I must say we went in yesterday to dine and they were closing in 15 mins so they could not serve us that kind of throw me off guard. Then I decided to order an item to go off of their special of the day menu. When I got to my friends house which wasn't fare from the place the food was still hot and delicious. I would defiantly go again and this time at a decent time before they close. :)

The food is fine, the service is great, but when I say I want the food to be THAI-hot (which is one of their options) I would appreciate it if they actually give me what I asked and didn't dilute it down for me because I'm not of their ethnicity. I did at least appreciate that after realizing I was unsatisfied the waitress brought over the spice rack without me having to ask for it and allowed me to spice up the dish myself. But this happens at almost every Thai restaurant I go to. I'm sick of it.

First let me say, the service here is excellent! There were over 60 items to choose from on the menu. I started out with a glass of Thai Tea (which I had never had before). It was really not what I expected. I was pleasantly suprised. It was almost like a dessert. We also ordered a bottle of the Momokawa Sake. It was served chilled. The appetizer we chose was the golden squid which came with a side of fresh peanut sauce. It was super fresh and delicious. It was devoured in minutes. I chose the Pad See-Wee for an entree. It was a fairly large portion. I took close to half of it home. My husband ordered the roasted duck. It came served over vegetables with a large portion of rice. My son ordered the Ginger Duck. It also came with a large portion of rice and steaming on a cast iron plate. I was able to sample both of them. I had never eaten Duck before but after trying it here I know I will try it again. My husband loves bananas, so he ordered the banana delight dessert with vanilla ice cream. I had one of the bananas. Out of this world! My son ordered the Black sticky rice with coconut shavings. I didn't sample it (I am not a big fan of coconut). He loved it. Needless to say, everything was delicious, reasonably priced and we will be back again.

Amazing little place! Excellent, authentic, thai food that can't be beat, at a very affordable price! Everything we ordered was excellent, and the portions bigger and more generous then what we get in the Kissimmee area. ( and royal thai is much cheaper, and the service much friendlier! ) The owner is a sweetheart and very attentive . Our drinks were always refilled, we were always checked on. We got Beef Penang, Ginger Duck, Yellow Curry Chicken, Chicken Satay, Toong Thong ( the most amazing fried dumpling I've ever eaten! ) and were so impressed with the food/price we ordered a Pad Thai to take home. They also have crushed peanuts, spicy fish sauce, Sriracha, and red pepper flakes at the table so you can customize your dish. A nice touch! Have never seen this at any of the other thai places I have been. Can't wait to go back! Really, if you're in the area this place is well worth a visit.

Haven't been here in over 4.5 years and it is still as great as I remember it to be. My friends and I use to drive 30 mins once at least once a week. I was in Orlando for a week and made it here 3 times it's that great. Great authentic Thai food and excellent service. The servers still remembered my name and my orders. For appetisers the spring rolls with plum sauce and the chicken satay are amazing. The shrimp param, cashew chicken, and panang chicken all still great. For desert the mango with sticky rice and the fried banana with ice cream hits the spot. This is hands down the best Thai restaurant in the Orlando area and can't wait for my next visit.

Royal Thai was the first Thai restaurant I ever went to and I fell in love instantly. The food is always delicious and I love the atmosphere - it's casual and intimate. The portions are more than generous and the food is always awesome! I highly recommend their Yellow Curry and the Chicken Praram!

The best Thai food in Orlando, and I've been to quite a few. Their Tom Ka Gai soup is great, along with the Panang. Actually everything I've eaten there is very good. And the service is also amazing. I've been coming here for about 13 years and they are always consistent.

There is a reason when you ask where you can get good Thai food one of the first places someone says it, Royal Thai. I have eaten here a half dozen times and really enjoyed it each time for a different reason. Namely the Pad Thai, Panang, and other assorted goodness under the roof. Once upon a time when I moved back to Orlando from Miami I went on a search for the best Pad Thai in town to help take the place of my favorite dish at my favorite restaurant in Miami. One wouldn't think this would be difficult, as the dish is on the simpler side, but it was a feat in itself. Then I landed on Royal Thai... It will never be a replacement but it is a close runner up- and that is saying a lot! If you're hunting for something new or just something you forgot about- take the trip and visit this gem.
I've always wanted to try this place but never had the opportunity. Now that I live near Royal Thai, I have no more excuses. Lucky me because this place has some of the best Thai food in town. Parking outside is kind of limited, but I won't hold that against them. The decor inside is simple, nothing too fancy. As my group got seated, I was a little unnerved by the party in back of me. They were loud and obnoxious, and since they were constantly up and about, I had little room to move my chair. Fortunately for me, they were on their way out. But let's get to the real subject of this review: the food. I went with two friends, and even though we all got separate dishes, we were all sampling stuff from each other's plates. We started off with some spring rolls which were really good, especially when you mix them up with the variety of sauces at each table. I ordered a garlic and pepper dish with beef as my protein. It was served with a buttload of rice. I'm actually surprised I finished the whole meal because they really hook you up as far as portions go. The servers were friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. I'm looking forward to coming back here for sit down meals and for take out.

I throughly enjoyed my meal at Royal Thai! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and sat by the friendly waitstaff. We sat in the patio area which made it feel like you were outside but in the comfort of AC to beat the Florida heat. We started our meal with summer rolls which was very fresh and they used the thicker skin. Peanut sauce was well made. Not too watery with good peanut flavor. I'm used to Pad Thai coming with bean sprouts but it came with cabbage which was fine. It had good flavor and had plenty of leftover to bring home. The duck Panang curry had great flavor and the duck was nice and crispy. Loved the snap peas and green peppers that came with it. Ended the meal with sticky rice and mango. I think it is mango season. The mango was perfectly ripe and a great compliment to the sticky rice. I was stuffed and satisfied by the end of the meal. The only complaint is for the waitstaff to write the total on the check legible. The other wait staff couldn't tell us what was written down and they needed time to recalculate our bill.

$7 lunch prices for some good thai food- yes please! And close by to home? Score! Nothing beats some delicious warm red curry on a cold, wet, rainy day. The staff is really sweet and very open to you asking for some extra spice to REALLY make it actually spicy if the dish has a chili by it, and not just 'american spicy'. Their coconut milk and chicken soup was not very good. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...lacked flavor in my opinion. But I enjoy their fried rice with chicken, their curry dishes, their param (with peanut sauce) and their Pa-nang (like chili with coconut milk). They also give you extra white rice to take home with you if you have leftovers! Also, their thai ice tea is sooo good! Do try it or split it with someone, it is absolutely worth it! I've always wanted to order the pumpkin custard. Looks good, but could never justify the price. Maybe someone can let me know if it's worth it. Ultimately, come for lunch. Decent prices, and great food. Wouldn't pay 13-14 a plate though. $7-8 is perfect! Careful, lunch is over by 3pm.

