Most burgers served at McDonald's are low in sugar but there are several burgers which are high in sodium. You must choose burger options which are low in sugar and moderate in sodium content. You can also avoid extra dressings or cheese over your burger to control diabetes at McDonald's.

Food Suggestions to Maintain Cholesterol Level at MCDONALD'S
Kids will love this place, adults will endure it. Ordering and receiving food is chaos. You can't even get close enough to see the menus. They'e closer to where you pick up your food rather than where you order. That said, this location offers the McDonald's Bistro menu. One member of our party said she enjoyed the shrimp and pasta she ordered. I'm not sure I'm ready to trust McDonald's with shellfish... Other than that, the games are fun. Standard selection for a place like this. They have staff who play games with the kids like limbo and musical chairs. That was a nice surprise. i'd come back here only if I had some kids with me to make it worth the chaos.

Best way to describe this unusual McDonalds is a hot mess. You walk in the door and are at once overwhelmed and unsure where to start. It took us a minute but we figured out where to start the ordering process but wait you don't pay here that's at the next station? Plus the worker taking out order messed it up but we didn't bother fixing it as we were pressed for time. The food itself was hot and fresh and similar fare to other Mickey Ds. We sat at a bar with a giant fish tank in front us and had s good time picking out the socially challenged fishies. The folks we ran into working here didn't seem too happy but that could have been the early hour of the day.

This McDonald's is an accident waiting to happen. Who the heck designed this thing? I went to the drive-thru for breakfast and trying to figure out how to get to the line was annoying. Once I placed the order and went to pay and pick up my food, things didn't get any better. It is poorly designed and one of these days someone is going to have an accident or get run over. Oh and the service was pretty crappy as well.

Im not fond of eating at the chain but chose this particular McDonald's because its the largest one in the world and we were vacationing here in Orlando and we had to try it. Its only big because there's an arcade on the second floor and its way too expensive and there's a third floor where you get your prizes. They sell Hershey's ice cream there and there's an elevator that's takes you only to the second floor. There are also two giant fish tanks in the middle of the restaurant with beautiful fish. That's pretty much the only reason its so big because of all that extra stuff. But don't eat here if you hate McDonald's, but eat here if you do. One star because I hate Mcdonald's.

Omg this is seriously the coolest McDs ever!! An upstairs, a downstairs, shows, fish tank, so many things!! Watch my Video My panini had tomatoes on it and I specifically asked if there were tomatoes due to my allergies.

I normally wouldn't review a McDonald's except for the fact that this particular McDonald's is very large and unusual because there's a legit ARCADE inside. What? Yes. You read that right. This place is huge. There are two floors -- the dining area is downstairs, and the arcade area is upstairs. Now, the arcade isn't super big, but it's got a good amount of video games to spend a decent amount of time playing games. You can get a card so you can play games and then trade tickets in for prizes at the end. It's like Dave and Busters but not as intense. The menu here is a little bit more expansive than your regular McDonald's menu -- think paninis, pizza, etc. in addition to the regular menu offerings. I'd definitely stop by even if it was just for a soda and a quick round of PacMan. It's a touristy stop, sure, but that's part of why it's so fun.

This McDonald's is like something I have never seen in my life. The ordering process was confusing for both the customers and the workers. The girl took the order, you go to the front wait for them to call your number which no one tells you, and then you pay and wait for them to give your food. Soooooo confusing and it's so many people in this place service would be 10 times better if one person was taking care of you.

The setup and location for this drive-thru is the worst I've ever seen.

The clown blew it with this one. They had an opportunity to do something really great in a hot tourist town and great location but they can't get the basics right. STANDARDS! Even fast food must provide a clean place to eat and a welcoming environment. This place has not been cleaned in years. Tables are dirty. Drink station is dirty. Game room games are dirty. Customers are a bit dingy too.

Ordering and receiving food is a nightmare. Came in on 8/22 at about 630 and wasn't very busy. The young man who took our order was pleasant but the girl who provided our food was no help at all. No direction on where to pick up food and generally the employees don't seem that happy. Still trying to figure out how they think the ordering and receiving is efficient.

Its a typical McDonalds...with a slight twist.. The 2nd floor play area!!!! My toddler had so much for $11 vs. $95 for Disney!!!! Unlike Chuck e Cheese that still uses tokens, you load and reload a card. The tickets also go into the card so u dont have to worry about losing a token or the ticket... Very convienent. When you get hungry, you can choose from the regular McD menu or opt for--pizza??? Yes, they serve pizza and a variety of different food.

The biggest McDonald's in The World!?! Of course we had to go! It was crazy! A huge arcade, and a menu that included all the regular McDonald's choices, along with pasta, wraps, quesadillas, full breakfast (including waffles), and pizza! The food was NOT gourmet (it's still McDonald's, after all), but with the cheesiness that is the touristy part of Orlando, this was fun and fit right in. Were we glad we experienced it? Yes. Will we go back? No. Were our stomachs glad we ate the pizza? Not necessarily.

Neat to check out. But expensive stinky and crowded. And the lines are weird You cant see the menu.

The cashier's customer service was excellent and very patient even though serving a crowd. She said if we didn't like the (mango-pineapple) smoothie we could exchange it. Most impressive of all, there was a 17-year old young man in there dressed in a sharp looking suit. I thought he worked there, but he was actually waiting for an interview!

Wow, when you think you know McDonald... If this is you first time here get ready for some confusion. And no it wasn't just me, almost everyone got to the front a realized we were suppose to order behind us, and than pay when we get to the from, and than step aside to wait for our food. Besides the weird food ordering situation this place is kinda cool. There are more food options and they also have hand scoop ice cream. The second floor is basically a big arcade area and a nice place for kids to play. The whole place isn't as clean as I would like it to be, trash and stuff on the ground and just general dirt. But I guess that's what you get in a high traffic area and a huge McDonald. All in all this was an ok McDonald's, it could be cleaning and workers could be friendlier/more informative.

This is one of the worse McDonalds ever. So sad this is the biggest because it seems to lack on everything. Very unclean perhaps because it's always busy. Rude ghetto employees that make you want to leave midway through ordering. I think management was standing around, they should be cleaning if everyone else is busy. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal and the chicken was old like it had been sitting for hours and tasted dry. Very disappointed as a tourist visiting the biggest McDonald's and definitely won't be back during my trip and wouldn't ever recommend.

Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. I absolutely freaking hated this place. We were so excited to go into the "Biggest McDonalds in the World" and to play the arcade. Ugh... biggest mistake of my two weeks in Orlando. The bathrooms were disgusting, absolutely unbearably disgusting. The employees were grumpy. The arcade was half functional. The real downfall of our trip, and this isn't even really the fault of McDonalds.... there was a woman on a roller coaster simulator, holding a new born baby. The second we saw this, we had to tuck tail and run.

With my yelping skills, I found out that this Orlando, Florida's McDonald's was known as "The World's Largest Entertainment McDonald's". So, during my one week trip in Orlando, we made a pit stop here for a late night dinner after the theme parks. It was pretty packed for a late night dinner. This McDonald's had a bistro menu, which featured pizza, pasta, panini, sandwiches, wraps, and more. Besides the food differences noted in this McDonald's, on the second floor, they have a whole floor dedicated to arcade games. Perfect for the kids. It's actually quite confusing when ordering. You first have to wait in line to put in your order of food. After, you will need to wait in another line to pay for your food. Then you need to wait in line to pick up the food. Geez, I wish there was a more efficient way of doing this. Between the four of us, we decided not to get the usual McDonald's food and try their "bistro" food. We shared the following: Angel Hair with Chicken: This was just OK. Chicken wasn't too dry nor too moist. The sauce was quite bland... :( Unfortunately, I think I can make better pasta myself. Tortellini with Shrimp: I really liked the Tortellini mixed in Alfredo sauce. It was cooked perfectly and didn't have an odd taste to it. The shrimp wasn't too fresh though. :/ Pizza (Bacon, Pepperoni, Sausage, Chicken, Spinach, and Ham): I forgot what else we asked for in our pizza, but we had about 6 toppings. Not the greatest pizza I have had. Pizza was a bit dry.. It really was just OK. Not even memorable. The reason why I'm giving this two stars is also because 1) the person who was putting in our order kept messing up and didn't know where to find certain items on her computer. That was very annoying and we ended up having a receipt with higher prices than what it stated on the menu. We had to talk to the manager and she politely fixed up our whole order. Thank goodness for the manager. 2) When we went to pick up our food, they forgot to give us the garlic breads for both our pasta dishes. We had to tell her that it comes with the pasta dishes and she had to check before giving to us. Geez... Even if I come back to visit Florida in the future, not sure if I'll be back here again after my experience.

This is a great place to do a kid exchange. This place is always busy and I've come here many times over the years. When my nephew has to go with his dad every other weekend, this is the McDonald's that is most centrally located between where we live and where his dad lives. The service has been fine and never had issues. And although I do not eat at Mickey D's regularly, I will admit that I love their Filet-O-Fish sandwich and their fries dipped in their signature Sweet N' Sour sauce. And their McCafe Coffee (black) and McCafe Iced Coffee are really great for the price. Overall, food and drinks at this McDonald's location is pretty consistent.

Worst experience ever!!! I visited this McDonald's twice within 4 hours and both times, the customer service was horrible. It's so unorganized...after waiting 15 minutes and placing my order, I pull up to the window and the girl said "what you want" so I had a confused look on my face and she said "you wanna place an order or something" and I replied, "I've already placed my order". She yells and asks one of her fellow coworkers if I placed an order, her fellow coworker replies "yes" and she shuts the window. She then comes back to take my cash and never brings me my change, someone else ended up bringing the change and then asked me to pull up and wait for my food. I waited 12 minutes for them to bring my food out. Worst experience with a McDonald's that I've ever encountered!!

I hate McDonalds. But our concierge actually recommended it as an experience and...When in Rome. So we stopped by late afternoon for a shake and was not disappointed. Heck! I gave it 5 stars! This is like Las Vegas for kids. Flashing lights. Noises everywhere. Kids begging for quarters. A huge playground. A fish tank in the lobby. A stage for magic shows. A bowling alley for Lord's sake!! And just when you thought you'd really seen it all...a grotto/water fountain in the corner. The menu is different too. They offer lots of desserts and more "upscale" items. We didn't eat there so I can't vouch for the food, but I took a pic for the review. Overall. In terms of being an Orlando experience, I give it a perfect score! (Oh...they don't really use quarters, you actually have to purchase a card to swipe on the games. But it's actually a keeper, I think, for the scrap book!)

I'm not surprised this location only average 3 stars. The midnight manager was hardworking and seemed like he was doing everyone else's job. The rest of the staff were either rude, grumpy or acted like they didn't want to be there. One of the staff was even confrontational. The wifi signal seems to work for laptops but DOES NOT work for smartphones for some reason, even if you agree to the McDonald's terms of agreement. There's only 1 electrical outlet in the entire place and it's 2 stories. On the outside, the size and it's unique menu and decor gives you the impression the signs are right but the more you look around you see It's a bit run down. For it's size, parking is limited. You're better off going to another 24 hour McDonalds further down to 7344 West Sand Lake Road location about 1 mile t past the Wholefoods, it's not great but I didn't have a negative experience there the 3 times I went.

Just stopped by to try out the "Bistro Gourmet at McDonalds." This is McDonalds...known to be one of the most fatty fast food chains. However, they serve a magnificent breakfast here with a wide variety of items. I was really wowed. The employees all know what they're doing. I still can't believe I had a great breakfast at a f****ing McDonalds. The place is huge too. With an arcade on the 2nd floor. Check this place out if your ever in Orlando.

Came to treat the kids to a pizza and icecream. Service is great, food was good and it was busy but not insanely crowded. we sat at a table by the aquarium on the first floor. I was finishing my pizza and turn to see not one but a handful of roaches on the wall below the aquarium. No lie, check for yourself if you ever end up there. The one thing that is traumatizing when I go out to eat. Never again!

This store is known to have the world's largest play place, but I suspect it's also one of the busiest ones considering it's location. Not to fear as the lines are quick and they have a 2 step ordering system. This is the ideal play for the kiddies. Two floors of games, playing and having a grand old time. There's even a separate place to have birthday parties w/a stage and an MC. This seems to be a test model as they serve "bistro" food here also. Everything from paninis, pizzas, wraps and pastas. I just wanted something small and quick and the happy meal sign w/the football teams toy looked perfect. When I got to the counter I asked if they had a particular football team that day and the manager looked and said yes. Goody!!! My hamburger and fries were fine....typical McDonalds...nothing special. But when I opened my toy, it was the wrong team. I went back up front and asked for a manager and she said there was no way of knowing which team was in which package. Then PLEASE don't tell me "yes, that's the one we have today". She was apologetic and even started opening other packages to find the one I wanted but I asked her to stop. I said what I wanted and hopefully it won't happen to others. current health inspection: 2-high priority, 4-intermediate and 4-basic violations.

