Extremely slow service. Qualifty of food subpar in comparison to other Red Lobsters.

Lobster & Shrimp Paradise. Artistic? Yes. Edible? No. How to ruin lobster: take a reasonably nice sized Maine lobster tail, cut it in half, then bread the tail and deep fry it, still attached to the shell. The breading must have had around 50% salt, even after peeling all the coating off, the lobster was still pure salt. The skewer of shrimp was well done and edible. Funny how the thing I crave at Red Lobster is the biscuits, not the seafood.

What's there to say: it's a chain restaurant. Some have steaks, some have salads. This one has fish. Broiled, poached, battered & fried. Fishy, fishy, fish. And they don't do a terribly bad job of it. Can't recommend their alcoholic beverages, though; pretty weak. But the sad fact of the matter is this: Red Lobster is your best culinary option within walking distance of Orlando's Orange County Convention Center. Hope you have a car...

It's Red Lobster: really no mystery here. Service is always friendly, but never fast. Food is nothing special and sometimes quite bad. We only came here because it is across from the convention center. Also, so that we could avoid another gross conference lunch. To get some pleasure out of a meal here, DO NOT try anything fancy. I started with the caesar salad - weird, gloppy dressing that tasted nothing like Caesar salad dressing. Took 2 bites and pushed plate to the side. For the entree, I had the grilled scallop (overcooked), shrimp (decent), and lobster (so salty it was inedible - leaving lobster on a plate makes me so sad.) The high point: the warm, crack-like cheddar biscuits. If it was socially acceptable, I'd go there just for that.

It's Red Lobster a chain. What else can you say not bad good service the food was fine the cheese rolls were great! If you can't find a good local seafood place this will do.

Had a client lunch here today. Service was exceptional. My food (shrimp scampi and broiled scallops) was very good. My colleague had blackened mahi and he raved how good it was. It looked delicious. Also, my salad was very fresh and tasty with just the right amount of dressing. Great experience.

Had a great meal and our server Stephanie is so patient with her customers I really appreciate that. When I am back in town I will definitely return due to her service. As far a the food goes, if you go to red lobster all menus are generally the same.

You should never miss their lobster if you were traveling in Orlando and perhaps got only one chance to step in this place, just like me. Unfortunately I can't remember the dish I ordered, but just go for the Lobster, really great, though their salmons are only on average.

Loved it! It was a hassle at first because after a 30 minute wait, I brought the buzzer to be seated and hey forgot to seat my party after cleaning the table. They fixed it quickly after I gripes about parties that came after mine got sat before mine. Once seated, the service was great. Our waiter, Kacie, was very enthusiastic and well-composed, despite the fact the place was slammed. She was very patient and knowledgable and our appetizers, drinks and entrees came in a timely fashion. The meals were well-portioned and filled us up good.

Went to dinner here after a long day at a local Megacon event. Typical chain style joint with the ever awesome cheddar bay biscuits. I ordered the Caesar salad and shrimp Alfredo. Alfredo sauce was a little too salty but overall enjoyable. Our server was WONDERFUL. He recommended a blue moon draft beer pairing with my meal which was an enjoyable suggestion. Nothing too over the top here as its a chain restaurant, but a decent meal none the less.

They were ok.. My lobster tails was semi salty, I don't know why they food seem so overly seasoned. I recommend going early, because we went kind of late and I suppose they got lazy ... I've had better red lobster & the lobster drink was delicious best part of the meal

At a conference and pretty much this is the only restaurant within walking distance. Wine was like vinegar. Lettuce was brown. Service was terrible. Had to wait 10 minutes and had to flag down a waiter before anyone would even acknowledge I existed. Table was dirty. Had to ask that it be cleaned. Tilapia was surprisingly good - which is why this review gets two stars instead one none! My advice - if you can avoid it, do!

One of the better red lobsters ive eaten at. Had the pick 2 lunch special, chicken fingers and shrimp scampi with mashed potatoes. One of the cleaner RL's I've been to.