I want to say it was pretty good. I'm not a Thai food connoseur. I always have pad Thai noodles when I go but this time I switched it up. I had the whole fish ( I forgot the name), and some random appetizers. The food was pretty good. It's not like I am dying to go again but I gave them an extra star for service. We came right before they closed and I know they were ready to go home but they were still very nice and accommodating.

This has always been my go-to place for Thai. They know their repeat customers and the food is out super fast. I have never had a bad experience here, and love love their pad Thai with tofu and the coconut red curry. Definitely a must for any Thai enthusiasts!

I started out being a regular at Sea Thai, then I started seeing Royal Thai on the side. Now, I think I'm ready to break up with Sea Thai. For some reason, I've just gotten hooked on how personable the wait staff is here, plus the food is good! I work my way around the curry menu at the moment and haven't strayed further, so I'll say that the yellow curry and green curry are my current faves. I've gotten the spring rolls and the dumplings off the appetizer menu and they have also been great. As strange as it sounds, the dessert was the stand-out item in this trip. I can't remember the exact details (maybe I blacked out because it was so good? Maybe?) but it was a hot sticky coconut rice dessert. If I had to choose a last meal, this would be the dessert to go with it. Order it, you'll agree, I promise. I tend to always review a beer menu when I go out to eat, its habit, so you'll find a small but tasty menu here. Standard american beers with a couple of thai beers. Enough to satisfy!

I order take out from this place whenever I am craving Thai cuisine. Located close to my house and the food is always so delicious! I call my order in and the food is ready within 10 minutes. So by the time I hang up the phone and drive there, my order is ready. I adore their curry duck which comes with bell peppers, onions, pineapple, basil in a delicious red curry sauce with white rice. I also really love their spring rolls. I can't really say how great the service is since I haven't dined in yet but I'm always greeted by a very friendly lady when I walk in and get my to go food. I highly recommend that curry duck!

I think this is the best Thai food in Orlando. Been going there ever since 1999. The staff is super friendly. Love their parham and panang. Price wise they r good. When I'm in the mood for good Thai food I always go there.

We went to Royal Thai because our normal Thai spot, Thai Villa, was on vacation. When we arrived we were instantly impressed by the causal atmosphere and how friendly the waitresses were. Their curry was to die for and I could honestly eat their praram every day for the rest of my life. Their prices were fair and couldn't have been more satisfied with our visit. Suffice to say, we won't be going back to Thai Villa. Royal Thai is where it's at!

Definitely our favorite Thai place in the Orlando area. We always get the Thai iced tea, the Chicken Satay, the Chicken Panang, the Chicken Pad See Ewe, and the Chicken Pad Thai. Each of the dishes are flavorful; the Thai iced tea is nice and creamy; the satay is grilled perfectly with a great chunky peanut sauce; the panang is also thick and creamy and great with the rice; the Pad See Ewe has great flavor and is not overly pungent; the Pad Thai is also a right amount of sauce so it is still 'wet' and it has an amble amount of deveined shrimp. Service is always friendly and this is a great solid Thai restaurant to check out! +Thai iced tea +Chicken Satay +Chicken Panang +Pad See Ewe +Pad Thai +friendly staff :D

I went to Royal Thai today with a group of 6 coworkers for lunch. At noon. We were seated immediately and not because they had no business, they just helped us right away. We all ordered off the lunch menu - I had the Pad Thai - and I also ordered some summer rolls. Our food came out super quickly and was fresh and tasty. I asked for more peanut sauce and it came out immediately. The servers were friendly and answered questions with no issue. It had been years since I was here last and I don't know why I didn't come back sooner!! I'll be heading here again asap.

Passable Thai, but not great. I'm no expert, but I am coming from NYC, where authentic and high quality Thai is ubiquitous. My pad see ew was just under sauced and a little under flavored. The papaya salad was great, but everything else was just okay. Service was delightful, beer was cheap, hours good for a Sunday. Won't count it out for a return, but it isn't the best I've had.

We went to Royal Thai because we heard it was good from some people at sushi pop. So we went one as after noon for lunch and it was pretty empty except for us and an older couple. It was s around Halloween at the time so when we came in there were some pumpkin custard sitting in the front that looked interesting so I decided that's what I was going to have for dessert and I hadn't even eaten lunch yet. Our server gave us a seat on the outer dining room, I guess you would call it. It almost seemed like an indoor patio. I ordered something I can't spell but it was chicken smothered in an amazing peanut sauce with a mound of rice and a cute flower shaped carrot in the center. AJ got sweet and sour pork I think. I didn't really care because my lunch was so good it was hard to pay attention to anything else. But then came my distractions, they were tiny ones mind you, but distractions all the same. And they are the reason I only gave four stars.... ants. Little tiny ants, marching in a single file line at the edge of our table. Now I'm not squeamish when it comes to bugs mind you. I've eaten ants before. I even calmly squished these ones without making a fuss. I just don't thing a restaurant with bugs in it of any kind deserves five stars. But will this deter me from coming back? Never. My lunch was so good it was all I could do to not lift my plate up to my face and lick it. So I was forced to scrape as much up with my spoon as I possibly could. And then that pumpkin custard inside of the pumpkin itself with the coconut milk on top absolutely did me in. I've been dreaming about it since then. I'm pretty sure it's a seasonal thing but I hope not. So thank you for the meal, Royal Thai. I will be back to bow down to you soon.

some of the best Thai food I had in awhile. Really thick yummy peanut sauce. Pad Thai dish is some of the best pad Thai I have had sweet, but if you don't like so much of the sweetness ask for it spicy. Perfect amount of spices and sauce. Wet not dry. Excellent fried bananas with coconut for dessert. Jasmine hot tea was really good but not the hottest. Great service. Would recommend it to anyone!!

Not the biggest fan. Maybe I keep getting the wrong things, or maybe this place just isn't that great. Best thing about it is that it's close to my house, probably the closest Thai. And that it's Thai food, which is usually good. Just not great. "Lacks depth of flavor" is something I'd say if I had the wherewithal and attentiveness necessary. Instead, I'll just say that the food is neither enough or good enough to get higher than 3 stars right now. But don't close. There's a real intrinsic value to having nearby Thai food.

I worked in an office building right on 436 during college so I used to go to Royal Thai at least a few times a week. I love the establishment's prompt service and nicely-sized portions but the food is really mediocre and has gotten more and more disappointing through the years. The tom yum lacks depth of flavor and could really use more lemongrass and less fish sauce/sodium. The spicy beef salad used to be so good but the last few times I had it the chef was too heavy-handed with the acidity and sodium. The stir fry dishes are just plain bland and WAY too saucy. Additionally, it drives me absolutely crazy that they give you a bowl-shaped mound of rice on the same plate as the over-sauced stir fry so by the time you get to the last of the rice it's just soggy rice in a cold soupy sauce. This makes the stir fry leftovers absolutely disgusting. The pad thai is decent but there is better in Orlando. This restaurant would be a 2 star review if it were not for their curries which are actually very good. The red curry is my favorite but I also enjoy the penang and I love that they happily comply with my request to make it "Thai spicy." I've had Thai food all around the world and it sucks to say, but I've had better Thai food in Denmark than at Royal Thai. Overall, the food isn't terrible but it is REALLY mediocre. Better food can be found at Sea Thai & Thai House - both of which are within 2 miles of Royal Thai.