The worst McDonald's service ever and considering this is the largest McDonald's ever supposedly you would think they would have some of their best employees working but not the case. The manager "Marquita" was rude and had an attitude after I asked to speak to a manager after waiting 15 mins for my food after I was told to park my car to wait. Not like I had a difficult order, it was a chicken mcnuggets combo. And Marquita even said it takes 3 mins to cook chicken mcnuggets so why I had to wait another 12 mins I have no clue but apparently to Marquita my time didn't matter to her as she closed the door in my face. These fast food workers rally for 15 dollars an hour pay and I laugh at that now, give 15 dollar an hour service and maybe you can have it than Marquita

This is the biggest McDonalds and their menu has more variety than the typical McDonald's menu. I chose to be different and try something you cannot get at a regular McDonalds and ordered their Philly Cheesesteak. Surprisingly it was cheesy good and the meat was quite flavorful. Make sure you check your order when you pick up your items though. We were a party of 6 and there were things that were wrong and had to go back up to get fixed. This place has two floors where the dining is downstairs and the play area is upstairs complete with video games and a large play area. Our nephew played with a few of the games while the rest of the kids played in the playground area..I attempted to have fun and play along with them but the place needs a complete cleaning. I went up for a few minutes and had to get out because of how incredibly filthy, sticky it was. Seems to need a full wipedown or something. Felt the need to grab some hand sanitizer immediately after going through. One annoying things for sure is after ordering, sitting down trying to have your meal or just trying to get a refill of your drink, there is always someone coming up to you to purchase theme park tickets for a low price. We had at least 6 people asking us in less than 45 minutes about buying tickets! If I want to buy tickets I will come up to you! Don't come up to me trying to work me up to buy tickets when I'm trying to have lunch with my family..once was okay but after that one time..ENOUGH! ugh.

World's Largest and "Most Unique" McDonald's. More like HELL ON EARTH. I was so looking forward to this place. I usually can't stand McDonald's because 3-4 hours later, you'll end up really regretting that Hot N' Spicy you just couldn't live without. And this McDonald's was one of the worst I've been to. Yes, it does have a whole upstairs floor of video games like 4-person air-hockey, guitar hero, connect 4, deal or no deal, ski-ball, and car racing games. You'll also find plenty of perfect picture moments like the stand-up Bill Cosby, Ronald McDonald on the bench and the artwork on the outside of the building. They do also have other food than the usual greasy, heart-stopping McDonald's gourmet, like waffles, panini sandwiches, and plenty of good desserts. You can also get a balloon animal or a face painting from the people in the corner for 10$. Now onto the bad side; This place is in such bad repair. Whilst buying a new game card at the kiosk, I was being rained upon by the hole in the ceiling above the tacky alligator head. 6 games were broken including (face place, two ski-ball machines, the water-shooter game, connect 4, etc). Two of the card kiosks were broken so the line for the only working one in the back was enormous. The manager had to be pretty much wrangled from his comfortable chair in his private room near the elevator to bother to lift a finger to fix it. The ticket service representatives in the front near the deli are ridiculous. Do NOT fall for their "reduced tickets" scam. They want you to go and stay at their resort, which includes a 2-hour, extremely boring and dull presentation. You CAN just buy tickets here without the resort scam, but the minute you tell one of these people that you aren't interested, you'll be treated like dirt on the bottom of their shoe. The staff in this place really, really ruined the experience for us. The teenage girl who was manning the "gift shop" was a total brat. She was totally put out that she was having to wait around for the kiddos to pick out their gifts. Well, guess what? THEY ARE KIDS AND THEY ARE INDECISIVE. Get off of your SMARTPHONE and do YOUR JOB. This place was a definite tourist trap and was such a waste of time even though they had some really cool video games and picture opportunities, I will never, ever be back. Keep your wet, dangerous ceiling with all the holes and your cardboard pizza.

As a random tourist stop, I guess this place is OK. But as a McDonald's it is horrible. The point to McD's is to get in, spend a buck or two for some cheap grub, and get out. That will not happen here. They have an extended menu which includes many restaurant style items that I would never order at a McD's. It's a bit confusing, with seemingly multiple places to order ( regular line, a deli or cafe style area, etc ) The line is theme-park style (you'll know what I mean when you see it) which just makes a bottleneck of confused people. There is a lot of stuff there to entertain children, an arcade area, random play areas, etc. But for an adult looking for a typical quick, cheap, McD's experience, keep on until you see another location.

This is my 1st bad review. I normally don't write a negative comments but this McDonalds was horrible. We are on a family vacation & went through the drive through. They charged us for an extra drink when we got to the pickup window. Though it was raining, they told us to park & come inside for a refund. When we got back to the hotel, we noticed that they messed up our order again. We ordered a plain two cheeseburger meal. They confused plain with no cheese & didn't take a moment to realize we would've ordered a two hamburger mean if we wanted no cheese. I called them and spoke to a nice manager named Stephanie. She told us to come by the next few days & she will credit our meals. We came back a few days later & let the customer service helper know. She went to speak to the manager on shift named Andrew who stared me down. When he came over to us, he acted like we were making the story up & didn't even apologize. He didn't even credit our meals & only gave us a new cheeseburger meal for free. It wouldn't normally be a huge deal but his attitude is the reason I am writing such a lengthy & negative review. I'm in the customer service industry so I understand people have bad days. I was just so taken back by Andrew's bad attitude & poor service that I had to write this review.

Could be kept a bit cleaner but that guy was busy watching videos on his phone rather than making sure the tables were clean of trash and food. If you order from the Bistro side Lord knows it's a whole lot of food, I got the meal and needless to say I did not eat my fries and only 1/2 of my chimi. My husband had a Philly cheese steak meak he did not touch his fries and left some of his sandwhich. It was pretty good though not bad. Staff was not that friendly as they acted like they had better things to do than be there or we were bothering them. One man waited 20+mins for a burger, and fries. My oldest ordered a plain McChicken and plain Cheeseburger and she waited 20 mins. People were getting frustrated it was taking so long to get their food. Several people asked for their money back. It's fun place for the kids, just make sure to check out what might be happening each night. Might be animals, karaoke or something else new.

Came here about 10:30 pm after a Orlando Magic game. They were giving away free french fries. We decided to go to this location being this was the biggest McDonalds in the world. When I came here I was amazed to see the different food they serve (Bistro Gourmet) . From pizzas, burritos, gourmet sandwiches and burgers, turkey and veggie wraps, philly cheese steaks, panini, make your own pasta, and desserts. This section was closed so I couldn't partake but was wowed as I have never seen something like this at a Mcdonalds. I have even been to locations in New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea but nothing like this. Also they have an arcade room upstairs for kids to go and play. It was a good experience seeing something out of the ordinary at a Mickey-Ds.