My family visited this Red Lobster for a birthday lunch this past Saturday. When we arrived around 11:30 there was no wait and plenty of available tables. Since we were waiting for someone we waited at the entrance for a few minutes. The hostess was very friendly. She fished out a lobster from the tank so my daughters could touch it. As soon as we were all there we were seated at a large booth. We placed drink orders and appetizers right away. We ordered the coconut shrimp and the mussels. The mussels were very good, they had a garlic sauce that was amazing. They also came with slices of toasted garlic bread (great for soaking up the sauce). We were all very happy with that dish. The entrees were all pretty good. Nothing too spectacular, but it's Red Lobster. My husband ordered an entree that had lobster, sausage, corn, and potatoes. It looked pretty good. He commented that the potatoes weren't very good. I had a typical fried seafood combo. My daughter had the kids crab legs meal. It is one cluster of snow crab legs, which is a pretty good portion for a kid. They were really hard to crack though and some of the pieces of crab were really dry. Our server wasn't very attentive. He didn't come check on us after our meals were brought out so we were trading sauces around the table. He saw us passing them and then asked if we needed anything. Um, obviously. I also had to fetch utensils from another table, always fun to get seated without silverware. And then my least favorite part of the meal, waiting for the check. I so much prefer it when the server brings the check when you're almost done eating. I hate it when everyone is finished and then you are stuck at a table full of dirty dishes trying to flag someone down so you can pay. Honestly, I still had a pretty enjoyable time. Red Lobster cheese biscuits are one of the best foods ever, and our server did keep them replenished. A full basket of cheese biscuits can save even the most miserable of dining experiences.

This is a chain restaurant I used to avoid like a plague! I only came because I had received gift cards. I'm happy I gave this chain restaurant a chance. The decor was intimate and inviting. The hospitality and friendliness of our dining room assistant was pleasing. Ariel really loves what he does and it shows in his interaction with guests. As we dined we could not help but notice how he was friendly with everyone around us.. Even children. Service was immediate and friendly. I was on vacation so unfortunately I will not be able to revisit this location. I hope when I return home I'm able to get this kind of service I received at this location. Good customer service can make a beef hotdog feel like a full course lobster dinner. Thank you Ariel!

Paul B. is right. Red Lobster is the best place for food within walking distance of Orlando's Orange County Convention Center. However, I give Red Lobster 4 stars for being better than Chili's. It's not as good as Outback Steakhouse, but I've been pleasantly surprised each time I've eaten at Red Lobster. The service is friendly and excellent. Those biscuits are very tasty. I ordered grilled shrimp on skewers and the shrimp were a good size (no skimping) on a reasonably savory bed of rice. I also had a fried fish sandwich another day of a convention and thought it was quite good. Will it be the most thrilling meal of your life? No. Will it be somewhat fatty and bad for you? Yes. Will it be awful? No. It could be much much worse (just think of Javitts which seems to be located on a desert of concrete without any food nearby but the overpriced convention stuff). Your only options, otherwise, are McDonald's and Denny's.

Stopped by before we hit our hotel for the evening. Arrived later and they were busy so pulled a chair up at the bar and ate. Great service and food was quite good. I was expecting something average tasting and overpriced. What we got was good tasting food at average pricing. Wood return again.

I really wanted to like Red Lobster. I live in a state where we have commercials for it on TV but no branches so was excited. It was mediocre at best. Attentive service from out server Xavier but the food was bland and ordinary. Good cheese biscuits but the salad was limp with package croutons. The kids Mac and cheese was kraft out of a package. The rest of the food was just average. Disappointed and will not bother with them again. Too many good independent seafood restaurants around.

AAAAAMAAAZING!!! My first time at Red Lobster was definitely a success. The shrimps, the mussles, the crabs, the clams were delicious!!! I had it with linguine which I barely touched because I was too interested in all the seafood. Their clam chowder is also great and has a lot of flavor. alcoholic drinks are delicious but obviously lack alcohol. Definitely would come back again. Oh and the waiter was super nice and attentive.

I came to this Red Lobster after my sister's graduation. We had a party of eleven. We waited forty five minutes to sit. They would ask of we could sit separately. I absolutely said no, seriously we're here to celebrate my sister's graduation. So after a while the hottest said again we won't be able to sit you together. It'll have to be separate. Once again I said no. We decided to contact a different Red Lobster that said come over we'll have your table of our group went there. So I immediately told them, hey we're going somewhere else. Right there and then they said they could sit us. There had been a back room with seating for us, the whole time were there. That kind of made is a little annoyed but not enough to damper how happy we were for my sister's day. We sat down and our server Melissa was absolutely great. She was so attentive and just plain sweet the whole time. I don't stay long since I had to leave early to attend a concert. I had a coke and a lobster pizza for an appetizer. The lobster pizza is always great, I also had one of their delicious cheese biscuits. Overall, they made a slow beginning having us wait for no reason, since there were tables available for us to sit together into a great time with good laughs due to a great waitress and good food.

Food was ok - fish tacos with all the sauces on the side - but time waiting for food was ridiculously long. The restaurant was not at all crowded for lunch and the server was prompt and nice. But our food took over twenty five minutes to come out. This is the 4th time and 4th location in 20 years and every time the wait time was unacceptably long.

