The staff is always friendly and pleasant, but the quality of your smoothie depends on who's making your smoothie. There's a guy that works there that makes them perfect. Today I had a girl make my smoothie and she added so much ice that it was more like an ICEE and not a smoothie. She also watered it down so much with a truck load of ice that I could barely taste it, and she ended up throwing away like half of smoothie. So if you go and you see a guy that wear glasses, ask for him to make your smoothie.

Very tasty side-trip after a gym trip! After a hard workout at LA Fitness, this place may seem light-years away. But it was well worth the drive to Baldwin Park to get here. There were a lot of choices from fruit based smoothies to protein/energy smoothies. The Choco-Monkey smoothie was fantastic to recharge with. And even the smallest size lasted quite a bit of time. The only drawbacks for this place was that it was a little silent (no music, no TV, nothing. I could still hear my own heartbeat), and the prices were......well, pricey. But honestly, if you make a good product then usually I'll suck it up and pay what you're asking. And they do have great stuff, so, well done!

I am glad they carry illy coffee, but they layout is not friendly for people who want to grab a drink and hang out to get work done. We just don't have a place like that here in baldwin park, and with more young adults moving in, a cozy coffee shop would generate a lot of business.

The big bald guy (with a beard) that works here is very rude. He also sweats super bad ! Then he wipes his sweat off his forehead with his hand and makes your smoothie/ touches your straw. Awful experience every time he is working! Anyone else has always been great! The smoothies are delicious as long as the fat bald guy isn't making them!

My review is based on a trip with my mom at the Planet Smoothie nearest her! +1 Star - Discount coupon so we bought a 32oz got a 22 oz freeeeee! Sweet! + 1 Star - Everything super clean. Why do some places have a wierd sticky-frozen smell? Not Planet Smoothie - at least not this branch (I can only speak to here!) + 1 Star - How patient and understanding the front counter gals were that mom took FOREVER to order. She ended up getting something normal (i.e., on the menu - as opposed to high maintenance me ordering all hybrid-ized) - the Frozen Goat. There was not a line behind us, but still, they could have gotten all eye-rolling and stuff at mom but they were very chillaxed. + 1 Star - Dang Tasty! I have smoothies all the time in LA at Robeks and Jamba Juice and these ppl make a better smoothy. The Goat was smooth and thick but drinkable through the straw with no lumps. It also stayed frozen til the very end - a rare feat considering that 32 ounces is a heck of a lot!! I had a hybird juice drink - sort of a Leapin Lizard with banana. Good, not too sweet and a genuine fruit flavor. I can't tell from the website what type of juices/fruits they use (and I was too hungry to ask!) but it tastes less sugar-y sticky than many others. - 1 Star - Price. The ONLY bummer. Yeah, we had a coupon and that helped but $5 for a smoothie is still steep. I guess it's the cost of business nowadays. But... I adore this place and they need to open one in South Bay (CA) for sure!!!