If I could leave a negative review I would. This place is a bastardized version of McDonald's. As soon as we walked in we had timeshare salesmen acting like vultures trying to pick us clean. Half of the lights were off, giving the entire place a cave-like feel. After we ate the standard McDonald's fare, we headed upstairs to the play area where about a 1/3 of the games did not work, even after deducting points from our cards. When we approached a staff member for a refund they refused.

The staff is rude from having to deal with tourists all day. I get that. The tables are also very dirty and there is only one trashcan upstairs. The place could be so much more than it is if they weeded out the dismal employees. Also they charge additional for drinks. A #3, #4, and a happy meal cost us $22.

Nice place to check out once, but not a place that I would become a regular. There is a regular menu and a bistro menu. I'm still a little miffed that they did not tell me that pick up for the bistro menu is at the ice cream area (yes you can also get ice cream here), not next to the register. I stood there for a while until I figured it out. The bistro menu includes sandwiches like philly cheese steak, which is what I got, and burritos/wraps/etc. Honestly I should have stuck with the proven McDonald's menu, but I was feeling adventurous. The Philly Cheese Steak wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. The meat was ok and the cheese looked like two pieces of American. I really would suggest sticking with the regular menu. For some reason, I found the decor very unappetizing. The weird mannequin with the crescent moon for a head playing the piano creeped me out. It definitely has unique decorations, but I'm not sure if that is a good thing. Upstairs there is an arcade that reminds me of Chuck E Cheese. Even though my food wasn't great, it wasn't bad either. I would check this place out once, but I don't think I'll be back.

Terrible food at this location. Super loud if you dine in! and the lines are crazy from all the tourist and can be a bit confusing. I often stop here for lunch or dinner since my office is around the corner. I wish I could say something good about the food here. However, nothing I've ordered tasted even close to the standards I've been use to for a McDonalds. My first order here was a breakfast sausage biscuit and the biscuit was undercooked leaving a funny taste in my mouth. I returned it immediately and the manager on duty gave me a refund and a new sandwich. I actually told him to keep the sandwich but he insisted that I try it. The second sandwich was much better. I just wish the 1st one was just as good. The next time I ordered a big mac with fries. That was even worse. Fries were cold and soggy. The big mac was tasteless. I felt like I wasted calories on this meal. In a way I'm glad my experience was bad. I probably wont return to this McDonald's ever... and it will be a while before I visit any other McDonald's. My brother suggested visit the Dr Phillips location just 5 minutes up the road. Much better quality, less tourists...

I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. We visit there every couple years while visiting disney and watched it get worse every time. We went there today and OMG, what disgusting excuse for a tourist trap it has become. The food was cold, the bathroom smelled worse than a dead animal in the sewer for a week, the drink dispenser barely worked. RUN AWAY - NOW.

This is the weirdest McDonald's I've ever been to... From the outside it looks like an average McDonalds but on the inside it literally looks like a jungle. I was so confused! Not to mention there were three songs playing at the same time on full blast and it was early in the morning, not really what I want to hear when I wake up. I got out with a huge headache. Besides that the pancakes were pretty good and there was a nice fish tank. Oh and also, what's up with the moon-headed piano guy???? O_o a little creepy. But anyways, if you don't mind blasting music and a circus-like atmosphere I would definitely recommend this mcdonalds!

I love and hate this place. We got legally panhandled by a timeshare guy before we could even place an order. We then waited several minutes to pay and had to ask twice for the full amount of change owed to us -- and it was a manager who shorted us twice through inattention. On the plus side, you can get pasta (ravioli, tortellini, or angel hair, tossed in marinara or alfredo sauce), wraps, pizza, and other things you don't usually see at a McDonald's, and the whole place is open 24/7. But what really ticks me off is the arcade upstairs. Sure, they've got an elevator so that kids can bring their wheelchairs and give the arcade lots of money... but when it comes time to cash in those Skee-Ball tickets for prizes, the redemption room is up a half-flight of stairs with no ramp. Sorry, kid, we can verbally describe the prizes to you, but you can't look at the prizes in person.

This place claims to be the biggest entertainment McDonald's in the world, I don't know if this is the same one I used to take my kids when they were little but if it is, this place got much nicer and cleaner than I remember, This place has pizza, deli food like Reubens, Italian food and more, Open 24 hours which helped me as I came in on a late flight. Kids would go crazy here.

This place is way better than the average Mc Donalds because ...... They serve gourmet food from pasta and pizza (plus their original) and also have an arcade! The interior is really fun because you feel like you just stepped into a whole different place. We sat by the jungle/pond looking area and went upstairs for all the fun. If I had this as a chid I would have wanted my birthday here. This is like the Busch Gardens for a 4 year old. It's so cool here! It's a really cool experience even for a college student myself.

Bottom line - Wow. This is like, the greatest McDonald's ever. That claim doesn't say mean much these days, but I completely understand why my niece wanted to have her birthday here. This certainly beats the rinky dink playland my McDonalds had when I was growing up. Overall, this place is definitely more for the kids than adults, but it does provide a pretty good place to host a party for them.

I can't believe I'm Yelping about a McDonalds, but it IS the World's largest one as stated on the Travel Channel. The kids demanded it. If you go late at night (which is what we did), you're not going to get anything but a McDonalds with a Chuck E Cheese type play experience. All the other kinds of food were not available (those close at 11pm) and -- I swear to you --- they'd run out of McDonalds food too. The guy at the counter was apologetic like "yeah, we just ran out of ice cream, a lot of things ... it sucks." No, really? Why don't you re-open the ice-cream non-McDonalds portion as a courtesy then? Because technically dude, you really DIDN'T run out of dessert. Sigh. Anyway, the kids can now say they went there.

You know the bovine growth hormones that they give cows to produce more milk? There was a genetic mutation of it which found it's way into this McDonald's and made it supersized. Yes, they let you know everywhere that this is the World's Largest Entertainment McDonalds. Do you want a pizza? A "gourmet sandwich"? A "gourmet burger"? A panini? Spaghetti? Omelet? Belgian waffle? Yep...those are all here on a menu board which is the size of most McDonalds themselves. Now that you have your order figured out, where do you sit? In one of the retro-style chairs? At a table where you can be serenaded by Mac Tonight on the piano? Upstairs? This entire experience is sensory overload including the play area which occupies the majority of the second floor with their arcade games and McDonalds merchandise store. I might have given them 4 stars because it does look cool from the outside. But I had to actually go inside. Twice. I'm giving myself 5 stars for that feat of bravery and 3 to McDonalds.

