Our drinks were made well, and we had an excellent recommendation from the cashier. The barista made the drinks and kept her cool, even though the place was packed and people were asking for venti waters at the drink waiting area.

I went on a Saturday night and the line was pretty long. In addition to caffeine divas like my brother, I'm guessing all the holiday shoppers need their coffee fix too. After all, coffee is the fuel for champions, right? Having spent the day waiting for rides at Universal Studios this line goes by quickly. Seriously though. They have a cool "Where are you from?" board on the wall near the entrance. It was kind of a tease, though, when I discovered I couldn't add my own location pin. Womp womp! There's no public restroom, but it is a corporate store for all you Starbucks partners out there! (What up, discount!) The cashier was incredibly nice and wrote our individual names on our drinks versus one name for the entire order. Nice touch. Baristas were lightening fast. Well maybe not lightening fast, but they managed to get our drinks to us before we paid. Friendly and efficient. Me like.

This place is really clean and the employees are always very friendly. You can buy your coffee and snacks go online and chill out for a while. The guest are always friendly and very social. Look around the room and see people hanging out on there PC's or Mac's and enjoying the coffee and conversion with friends. Its always a good, relaxing time we I come to Starbucks! I love this place. Keep up the good work.

got there pretty late, a part of the store is sectioned off..they're probably preparing for closing but it was still pretty crowded with numerous shoppers sitting in there.. the pastry case was messy with pastries all over the place and half a piece of cake laying at the bottom of the case.. the cream/sugar station was gross. there was spilled coffee, milk, water, sugar on the counter... u name it. the dirtiest starbucks i've seen by far.

Well it is a Starbuck. There are only four tabels with total on 15 seats. Went here at 11am and the floors and tables were not clean.

I love me some hot chocolate on a chilly night. This coffee shop is located inside the Orlando premium outlets, so don't be surprised if there is a wait to get your caffeine fix. I was surprised to see how packed it was and the wait wasn't too bad. The baristas were moving at a decent pace, but it could have been turned up a notch when the line was getting long. The "Where are you from?" board is a hit. People from all over the world made their locations known.

Can't beat a Salted Caramel Mocha! Although, this particular location is at the outlet mall so be prepared to wait in a 30 minute line for coffee. I was just visiting Orlando so we went here ; otherwise, I'd avoid this location.

This is a typical starbucks and probably my least favorite going to. I really only come here if I really need some coffee! I usually try and go to another one outside the mall. This location is located in a busy outlet mall and it's not their fault but they need two different locations inside the mall. The main issue is the line. Not only do you have mall employees you have shoppers. They are literally slower then molasses! What I find interesting is there is usually 2 people on register and only person making drinks. There is usually a few staff wandering around filling shelves or talking to their friends from the mall. The person making drinks also always seems to run out of like cups or lids and has to get them, all the while 2 cashiers are still taking orders. I have never seen such a disorganized starbucks in my life! The staff is just ok. I work in the mall and like I said I do come on occasion and I recognize people and try and ask how their day is going to not have it back in return. There are a few that are nice but they are not as friendly as other locations. I would honestly recommend getting starbucks before you come to the mall, it's not worth it here.

Disorganized and lacking management oversight. The drinks took forever and there did not appear to be any effort to rectify the situation. The barista spent time explaining the algorithm of how long it should take to get the drink knowing they were running about 15 minutes behind. Good grief! Just make the drinks!!! I'm not from Orlando so the good news is that I won't be coming back. Good day!

Of all the Starbucks in Orlando, this is easily my least favorite. There is always a long line, and if you happen to walk up and find a short line, it's really a trick, there will be a long wait to get your drink. Normally I can't pass up a Starbucks, but I wouldn't go to this one again. It was just way too crowded, tables weren't cleaned, and service was very slow.

Wait is long even for iced tea!!! Also was charged for the wrong item. I told the cashier I would like a grande peach green tea and a grande hibiscus with 2 pumps of raspberry syrup. I was charged for a green tea lemonade and passion tea lemonade. Total of $8 and some change. Even after I brought it to the barista's attention of the error of the cashier's mistake, they only refunded me $1 and some change. I was told they are pricier than our usual Starbucks!!!! I can't justify paying this much for two medium (grande) iced teas when this company barely pays their employees. I don't think I will go back to any Starbucks. Since they charge more perhaps they should also hire more than one barista. Feel bad for everyone they rip off on a daily basis.

This is probably my least favorite Starbucks I've ever visited. It's centrally located within the Orlando International Premium Outlets, and it is constantly busy (which is probably a good thing for Starbucks). But this also means long waits to order, very long waits to pick up, messy counter tops and table tops, no where to sit and relax, and inaccurate orders. With the location being so busy, I would expect the baristas to be on top of everything, but it seemed like they seemed more involved with themselves and each other than making the beverages. There were two male baristas taking the orders and only one female barista making drinks, while two other girls were chatting and laughing away. I waited over 15 minutes for my iced black tea lemonade. I had asked for it to be sweetened and with light ice, but didn't receive my drink as ordered. I felt so bad for that one girl, I just opted to drink it as is. This isn't my first time waiting so long for a drink at this location, only to have it as not what I've ordered. Honestly though, it's Starbucks, and it's a refreshing pit stop on a shopping spree while in 100% humidity. If I wasn't such a Starbucks addict, I would think twice about stopping in.

Sucks sucks sucks. I normally love starbucks but this one is the worst. They always get my order wrong, charge me for something I didn't ask for, or make the wrong drink. There is always a massive line aswell. I stopped going when they gave me a small iced mocca something when I asked for a large Mint java chip with 3 shots of expresso. How do you get those mixed up.. seriously? Got sick of them having to remake my drink every time after already waiting in line for 15 minutes.

I put in my order very quickly after waiting about 7 minutes in line. Waiting for the drink took about 15-20 minutes. I think there needs to be more people making the drinks. There were about 20 people waiting for their drinks to be made!!! When I got my drink I realized it was made with skim milk and I usually get soy, which I forgot to mention in all the confusion. I left the store and decided to go back preparing to wait another 30 mins! But they remade my drink with a smile and very quickly! Very pleased!!!!