This is one of three Thai restaurants in the area that we like. The interior is neat the way it's laid out, and the staff take some time decorating the place. The portions are pretty good sized, and the food is arranged on the plates with more care than other places.

I went during lunch time, I got seated right away, however service was a bit slow for me. There wasn't many people there yet and it took a while before someone came and greeted me after I got sat. Besides the service the food was excellent! I ordered an appetizer of spring rolls which were delicious and crisp with an awesome dipping sauce. And for lunch I had a lunch special which was so worth the price! I had jasmine rice, with broccoli and shrimp, and a spicy thai sauce. Can't wait to go back and try something different!

This is some good cheap eats right here. I always crave them on a Monday and sadly they are closed that day :o( The spring rolls with the sauce are delicious. Steamed dumplings are just as tasty as well. You can never go wrong with the red, green, or yellow curry. I love how they place a carrier with fish sauce, hot sauce, ground peanuts, and chili powder on the table. It's pretty cool so try one on your food. I love how the spices help season the food. It gives the dish the kick that it needs.. I feel this place needs a bigger parking lot. They fill up fast at lunchtime everyday and on the weekends at nights. If you can grab a park stop by and try some comforting thai food....

I recently stopped in here for lunch with several co-workers and had an awesome experience! One of our group comes here once a week and he was greeted by every employee with a huge smile. We were seated right away at noon and most of the other tables were filled, but that didn't effect service or quality at all. Their menu isn't as extensive as some other Thai restaurants but they have the traditional dishes and everything I had was excellent. Their Thai tea was off the charts delicious and when one of our group mentioned they hadn't tried it our server offered to bring over a free sample. I had the Panang Chicken Curry, hot and it was only $6.95 for a very filling portion of chicken, veggies and rice. The curry was very sweet but it didn't have the kick I was hoping for, I would definitely go Thai hot next time. When it is time to pay they give you one big check and you pay at the register (at least at lunch time, not sure about dinner) but they easily divided each of our items once we were up there. Heads up, their register has a sign that says $10 minimum for cards.

I went in here blindly because it's close to my office. Best decision I've made since my divorce :) L11 Pad See-ew is MY ALL TIME FAVORITE. I get it w/ chicken but you can choose, beef/chicken/shrimp. The noodles and brown sauce are AB FAB! Next up-L22 Panang. The menu doesn't even do it justice. NOT FOR THE CALORIE COUNTER. It comes in a creamy coconut milk sauce. SUPER HEAVY AND FILLING. I get that w/ the chicken as well. It says it's spicy but I don't like spice and I find it pretty mild. After I eat this I want to take an instant nap-warning. But it's oh so rich and good! My 3rd fave which I also have my friends hooked on is L18 Garlic and Pepper-it's heavy on black pepper though....and the waiter told me this is best w/ beef. And I agree! Don't you dare leave without trying the black sticky rice w/ shredded coconut. If you don't try this dessert you just aren't worth knowing..... :)

I don't live in Orlando anymore but this is honestly one of the things that I miss the most. The food (lunch specials especially) is phenomenal and the service is out of this world. The Thai ladies who work there are angels and keep me coming back. You just cannot go wrong with "American Hot" panang chicken for lunch. You just can't.

I am always on the search for great Thai. We stopped in for dinner, the food and service were good. We went with Pad Thai and Green Curry. It is hard to find spicy food though. They do have Thai pepper sauce and dried peppers for addition to the food upon request. My wife is a little more discerning about her Thai food and she enjoyed it but said the noodles were dry. Parking is at a premium but is free. Overall, good stuff and reasonable prices.

Love love love this place! Friendliest staff on the planet, great food and warm atmosphere. This looks like a hole in the wall restaurant but looks can be deceiving. The staff has grown to know my entire family and always asks how everyone is doing. They even know what we order every time. Best Thai in Orlando hands down!

This is the Thai restaurant that I measure all Thai against. I no longer live in Orlando, but I make sure I visit every time I find myself in the city. Favorites are the Red Curry, Param, Ga Ree Gai, and for dessert the pumpkin custard (seasonal). Staff has always been wonderful. Gem of a restaurant.

I normally don't go to Thai places since I don't know much about the food but I do like to go and try new places when I am with someone who can steer me in the right direction about what to order. While visiting friends on the east side of town, they suggested Royal Thai since they go there at least once a week. So off to Royal Thai we went! Parking was interesting and we ended up in a weird spot that was hard to get out of but we were here for the food, not the parking. They seated the 4 of us in the 'outside' patio area but its really closed in so don't fret! The seater and the waitress were very friendly but that might have been because they knew our dinner guests so well. I ordered the Chicken Satay to share with my hubby and then had a very traditional dish called Pad Thai. In the few Thai places I have gone to, I always seem to have either that or the Red Curry... which my hubby ended up having. Both dishes were great! The noodles seemed cooked just enough yet not mushy. I did ask for it to be thai hot... but for me, it was not that hot compared to other asian dishes I have had in the past. The Red Curry was also good and the sauce was just right... not too thin. We also had the Thai Iced Tea... always love the look of that drink and it tasted fine! The whole meal cost us about $35 for the two of us. Great price for a good meal. Atmostphere = 7 Service = 9 Food = 9 All in all we had a nice dinner and will enjoy visiting Royal Thai again with our friends! Enjoy!

Ugh... I'm starting to question the reliability of yelp reviews for asian food :-( Nothing personal folks... maybe I'm just too picky. Or, I've been spoiled with access to REALLY good food for so long that I just don't know what to do with myself out here in Orlando!?! We went for lunch. Yes,... the parking lot was full. Every table was taken. We took that for a good sign... haha... Plus, they LITERALLY have a sign claiming that they have the best thai food in Orlando!! BOO: * combo pad thai (chicken, beef, pork, shrimp) SUPER sweet for some reason. yuck. * chicken panang. ordered "thai spicy." it came out bland as can be. and LUKEWARM. * larb. it did come out spicy. yay! but nothing spectacular. YAY: *we got 2nds on rice and there was no add'l charge for that

Royal Thai is amazing, and something I truly miss since moving to Baltimore. I'd never ordered a dish there that wasn't great, but then again, I've never had authentic Thai food. I'm a pretty discerning person when it comes to good Thai, though, and this was tops.