Your average McDonalds. What the difference is is the huge building area in the front compared to other ones. I went through the drive thru to get small fries, caramel iced coffee, and a strawberry banana shake. All three were good, as they should be from McDonalds. Their drive thru was pretty tight, even for a small car I was driving. I definitely had to check my right side many times so I wouldn't hit the curb.

20 minutes to order a "Patty Melt" off the Bistro menu. Was told it takes so long because it is a special bistro item. Received the sandwich and it is a Big Mac on toast.

World largest McD playarea - maybe... but worn-down and an absolutely terrifying experience! (However the kids loved it)

Yes, its a tourist trap. Yes, its always packed. Yes, its probably overrated. But it is NOT your average Mcdonalds. They have a Bistro menu, which has tons of different options (Salads/burritos/pizza/wraps/etc.). It is a unique Mcdonalds and has a complete video game room upstairs. There isnt anything crazy that you could spend alot time with here, but the novelty itself is worth going for.

It's the world's largest McDonalds and they were totally right. It's humongous!! I didn't know where I was supposed to order at. They have a special bistro menu which includes eggs benedict and french toast I believe. Upstairs is a huge arcade area for the kiddies. You could totally throw a birthday party there for a little kid. Think of it as Chuck e Cheese's but without the pizza and mouse. I think there is pizza though, but it's not from Mcdonald's. There are other vendors in there. I didn't like this place very much because you can tell the people here do not care about their jobs very much. The people were talking amongst themselves while we were waiting. Obviously we wanted to order. Also, I asked to have no cheese on my breakfast sandwich and they couldn't even do that. It's not rocket science. I'm also trying to save you money for telling you to keep your ingredients.

Icky icky icky! It's pricier and the lines are ridiculous. First you wait in a long line to order of a menu that makes little sense. It's not a regular menu but offers artisanal food. So I placed an order for kids meals and I ordered a wrap . When we paid for our order it was $24 for two kids meals and a wrap! Twice the price! Argh so we found seats and to my dismay realized they gave me a breakfast burrito instead of a wrap. I don't eat eggs, so I had to get the kids up, re-pack their meals and head back to the counter. I tried to get someone's attention but was told to wait in line with everyone else. The line was even longer than before. When I got to the front they argued and said thats what I ordered. I showed them the receipt and they said it showed a breakfast burrito. I told them I would have never ordered a breakfast burrito as I do not eat eggs. They never made my order right and said the manager was too busy. I will never go here again. After the kids wanted to play upstairs so I let them. It was dirty and we left. Gross gross gross!

Dont believe the hype avoid this place like the plague... horrible service overpriced and overrated. A lady spilled a drink it took 15 minutes for anyone to clean it or even put up a sign. It's loud dirty and outdated.

Yes, I am giving McDonalds 5 stars. Why you ask? Well this is not your typical McDonalds. They serve other types of food. Pasta from Mcdonalds? It sounds nuts but its really good. Inside this place is like a theme park. Tons of arcades upstairs and some cool things on the bottom level. I like that this place is 24hrs. ::BATHROOM UPDATE::: This has to be the cleanest bathroom I've seen at this type of place. The cool thing is that there is tons of mirrors inside the bathroom. It's really fun. They have this plastic thing that is on the toilet that you press and it disinfects every-time for people who actually sit on the toilet. If you have kids I would highly recommend you bring them here. Also there is a spot where you sit on a bench and you can take photos w/ a fake Ronald McDonald.

I can't believe that I am reviewing a McDonald's but this place is just too cool not to mention. I was attending a conference at a hotel down the street from this restaurant. A friend and I were walking around trying to figure out what to do for lunch when we saw this McDonald's. After we walked inside I realized that I had seen this place on TV. It is kind of a madhouse and you can suffer from sensory overload. There are lots of quirky things that make this McDonald's different than your father's Mickey D's. The menu is vastly expanded including meatball sandwiches, Panini sandwiches, wraps, cheesesteaks, pizza, hand scoop ice cream and a whole lot more... I had a cheesesteak which was just okay. Upstairs there are video games, an expanded kids playhouse, and the types of games where you can win tickets which are exchanged for prizes. Downstairs you can get your hair braided, watch fishes swimming in huge tanks, listen to the animatronic moon dude playing the piano and play some games. Even some of the seating is non-standard with fanciful tables and chairs. Plus, the trash cans say "thank you" when you use them ;)

World's Biggest McDonald's! Game fl upstairs! Went 1 yr ago. I looked at the menu (on the side of restaurant) in shock & amazement reading things like quesidillas, pasta, belgian waffles, peanut butter explosion cake... And even display cases! Where the eff was I?! I ordered tri-color tortellini(!) alfredo w garlic bread & a wild berry smoothies (smoothies weren't MCD staple back then)!! They trew in shrimp for free! I didn't even know they HAD shrimp! Hope it wasn't from The Gulf... Tasted GREAT! If I am to be picky, slightly salty-tasting, BUT this is MCDONALDS, so I'm sure it had much more bad stuff, incl sodium than I can imagine. Most majestic bathrooms you'll ever see. I passed some fat white lady on the way on the phone saying she told someone not to prostitute herself. Weird.

This is one of the largest McDonalds in the world and they have a large selection of Gourmet food. The breakfast here is far superior to standard McDonalds. There is a huge game room inside and lots of games for kids.

This is a wild McDonald's..If my kids were young again, they would be in heaven. It is 2 levels of games and fun..a Dave & Buster's for the wee ones!!! The food is a little price, but I guess you are paying for the Atmosphere...but regular Mickey D food!!!

This is the largest McDonald's I've ever been to. They had their normal McDonald's menu plus a plethora of other foods that you can enjoy like pizza, pasta, and Mexican food. They also had a wide assortment of soups that you can eat as well. Since we've never been to a McDonald's like this before we decided to try the Mexican food and the soups. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised it was very good and the soups were hot. They don't serve their menu on paper plates or cups but they use actual silverware and china. Also they have an upper-level filled with arcade games for the little kiddies to enjoy. The service was pleasant and accommodating. Our cashier was very nice and he had a funny side to him. The restrooms were clean and the outside of the restaurant was well kept. They are also open 24 hours. Next time I come to Florida I will definitely stop by this McDonald's again to enjoy a nice meal.

