I really don't understand all of the great reviews. Their food is ok. Its great if your looking for a different kind of chinese. They have some pretty unique dishes but I found them to be more weird than yummy. The textures and flavors seem to be off to me and spicer than I expected.

Preconceived notions be damned. I'll exit the closet and admit that I enjoyed my lunch at P.F. Chang's today! I only go there when invited by friends, never voluntarily, and that was the case today. First, from our vantage point, the joint is darned pretty, and clean. The background music was distinctly not Chinese, but it was much to my liking, more along the likes of Amos Lee and KT Tunstall. I even Shazamed a song by Melissa Etheridge that sounded good, and I'm not much of a fan of her music. The wine selection is reasonable. We started with the Northern short ribs appetizer which I've had before. I've said previously that the only the only reason to go to PFC is for this very nice starter. But today for an entree I had a shrimp with candied walnuts and honeydew melon -- weird-sounding but it came together nicely. My dining companion had a shrimp dish with lobster sauce; I got a nibble of it and it was tasty too. Is P.F. Chang's the best Chinese in town? No! Is it a Chinese restaurant? I'm not sure, but they furnish chopsticks. Will I go back? I'm sure I will, if invited.

Great Chinese cuisine. This is a nice trendy place to eat. Good service and busy. I always order the chicken lettuce wrap. Pei wei is the fast food version of this esp if you want pick up or eat in. Nice chain for Chinese bistro for restaurant.

don't get me wrong, PF changs is one of my favorite chains, but my friend and I received very poor service. We were seated outside on a beautiful night. We ordered an alcohol bev from the server and our app at the same time as well as our dinner. They came out in this order...Entree, Appetizer, and then Drinks. Mind you, we needed to remind our server that we ordered drinks and he blamed the food runner for not delivering them. Im sorry, but one) don't place blame two) you are the server, so own it and three) i don't care who is in charge, take care of the situation. This was the first time i have ever truly wanted to fill out the survey. Regardless of the service, the food was great and the drinks were as well. the ambiance is wonderful. and we had a great time.

I was so do disappointed last night because even though we had a good food but the person serving us was so rude! She was very impatient. POOR SERVICE! WORST! She ruined our night and I hope that PF Chang's will do something about it and remind her job description.

This used to be one of my favorite resturaunts, but due to a multitude of missteps, crammed tables, bad attitudes, and over-worked staff the food doesn't make up for the ultimate UNPLESANT experience. On this visit, the server dumped an entire tray of drinks and the three sauces on one of my guests due to the aforementioned horribly crammed table layout. The manager, George, refused to help and left spilled drinks on the floor for over 5 minutes. The server clued our table into the fact that they were short staffed, which didn't matter to me while I paid $75 for a BAD experience. NOT GOOD PFCHANGS!

We always get consistently good food at P.F. Chang's. Lots of other people must think so too because there is almost always a wait. They don't take reservations but one trick I've learned is to CALL AHEAD. They will put your name on the list so when you get there you are ready to be seated. I always get the same meal when I go, Crispy Honey Shrimp with extra sauce on the side and brown rice. Yumm. The sauce has a slightly sweet, tangy flavor with a little zip. My hubby and I have tried other dishes but always go back to our faves (his is General Tso's Chicken). We change it up for apps though, sometimes the pot stickers, sometimes the lettuce wraps. Both are delicious. Chang's isn't textbook Chinese food, more like American Chinese, if there were such a category. Still, the food is good, not gourmet or special occasion worthy but when we are in the area or at the mall we sometimes get the urge for some Chang's.

Its simple foo foo chinese food. I prefer the more authentic stuff. The shrimp fried rice is decent along with the ribs but thats about all I will eat from this place. Nothing to rave over.

When I do my Restaurant reviews I do them kinda like in categories, ( Chain's place, Take out etc..) As a Chain P.F.Changs is great. Great Decor and Atmosphere, Service is good and the food is great. Is it "Real" Chinese" Of course not. It's really good Asian Fusion chain food. I love the Yelper's that tell you about their experience in Shanghai, and how the food at Chang's doesn't compare. Duhhh, They do it with all the restaurant's. But Chang's is done well, and for non foodies who haven't really explored Chinese food, Maybe this could be a jump off point to explore other more authentic places. Give Chang's a try, It's fun, and the food is very good.

I've been to P.F. Chang's often. This may have been my last time. At the risk of redundancy with other reviews let me state the obvious; it's a chain, it's noisy, it's always a wait and before you know it you've spent more than you had planned on for dinner. The food is oily and I always wonder if my original times dining here were really that good or was the P.F. Chang menu just "new" to me? I'm going to miss the lettuce wraps which on their own raised this rating up to 2 stars.

To anyone who knows Chinese, this is not a truly chinese restaurant. It is more or less an Asian fusion - mixed with western flavors. My clients and I visit this specific PF Chang's quite often. We have been here like 12 times... Atmosphere -- hmmm, let's say that I am a total fan of PF Chang's interior decorator. I love the calm darkness offset with the timid light fixtures. It is very romantic and "business" like. Service -- actually, it is a hit or miss. Some waiters are better than others. Also, without a reservation, the wait time can be like forever. Food -- My recommendation is the mongolian beef (excellent) and lettuce wraps. Since I go here so much, it is indeed one of my favorite places to have lunch and dinner...

I like the food but the service at PF CHANGS is horrible...ALWAYS...just a convinient locations and good food but they should retrain ALL their staff including managers. No customer service skills and they havent heard of pleasing the customer.

Having tried P.F. Changs in Dallas then in Virginia Beach and not being overly impressed, I had pretty much sworn off of going back. Ironically, my mother had won a $50 P.F. Changs gift card at work. She had never been and I told her to brace herself for nothing special. We decided to take the gift card with us on vacation to Disney World this past October and include it in our food budget anyway. *** I am really glad we did. Maybe it's because these restaurants are franchises and individually owned or maybe this particular P.F. Changs just had really good chefs in the Kitchen, but our food was fantastic. We ordered take out because it was late and we had an infant with us so I cannot attest to the atmosphere (other than it being very pretty -- we walked in to order our food and waited), but the food was absolutely delicious. My husband and mother raved about the food and my mother is pretty picky. If you've tried other P.F. Changs and haven't been all that impressed, you may want to give this place a try for the food. Hopefully, by the time you go the same management and chefs will still be there! LOL Delicious!

PF Chang's is a great place for some tasty asian fusion food, ideal for going with a group and a healthy appetite. The portions are really large, and are meant to be shared with what others order, creating a smorgasborg of unlimited asian food. The service is always friendly and never too slow. For starters, I would definitely suggest getting the lettuce wraps, they are delicious, flavorful, and most important in an appetizer, nice and light. The Chang's spicy chicken is delicious and packs a little punch. Everything that I have tried here has been pretty satisfactory, but it can get a little pricy for me, so I usually save this place for special occasions.

Mongolian Beef was tough & chewy. Their tea selection doesn't have classic Oolong/Jasmine: just a bunch of flavoured jun*. Green tea was not good quality. On our takeout order, the female server asked for tip, which instantly turned me off about this restaurant. She even forgot to pack plates in the bag.

WARNING the Lamb Chengu good but spicy if your not used to spice(it sneaks up on you)! Good pancakes what they call their tortilla like rolls.