There must be a large Thai population in Florida if the number of Thai restaurants is any indication. Semoran Blvd seems to have one on every block. This one sits on a street corner by itself with a big parking lot, which was packed when we arrived at 7pm on a Saturday. We just managed to snag one of the last spots. There were still plenty tables in the restaurant, so I suspect parking can be tough when it gets full. There's a waiting alcove and we saw some people there while we were eating, but we were seated immediately. There was also light but steady traffic in takeout meals. The lighting was of the mood variety (low intensity incandescent). I suppose it's good for dates, but if you have a hard time reading menus, you might need help. We were seated by a window, which helped a lot. Actually, we were seated in what seemed to be a converted porch, with a wall separating a ~6-foot wide strip from the interior. The floor near the outer wall was not quite level, but it felt OK. The tables were clean (the glass covers help), and generally everything looked clean. There was an abundance of Thai decoration to give you that foreign feel. The staff was Thai (or at least spoke Thai fluently), so that's always a good sign. They also dressed the part, which makes for nice ambience. (They were smart enough however to wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking around all night.) The table next to us was speaking Thai. Another good sign if the natives like the place. (The table on our other side spoke French or possibly Creole, and it sounded like it was their first Thai experience). We also saw lots of families (mostly Asians) with kids. Service was quick and efficient and the staff were pleasant to deal with if not particularly chatty. (I don't think anybody asked us if the food was OK). We didn't really have a designated waitperson as different people were taking turns taking our orders and delivering food. Limited drink options if you don't want alcohol. Thai-iced coffee and tea and sodas. No real Limeade (but that's true everywhere I've been in the US). As with most places in the US, you have to ask for your Thai Iced coffee without milk, if you want the real deal. I never really understood this (especially since most American's drink their real coffee black). That being said it was delicious. The first item to arrive at our table was a spice platter containing dry chili, chili paste, fish sauce and ground peanuts. All in very clean jars and all of good quality. A nice touch. The Tom-Yum Goon tasted right despite the absence of lemongrass and the presence of celery (in Thai food!?!). I ordered spicy, but clearly, this was a Western version of spicy. I also didn't much care for the Cilantro, but that seems to be a common substitute for kaffir lime leaves. We also tried the Tofu Vegetable soup, which was delicious. Reminiscent of the soup you can get from street vendors in Bangkok, except for the mysterious presence of celery (once again). The tofu was firm and fresh. The cucumber salad was available as a separate side dish. This seems to be common in Florida (but rare back in California where it usually comes only as accompaniment with appetizers). The dressing was excellent, with good flavor and just enough chili to give it some zing. However, the cucumbers were cut in large chunks (~1/2" thick slices) rather than the normal small pieces. This really messes with the ratio of surface (holding the dressing) to bulk of the cucumber. Consequently you taste more cucumber than dressing. I ended up eating the salad with a spoon to get more dressing. There were some shredded carrots in it which again seems common in the US. Not that I object (I like carrots, unlike my significant other), but I've never seen this in Thailand. (That being said, taking advantage of the local produce is a trait of Thai cuisine). Did I mention that most dishes can be made vegetarian, either with or without tofu? I think I did just there. The default is the usual choice of beef/pork/chicken and occasionally shrimp/prawns. The tofu is deep fried, firm and good. We had the Panang curry, which was spot on. We also ordered some extra deep fried tofu on the side, which was listed as coming with "plum sauce". The latter ended up being the sweet and spicy sauce usually associated with chicken dishes. Good, but calling it "plum sauce" is confusing. The menu is deep enough that most people will find something they like. All the standards are there. Spiciness can be adjusted for all dishes to your liking. There is no brown rice, only white rice. The season was right, so we ordered the mango and sticky rice for dessert. The mango came precut, without pit. Deep saffron color and heavenly taste, but perhaps not enough sticky rice. (That's OK, I prefer the mango if it's good, and this one was). Total tab: 1 drink 2 individual soups 2 side dishes 1 entree + rice for two 1 dessert ~$40

Excellent Thai food. Good atmosphere. Only negative is somewhat slow service at times when there's hardly anyone else in there. Overall I love it and it's my main place for Thai food in Orlando.

Ordered the Pad Thai and my sister ordered the Green Curry, and they were all noodles! Maybe 4 pieces of very small thin chicken and two broccoli, but that's about it. Paid $10 for one dish of noodles. Felt they could have placed some more meat or veggies on the entree to make it worth the amount they're charging. Green curry stated on their menu was suppose to have a mix assortment of veggies, but did not see that when ordering. Sister liked the sauce placed on her Pad Thai, but other than that felt I could have gotten better quality from many different Thai restaurants I've been to.

I really enjoy this little place! I dragged my reluctant date into this little hole in the wall, and he was pleasantly surprised! I love the orange and green curries, the veggies are always firm but cooked and . The jasmine rice is so tasty! The service is excellent!

I loved this restaurant. The staff is so nice, and the service was surprisingly fast. The food was delicious although I was expecting larger portions, I ate all of my food which I never do, maybe I was just really hungry. I will definitely come back.

The question I have to ask now is this: did I love Royal Thai back in the day because I didn't know any better, or has the quality actually dropped since I started eating here? I remember being in college in the mid-late 90's and thinking that this restaurant had amazing Thai food. Was I wrong? Has the quality dropped? Was the chef having a bad day? I don't really know. My most recent lunch here, the Pad See Ew that that crushed my fond memories of Royal Thai, was just... ugh. The chicken was completely tasteless, like it had been cooked by boiling it in water. The heat level (ordered medium) was almost non-existent. The noodles were overcooked and limp, to the point where trying to pick them up at all would just cause them to come apart. The entire dish was completely and utterly bland. I was eating the meal and I remember feeling that the sustenance I was receiving from it wasn't worth the effort it took to eat it. After a few minutes I asked for a box to take it home in. I took it back to the house, added a few things to make it palatable, and finished it. Of course, it was still poorly cooked but at least I was able to give it some flavor. What a sad realization that maybe this place isn't what I always thought it was. Then again, maybe a return visit would prove to me that it was just a bad day? Maybe the chef was hungover or maybe he called in sick and the guy that usually buses the tables was cooking? I can't say. One day a friend of mine will say, "Hey let's go to Royal Thai!" and I'll go. Then we'll see, and maybe I can add stars to my rating. But let's be honest -- with some of the best Thai food in Orlando just a couple of minutes away from here, what are the odds after this experience that I'd want to come back of my own volition?

My first time having Thai food, and it was definitely an experience. The decor had traditional Thai sculptures, and the servers were wearing traditional Thai clothing also. Pretty neat. The restaurant and tables were clean. I ordered the Green Curry, which I didn't know what to expect. It was a bowl of soupy milky green liquid with vegetables in it. Also, a plate of rice to go along with it. They cooked the curry with coconut milk and you can definitely taste it. It was definitely different from any food I've had before, but it was very good. Next time, I want to try to Red Curry! Service was wonderful, they were all nice and polite. Definitely would like to go here again and experience the other foods they have on the menu.

This is by far the best Thai food in town and my personal favorite. The panang curry is a staple. The service is wonderful and the prices are great! Go royal Thai, go!

I tried placing an order for pick up and in the middle of placing an order, the owner hung up on me. job well done. You just lost a customer willing to order almost everything off your menu for a dinner party.