The service is horrible every time I go here. The workers are not friendly and barely acknowledge you. Worst of all, they got rid of their dollar menu!!

I was very generous with my stars! The only reason to come to this McD's is to say you have been to THE WORLD'S LARGEST MCDONALDS!" After that then leave and go eat somewhere else. My family had just eaten the best pizza supper we could have asked for, so we were visiting this McD because the kids just had to see it and we had promised! {Watch what you promise parents --- you may regret having to keep it!} So, we opted for ice cream and milkshakes. Sounds simple right. NOT HERE. First you have to decide if you want the usual McD shake that we know and love; or if you want one made with Blue Bunny ice cream and if so which flavor, in order to know the flavors you have to look in the freezer, and remember which one, so you can tell the cashier. (Who didn't speak English! and had to get an interpreter to understand us!!! That is just seriously wrong!!!) Finally we get our orders placed, go to the pick up station and wait. I decide to go find a table, no problem at 9:30 pm there was plenty of tables, but still had lots of people like us inside (this place is huge!!) But feels cramped because of all the game tables, low black ceiling, huge signs everywhere, super big fish tank, and other junky stuff around. The upstairs is like Chuck E Cheese meets Ronald McDonald. Loud, flashing lights and kids out of control. We were going to allow the kids to play a couple of games, until we found out we had to use a credit card (no cash accepted), the games are played on 'credits' and you buy the credits and they give you a credit type card for the players to put into the game slots. When your card runs out of credits you keep the card as a souvenir or fill it up again. What a load of non sense. We were expecting to have to give the kids a few dollar bills, maybe 10 at the most and they get to play a couple games, nope, not if we have to put it on a credit card (we don't use credit cards, only cash or debit). So, you have been warned. Everyone who has kids and go to Int Drive should at least go inside and let the kids see the largest McD's in the world, but if you can avoid this place. The restrooms were horrible! We girls would not use them, we went to the gas station across the street, it was cleaner and smelled 100% better!! And, I am not usually a "girly girl" when it comes to bathrooms, this was just the worse public restroom I have ever seen or smelled. Even some port'a potties are cleaner!

I have to say this was probably one of the best parts of my vacation, sounds weird, I know! Until you actually experience this McDonald's you really can't judge, it's awesome! They have the regular mcdonald's side and the bistro cafe side. There's also an arcade and playplace upstairs. Each day they have an activity for guests which range from face painting to a reptile show. Yes, there was an alligator inside this place while I was eating!! Me and my friend both ordered different items and split them. The food is surprisingly not bad. We tried a turkey wrap, ravioli, bistro burger, and philly cheesesteak. There is a really cool machine where you can record your own songs, we did a duet and though we sounded horrible, it made for great laughs. I also played a game where you had to operate a claw that had a razor on it to cut the string of your prize. I won three of these and each prize was a stuffed animal, silly bands, and a generic Ipod that looked like the real thing. If you're vacationing in Orlando this should definitely be on your list.

If I were allowed to give negative stars, this place would get -infinity x infinity. Usually when you order at Mc D the menu is just above the cashier's head. Here, the cashier is 30 feet away from the menu. At a normal McD this may work since you know the menu by now. However, at the "world's largest" they offer a completely different menu. I had to ask if I could go foward and look at the menu and then come back. So after we ordered 1/2 the order was picked up at the counter and the other 1/2 was picked up at a different location in the resturant, because we ordered off the regular menu and the gourmet menu. I had a sorry excuse for a cheesesteak and my daughter had the worst ravioli i've ever tasted. I mean I usually eat store brand ravioli out of the can without heating it up. Just to add more insult, I once ate at a McD in New Orleans during Mardi Gras. The restroom was so horrible that I was afraid to even touch the soap dispenser. I gagged when I opened the door. No I did not use it, I just left. In the parking lot I also found hollow tip bullets, if that tells you anyting about the location. With that said, this McD in Orlando is worse. Do not go here...I may not eat at McD for the rest of my life.

I was having one of those fabulously random nights with total strangers who quickly became friends. We started out at Parliament House and then found ourselves several miles down I-4 at someone's hotel room for an after-hours party. Several drinks later me and my crew were starting to wind down and needed some food to absorb all of the liquor we'd consumed. First, we found a cab. Then, we saw those Golden Arches and I unintentionally found myself at the world's biggest McDonald's. It reminded me of the dining options at Six Flags. Clean enough to feel comfortable eating, but so many places to form a line that made it awkward. I didn't see any of the crazy fish tanks that I had heard about (although, I wasn't looking). I can appreciate anyone that serves me food at 4:30 AM and trusts me enough to enter the dining room instead of waiting in a never-ending drive-thru line.

I went to the mega-McDonald's because it is next to the hotel my conference is being held. I found it to be depressing on many levels. This review is going to be wholly negative, but keep in mind that I'm only in a bad mood because this McDonald's has temporarily sucked away all of my happiness. Some of the recent reviews mention how this McDonald's serves gourmet food like "pasta and pizza." It makes me sad to see it described as "gourmet." It's the same sort of sadness you feel on Christmas Eve when you go to Walgreens and see a procrastinating parent buying a bunch of last-second, crappy Christmas presents. A different reviewer mentioned how the "workers are unenthusiastic." Of course they are. What is there to be enthusiastic about? They work at a giant and abnormally loud McDonald's. I actually appreciated their lack of enthusiasm. It helped me form a real human connection with them, and it gave me the feeling that we were in this thing together. There are multiple videogames on the ground level and the upstairs level. It is just like Dave n Buster's only a) there is zero excitement b) nobody is smiling c) the customers are all big, slow, and have no peripheral vision, so you'll feel like young Marshall Faulk weaving through a crowd of linemen. Having spewed all that negativity, let me say that this isn't the worst place in the world, and it is actually a great restaurant for those who enjoy being overcome with profound sadness. :-(

Uhhh.. for the world's biggest McDonalds, my expectations were definitely let down. It's simply a bistro (not sure if it's from mcdonalds or not), a mcdonalds, and a game area upstairs. Only food difference is the bistro, which is completely separate from the mcdonalds. A few games on the first floor as well.. definitely very filthy place. Garbage cans say thank you and a crushing noise when you throw your trash in.. I was too amazed or anything.