Oh do I love PF Changs. I used to work here years ago and a fortunate bonus to that is that I was able to try nearly everything on the menu. I honestly never tried anything here that I didn't find delicious! PF Changs serves some staples of Chinese eating - with a twist! Some of the best things on the menu (in my humble opinion): Changs Spicy Chicken; their version of General Tso's... spicy, juicy, tasty and amazing. I also like their Won Ton Soup because not only does it contain delicious won tons filled with pork; it also has shrimp in it! Who would've thought? Last but not least... my favorite dinner item is the Mongolian Beef. It's cooked to perfection and sauteed with scallions. Super yum. My favorite thing about PF Changs can be summed up in three words: Banana Spring Rolls. What an amazing and creative dessert. Bananas encased in a spring roll and drizzled with caramel. Served with coconut ice cream... yum. This is the best dessert I've ever had (and I am definitely a dessert person). If you're not into the banana thing, try the Great Wall of Chocolate. It will literally be as big as your head. About 6 people can eat a substantial amount of cake off of this thing. Awesome! PF Changs is definitely a must!

I'm a big fan of PF Changs and have been to this location twice during business trips. Tonight I was dining alone so I sat at the bar and was a bit disappointed. The food was delicious as always but the service was subpar. The bartender waiting on me seemed totally disinterested. Now they were moderately busy but I clearly saw her bar mates providing more attentive and friendly service. I had one real complaint. I ordered a glass of Nigori sake and when it arrived I identified. Two tiny black objects at the bottom of the glass...I'm pretty certain one was a bug. This was before I even took one sip. When I told her about it, she held the glass up and studied it intently. What was she going to tell me?...they belonged in there!? She offered no apology but provided me with another glass. I thought maybe she would have comp'd it or offered another glass on the house, but that was not to be. Disappointing as I have seen PF Changs act far better than that! I would actually give this visit only two stars but four stars for my first visit. So I'll average it out at three stars for this location.

an infusion of vinegar in everything you eat. being from san fran and living in nyc, this place is expensive and every dish tasted the same. 4 dishes and 2 appetizers ran $100 for lunch. we did order more because we are new in the area and heard it was good. it was some of the worse i have ever had. that signature sour taste is in everything....which by the way the shrimp tasted like the chicken and the chicken tasted like the beef........i still have that taste in my mouth and it's really horrible. if you are or have ever been to san fran on nyc and had Asian food this is certainly not your place to eat. overpriced and terrible food.

I want to live at P.F. Chang's. I l o v e this place. We moved to Melbourne several months ago and we are having major withdrawl from several things, this being one. We used to get take out every other week. The service was good. My son wanted the olives from my Bloody Mary so the waitress brought a little cup of olives for him. He was in heaven. It was a perfect meal with loads for leftovers. I only wish Orlando wasn't a million tolls and a half tank of gas away or we'd be there weekly. The stuff from the freezer section at the grocery is NOT the same.

One word.....PACKED. As it should be with the delicious food that is served there. Everything was outstanding. From the warm sake to the chocolate shot dessert. It's past time they expand the restaurant. Maybe add a second floor.

PF Changes has been and continues to be the most consistent restaurant across the country. We know what we like and order it every time. Lettuce wraps, then we split orange shrimp, Chang's spicy chicken, and mongolian beef with white rice. Service was professional and quick. Simple wine list is perfect. Always excellent and predictable. Changes should be a regular stop for nights out. Wish there were more in smaller cities.

My first visit yesterday. Most impressed. Located at Millenia Mall it couldn't be more convenient. Interior is low lit but tasteful. Atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Clientele is mixed from casual to well dressed. The menu is extensive and flexible - even catering for "gluten free" fans. My food was hot, plentiful and satisfying. The wine list is not extensive but very reasonably priced by the glass or bottle. The service was friendly, attentive and efficient but not overbearing. Small draw back though - background music was too loud and not in context with the restaurant's theme - a frequent irritation of mine I'm afraid! Overall, good value for money and won't break the bank. Will certainly visit again. Highly recommended.

The food was good. Ambience was soothing. Good for people who want to have nice sit-down meals with a little music playing in the background, but not so loud that you can't hear what the person next to you is saying.

One of my favorite place to go when in Orlando since we don't have any good Chinese food in Ocala (unless you count Sky Asian Fusion, but I haven't had the pleasure of going there yet since I have two little kids that would not be able to go - and we don't have a babysitter). I love everything I've ever eaten at this restaurant. Wish it was closer, as I love to eat Chinese where I don't have to find a babysitter to do it. If I can't take my kids, then I don't go. Nice atmosphere, but not stuffy...you can walk in wearing jeans and a nice shirt, and fit right in. Great service, great food.

Went last night as a party of 3. Friday night, so was told it would be a 45 min wait, but it ended up being just 20. Hostess and podium attendants were very pleasant. I ordered an Asian Pear Mojito, which was very enjoyable and refreshing. Two of us shared a Lobster Avocado sushi, and one had the Wonton soup. Sushi was very good and my friend absolutely loved the soup, and she's really picky. One thing wrong was that our entrees came while we were barely half way through our appetizers. Our server, Juan, was very nice and helpful, and did the best he could with how busy it was. So we let it go. Our entrees were all very good. We had the House Fried Rice, Beef & Broccoli, as well as Sesame Chicken. Overall, we enjoyed our meal very much, and I'll definitely be back. Price is a bit higher than regular Chinese places, but the food quality is clearly better, so it's expected.

let me make it nice and simple: Over priced, sugar / sodium loaded trash. Can't even fathom how people make lines to eat here. Can't get but feel bad for people who think this is the good stuff...such horrid food.

I went to PF Changs today and I left feeling underwhelmed. I had the Mongolian Beef with brown rice and it was ok. The dumplings were good. I feel like PF Changs has downgraded with the look of the menu and just the ambiance is blah.

We were looking for a healthy eating out option and were in the area so we headed here. Generally we go to the Winter Park location (although it's been a while), this one was much more crowded. Right when you walk in they have a large round table with a lazy Susan in the middle for larger groups to share. It was a great idea and I'd love to come here with a group. Noticing they now have sushi we ordered the Kaleidoscope roll for a starter. It was a bit expensive for the size ($10.95) but was really tasty. Tuna, salmon, mango, cucumber, kanikama, a bit of rice, wrapped in rice paper atop a miso mustard sauce. The flavor was fresh and well-balanced. For entrees we ordered Almond Cashew Chicken, Ginger Chicken and Broccoli, brown rice, and Schezuan asparagus. All were delicious. Service was good. They got rid of the tabled sauces I guess, I always liked those so this was a bummer. They also completely overhauled the menu and eliminated several options I used to order. I do like their new menu although there seems to be fewer healthy options which means I won't be here as frequently as I could be. Considering most of their entrees are from 750-1500 calories, it's pretty hefty for regular eating.

I would never go to PF Chang's on my own will. So how did I end up dining here again? Family of course. From past experiences, the food has been mediocre. This time it was worse. The chicken lettuce wrap and the shrimp in lobster sauce were overwhelmingly salty. I can't justify spending money on overpriced mediocre Chinese food. On the bright side, the service has always been satisfactory.