I've been in town for a month and this is the second time I've visited Royal Thai. The first visit I tried two curries (I tried one, my sister got the other but there was plenty to share and a fair portion to home.) they were both out standing. Tonight I stopped by for takeout, service was efficient and my Pad Thai smells delicious! Nom!

The food is good, not the best Thai I have ever had. Both times I have asked for Thai hot and they give me regular food. They do provide condiments to spice your meal, but not the same as having it cooked the way you want.

After not having been to this place in over 6 years (being loyal fans of SEA Thai) we decided to give it another shot. How could I forget this place is here?? The Service is really efficient, if a little clunky, but the food and prices are fantastic. The Tom Yum soup is perfectly balanced between sweet sour salty spicy and had two huge prawns in it. Don't look at me like that, two is enough. The Phad See Ew was awesome. Perfect. Not over salty, so I didn't feel like my heart was going to explode after my meal. Try them if you haven't. And if you haven't been in a while, go back!

Royal Thai is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in the Orlando area. The food is pretty good and the wait staff is probably one of the most attentive out of all of the Thai places. I like getting their Pad Thai and it isn't going to cost you more than $10. Their lunch prices are even lower and you still get enough to more than fill yourself. They also come around with rice if you get any curry-like dishes to see if you need more rice. My friend and I love this since we've been to places that charge more for the dishes and then charge more for extra rice.

Best Thai I have ever had! This is the go to spot for my family when we have a special occasion, we have never been let down. I don't think I could ever have any other thai. Great service, great atmosphere and most importantly, awesome food!

THE BEST THAI FOOD IN ORLANDO! I love this place. The servers are so nice, the food is great, and its a cute looking restaurant. They can accommodate a larger party or set up a more secluded table just for two, so its good for dates or big outings alike. Having been a customer for almost 10 years, I think I've tried almost everything on the menu and I've never been disappointed. Try the bo cuon (spelling?) , its great!!!

It's always a treat to go to Royal Thai! Fast service, great portions, very delicious Red curry. I didn't like their Pad Thai?? ( not sure of the spelling). Lunch options and prices are great, but they don't take credit cards/debit on orders less than $10, so I had to order an appetizer. It was just too much food.
Drunken noodles were fantastic. Curry was too thick and passable. Fried rice excellent. Almost never get desserts at Asian restaurants, but the coconut ice cream was great. They started shutting down the lights at 10 pm with diners still there; faux pas ! They did not have the papaya salad at the time we went.

Great food, great atmosphere. Any dishes can be made vegetarian by subbing the meat with tofu. The tofu is fried and tastes great. I had the Pad Thai and really enjoyed it.

Royal Thai is honestly just a-OK. Their food is decent, but not the best Thai you can find in Orlando. Their service is good, but so are the other places. The ambiance and cleanliness is also pretty much just the same as the others. So, really, they don't have anything that puts them above average. I've tried their Phad Thai, Panang curry, and Pad See Ew. All of these dishes are better elsewhere. Not to say that they're terrible; they're just not as good as other locations in Orlando. I'll drop by Royal Thai if I'm in the area, but most definitely not going to randomly make the drive when I'm craving Thai food and I'm on the other side of town. Something that I might do for a couple other Thai restaurants.

After a late-night craving for Thai food, I decided to check this place out. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai with a Thai tea; my other half got the Red Curry. Everything was great and the portions were plenty, enough so that I had some left over for lunch the next day. The lady who handed over my food had nothing to say to me except "Sign here." If the greeting I got from her were any sign of the actual service I would receive at a table here, I think I will just stick with take out.

Anyone giving this restaurant 1 or 2 stars is just plain wrong. This restaurant is consistently exceptional with great prices. Red curry is very very good (my personal favorite), panang also great, chicken coconut soup great, egg rolls great, chicken satay great, and fried shrimp sweet and sour (??) also delicious. Service is exceptional These guys have been making great Thai food for many years. We have eaten at Thai food restaurants all over the country and none of them compare to Royal Thai.
The food here is really good I had their yellow curry with chicken (can't recall the name) and it was great. It's a fairly small place with lots of servers so you never have to wait too long if you need anything yet you don't feel like they are hovering over you. I would definitely go again.

My favorite Thai restaurant of all time! And I have been to a lot of them. Authentic, delicious food. Lovely ambience. Super friendly service. Decent prices. I used to go here all the time when I lived in Orlando, spent several birthday celebrations there or just go for a lunch or dinner. Always took my friends who had never had Thai food here so they'd know the good stuff! :-)

Just returning from Thailand, I still wanted some thai food and decided on this place. Awesome service and generous portions, but the food just didn't quite hit the mark for me. It was close, to be sure, but not quite there.

This is absolutely my favorite Thai Restaurant anywhere! It might not look like much on the outside, but on the inside the atmosphere is really nice and the service is always good too! The food, though, is simply amazing! Everything is very flavorful and some of the best Thai food I've ever had! I came here numerous times between 2004-2005 and I just recently went there and the food is STILL the best! Also, alot of Thai places are usually overpriced and at Royal Thai you get alot for your money. Chicken Pad Thai, Chicken Satay, and Thai Iced Tea! Seriously, this place has all kinds of awards for a reason.

Love this place! The service is always excellent and their food is fabulous! We have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. Their pad thai and curry are exceptionally authentic and I love that they provide the customary Thai spices at the table. The curried potato "money bags" are one of our favorite appetizers and their Thai iced tea is delicious.

My favorite Thai Restaurant. They have the best thai tea! I love their curry soup, sweet and sour, pad thai, .. .i forgot what it was called but their chicken with peanutsauce and spinach is amazingly tasty. They serve you rice throughout the meal if you need more which is great, they take care of you and make sure you are full. The coconut ice cream was amazing.

Similar to other comments. A decent thai restaurant. Service was good. Lemongrass Tom Yum soup was tasty. Green curry was way too salty and a bit watery. I still prefer Sea Thai as one of the "best" Thai restaurants in Orlando.

Their food is good and the prices are quite reasonable. It's not the absolute best Thai I've had, but it's great for the cost and the service is always very fast - plus, the servers are attentive, helpful, and very nice. My favorite is their yellow curry (or their pad thai). Their cucumber salad is the only thing that has disappointed me, the cucumbers weren't marinated enough and it was very bland. Other than that I've had no issue at all with the food, very tasty. You can eat for under $10 for lunch, always a good thing.

I ate here on a business trip. We tried three different tables before leaving the porch to get away from tiny bugs crawling around under the glass table tops. I'll forgive them for that. The inside tables were spotless and the red curry was wonderful. We also had spring rolls, which were light and flavorful. Decent Thai for the money. They could use a remodeling job, though.

Extremely fast service, delicious food, and superb customer service. Folks from our office up the road commonly eat here when we have less than 45 minutes before a meeting. We've timed it - driving there, sitting down, ordering, eating, and returning to the office in 40 minutes flat. The food is awesome, they'll customize it as you like. I can't seem to stop ordering the curries. Check them out! Beware though - they close mid-afternoon between lunch and dinner, so if you're looking for an off-time meal you'll miss them.

