Always a pleasurable experience at Ruby Tuesdays. The food is very tasty and the unlimited salad bar is a welcomed treat in a time when many restaurants do a away with such an amenity to customers. They have several under 700 Calorie entrees available any that's a very awesome thing for anyone watching their weight. Definitely will head back!

I'm usually ready with a hair trigger to mercilessly slam any and all casual dining chains (as in, fuck you Cheesecake Factory). This place is marginally better. I came here a couple times for work functions. I would never dream of getting a menu item, since they all look, generally, disappointing when they arrive at the table. For me, it is invariably a diet coke and salad bar. The salad bar is pretty good. Very good, actually. It's got your typical offerings, and plenty of them. I remember, way back in the day, some marinated mushrooms, which are now gone (I'm guessing that some options have been scaled back to save the dollar bills), but even so, it's a good deal at $7.99. Get a lot of the brown croutons. They are very good.

Ruby Tuesdays never fails to please. This chain restaurant has class for a really affordable price and in a comfortable setting. The food, as always, is really good. Menu items come in a nice array and I've always liked their "Prime" burgers. And, seriously, their Spinach and Artichoke Dip is To. Die. For. If you come here and don't get that as an appetizer, then you're doing things wrong. Their salad bar is another nice accommodation. Pair your salad with their wonderful croutons to turn a good salad into a great one. Now, onto something I don't normally talk about; drinks. No, not alcoholic drinks, but their lovely collection of lemonades. Any restaurant that decides to give me this amount of lemonades to choose from really knows how to get at my heart. And these lemonades are delicious. I'm craving a raspberry one right now!

Today I took my family to Ruby Tuesday for dinner because we are currently on vacation and we're craving some good Western food. We saw the commercial on TV and it looked pretty good so we went to give it a try. It wasn't the best experience.. I expected more. The server seemed a bit lost, slow and very forgetful. She offered us garlic biscuits and forgot about them and by the time we reminded her, they were dry and cold. We eventually got new ones but it took about 30 minutes. My mother ordered a rib-eye steak medium rare and the first time they brought it out it was fully cooked. So we asked the waiter if they could fix it and so she took the plate away. Moments after the manager came to our table to apologize for the situation and said they were gonna cook a new piece for her.. 10 minutes later they came out with the new piece and my mother cut it and.... It was rare. Extremely rare. So red that it was still bleeding. We had to wave down another worker... And eventually got their attention. Informed them about he steak. They took the plate and cooked it some more and it was finally good. Medium rare. The server came to our table and apologized and offered a free dessert. The manager eventually came to our table again and apologized once more. Told us that he took the rib-eye steak off our bill ... The service was bad because it took 2 mess ups to get some money back... The never checked up on us. The salad bar wasn't the best (plates were dirty, vegetables weren't that fresh) Food would get a 6/10 In the end they still got ~$95 after making us sit and wait for two hours total. Would not recommend .. Poor management and service

I love Ruby Tursdays. Great service. The managers and wait staff are always friendly and efficient. I love several things on the menu - so it does make for a difficult choice sometimes If you want an appetizer I suggest the fresh guacamole. The best guac anywhere For dinner - ribs, chicken broccoli pasta, burger, or chicken fresca. Ready for dessert? I live the cheesecake. (Skip the cupcakes, I had them twice and they were dry both times)

I've been coming here for years and it's sad to say last night was one of the worst!!!!experience in dinning out ever!! the Mgr last night 1/25/14 Michael has no idea what so ever or a clue how to deal with a simple situation long story short Joey the host should be in the back washing dishes.... And Margaret the server who pick up the check!!!! & never acknowledge me pass by me 6 times, in other words 10 Min until I said something to her & she said o I didn't no anybody was sitting there she said..... Really every customer that walks in to a bussiness is a paying customer!!! that pays your bills!!!! specially if you are a server I'm paying your bills or a Mgr or a hostess .. By the way Todd Thks for returning my call... Hospitality industry is no joke you either learn it the right way or find a new job because you all suck specially the mgr Michael !!!!!!! You need to step up your plate if you really wanna be in the hospitality industry... Oh by the way I went to chili's great service Jessica at the loop ...

The staff and service here were great! The food was top notch. The salad bar was still very fresh at 9 PM. I was really impressed by this place for a chain restaurant. The asian dumplings are great!

I have been to Ruby Tuesday's several times. A couple of times to the one on Kirkman Rd and another couple of times to the one on South Orange Blossom Trail. The Kirkman's Ruby is better-looking outside and inside. The OBT's Kirkman is surrounded by average business like Chick Fil-a, Steak'n'Shake, a T-Mobile store and a Pawn shop. All this at a Home Depot plaza. Not the best place for a restaurant experience, but I digress. What's surprisingly good about Ruby Tuesday's is that they have tastier pasta than Olive Garden! Take that Italian-fare franchise! The other great thing is that their signature non-alcoholic drinks such as the mint-watermelon juice and the fruit-cocktail juice are re-fillable. That's right! You can drink them to your heart's content. What other franchise gives you refill on something other than coffee and soda? I have never tried their salad bar because I'm mainly carnivorous, but their pasta is very good and their burgers are good enough. Service-wise, they are adequate to mediocre. The demeanor of the waitresses has been lacking the last couple of times. They either look bored or otherwise pre-occupied or unfocused. They are not mean, just not at the same level than most other restaurants where they at least pretend to like their jobs. Also, there's no utensils or napkins or ketchup on the tables. They bring them to you when they serve you. Weird. However, as I said, their pastas and drinks are good. Give TGI Friday's and other franchises a rest, and pay a visit to a local Ruby Tuesday's. Oh, and the complimentary biscuits are delicious!

Good Experience, the re vamped their menu and included a salad buffet which was pretty decent. Our server was extremely curteious, even though a little slow on the service given the fact that the restaurant was not busy at all. Food was ok.

Sometimes I come here after work to get a quick drink and get their salad bar. Their veggie trio is amazing, fresh and different because it's unlike most restaurant's vegetable selections. They have an amazing staff, especially the bar staff. The managers are very active on the floor and in speaking with customers.