This was by far my best experience at P.F chang's and not because the other ones were bad. Service by Jamie was ultra amazing and the food was fresh and tasty. Management should recognize Jamie as he went above and beyond the call of duty. Will return only if Jamie can be our server next time

It's always a pleasure to eat at P.F. Chang's. I'd recommend booking ahead as the wait for a table the first evening we tried to eat here was at least 2 hours, and it's easy to see why. The staff are polite and accommodating. The options for my particular dietary requirements (no gluten, dairy or egg) were limited, but the chicken lettuce wraps and garlic spinach with which I was provided were delicious and plentiful! I came with a group and everyone very much enjoyed the meal.

The service I had tonight makes me change my rating. Aaron, our waiter, and the manager on duty went out of their way to make our girls night delightful and fun. He mistakenly brought us Mongolian beef instead of chicken like we ordered but was quick to fix it. Not only did he bring a new dish but left the beef anyway, then the manager came to apologize and take it off our bill. I was impressed and very much appreciated this excellent customer service. Thank you. The Mongolian sauce was a little off tonight but the lettuce wraps were on point. We also like that we can Still order double pan fried noodles that aren't on the menu. So delish. AND Aaron was right about the tea. Its not regular iced tea but its yummy. O and we liked the salted caramel dessert!

Not sure about the other food but sushi is a bad selection. This is not a place for a pleasant evening. New special!!! Sushi with mango. Horrible. Tastes like vomit. I have never had more horrible sushi in my life. Owners, please switch your chef. This is unbelievable. Can't feel the fish can't feel the mango.

I was visiting family in Orlando and we decided to have dinner at PFC. It was my birthday. I was a little worried as there were so many reviews complaining about service or lack of it. However, I am glad to say our server was very attentive. The food was good and our party of 8 was pleased. I did make a reservation and they sat us immediately so no complaints on that as well. Considering this restaurant is a chain and is located at a mall I thought it was pretty decent.

I had a great experience at the restaurant.i have been before to this restaurant at this location and it was ok. They have recently revamped the menu. I am vegan and have severe allergies to dairy . They have redone their menu to focus on health. They have an allergy menu with the ingredients listed on the menu. It tells you which are safe for what allergies. So I had tons of choices so I ordered tons if food. I had the vegetable spring rolls, these spring rolls are larger then the previous version. They don't do the fancy sauce making thing anymore but they still provide you with the ingredients to mix yourself. I had a cucumber appetizer that is delicious. I had their signature lettuce wraps which were amazing. I also tried the ma po tofu that is a spicy dish. Balanced by steamed broccoli to take care of the spice. We had a wonderful waiter. Definitely an improvement.

I am from Miami and I would go here all the time. I love it! The food is amazing. Their egg drop soup is like no other, tastes diff. than what you normally get at other places but its amazing. The lettuce wraps are also amazing. I love it when they have the dinner 2 for 20 or 40 deal. Their desserts also amazing. This place is just great. A must try for Chinese food lovers.

The food was incredible. We got one order of crab wontons, liked them so much we ordered some more. I had the Orange Peel chicken and I haven't had any better. The atmosphere was great, and Nick, our waiter was top notch. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back!

PF Chang's is mall food. A better than normal mall food option, but still mall food. The name says China bistro, but it's really a sort of generic Asian thing they have going on. The food is all good, but I don't think I have ever uttered the words "I'm in the mood for PF Chang's". No, it's just too vague. All that aside, while shopping in the Millenia mall you may find yourself losing track of time and realize you need to eat. This is one of the best bets. The service at PF Chang's is always good, and the wait typically seems shorter than The Cheesecake Factory (in my experience at least). On a happy service note, on my recent visit we were given a free order of "Dynamite Shrimp" which my husband constantly referred to as "Bang Bang" shrimp by accident. They were yummy, but just boring enough that we got them mixed up with a dish from another restauraunt. It's good food, and you will enjoy it. You just might not remember it.

We ate at pf chang this evening and they have changed their menu from the last time I visited. I had the vegetarian dish with coconut milk . I didn't care for it but they quickly brought out the spicy eggplant which was amazing. Our server Kristen was so patient with me and the manager was very gracious.

I like this PF Changs. I always have the same in the menu, Changs Spicy Chik and Chik Fried Rice. appetizer I always get either the lettuce wraps, crab wontons, or the vegetable dumplings.

started with chicken lettuce wrap and fried vegi dumpling. Nothing impressive , I could eat much better lettuce wrap and dumpling any Chinese restaurant on the neighborhood. as a main course I got Singapore noodles. it taste good but first time I see cherry tomatoes in the noodle ... Overall its just OK, but I feel like the food quality is going down since I first visited here .

Good food. Such a shame that the service didn't match. The hostesses need to spend less time hanging around talking and more time seating customers.

There are often issues with restaurants attached to malls. The amount of volume naturally driven allows them to slack. It's like eating at Times Square. You can expect it to be crowded, overpriced, and loud---with food that's mediocre. It's the case at this P.F. Chang's location. The PF Chang's for Two package isn't a bad deal, but careful with portions of that menu. The egg drop soup is meh, but the hot and sour soup is terrible. It is clearly not freshly made and likely heated up from being frozen or old. Avoid at all costs. Crab wontons were great! If my dinner consisted of 10x more of these, I would have been delighted. Our group liked the lettuce wraps as well. The rice was good, but they ironically ran out of brown rice at one point in the night. Overall verdict---needs improvement all around. Best to visit a nearby hole-in-the-wall for better asian food.

Well my husband was craving Chinese food and really wanted to come here against my better judgment. As expected this place just from my first visit can not get it together. We made a reservation because from previous experience I thought maybe a reservation would help the delays. No such luck. The staff here do not work as a team. The reservation was for 7:30 we were seated at 8:05. FYI we arrived 7:25. After being seated first thing we noticed was the hair on the plates. I just really don't understand the concept of leaving plates on the tables but hey to each is it's on but you run the risk of flying hair. Then the food goodness! Too much to detail but complete waste of time. Never again, I don't care what the occasion. I'm done!

Now of course, one doesn't go to PF Changs saying, "I want to PF Changs tonite." It's almost like, "yeah, I see PF Changs here. Let's just eat here today." That said, I won't write too much about the food except that their Shrimp Kung Pao is absolutely amazing. I've been tired of the traditional Kung Pao items at traditional Chinese restaurants. The Kung Pao at PF Changs is different. What I wanted to talk about here was the fabulous service my family and I received. Specifically our server Jenna; God bless her. She knew exactly what the kids would want (since the younger ones are always fussy) and was professional till the end. If you do end up going to this PF Changs, make sure to ask for her. You will love her.

We came here on a crazy rainy day with some of my relatives visiting from out of town. I have been to some of the PF Changs back in California and I usually enjoy the food and the service. I couldn't help myself to compare from what I know, and regarding the food, the taste was good although portion wise it becomes almost impossible to share, even when the server said it was enough for the 4 of us. We ended up asking for an additional dish to complement the orange chicken, vegetable fried rice and noodles. I don't have much to say about the food since it was standard and tasteful; but the service was completely disappointing. The server seemed to be annoyed and looked like he didn't want to work... he even rolled his eyes when my uncle took an extra minute to hesitate on what he wanted to drink. I saw that and I felt offended and rushed...not everybody knows what they want ahead of time. We struggled to find him a couple of times when we needed things and he disappeared for a while. I wasn't happy at all with the service of this location, and managers should know that this aspect of the restaurant is as important as the quality of the food. I'm not returning... and I only gave it 3 starts for the food.