This place has some major shock and awe factor being the world's largest McD's with playpen. It's also a gourmet bistro, your order cooked when ordered. Bfast for regular items (egg mcmuffin, big breakfast) end at 11. Bfast for gourmet items (omelets, belgian waffles and the like) end at 10. Ordered the ravoli w/ meatballs. Quite oversauced and too salty. The 4 stars is definitely for its shock and awe and because you can only expect so much from a McD's....rate accordingly! :)

This is the biggest McDonalds in Orlando and it is pretty busy during the day with tourist but if you come in late at night it is pretty empty and you will get your food served pretty quick.' They are open 24 hours so when ever you are hungry you can stop by and get a bite. They have two floors and in the second floor they have arcades and enough space to have private party's etc. The food is fresh most of the time but like most place it depends on the time you come in.

A great fun place for the whole family! This 24 hour World's Largest Entertainment McDonald's & PlayPlace is definitely not your typical Golden Arches. This Micky D's has two levels including the restaurant/bistro and tourist info center on the first floor and PlayPlace, arcade games, and games with prizes on the second floor. Much love to the cool vintage Mac Tonight in the dining room! There's also a gift shop here which sells some cool McDonald's souvenirs and apparel. I would love to have my birthday party here if I was 5 yo again! This McDonald's offers not only the typical core menu of Big Macs, Quarter Pounders, Filet O' Fish, Egg McMuffins, etc., but also a Bistro Gourmet menu with breakfast (Belgian waffles, omelettes, French toast), gourmet sandwiches & paninis, wraps, pizza, pasta dishes, taco salads, chimichangas, desserts (Blue Bunny ice cream, cookies, cakes, cheesecake), and more. There are over 40 Extra Value Meals (Breakfast & Lunch/Dinner) offered which include the core McD's meals (with fries/hash browns & drink) and the Bistro Gourmet meals (offers choice of fries or side salad & drink), under $10 each. You can order inside & see the display case of actual bistro items or also use the drive-thru to order bistro items. Check out the details, menu items, online coupons, and other Bistro theme locations at mcfun.com Since I went out on the town very late last weekend, I was getting hungry and stopped here around 2AM for the #30 Extra Value Meal Pastrami Sandwich with Side Salad & Medium Diet Coke ($8.49). I was so "McLovin" it here!!! However, I didn't try to buy any booze with a Hawaii fake ID and ride around with the Police or go to any house parties like the McLovin character in "Superbad" who really cracks me up!! LOCATION: Sand Lake Rd & International Dr, right smack in the middle of tourist central!

Ugh. This place is billed as the worlds largest 'entertainment' McDonalds. Not sure what that means. This is basically a normal sized McDonalds counter with a 2nd restaurant inside. You order at one place and can pick from standard McDonalds items or something else from the bistro menu. The McDonalds food is picked up in one area, the other food in another. This other food is NOT McDonalds food, the gourmet burger I got from the bistro area was just OK. They have a large play area on the first and second floor. It is a mish mosh of everything, arcade games, tourist booths, hair braiding stations. It all really did not go together. What sums this up best is the Bill Cosby cutout leaning against a wall (picture attached). He was popular in the 80's and hardly funny then. Why they have him up in the McDonalds makes no sense. I guess he fits in with everything else that is out of place. Topping it off, the place was rather dirty. I rarely eat at McD's, but if I had the craving in Orlando I would go elsewhere.

Let's be clear right now, i won't mention the food for one simple reason, obvious... It's McDonald's, i'm pretty sure everybody knows what they sell ! I just wanted to pass by the largest (as mention everywhere in Orlando) McDo. Well... It was horrible and disgusting looking. The decoration is just heterogeous... In the oddest way. between statues that don't belong together, the poster of Bill Cosby (RIP), the jungle themed painting on (some parts of) the walls and the statue of a moon head guy playing piano... I really did not understand what they tried to do in there. It was more scary than anything. I forgot to mention the two ladies trying to sell me a $40 room in their hotel... At the price it is not a good deal... Bref, Don't bother going, save yourself the time. Largest ? Probably. Ugliest ? For sure!!

I'm pretty much only rating this fast food restaurant b/c I thought it pretty cool that a McDonald's exists that serves something other than your typical McD's food. This place - you can get paninis, Belgian waffles, and even build your own pasta! AND it's open 24/7 for both the drive-thru AND dining area! Insane... The wife and I stopped here after an exhausting day @ Magic Kingdom and kept it pretty simple (regular hamburger, fries), so I can't comment on the quality of the unique offerings. But if you're looking for some late-night variety in a familiar building, and don't feel like a Friday's, Perkins, or Denny's, this might be the option for you. I freakin' wish Alabama would pull this kinda thing and take a chance on doing something out of the ordinary. Orlando: 28 - Birmingham: 0

I usually avoid this tourist trap like the plague, but it was on my way into work and I needed breakfast. The woman working the drive-thru was super nice even with the car in front of me filled with tourists who didn't quite have a firm grip on the English language.

OK, I never thought I'd give any fast food place more than a few stars. However, I needed to grab something quick for lunch, this place was close by and let's face it, who among us hasn't "slummed it" at least a few times in our lives and done the quick and nasty BK or Micky D's run when needing to grab something to fill you up in a hurry? This McDonalds, however, was different than any other I've ever been to. Suffice it to say I never thought I'd be "impressed" by a McDonalds until I saw this one. Not only is it the worlds largest Entertainment McDonalds & Playplace and was ranked #2 on the Travel Channel's list of most unique McDonalds, but the menu is what made this particular location stand out to me. While they do have typical Micky D's fast food fare here, they also have a bistro gourmet menu that you won't find at just every McDonalds...Pizzas, wraps, gourmet sandwiches and paninis, a pasta station, etc. and everything there is made to order, it's not just pre-cooked burgers and greasy fries. Prices are not out of line, either; I had the roasted turkey club meal with fries and a soda (served on proper plates..Not the usual styrofoam containers and boxes) and I paid under $8.

"Woohoo! As good as it gets!" for a McDonalds. Compared to others, this is probably the bets one I've been to. They have a full on arcade in the restaurant on both the first and second floors. The play credits are cheap! This also has a bistro section that you can order sandwiches and paninis from... McDonalds food is always consistent. Definitely try it out if you are in the area. its a good time!

Used to be the world's largest McD's! Now they've changed it to the world's most unique McD's. They serve gourmet food! We had the Pastrami sandwich and Fresco burger. They were very good! The dining area was very large. There was an arcade inside and an upstairs gift shop.

