very unappetizing. Large thick chunks mixed with super thin slices. I would not recommend this appetizer. If you can't properly serve ahi tuna then you shouldnt have it on the menu. My chicken wings were pretty good, could've been cooked a little longer. All in all, the food didn't really satisfy us but the atmosphere is nice.

We came for dinner tonight. It was good. Service was slow without a real reason. Maybe they left us alone on purpose. Idk. The lobster bites were good but just not my taste profile. The food and beer selection here is awesome! I love that it is also a full bar. The customer service is excellent. Sheila is definitely one of the best bartenders I've ever dealt with. I've been there several times since I live across the street. The selection of beers are good, but the prices for them seem to be a tad on the high side however the 1$ off late nights make them reasonable. One irritating thing about the serving of the beers is the glass size. I'm fine if the beer is served in less then a pint (snifter), as long as I'm informed somewhere on the menu, or through a verbal heads up. Service is hit and miss. Some bartenders are personable while others seemingly care more about making the next big mixed beer.... for themselves. After seeing the same manager a couple times this week due to graduation and having quite a bit of conversation, she neglected to say anything the last time we were there. No hello, no anything. Keep in mind there were maybe 8 people in the bar. Last thing to note for the late nighters, there is no telling when they'll close. Last waitress was eating dinner and the bar was cleaned down for the night by 12:20 even though their hours are until two. When it's good its great, but when it's bad it's a little frustrating.

Came here today for the first time with my wife. The interior is nice with plenty of TVs to watch from any location. However, in my opinion they should have a big screen on the left hand wall for big games. We were greeted immediately, and had great service throughout the meal. We ordered a couple of cocktails and they were well made. We had the Jalapeno Poppers based on the mention in some reviews here, however, we found them to be a bit bland. The peppers were very large, and maybe there was a little bit too much pepper to filling ratio due to the size. My wife had the Turkey Burger with Sweet Potato fries, and enjoyed it. I had the Philly Chicken sandwich with regular fries. There is an option to get it Buffalo style, which seemed a bit odd to me, but I tried it. Not a great decision as I don't think the flavors go well together. And the fries were extremely dark and oily and had no crispness whatsoever. I don't know how you can mess up fries that badly. I'm giving it 3 stars, since service, drinks and my wife's meal was good. We'll probably try it again in a few weeks.

The Tap Room has a nice selection of beers. I was not that impressed with the food. I had the steak kabob and it had no flavor and I could barely chew it. Maybe some of their other items are better. The decor is nice but the music was putting my friends and I to sleep. Service was mediocre.

I'm sorry to have to give this place a bad review. My husband and I went there since we love to try new places every weekend. We ordered black and blue chips which are always my favorite at any restaurant that serves it. This one was very bad, the cops were burnt, the balsamic glaze was more of a syrupy consistency and it just seemed as if it was thrown together in a rush. We were hoping the burntness on the chips was an oversite but unfortunately our meal was the same. My husband ordered the tap room burger and said it was very tasty except for the fact that parts of the burger were completely burnt. He never leaves food on his plate but after a few bites he had to stop because the burnt taste was just too much. I ordered the fish tacos which were small and tasty. Once again though the fish was a bit burnt but not as burnt as the fries :( hopefully this was just an off day for them but I don't think I'll returning after all three items were burnt.

My husband and I enjoy going to to room at lake nona. So we were excited when the staff told us that they were open in another one closer to our home.WHAT A HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT.We have been four times and have come away with the same feeling. Bad management and poorly trained staff. Last night the manager would not stop hiding behind the liquor bottles and the waits we had could not even tell us about the craft beers because she was not old enough to drink.. No chips even though they advertise them only greasy french fries. I had the steak Sandwich and it hardly had any meat on it my husband bugger was under cooked. The place cold be great if they had anyone with any personality in the place. When we were leaving people were coming to the door and turning around without going in. That's profit you are not getting. You need a manager that wants to make your place successful as if it was his own. That's how you get repeat business and patrons who want to spend Money in you bar versus someone else's. Will still promote nona tap room. But not Waterford they act like they don't need our business.

Very nice place inside. Lighting does seem to block a lot of the TV's though. A little confused my first time there, no greeter at the door or sign telling you to seat yourself. Server was nice but service was slow and orders were not brought as we requested. Burger and Fish and Chips were good. Don't order a salad with them, they were placed on the plate with the food under the hot lamp. Atmosphere was pleasant but until they can fix the service, there are to many other choice in the area to spend hard earned money