Sodium OVERLOAD!!!!! Started off with the steamed dumplings and they were not bad. Lots of pork filling and the sauce was pleasant. After that it was terrible. Wife had the mongolian beef and was dry and overcooked. Not the same cut of beef that they used to use and a lot less of it. There were more green onions than beef? I had the kung pao shrimp. Yuck. First off they bread the shrimp? Why to make the small sized shrimp look bigger? And they put this chili paste in for spice, and i like spice, but this sauce is PURE SALT. The server then said yeah this is the saltest dish we have. That would have been nice to know BEFORE ordering it. So they made it again trying to make it less salty, and it was slightly, but still WAY TOO SALTY. I had asked for their "special sauces" and one of them was this chili paste so i tasted it. Gross. This was the culprit in my dish for sure. The manager came over and asked if the second dish was better and I asked him if this chili paste was in my dish and he said "yes". I said he should taste the sauce so he would know how salty it was and he said " i can't handle spice' ? Wow a manager that can't even taste the food to see what is wrong with it? Didn't ask to take it off the bill or anything. SAD SAD SAD.

good food, not really the best for authentic "Chinese" bistro. its pretty healthy. Gluten free on most dish on the menu. would recommend the lettuce wrap, crab wonton. somewhere to stop and eat after a day at the mall :) service is nice, place is clean and well decorated. there may be a wait during weekends but overall nice experience :)

Food is not good. Period. It always worries me when I go to a Chinese place and there are no asian cooks in the restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful but if they were to put as much time looking for good cooks as they do good decor this restaurant would go a long way, heck i think Panda Express has better healthy options, there brown rice sucks, and taste extremely bland no seasoning, I had there salmon also no seasoning, nothing, I had to ask for an orange sauce to try and gulp it down because I was really hungry, and it tasted like nothing, save your money and go to a real Chinese restaurant that charges way less and has amazing asian cooks who know what there doing!

I dined here with a friend on sat. I ordered the ginger chicken with broccoli and a side a brown rice that was excellent. The "one" star is due to the fact that I found a hair in my dinner, part way through. I notified the server and he immediate apologized; the manager apologized as well. Everyone was very nice during the ordeal; I did not pay for my dinner (which no one ever should when this happens). I will not be eating here again!

So PF Changs is probably one of my favorite chain restaurants. I love the saltiness and spiciness of each dish. Or should at least say my favorite dishes. My favs are the Kung Pao Chicken (Freakin delicious!!), & pan seared pork dumplings!!! Lord have mercy is that yummy! Yty The calimari is like French fries... But not in a good way. It's nothing like the calimari that I'm used to eating. It was crunchy or hot. It was kind of difficult to chew. Great news is my bartender could tell that I didn't like it and they removed it from my bill. How awesome!?

Food was excellent. Service was exceptional. Portions were large. What else do you need to know? We stopped going because they removed some of our favorite dishes from the menu. It was good to see that they are now offering them again. I can put my Warrior card back to use and rack up points again.

I was not impressed with the service, ambiance or quality of food. Their hot and sour soup was way too sour and lacked vegetables. The Singapore street noodles with shrimp and chicken were a huge disappointment. The shrimp were tiny, all shriveled up and overcooked. There was barely any chicken, it was cut in tiny thin pieces and overcooked. The noodles were supposed to be in a curry sauce. That didn't happen. The whole dish was bland. We arrived at 3:00pm thinking we would hit a time that wasn't too busy. Wrong, they sat us right near a big party and they were so loud that we couldn't even order our food. For the positive, their oolong tea and brown rice were great. Not reason enough to return. I can make that at home any day.

What a wonderful experience! Our waiter JP was very friendly and the food the was delicious. It was very packed and our food arrived late, which is understandable. To our surprise, they provided free dessert as an apology, and even the manager(?) personally came and apologized for the wait. Now that's amazing customer service, will definitely go back.

Last time I had PF Chang's (yes it has been years) the portions were much larger. It is decent food with decent service. I have had better.

Great food, a little slow. They said 20 min wait which was fine, and only wait 15 which was excellent. We sat down and ordered our drinks and food at the same time because we knew what we wanted. Our drinks came right away but our food took a ridiculously long time. We ordered chicken lettuce wraps (which is an appetizer) and Mongolian beef. The food tasted amazing when it finally came out. We were so hungry when the food came out that we both ate it all. Other than the food being very slow it was a great experience.

On a recent visit, we were seated at a small table right near the reception area. It was in a high traffic lane and was only separated by the waiting diners by a half wall, with one person leaning over on it already. I asked a manager if we could be seated at another table, and he grabbed our menus, led us to another table. He then tossed the menus down and asked indignantly three times if this was acceptable sir. Our server apologized for the rudeness of the manager and said no one like sitting at that table. It is a shame, since we like PF Chang's, but we won't be going back any time soon.

I have given this restaurant multiple tries and each time it's the same. The food here is so extremely mediocre and the worst part of this restaurant is the hyperbole and charging you for things you get for free at most Asian restaurants. As an example, the dumplings are supposedly served with a special chili Asian chili sauce..sounds great until you get your dish and it's a basic dumpling with the standard chili sauce sitting on most other Asian restaurant tables. PF Changs makes an art of conning people into thinking they are getting something special by removing all the traditional condiments from the tables INCLUDING SALT AND PEPPER, then giving you a fancy presentation with ordinary condiments and calling it a special signature sauce. If you want to be overcharged for basic Asian food... then go ahead, otherwise take your business elsewhere.

Excellent food, specially Chang for Two offer provided almost all the selections available for a much reduced price. We took the Mongolin Beef, Cajun Chicken & Steak with bro ok which were all great. Only the chicken with Lemon was not that good.

Went to this location about a week ago. The service was good, but the food was not. I ordered ahi tuna appetizer which was tasteless, I practically had to dump a spoonful of soy sauce just to give it any flavor. I also ordered the sweet and sour chicken entree....also tasteless. Overpriced mediocre food at its best..

Went to PF Chang's tonight with my boyfriend because we were craving the Great Wall of Chocolate. I made a reservation for 6:30 and we were seated a little after 10 minutes upon arrival. It was really packed and everyone else had to wait up to 55 minutes to be seated so I wasn't complaining. The service was amazing. My waiter was very nice and attentive but the Singapore noodles and the hot and sour soup I ordered was disgusting. First off, the soup was too thick and sour? The noodles were so salty and I didn't taste any curry in them. I felt like I was going to have high cholesterol after eating two spoon full of it. I told the server and she took it back to the kitchen for them to remake and when she brought it back, it was even worse. The noodles were hard and clumped together and the chicken and shrimp were very chewy like it wasn't cooked all the way through. I gave up and told my waiter that I didn't want it anymore and to not bother having them remake it. The manager then came to my table and apologized for the noodles and I told him it was okay. I just ended up having the Great Wall with my boyfriend for dinner. I regret trying something new here and next time, will get the usual egg drop soup and Pad Thai.