For a Thai restaurant close to work, this one isn't too shabby. It's not the best Thai I've ever had but they're really fast and incredibly cheap for lunch. The employees are always friendly. I have not a thing to complain about.

I go here at least once every two weeks! It is hands down the best Thai food in Orlando and has really good prices. The service is awesome as well as the food. I recommend the panang and fried bananas with coconut ice cream, DELICIOUS!!!

I have been going here for some years now. My favorite dish is the ginger duck. Always cooked right. Every desert is good as well but my favorite is the fried banana with coconut ice cream.
Nice use of the royal theme presented from the interior to the employees attire. The Pad ka prow was too salty and food was mediocre. Service was solid.

Another decent thai place, but luckily this one is closer to my work, so I can get some pretty good thai food for lunch. It says Scott Joseph wrote that this it "Thai food fit for a king". But if I were a king, I think a slightly watery curry would not exactly be fitting. I much prefer Sea Thai, but if you are over on the Semoran side of town, it is a good lunch, and an ok dinner. Worth checking out, but there are better thai places in the city.

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was in high school. I love their food, their staff, and their atmosphere. There are several Thai restaurants around the area but I always come back to this one. John, the owner is very warm and welcoming along with his awesome staff. It really doesnt matter who serves us whenever we go in because we know that the service will be top notch. Their food is always fresh and crisp. We always get the Tom Yong Gai (w/ Chicken, bc I'm allergic to Shrimp) and the Thai Iced Tea for starters. For appetizers, I love the chicken skewers, the Golden Shrimp, and/or the Potato Dumplings. You cant go wrong with any choice. For Dinner, I have had the Pad Thai more times then I can remember, and I never, EVER get tired of it. John is very good at recommending fresh dishes and within the past year or two, we've ventured farther then the traditional Pad Thai and Red Curry. My favorite so far is the Lemon Fish. Its always market price and we usually luck out with some fresh Snapper. The light lemon sauce on the side is no joke. Approach with caution and dont drench the Snapper in it. It's so spicy that it'll make the underside of your knees sweat and your head itch. It hurts so good! No, seriously, if you ever get the chance to try it, dont hesitate. ALL of their deserts are awesome too. My favorite is always going to be the Mango and the Sticky Rice. They also have a black rice with coconut that's really good. On special occasions, John usually serves us the Fried Bananas with Coconut Icecream which is always a warm and crispy favorite. I love this place and I love going there as often as possible. Infact, after writing this, I think I'm going to take my girlfriend there tomorrow for dinner.

Best Thai in Orlando, hands down. I'd love to give a comprehensive and complete review of the menu, but i'm so terribly compelled to get the yellow curry every time i go back. i'm so sorry. uhm.... i'd DEFINITELY recommend the yellow curry. OH, and the toong thong. service has been kinda hit or miss, and the hours are strange. other than that, i could eat lunch here every day.

My family and I have been eating at Royal Thai since 1997 or 1998. It was not uncommon for us to eat there 3 or 4 times a month. The establishment's owner knew us by sight and would ask after my mother or sister if they are not with me. That said - I can hardly believe anyone dares to rate this restaurant less than perfect. They must not have tried any of the curries, param (who knew chicken in peanut sauce with spinach could taste sooo good, choo-choo shrimp (amazing!), duck, fish, tom khai gai soup, thong tong appetizer (truly addicting), or mango sticky rice. Jasmine rice is always perfect and fragrant. Those are just my favorites after years of tasting everything on the menu. I love Thai food and have tried nearly every one of them in Orlando, but apples to apples this offers the best flavor and service.

Royal Thai was the first Thai restaurant I ever went to and I fell in love instantly. The food is always delicious and I love the atmosphere - it's casual and intimate. The portions are more than generous and the food is always awesome! I highly recommend their Yellow Curry and the Chicken Praram!

I love the soups and the tempura shrimp appetizer but everything on their menu is delicious!!!

Been here many times and always enjoyed the food. I will not be going back. You know sometimes it's just the little things. I ordered a diet coke. Asked for a refill. Was told no free refill. You got to be kidding me.

Great food with nice atmosphere. The workers & owners are very attentive & will always do their best to satisfy. I have other Thai places closer to my house but will drive further for their food most days.

Gem of a restaurant.

x Excellent food, wonderful service, great prices. Always a great go to place for last minute dinner, or take out place when you're not wanting to cook.

(2)
Jeff K.

Nom!

(4)

Paula P.

Stacy P.

Royal Thai is so good! I get red curry and it is always delicious. The food is always consistent, which is appreciated as well. YUM!

MMMM yummy - best Thai I've found in Orlando so far. Love their curries and we tried their cucumber salad this weekend and it was super good too.

Excellent Thai food. Good atmosphere. Only negative is somewhat slow service at times when there's hardly anyone else in there. Overall I love it and it's my main place for Thai food in Orlando.

The best Thai food in Orlando, and I've been to quite a few. Their Tom Ka Gai soup is great, along with the Panang. Actually everything I've eaten there is very good. And the service is also amazing. I've been coming here for about 13 years and they are always consistent.

I love this place so freakin much! Best Thai place in town and the service is amazing! The staff and friendly and make you feel at home. Pinky always remembers us and our regular orders and always make amazing suggestions. The spring rolls are a must have each time. They are cheap and crunchy rolls of joy. I always attack them when they land on the table and burn my mouth.. No I never learn. The fried squid is always great as well perfectly cooked nice little crunch. The chicken sauté is ok. #1 favorite dish: The whole fish in the Thai chili sauce was so amazingly delicious! #2 favorite dish: name escapes me now but it has shrimp squid and scallops in a roster pepper sauce that is so full of flavor. #3 basil duck I mean who doesn't love this dish. :) And always an order of the royal Thai rice Never any room for desert but one day that sticky rice will be mine.

(4)Lydia C.
(5)Mowaffag A.
I think this is the best Thai food in Orlando. Been going there ever since 1999. The staff is super friendly. Love their parham and panang. Price wise they r good. When I'm in the mood for good Thai food I always go there.
(5)Jessica P.
(5)Hannah H.
(5)Bryony B.
This place is tried and true. The staff are prompt and courteous and the food is always tasty. The inside is nothing to write home about, but definitely not bad either.
(4)Ryan F.
(5)Alicia M.
(3)Brooke W.
(4)Emma S.
some of the best Thai food I had in awhile.
(4)Shanen C.
These guys never fail to impress! I swear it is the best pad Thai I've ever had! My husband and i frequently visit for date night and it is an absolute delight every time!! If you haven't been... Go right now!
(5)Al O.
High quality thai restaurant. Prices are reasonable summer rolls are fresh. The drunken noodles very tasty. Busy at lunch but service was efficient got out in a reasonable amount of time.
(4)Randolph Z.
(3)Myan T.
(3)Roberto N.
This is one of three Thai restaurants in the area that we like. The interior is neat the way it's laid out, and the staff take some time decorating the place. The portions are pretty good sized, and the food is arranged on the plates with more care than other places.
(3)SevenB L.
(4)Latoya C.