This is actually the only Red Lobster location I've ever been to, I've never gone to any back home in California... went here a couple times because it is very close to where we stay by the convention center. Quick seating each time, great service though the food could come out a bit quicker... I think their Table for 2 deal is amazing. The last time I was here, I got a salad as a starter, peppercorn-grilled sirloin with portobello wine sauce (perfect medium rare) as my entree, and we shared a slice of key lime pie (my choice... it was a hard decision). No complaints and we were both stuffed.

Pretty good chain restaurant with great service. The food is affordable for seafood and I definitely love me some fish. The cheddar bay biscuits are always good.

I honestly don't know how this restaurant received 4 stars. I ordered take out a few days ago around 10pm & bought the NY Strip steak $23, & the Ultimate Feast $27). When I got home I noticed they forgot the sides that are SUPPOSED to come with the Ultimate Feast & when I began eating my NY Strip steak, there was SO MUCH fat on it & it was dry; it was horrible. I was severely disappointed considering I spent almost $53 on 2 meals. Definitely not coming back to this location anymore. I definitely didn't get what I paid for. Super disappointed because I use to love coming here. I guess they got lazy since we came so late.

We were in town for a summit and decided to stop by Red Lobsters one night for dinner. Granted that this is considered a chain restaurant, the food options and quality was excellent. Our waitress was awesome, very friendly and funny. In fact, the three waitresses that kept coming by were great, so their service deserves five stars. Red Lobsters cheese biscuits are to die for, probably the best appetizer bread out there. I ended up getting the lobster mushrooms for an appetizer, which were very good. For dinner, I had the blue cheese filet with garlic mashed potatoes. When I first recieved it, I was like "this is it?" but don't be fooled, it was delicious and filling. The only drawback was that the food service was very slow from the kitchen; we probably waited a good 30-40 minutes before we got our dinners.

The cheese biscuits are awesome! House salads are nothing special. Ordered the flounder and broccoli. The broccoli was hard and difficult to cut into pieces. The flounder tasted a bit fishy. The server was friendly and offered to replace the broccoli for me. The portions are small and the only reason I feel full is because I ate 3 biscuits.

Lunch time! So the first day of a long week away from my Chicago... Don't take me wrong, i was actually expecting less... I guess Red Lobster is a hit or miss but they totally hit it with me! I have a condition named TMD better known as TMJ and it is painful for me to chew my food since my jaw joint starts to bother me. Having that said, i need all the help i can get as far as info from waitresses on the food they serve and the way its cooked... I could not ask for a more helpful waitress, she was amazing, she made sure that the shrimp tacos were served in a steamed tortilla instead of heated on the stove top and my shrimp was nice and tender, very well cooked. I was surprised since it is very easy to overcook shrimp and make it rubbery, well they did not over cooked it. A very long time ago I stopped going to RL in general due to a few bad experiences but this location rocked!

This is amazing! The lobster meat is so fresh and tangy! It encourages me to go to red lobsters back home. The service is amazing too. The only thing I didn't like was that my peach smoothie was too sweet and heavy for me. But the lobster was really good.

Its Red Lobster, what do you expect? There is nothing different about the food here vs the food at any other Red Lobster. Why go you say? our server was AWESOME! We felt that the server went the extra mile -- was very friendly, attentive and engaging. If we had to go back and go to a chain restaurant this is definitely one I would go back to.

Came here in a large group for dinner, and was given our own room in the back, with two servers to manage our gang. I hadn't eaten at a Red Lobster in easily over a decade but remembered something about cheese biscuits. Cheese biscuits: good. Blackened tilapia: great - i got the larger portion, and it came with broccoli (ok) and i chose rice pilaf (good). yelp.com/biz_photos/JjfB… Dinner salad: good Breaded mozzarella: ok (good when you're hungry) Dessert Sampler Trio: great - key lime and chocolate lava are the winners here. They do have a special allergen menu for those with shellfish or other allergies, though one of our party found that the first special menu was missing a few key pages, and so we had to go get it swapped out for another copy. Our service was good, and they did start us all off on separate checks. while service wasn't super speedy, we weren't in a rush since we all just wanted to hang out together. the room was a little cramped, but nice to have our own place where we could laugh a little too loud.

My brother gave me a gift card for Darwin restaurants, which includes red lobster and Bahama breeze. Our plan was to go to Bahama breeze first but it was an hour wait. We then saw Red lobster not too far on international drive and decided to eat there and we were pleasantly surprised. We didn't even wait 5 minutes to be seated. Our server was quick and attentive. We had fresh fish cooked and it was tasty. We would come back soon.