We headed here with the intention of going to the Cheesecake Factory but for whatever reason, we decided that P.F. Chang's would likely be less devastating. Overall, we were right. We had the salt and pepper calamari which was very tasty. The egg drop soup was a bit thicker than normal but still tasty. I had the Buddha's feast which is all veggies and I got it steamed. It was a lot of food for lunch so I ended up taking a bunch home -- but still, the meal felt light and not too weighed down. The plus side is that when my cousin and his family arrived after being caught in traffic for a while, the waiters were really nice about joining our parties.

I am a frequent visitor at PF Chang's back home and this location did not disappoint. We went here for lunch in between hitting Nordstrom's Rack and the outlets and the meal was good. The lunch menu is great, but the portions are a bit small. I don't eat a lot either. I started with the Jasmine Blackberry Green tea, it comes unsweetened. It tasted much more jasmine than blackberry but still very refreshing. All lunch entrees come with soup or salad and I got the hot and sour soup. It was way too salty and thick for me personally but I was so hungry I scarfed it down anyways. For lunch I did the Caramel Mango Chicken which comes spicy. At first it was reasonable but once I had one of those peppers I was burning! It would have been much easier to handle if my rice had come in a separate bowl like it does with the dinner entrees, the rice became soaked with the spicy sauce giving me nothing but green tea to wash the spiciness down with. Our waitress was very good about keeping me stocked with these. My mother got the dim sum lunch and I tried one of the lemongrass chicken dim sum. Absolutely awesome! Perfectly done, perfectly flavored. The bill was very reasonable at a little over $20. The waitress even brought my last iced tea out in a to-go cup which saved me from buying some overpriced sugary drink at the outlets. If my rice was separated and they just thinned out the hot and sour soup a little more, A+.

OK so I guess this was one of my least favorite P F Changs Experiences. I think our waiter was really nice and everything but when you sit down and order an appetizer and a single entree and another app for the main course it should take 25-30 minutes to get your food. This place was not even packed, maybe 10 tables had people sitting at them. the food was good but I think they could have put more Crispy honey chicken on our plate. I think sometimes I would rather go to Pei Wei and get the same amount of food or more for half the price. This type of experience frustrates me because I love this chain so much. Oh well I hope the next city I go to to eat at a Chang's will live up to the standards.

I have never been disappointed with P. F. Chang's. Ever! Everything I've had whether appetizer, soup, entree, or dessert has been flavorful and faultless. Suffice it to say, it was the setting for one of my anniversary dinners. It's the best you can do around the Millenia Mall. Now, I'll say it is not the most affordable. It is average-to-pricey though they have added their two-for-30 specials recently in order to compete. But if you want Asian food that tastes great and is much healthier, you cannot go wrong here. I've gone to their cheaper Pei Wei version and it's not comparable. Pei Wei stuff tastes healthy but not great. My favorite appetizer is Lettuce Wraps and my number-one entree is Mongolian Beef. Mmm...yummy! Also, the setting is great and romantic.

Who does not like Chinese take out? Or have a memory of Chinese take out? Chinese food modified for Americans is probably the most favorite comfort food for a lot of people. Unfortunately, not all Chinese take out restaurants are sit down dining ready. Enter P.F. Chang's. What was once a restaurant that tried to present Chinese flavors and cuisine to the American dining public in a comfortable environment has now spread hotter that the woks that produce marvelous Chinese food. P.F. Chang's have managed to grow across the country and replicate Asian flavors into our stomachs with the deftness of a very oiled machine. The signature double lions at their entrances almost promises a regal experience. Ceiling round lights and over the bar murals with dark woods and low lighting have all made hallmarks of what to expect from a P.F. Chang's restaurant. My introduction to this restaurant chain was on an invite from a college classmate at Florida International University. I was instantly moved even at that impressionable time. Many times while contemplating deep collegiate topics in hospitality I saddled up to the bar and fed my starving belly. Or was it my brain? Needless to say one of my favorite dishes back then and still is now, is the Kung Pao scallops. Having dined in several P.F. Chang's over the years and way before the incubation of this blog, I am a little surprised that some of the things I respected about this marvelous chain have started to slip. On a recent visit to the fashionable Mall at Millenia, I was happy that there was not a long wait to dine at P.F. Chang's. Maybe that should have lit off the alarms. We were greeted nonchalantly and with hesitation lead to a table. Ironically, I sat on that same table many times. Maybe it had my name on it. The server was quick to point out the P.F. Chang's Four Courses for Two menu for $39.95. Wow, that sounds like a great deal. Lucky for us some of our favorites were included. So we settled in and let the lion dance begin. RIESLING, S. A. Prüm, "Essence", QbA, Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, 2009 - Bouquet of pears, with a light touch of minerals on the palate, light bodied, with a refreshing finish. EGG DROP SOUP - Their version of this traditional soup with egg, julienne carrots and green onion. It was thick and on point. HOT & SOUR SOUP- Chicken, tofu, bamboo shoots, egg and mushrooms, balanced with hot white pepper and vinegar. Good flavors. SALT & PEPPER CALAMARI- Tender strips of calamari lightly dusted and tossed with a salt and pepper mix and green onions, served with a dipping sauce. The menu indicates that this dish is tossed in salt and pepper, right? Well, salt and pepper is served on the side. While I appreciate portion sizing and cost controls, I really think that padding a dish with crispy noodles to make height and size is not my experience with this restaurant chain. Loved the dipping sauce. KUNG PAO SCALLOPS- Stir-fried with peanuts, chili peppers and scallions. The heat level of this dish was very mild. But all of the flavors I have grown to love is still there. BEEF à LA SICHUAN- Flank steak strips cooked until crispy and tossed with julienne celery and carrots. When they say "crispy" they really mean "hard" or so it was delivered. In the past I've had this dish and if memory serves me right, it was never this tough to eat. Needless to say I had to send it back and switch to another dish. MONGOLIAN BEEF- Tender flank steak wok-cooked then quickly tossed with scallions and garlic. The meat was cooked well, however, the sauce was like sugar syrup. Way too sweet for me. THE GREAT WALL OF CHOCOLATE- Six rich layers of frosted chocolate cake topped with semi-sweet chocolate chips, served with fresh berries and raspberry sauce. Okay this is a mini, but when it was full sized, I would devour the whole thing. It still delivered! RED VELVET CAKE MINI- Moist red velvet cake layered between cream cheese filling topped with cinnamon sprinkles. Nice silky textures, decadent. Over the years this restaurant has continued to deliver a high quality of food, drinks, and service. I am disheartened that there were so many misses on this visit. There were a couple of glitches with food running and auctioning of food at the table. The proverbial opening question, "Would this be two checks or one?" Really? You need to ask, right off the bat. Isn't modern Point of Sale Systems capable of splitting checks with the touch of a button? This has not been my experience over the years. Most P.F. Chang's I have dined in has been on point. When my out of state family comes to visit, here is my go to place. I've always had a great experience, now....

Good service. Standard Pf Changs food is what you expect to get. I did wait over 45 minutes even though the place was half empty as they were short staffed. People who work there go out of their way to be accommodating . The Cheesecake Factory next door is also a good choice, if you can get in.

I eat, or should say, ate at pf changs often. I went in for the wok seared lamb, which they no longer have on the menu. The menu mirrors any regular Chinese place now. The prices are higher of course, and you get a lot less food. The server didn't even mix the sauces in the beginning. Not sure if he wasn't doing his job or if they cut that out too. Overall, Panda Express tastes much better and you get a lot more food. I'll never go back to pf changs.