(4)Cori G.
I love the soups and the tempura shrimp appetizer but everything on their menu is delicious!!!
(5)Kate S.
(4)Mitch G.
Been here many times and always enjoyed the food. I will not be going back. You know sometimes it's just the little things. I ordered a diet coke. Asked for a refill. Was told no free refill. You got to be kidding me.
(2)Chris E.
(5)Victor R.
Great food with nice atmosphere. The workers & owners are very attentive & will always do their best to satisfy. I have other Thai places closer to my house but will drive further for their food most days.
(5)Carla T.
Food was just okay. I got the Pad Thai and a Thai iced tea. Probably wouldn't go again.

Unlimited rice and great food :)
(5)Chase T.
You can always expect amazing food here! The service is fantastic! Tried a lot of other Thai restaurants and nothing else has even come close! If you haven't been here I would highly recommend!
(5)Jeffrey D.
(4)Joy W.
(5)Clay N.
Gem of a restaurant.

x Excellent food, wonderful service, great prices. Always a great go to place for last minute dinner, or take out place when you're not wanting to cook.

YAY: *we got 2nds on rice and there was no add'l charge for that
(1)Brian F.
best pad thai in orlando. plain and simple. can't sum it up any better than that.
(5)Trish A.

MMMM yummy - best Thai I've found in Orlando so far. Love their curries and we tried their cucumber salad this weekend and it was super good too.
(4)Erik E.
Excellent Thai food. Good atmosphere. Only negative is somewhat slow service at times when there's hardly anyone else in there. Overall I love it and it's my main place for Thai food in Orlando.
(4)John M.
(2)Virginia R.
I really enjoy this little place! I dragged my reluctant date into this little hole in the wall, and he was pleasantly surprised! I love the orange and green curries, the veggies are always firm but cooked and . The jasmine rice is so tasty! The service is excellent!
(4)Adriana R.
I loved this restaurant. The staff is so nice, and the service was surprisingly fast. The food was delicious although I was expecting larger portions, I ate all of my food which I never do, maybe I was just really hungry. I will definitely come back.
(5)Jeff K.
(2)Bunny N.
(5)Berit A.
This is by far the best Thai food in town and my personal favorite. The panang curry is a staple. The service is wonderful and the prices are great! Go royal Thai, go!
(5)Linh Elaine T.
I tried placing an order for pick up and in the middle of placing an order, the owner hung up on me. job well done. You just lost a customer willing to order almost everything off your menu for a dinner party.
(1)Matt C.
Nom!
(5)Kim W.
The food is good, not the best Thai I have ever had. Both times I have asked for Thai hot and they give me regular food. They do provide condiments to spice your meal, but not the same as having it cooked the way you want.
(3)Antonio M.
Best food on the east side of Orlando.
(4)No Longer Yelping B.
(4)Steven H.
(4)Joy W.
Best Thai I have ever had! This is the go to spot for my family when we have a special occasion, we have never been let down. I don't think I could ever have any other thai. Great service, great atmosphere and most importantly, awesome food!
(5)J C.
(5)Paula P.
(4)Mercedes B.
Fantastic Thai cuisine. Best Thai curry in town. Superior service, and I was a server for eight years. My fiancé and I got Thai teas, two meals including unlimited jasmine rice, and home made coconut ice cream for $28, with that quality taste, price and service of course I left a well deserved tip. Such an exquisite experience.
(5)Nina T.
(4)Jessica N.
Great food, great atmosphere. Any dishes can be made vegetarian by subbing the meat with tofu. The tofu is fried and tastes great. I had the Pad Thai and really enjoyed it.
(5)Rayni K.
(3)Justin T.
(4)Pluto W.
(5)Sam P.
I'm sure my fiancé will be on here to give Royal Thai 5 stars, I'm not usually a fan but even this restaurant can get me to enjoy it. It's location is less than prime, which is the only reason I'm taking a star away. Highly recommended if you like Thai.
(4)Jenel B.
The food here is really good I had their yellow curry with chicken (can't recall the name) and it was great. It's a fairly small place with lots of servers so you never have to wait too long if you need anything yet you don't feel like they are hovering over you. I would definitely go again.
(4)B J.
The best! Service is exquisite... Warm friendly smiles! And the food is amazing!!! You cannot go wrong with anything you order!! The choo chee prawns are my favorite!
(5)Monica S.
(5)Dan M.
Just returning from Thailand, I still wanted some thai food and decided on this place. Awesome service and generous portions, but the food just didn't quite hit the mark for me. It was close, to be sure, but not quite there.
(4)James O.
(5)Amanda T.
(5)Amelia Y.
(5)FoodieGuys B.
Similar to other comments. A decent thai restaurant. Service was good. Lemongrass Tom Yum soup was tasty. Green curry was way too salty and a bit watery. I still prefer Sea Thai as one of the "best" Thai restaurants in Orlando.
(3)Stacy P.
(4)Bill B.
(3)Adam B.
(4)Elle L.
For a Thai restaurant close to work, this one isn't too shabby. It's not the best Thai I've ever had but they're really fast and incredibly cheap for lunch. The employees are always friendly. I have not a thing to complain about.
(4)Greg W.
Pretty bland. My three year old loved it...
(2)Sulaiman K.
I love this restaurant. Food is always excellent - very tasty. I think they are the best thai restaurant in Orlando. Friendly staff and they use fresh ingredients. Their Choo-Chee prawns is amazing.
(5)William W.
Long time fan. Glad my work takes me to this area for lunch often, so I can eat at one of the best Thai restaurants in town. Really like the family restaurant atmosphere. Curries are awesome, so are the spring rolls.
(4)Julia P.
I go here at least once every two weeks! It is hands down the best Thai food in Orlando and has really good prices. The service is awesome as well as the food. I recommend the panang and fried bananas with coconut ice cream, DELICIOUS!!!
(4)Jacob W.
I have been going here for some years now. My favorite dish is the ginger duck. Always cooked right. Every desert is good as well but my favorite is the fried banana with coconut ice cream.
(5)Laina S.
Of the many Thai restaurants to choose from in Orlando, Royal Thai is my favorite! And all because of the Curries. Yeah, there are other things on the menu. But, I always worry I'll have buyer's remorse if I don't get the Red Curry. Fragrant and spicy (runny-nose spicy, not ears on fire spicy), it's the perfect combination of coconut milk, zucchini, and red and green bell peppers. I order mine with tofu, but I think it comes with your choice of meat or shrimp. And - no baby corns! Aside: I really dislike baby corns - I exclude them on principle, as I've never seen a baby corn plant in real life, or in a produce store. I suspect they're actually made from cornmeal and water and stamped into baby corn shape with a mold. (If you're a fan of baby corns, they do have them in other dishes.) Unlimited jasmine rice, always perfectly cooked and steaming, makes it rounds, and, if you're taking home your leftovers, and ask politely, they'll give you a little take-home box of rice. (Ahem, for free!) For dessert, the coconut ice cream and/or fried bananas are both superb. The service staff is all Thai, and always polite, prompt, and respectful, though be prepared to tackle the language barrier if you have an unusual request. The facility is always clean and airy, although the décor is a little dated. The dining rooms tends a little to the cold side for me, but that is easily fixed with a sweater. We often call ahead for take-out, and the food is always ready when we arrive for pick up. The only downside - they use styrofoam! I understand why - it is much, much cheaper than the non-styrofoam alternatives. But, I've cut styrofoam out of my life, so I have to make a special exception for Royal Thai.
(4)Dirk F.
Nice use of the royal theme presented from the interior to the employees attire. The Pad ka prow was too salty and food was mediocre. Service was solid.
(3)Doron R.
(3)Carrie B.
Royal Thai is so good! I get red curry and it is always delicious. The food is always consistent, which is appreciated as well. YUM!
(5)Norman M.
(5)John S.
(4)Marshall H.
I love the param chicken, spicey delight.
(5)Ahmed H.
Warm atmosphere. personal Service & great food. I recommend the Chicken Panang.
(4)breath m.
Terrible service kills this place for me. Food used to be much better but has disappointed and I've had multiple experiences where servers tried pocketing change when paying with cash. Not recommended.
(1)Lindsay K.
The service is quick and the food is really good. I love garee gai, and theirs is better than my favorite restaurant's over in the I-drive area. There is usually enough food for two meals.
(5)J. J.
Their chicken pad see ew rocks my world.
(5)Ang X.
(5)Ilka T.
(5)Peter G.
(5)Cecelia K.