This review is location specific.........ONLY for this particular Red Lobster...the ONLY one we go to. Always so good here...won't even walk into a red lobster in south florida...but this one is so much different...amy the floor manager & brenda our waitress did a wonderful job. this has become our standard 1st nite orlando dinner place. whoever is in charge of this particular red lobster should be put in charge of all of them....because in my view....it should be a different named restaurant because it's so much better

Mmmm :) First off, this is the only Red Lobster I will go to. I haven't been to Red Lobster in years being as most of them were so outdated inside and the used carpet made the place smell. I came to this Red Lobster and was surprised as it looked so lovely inside. Very clean, fancy, and friendly staff. I always get the ceaser salad and am NEVER disappointed. Best one ever! There is quite a big portion and they know exactly how much dressing to put on. Most come very dry to me and I always need to ask for extra dressing. The famous cheese biscuit's are to die for and always a crowd pleaser. My dish I always order since I don't like seafood is the cajun chicken linguini alfredo! Mm this is so much better than regular alfredo with the delicious spices incorperated in this dish. I always ask for extra sauce because if not I find it dry. The chicken is so tender and juicy. I usually go with the half portion now because it is so filling and I always end up with a lot left. Then again, having it the next day I've found enjoyable and nearly as good as it coming out fresh.

I stopped by for a late lunch during my weeklong trip. The location is easy to get to, and on the main road. I ordered a "choose your own shrimp" lunch; popcorn shrimp, large shrimp, French fries, and a garden salad. The service was very quick in getting the food(I also picked a lowkey time during the day) I received the garden salad first and it was amazing! One of the tastiest salads, and it worked great as an intro to my main dish. The shrimp arrived and it was great, nothing too noteworthy though. The fries were sprinkled in salt and had a very good taste. The waiters did stop by very frequent and it was awkward. Overall, this was a great experience and I will stop by again(one near my home of course). This is a great stop for any type of long trip, as it is a light choice in foods. Definitely worth a stop.

Down here on a family vacation and needed a slice of home. This was my first trip to red lobster and it was so pleasant, we were happy with all of our courses. We had mozzarella sticks, a seafood sample, salad, and I got a Maine lobster, of course. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was wonderful, our waiter, David, was exceptional. He had a vast knowledge of the menu and knew how to describe things in a way we could understand, not to mention very friendly. This was a great visit, hope to be back at a red lobster soon!

Ate here July 24th. Ordered steak and lobster tail. Lobster was over cooked and tasted like rubber. The steak, was fabulous! Who would have guessed a seafood place messes up the seafood but nailed the steak. Also had calamari (not good) stuffed mushrooms were great. Had to beg for cheese biscuits while waiting for appetizers to arrive. Hilarious that our server could not recommend any item as she hates fish and is allergic to it..lol

Went here last January with my son on his birthday. Really great service and the rainbow trout was the best I have ever had in a Red Lobster. Even their bake potato was good. Lots of times they seem to over cook their potatoes but everything in this Red Lobster was really good.

Amazing service, awesome and friendly people... they were great! The food was quite tasty, the portions were hearty and the all you can eat shrimp special is really something else. In closing, it is a chain, but the staff goes the extra mile on all fronts and they have CHEDDAR BISCUITS!!!!! what other reason do you need to go!?

This red lobster location wasn't great. The food was ok but some of the meals didn't taste great. The service was ehhhhh sometimes they got the order wrong but the waiters and waitresses were very kind and owned their mistake so that's a plus. But the reason I am switching to 3 stars is the manager cut the meals of the bill that were messed up and he offered free dessert. And besides my waitress was in training and she didn't do to bad for her 1st week.

Great service, food is good, the same as any red lobster, and location is convenient. (At the 28 stop of I-ride)

Surprisingly, I had a pleasant dinner here! It was a full house but we got seated within 20 minutes. Service was way better than I expected. Apparently, they were well staffed to prepare for the weekend. Good for them. Our server was very polite and attentive. Our entrees arrived in a timely manner. I ordered the baked stuffed flounder while my gf had the shrimp linguine. The flounder could've used a little more seasoning but overall was good. The shrimp linguine was loaded with shrimp and my gf seemed to enjoyed. Three stars because it is red lobster food. There's nothing really special about red lobster food that makes you go out of your way to eat there again. I was just surprised that they executed their dishes well this time compared to my previous experiences.

Delicious!! Just like any other Red Lobster... I had the feast for $15.99 came with a salad an entree and dessert... I also had a side of crab legs...YUM!! The service was great, too.