Heard wonderful things about P.F. Chang's, but did not know what to expect. Ordered sweet and sour pork, and kung pow chicken and four spring rolls. Two dishes for four hungry people were not enough to share. The food took a while, because it was made to order. The rice was delicious, but we only got two very small bowls. I am sure the waiter would have given us more, if we could find him. He was no where to be found throughout our meal, but was attentive before and after. Maybe the lack of service during our meal was due to the lack of food ordered? THE FOOD IS FIVE STARS!!! The food was AMAZINGGGGG! Highly recommend the sweet and sour pork!! So flavorful. You will not find this flavor and freshness in other Chinese restaurants. No P.F. Changs in Ottawa, Ontario that I know of yet, so I will be dreaming of Chang's until we eventually get one in Ottawa, or I visit the states again. This is one restaurant the states are lucky to have. SO enjoy it if you are around one!

We had not been to a PF Chang's in over 5 years, but we were at the Mall and decided to do it for lunch. Ordered were Chang's Kung Pao w/Scallops and Beef A La Sichuan, both from their lunch menu and both very disappointing. The relatively small Scallops were, for some reason, encased with a hard exterior coating and deep fried to an almost burned state. As a result they were bitter. The Beef Sichuan was tough and chewy. I've had beef jerky more tender and frankly more fresh tasting than what was served in this dish. We have been to Pei Wei numerous times and found it be great. Generally 4/5 stars, but if this PF attempt was any indication where they are now it has centrally gone down in quality. 2 Stars because the hot and sour soup was just okay and had our server (who was fine) bothered to ask how our meal was she would have been told it was just edible.

Went this eventing with 7 people. Service is very bad. Food was great. Okay, so they bring out peoples orders at all different times. This happened for drinks, apps and main course. Makes for an uncomfortable time. They also messed up two peoples orders completely. They were very nice, but they were just not organized at all. Kudos for having a gluten free menu. Which I loved. I had the crab fried rice. Very good. I also had a gf chocolate desert. Very rich but just a small amount was good enough to cure the craving. If the service had been better, I would have given 4 stars.

Hadn't been here in ages, and decided to revisit for lunch with a couple of friends. I decided to step our of my comfort zone and order something a little different. I got the Mu Shu Pork, and while I mostly enjoyed it, it had a very odd smell to it. Nothing was wrong with it, it just has ingredients that sorta made it stink. Oh well! Our server was nice and attentive, but the other staff wasn't really that nice, and good, friendly service is always important to me in a dining experience.

We went for a birthday dinner, and it was a total success! Our waiter was helpful and friendly, although he forgot to bring the surprise cake until I reminded him - sorta blew the surprise - but the food was magnificent. The waiter recommended the shrimp and scallop combo, since the others all chose chicken! And we had sides of asparagus and spinach. Yum. The red velvet cake was awesome too! Every bite of food was outstanding. Love this place!

Food is wonderful. Service sucks. Really sucks. Especially the take out service. The food is never ready on time. This wouldn't be a BIG deal except during the process of taking your order on the phone they stress, several times, what time your food will be ready. The take out person is almost always inept and / or rude. In addition to the poor / rude service you're required to pick your food up at the service bar, the area where servers get their drinks for their tables at the bar. This is the 'Take Out' area? Seriously? Pitiful.

The 5 Spice ribs for an appetizer are the perfect blend of salty and sweet on ribs and I wished they served this as an entree. Tried the crab fried rice - the taste was sublime - hints of siriachi save gave it a nice heat, the chunks of asparagus were heavenly and the crab and mushrooms were terrific. Could have left out the bacon and improved it greatly. I find it odd that they only serve sweet tea. Tried the strawberry cucumber limeade and it was tasty but full of chunks which made sucking it through a straw virtually impossible. Jason had the pad Thai and found it good but the noodles were not entirely cooked. He actually prefers the pad Thai from Pei Wei (also owned by PF Changs) over their dish. Love the gluten free menu.

I love P.F . Changs especially since it is one of the few places I can get consistent good gluten free food, but I have to say I am super disappointed in this location. The food was good but the service was terrible our waiter was nice enough but not attentive at all, forgot our salads, then didn't check back until we were done eating. Then when we asked for a check he kept hovering over us needless to say next time we are in Orlando we will find somewhere else to eat.

I've never been here but I have been to Pei Wei a few times, which I think is owned by the same company. The food wasn't bad, and the service was pretty good. It's just VERY salty, and for a lot less I can eat at Pei Wei, where the food is just as good (if not better) and I don't have to wait an hour for the food and an hour for a table.

for 15 people, we were in and out in under two hours which is great! we had a reservation and waited less than 5 minutes.. I had the garlic noodles and added chicken! I am a believer! We excpected to be there a lot longer than we were. The service was great. I have been back after this to different locations with much success. The servers were on top of their menu knowledge as people I have been with had good allergies.

Despite being a chain, I've always enjoyed our experiences at PF Chang's. Most of our visits have been to the Winter Park location. This was our first visit to the one at the Millenia Mall. We arrived at about 7:30 on a Saturday night, so we were expecting a wait. We weren't wrong, as there as an hour and a half wait. To say that the place was packed would be an understatement. There was very little extra floorspace, and the tables were already crowded together. Unfortunately, that also means that there was little waiting space. Only two short benches in the foyer area and only one outside. You can choose to linger at the bar - if you can grab a spot. You can even choose to just eat there and skip the waiting for a table. I'm not sure if the bar menu is limited, but we only saw people eating appetizers and shared plates. At an hour and a half - almost to the minute, our pager went off and we were seated at a cozy little booth along the wall. By now, we had practically memorized the menu and were very happy to see that PF Changs excels in an area that most restaurants - especially chains - completely fail at. They've got a reasonably sized and varied vegetarian menu. Now, I'm not going to say it's huge. It's only 6 choices (though I'd be willing to bet you could substitute tofu for some of the more normal entree proteins), but compared to some of the more popular chains like TGI Friday's or Chili's who offer nothing but salads for vegetarians, this was cause for great excitement. Not only did my wife have choices, but she actually had trouble choosing as they all sounded good. Not an issue for us, but they also have almost an entire page of gluten free selections. In the end, she chose the Buddhas Feast while I went with the orange peel shrimp - and of course - the appetizer that no PF Chang's visit is complete without: the salt & pepper calamari. The calamari is a favorite for a reason. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The shrimp is my favorite dish there - and it may have just been my imagination, but it seemed like the portions were a little bit bigger here than at the Winter Park location. My wife enjoyed her Buddhas Feast which is tofu and vegetables, but found that like most restaurants, there was just a shortage of tofu in the dish. The service here was fantastic. Friendly and quick despite being extremely busy. Our server was often busy with a large party she was serving, but never once made us feel like we were an afterthought as many others might do. In the end, PF Chang's may not be the most authentic food around, but you'll get a good solid, enjoyable experience for a reasonable price - and that's what's really important.