I Love this place, I love their thai tea and bottomless rice :). Vegi rolls are nice and lite. I also like atmosphere and hostesses. Great spot for lunch or Dinner!

Royal Thai was the first Thai restaurant I ever went to and I fell in love instantly. The food is always delicious and I love the atmosphere - it's casual and intimate. The portions are more than generous and the food is always awesome! I highly recommend their Yellow Curry and the Chicken Praram!
(5)Greg S.

(5)Mowaffag A.
I think this is the best Thai food in Orlando. Been going there ever since 1999. The staff is super friendly. Love their parham and panang. Price wise they r good. When I'm in the mood for good Thai food I always go there.
(5)Jessica P.
(5)Hannah H.
(5)Bryony B.
This place is tried and true. The staff are prompt and courteous and the food is always tasty. The inside is nothing to write home about, but definitely not bad either.
(4)Ryan F.
(5)Alicia M.
(3)Brooke W.
(4)Emma S.
some of the best Thai food I had in awhile.
(4)Jeffrey D.
(4)Joy W.
(5)Roberto H.
Unlimited rice and great food :)
(5)Chase T.
You can always expect amazing food here! The service is fantastic! Tried a lot of other Thai restaurants and nothing else has even come close! If you haven't been here I would highly recommend!
(5)Randolph Z.
(3)Myan T.
(3)Roberto N.
This is one of three Thai restaurants in the area that we like. The interior is neat the way it's laid out, and the staff take some time decorating the place. The portions are pretty good sized, and the food is arranged on the plates with more care than other places.
(3)SevenB L.
(4)Latoya C.
(5)Brandi F.
(4)Cori G.
I love the soups and the tempura shrimp appetizer but everything on their menu is delicious!!!
(5)Kate S.
(4)Mitch G.
Been here many times and always enjoyed the food. I will not be going back. You know sometimes it's just the little things. I ordered a diet coke. Asked for a refill. Was told no free refill. You got to be kidding me.
(2)Chris E.
(3)Jason D.
Great food, amazing variety, exceptional service, average ambience, value for money !
(4)Christopher O.
Enjoy!
(4)Janel G.
YAY: *we got 2nds on rice and there was no add'l charge for that
(1)Clay N.
(5)Amy W.
x Excellent food, wonderful service, great prices. Always a great go to place for last minute dinner, or take out place when you're not wanting to cook.
(5)John M.
(2)Jeff K.
(2)Bunny N.
(1)Matt C.
Nom!
(5)Virginia R.
(4)Steven H.
(4)Joy W.
Best Thai I have ever had! This is the go to spot for my family when we have a special occasion, we have never been let down. I don't think I could ever have any other thai. Great service, great atmosphere and most importantly, awesome food!
(5)J C.
(5)Paula P.
(5)Nina T.
(4)Jessica N.
Great food, great atmosphere. Any dishes can be made vegetarian by subbing the meat with tofu. The tofu is fried and tastes great. I had the Pad Thai and really enjoyed it.
(5)Rayni K.
(3)Justin T.
(4)Pluto W.
(5)Dan M.
Just returning from Thailand, I still wanted some thai food and decided on this place. Awesome service and generous portions, but the food just didn't quite hit the mark for me. It was close, to be sure, but not quite there.
(4)James O.
(5)Amanda T.
(5)Amelia Y.
(3)Stacy P.

Pretty bland. My three year old loved it...

I love this restaurant. Food is always excellent - very tasty. I think they are the best thai restaurant in Orlando. Friendly staff and they use fresh ingredients. Their Choo-Chee prawns is amazing.

Long time fan. Glad my work takes me to this area for lunch often, so I can eat at one of the best Thai restaurants in town. Really like the family restaurant atmosphere. Curries are awesome, so are the spring rolls.

Royal Thai is so good! I get red curry and it is always delicious. The food is always consistent, which is appreciated as well. YUM!

(4)Marshall H.
I love the param chicken, spicey delight.
(5)Ahmed H.
Warm atmosphere. personal Service & great food. I recommend the Chicken Panang.

Terrible service kills this place for me. Food used to be much better but has disappointed and I've had multiple experiences where servers tried pocketing change when paying with cash. Not recommended.

The service is quick and the food is really good. I love garee gai, and theirs is better than my favorite restaurant's over in the I-drive area. There is usually enough food for two meals.

Their chicken pad see ew rocks my world.

(5)Brian F.
best pad thai in orlando. plain and simple. can't sum it up any better than that.
(5)Trish A.

(4)Stephanie G.
The best Thai food in Orlando, and I've been to quite a few. Their Tom Ka Gai soup is great, along with the Panang. Actually everything I've eaten there is very good. And the service is also amazing. I've been coming here for about 13 years and they are always consistent.
(5)Danniel G.

The food and service were excellent. Clean and good atmosphere. they also deliver, which I plan on taking advantage of!

Great food. Coming here for 20 years plus. The garlic pepper plate is excellent. The roast duck, delicious and the Lemmon fish real fresh.
(5)Tine H.
This has always been my go-to place for Thai. They know their repeat customers and the food is out super fast. I have never had a bad experience here, and love love their pad Thai with tofu and the coconut red curry. Definitely a must for any Thai enthusiasts!