Its a chain, so what can I say? Consistent. Dumb waitstaff. Noisy. 1- I ordered szechuan beef and to please add broccoli. it came out no broccoli. My waitress was like 'well thats weird' 2- crying child. 35 minutes of crying, no manage did anything 3- crying child gets beat my mother, again no one said anything! 4- had a work emergency call had to make, came back and my party said the waitress kept trying to take my plate, despite the fact I hadnt eaten yet, and it was still full of untouched food. 'doh!' but i still come here and will be back cause they have a gluten free menu.

A solid 3.5 here. PF Changs has a lot to offer. Superb service, good food, and great atmosphere. A tad noisy at times, the atmosphere is great for a date, a coworker lunch, or just friends and family hanging out. Our server gets an A+, he was engaging and funny, a real pro. We started out with the lettuce wraps. The meat filling was a little bit spicy which married well with the coolness of the lettuce. These were so amazing I want to try to duplicate the recipe at home. We also got some egg rolls, the egg rolls are enormous the dipping sauce was good, Nice crunch to the outside of the roll. I ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan, which is an American take on a Cantonese dish. The lunch bowl portions are awesome because the prices are great and you get an order of soup with it. My soup came first. I got the hot and sour soup. What puzzled me was that this soup was not spicy or sour. To be honest the broth was a little thick for my liking and it actually kind of tasted like beef soup. The moo goo gai pan may have been a good call since it's already an Americanized dish. What I'm seeing here is that PF Changs isn't a traditional Chinese restaurant but more of American twist on Chinese cuisine. The moo goo gai pan was good. It had shrimp and chicken both plentiful and cooked well. No real surprises, but solid decent food that is sure to please everyone. oh and if you have a recipe for the lettuce wraps please send me a message. :)

We have been here for lunch a few times, so we decided to try it for dinner. I give it only 3 stars over all. They are not bad, but most certainly not awesome either. We had a lovely evening, with decent food and that deserves 3 stars. We were not "wow'ed" by anything we ate. ( shrimp lo-mein, beef and broccoli, salt&pep calamari, asparagus). Their children's menu leaves a lot to be desired, with only 3 or 4 things on the menu, all consisting of chicken, my 9 year old was disappointed. I would recommend sharing an entree with a child, as their entrees are large enough to share.

I've been here a few times, and I have to say for a chain they really have their stuff together. It is a great place to take a date, chic decor and romantically lit. Make sure to get there early on Fri or Sat night or expect a wait for tables. I was greeted promptly with a smile (rock on server-trainer!) and after a convincing argument to try the Chang's chicken lettuce wrap appetizer I quickly caved. I would highly recommend this along with the crab wontons or the Chang's spare ribs for starters. Ordering the wok-charred beef as an appetizer with brown rice instead of the white rice normally found in ALL Chinese restaurants, I felt this was a nice option for the healthier eater. The plate was well seasoned and flavorful, and the meat tender and veges crisp. All in all a great meal over all. I would highly recommend P.F. Changs, esp. this location for an nice alternative to the common fare.

We love this place and go to eat there regularly. We prefer to sit at the Bar because the service is much better. The bar staff is very attentive and we are always treated great. When we do sit in the dining room the service has been good at times but it is usually pretty slow and the servers are not very responsive. We have taken large groups there and have had great service though too. Probably just depends on the server. They have a Happy Hour that can save you a few bucks but you got to get there early before 6PM. Also I wish they had WIFI in there because my Sprint service in there stinks.

Eh. I've eaten at several PF Chang's and even had my rehearsal dinner at one in MI 4 years ago yesterday. That's why we decided to go there tonight for our anniversary. We recently moved to Orlando, so this was a family affair with our 11 month old (no babysitter!). Besides, we enjoy having him around anyway. Well, long story short- they sat us in a booth where you cannot use a high chair, so that was hectic. Didnt even offer a booster seat. Second, when I asked for some soft veggies to feed him along with brown rice, she brought out steamed, practically raw carrots, broccoli and snap peas. I had to do my best to cut them up with my butter knife. He pretty much ate a few spoonfuls of rice. I guess I'll boil and blend the leftovers at home. Also i had to remind her to bring his drink after awhile. Thirdly, This is one of the few places where i order the same thing every time-- coconut curry veggies, usually so good. This time it was like there was no sauce to it, very dry. Usually there's plenty to put over the rice, this time it was just like a slight coating. Pretty disappointing. :-/

Moved to Windermere a couple months ago, but definitely familiar with the PF Chang chain. (This one is attached to the Millenia Mall in Orlando) I've always found them to be decent restaurants that attract a mix of middle to upscale crowds. Although many people rave about their portions, I find them to be somewhat small. The taste however makes up for it, and as far as this location goes, the service was great. I had a meeting with Mark Russell, Print News Manager for the Orlando Sentinel, and our waitress Megan was helpful and not at all overbearing. She didn't constantly interrupt our conversation and always made sure we had a new drink waiting before we finished our current ones. I also want to thank the hostess (forget her name) for recommending the Kung Pau Chicken, which is what I ordered. Mark and I split our portions so I had the chance to try the Beef with Broccoli too which is something I'll probably order next time I visit.

We hadn't been to P.F. Chang's in ages, so when a friend suggested it, we jumped on the opportunity. (We usually go to the chain's fast-casual option, Pei Wei, instead.) I called ahead to make reservations -- highly recommended on a weekend. We arrived just prior to the designated time, and told the hostess that one member of our party was running late -- so we'd like to enjoy a drink at the bar. "No worries," we were assured, and handed a pager. Well, the pager went off just a few minutes later, before our drinks had even been made. I went back to explain again that we were willing to wait a bit. Once our party was intact and our drinks made, we were seated promptly. That was the only hiccup of the evening. I enjoyed the Black Bean Chicken, and my partner enjoyed the duck -- both options not on the Pei Wei circuit. With drinks and a shared appetizer, we were plenty full at the end of the meal! P.F., it had been too long. We'll be back sooner next time.

Went here with a couple of friends, and the food portion size to cost really sucked. Both of the couples split food, cause it was just so much food for one person. Aside that, the higher price tag of PF changs (in comparison to Pei Wei) didn't match the quality of food. I honestly would not return, especially if Pei Wei exist. It's faster and cheaper, and arguably the same quality of food.

1st time I ever been to a P.F. Chang's was here in Orlando. LOVED IT. Location, service, ambiance, quality of the meal stop in before or after you visit to Millenia mall. Check-in here and get a free dim sum or street fare item during happy hour. Thanks.

Tonight's service was terrible so much so I won't go back for a longtime. The waiter kept commenting of you must have work in a restaurant because we were stacking the plates. Water not refilled and we had to track someone down for soy sauce. As for the food it was poorly prepared a 4 inch stalk of celery was in our beef dish and over seasoned (I have had it at many other PF's). I have no idea how you miss that and it screams confidence for the diner order an allergy specific dish. I often would have business lunches and dinners at this location but after the declining service and tonights disappointment it was my last. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area go check them out.

Good place to take clients for lunch. Parking's a mess. The food is passable; but every time I go there, all I can think of is why there isn't one really good Chinese restaurant in Fort Lauderdale.

I go there often, so I figured it is time to write a review about the place. Food: good taste and same quality all the time ( good thing by the way ). Service: Fair. The place should just take care of the reservation system and the hostess should be more inviting and welcoming. Sometimes it feels like she does not want you there. P.S. Mongolian Beef, Fried Rice, Spicy Shrimp Tacos and Lettuce Wrap are always on the top of my list.

Talk about a consistently, fine experience. PF Changs never fails! We've been to many locations across many states and we've been to this location several times. We love the vegetarian lettuce wraps. I always choose the Ma Po Tofu for my meal. The manager came around and checked on us, very nice touch.

for a chain restaurant this place rocks! they have a great deal for 2 people... $40! soup, appetizer entree and a dessert! food is high in sodium... usual for anything asian. you must try the banana dessert... OMG!!! deeeeelish! coconut and pineapple ice cream with tempura bananas and some dulce de leche drizzled on top. i cant tell you how amazing this is... you have to try it for yourself. only dessert i will EVER have without chocolate

- Service: OKAY, our sever this time was a little behind the curb with filling up our drinks, and messed up our order. - Food: GOOD, it's chinese food at a better quality. - Environment: Quaint, but it can get a little loud. - Cleanliness: VERY - Bathroom

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

One of my favorite restaurants! I love the Orange Chicken!
(5)Ace C.

(4)Candace W.
Its simple foo foo chinese food. I prefer the more authentic stuff. The shrimp fried rice is decent along with the ribs but thats about all I will eat from this place. Nothing to rave over.
(2)Anthony A.
(5)Ocean S.
(2)Joseph V.
(4)Leah M.
Amazing service and food was so fresh!
(5)Rosie H.
I like the food but the service at PF CHANGS is horrible...ALWAYS...just a convinient locations and good food but they should retrain ALL their staff including managers. No customer service skills and they havent heard of pleasing the customer.
(2)Christine T.
(5)Andressa B.
Was Awesome!!! Great service, great environment, excellent food!!! I highly recommend!!! Especially if you enjoy oriental food! Wonderful choice!
(5)Nathan R.
(4)Bob K.
(2)Jessica S.
WARNING the Lamb Chengu good but spicy if your not used to spice(it sneaks up on you)! Good pancakes what they call their tortilla like rolls.
(3)Dana F.
(5)Aaron S.
Love this place, the Chang's spicy Chicken is amazing. Little bit on the pricey side, but the food is well, well worth it.
(5)Jonathan G.
(3)Albert P.
PF Chang's is always a reliable choice for Chinese, no matter where you are. I've never had a bad meal at any Chang's location. The food is unique and tasty. The atmosphere is excellent.

an infusion of vinegar in everything you eat. being from san fran and living in nyc, this place is expensive and every dish tasted the same.
(1)Jennifer F.
(5)Steven T.
One word.....PACKED. As it should be with the delicious food that is served there. Everything was outstanding. From the warm sake to the chocolate shot dessert. It's past time they expand the restaurant. Maybe add a second floor.
(4)Anthony S.
(5)Steve M.
(4)Neil C.
Food is always great, but when you add in extraordinary service it brings it to the next level.
(5)Miranda C.
The food was good. Ambience was soothing. Good for people who want to have nice sit-down meals with a little music playing in the background, but not so loud that you can't hear what the person next to you is saying.
(4)Kimberly D.

(4)Pamela A.
This place is beautiful placed by millenia mall. Everytime I come here I enjoy it.they have delicious food for cheap rates... The fried beef rice and lo main past is my favorite. This business deserve more than 5 star..
(5)Taylor H.
let me make it nice and simple: Over priced, sugar / sodium loaded trash. Can't even fathom how people make lines to eat here. Can't get but feel bad for people who think this is the good stuff...such horrid food.
(1)Yakiry R.
I went to PF Changs today and I left feeling underwhelmed. I had the Mongolian Beef with brown rice and it was ok. The dumplings were good. I feel like PF Changs has downgraded with the look of the menu and just the ambiance is blah.
(3)Ryan F.
(4)Kevin N.
(2)Gus F.
This was by far my best experience at P.F chang's and not because the other ones were bad. Service by Jamie was ultra amazing and the food was fresh and tasty. Management should recognize Jamie as he went above and beyond the call of duty. Will return only if Jamie can be our server next time
(4)Emma M.
(4)Christina V.
(4)Emill M.
Every thing has flavor. So many options. And great service Best deal is the 2 person food special with 3 course meal. Would recommend any to come
(5)Natasha O.
(1)Jasmin M.
(4)Zena M.
(5)Vivek V.
I love this place. It has a great ambience, delicious food. I love the Dynamite Shrimp which is the best starter I ever had.
(5)Carolina M.
(5)Rusty B.
The food was incredible. We got one order of crab wontons, liked them so much we ordered some more. I had the Orange Peel chicken and I haven't had any better. The atmosphere was great, and Nick, our waiter was top notch. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back!
(5)Christina H.
(4)Sue C.
We ate at pf chang this evening and they have changed their menu from the last time I visited. I had the vegetarian dish with coconut milk . I didn't care for it but they quickly brought out the spicy eggplant which was amazing. Our server Kristen was so patient with me and the manager was very gracious.
(4)Larry C.
I like this PF Changs. I always have the same in the menu, Changs Spicy Chik and Chik Fried Rice. appetizer I always get either the lettuce wraps, crab wontons, or the vegetable dumplings.
(4)Mike M.
started with chicken lettuce wrap and fried vegi dumpling.
(3)Ingrid B.
Good food. Such a shame that the service didn't match. The hostesses need to spend less time hanging around talking and more time seating customers.
(3)Gabe R.
(2)Torrie W.
I'm done!
(1)Raju L.
(4)Adrie D.

Delicious choice! We enjoyed "happy hour" on the patio-from 4pm to 7pm. The prices were fantastic and we ordered several appetizers for dinner. We would recommend the lettuce wraps!

We had a wonderful experience here! Our food took an extremely long time, but because of it the manager came over and apologized and paid for part of our tab. Amazing customer service!

(4)Allen G.

(5)Amber H.
Last time I had PF Chang's (yes it has been years) the portions were much larger. It is decent food with decent service. I have had better.
(2)Mel H.

(2)Mohamed O.
Excellent food, specially Chang for Two offer provided almost all the selections available for a much reduced price. We took the Mongolin Beef, Cajun Chicken & Steak with bro ok which were all great. Only the chicken with Lemon was not that good.
(4)Brian A.

Price is good but food is bad. You get what you pay. Service is horrible. Don't recommend this place

(2)Atnier R.

(3)Jason A.

(2)Alton O.
5 star restaurant. The service was great ! The food was wonderful! It continues to be our favorite restaurant chain!
(5)Jennifer M.
(3)Ashley E.
(4)Ted P.
PF changs.. Never fails. A bowl of wonton soup or crispy green beans to start with Mongolian beef and garlic noodles is a good way to go!
(5)Charlotte C.
(5)Adam S.
Seriously? Pitiful.
(1)Sabrina H.
(4)Jesse W.
(2)Jennifer B.
Delicious delicious delicious! I come here at least 2x a month now and just had to leave a review. The food is great and they even have a tasty gluten free menu!
(5)John Y.
(3)Genna H.
for 15 people, we were in and out in under two hours which is great! we had a reservation and waited less than 5 minutes..

(4)Kat L.

PF Changs is always good!

Food and setvice never dissapoints. Mongolian beef with tender flank steak strips and green onion is fantastic. YUMM!

(3)Jay C.
(4)Kevin W.