Went here 2 weeks ago for our annual DW vacation, but never went here before until this year. This place is great for kids. We came here twice to let our 3 year old blow off some steam in the play area, which is huge. You could come here just to let your kid play for free and have a cheap happy meal. I saw a lot of kids having a blast running up and down and through the tunnels, which were two stories high. We never bothered playing the arcade games, which were a bit much, and we can always get a bargain at Chuck E. Cheese's. We ate the normal fare, and not the bistro food, but I did get the banana splits, which were under $4. We went twice and each time I got it. So good with the whipped cream, bananas, and shaved almonds. Freaking banana splits at Baskin Robbins in the D.C. area are $7. Ate in front of the beautiful aquariums. Can't go wrong with Mickey D's and a three year old. We haven't been to a fancy restaurant since the kid was born.

Victim of its own success... Keeping it short as possible, I love the food/selection. My daughter loves coming here and I can have a decent meal too. The playland is the biggest one I have ever seen. The video games are pricey and occasionally out of order...now for the expanded view...the people at the front are overwhelmed. Many people don't know how to order using the crowd control system in place and frequently crowd the area that is being controlled. This location could easily be twice the size and frankly it needs it. McDonalds does try to keep order with plenty of employees in the front areas and with tiered registers. Its just a popular location and undersized even being twice the size as most McDonalds. Since it is such an exciting location for the kids its a complete madhouse. I always get hammered with a full tray of food by kids running unescorted and my daughter frequently leaves with headaches because the music is so loud. If its your first time or on vacation, stop by-the food on the expanded menu will help make your McDonalds visit a memorable experience. Personally, I like the pasta bar and the pizza. If you are 5-6 trips in like I am, bring aspirin, patience and a time limit...

One of the most unique mcdonalds. This is a must place to visit on visiting Orlando. They have real fresh French toast & it is unbelievable. You even see them make it with the open kitchen. Nothing frozen here. They even have pizza, panini sandwiches & pasta here. You can spend a whole day here with the bowling alley, huge arcade & play area for the kids.

Since this was a bistro, my son had the pasta and I had the cheesesteak. Had to come here after hearing this was the world's biggest mcdonalds. Food ok considering it is a mcdonalds. Game room upstairs and had a rustic feel downstairs. Glad I went for the experience.

I've been to McDonald's in Italy, New York City, my hometown, and various other states around the country. Never before though have I been to the "World's Most Unique" version of this infamous restaurant. I actually had no idea that Orlando held the title for having the largest "Entertainment and Play Place" in the world. Or that they have many flat screen TVs, an eating section that replicates a 1950s style diner, or a Juke Box that is located in the front lobby. And before I went inside, I had no idea that McDonald's was capable of serving items like this: Shrimp Alfredo Tortellini, Tuscan Sausage Pizza, Grilled Chicken Burrito, Hot Pastrami Sandwich, and Peanut Butter Explosion Cake. To my utter surprise, they are in fact very capable, and willing to serve you many dishes outside of their norm. They do carry the timeless meals we all know, but they have upped the ante with their special Bistro Gourmet Menu. And for all the visiting tourists, I imagine this has to be a real treat for you as well. Their menus describe this new fare with passion and excitement, take for example the Roasted Turkey Club for $6.39, "Fresh carved turkey breast piled high and stacked with smoked bacon, American cheese, lettuce and tomato. Served with herb infused mayonnaise on Italian sliced bread." Call me crazy, but that doesn't sound like the Mickey D's I know. And should you arrive during breakfast, which is served here from 7am until 10:30am, despite being open 24/7, you'll find more than just an Egg McMuffin. Check out the Eggs Benedict Panini or the Ham & Cheese French Toast which starts with foccacia bread and is served with a hash brown and sweet maple syrup, all for $4.69. If that's not enough, they have taken dessert to the next level. Again, you can still purchase your favorite McFlurries but you can also try their specialty sundaes made with Hershey's ice cream. They have a list of about 11 options such as Carnival Crazy, Reese's Going to Pieces, Build-a-Birthday Cake and Deep Dish Apple-Pie-Ala-Mode. They are priced from $3.69 to $4.29 for the Banana Split. They also have gourmet pies and cakes on display that look too good to be true. As they so proudly proclaim, not only are they proud of their revamped menu, but they are super proud of the arcade/extreme play area upstairs. Almost every kid I know would go nuts if allowed to roam around here after eating. They even have a gift shop if you want to forever remember your time here. Ronald McDonald, you have outdone yourself.

Only getting a 2nd star because the food from the bistro was good. They completely messed up our order inside and in the drive thru. Games at the arcade weren't fully fuctional. They are also more expensive than a regular McDonald's. I'll be back when visiting Orlando only because it is sort of a landmark, but service wise, you can skip this one if you want.

Very unique McD's. This place has tons of games, and it's own cafe with a completely different menu. If you have smaller kids and are hoping for a nice play area, this particular McDs is not for you. Unlike your typical Playland, customers *cannot* eat anywhere near the play area! With that, you cannot let the kids blow off some steam right before lunch... and it's so busy, crazy, and loud, it is simply far from ideal for smaller kids who need closer supervision. Now, older kids will love this place. On another positive note, I did enjoy the McDonalds shrimp alfredo!

This McDonald's is billed as, "The World's Largest Entertainment McDonald's". I'm not exactly sure what that means but I know it used to say, "World's Largest McDonald's". I do know that they try to make it out to more than it is. They go so far as to have video of a chef-like person playing on Tvs while you wait in line touting the expensive bistro food sold at this location. Besides the McD's counter there is a side area that makes the bistro specialty items like panini, pizza, pasta and wraps. But first you have to order. You wait in one line to plae your order. The worker prints up a ticket where you wait in another line to pay for the food. Then you wait for your normal McD's food in one line. And then you wait for your specialty food in another. What a process! My son had a happy meal, which was one line. Before our food was ready (specialty line) my son had almost finished his meal. Then he wanted ice cream so we had to: 1. Wait in line to give order (behind huge family of tourists who had no idea what they wanted) 2. Wait in line to pay 3. Wait in line for ice cream Way too complicated, it's a McDonalds! And the food was a huge let down. I ordered the shrimp ravioli in a tomato sauce but the ravioli and shrimp were swimming, no DROWNING, in an oily "tomato" sauce. The shrimp were small and had tails, which were hard to deal with when covered in sauce and using a plastic knife. Remove the stinking tails!! My husband quesadilla was bland and just unappetizing. I would not waste the extra money on this specialty food. Stick with what McDonald's does best, burgers and fries.

By far, the most horrible experience in Orlando! I decided to swing by here and pick up breakfast for the kids. Chose the drive through, cause it wasn't busy at all. Ordered two Belgian Waffles with banana and strawberry. Got to the window to pay and they were SUPER FRIENDLY /Sarcasm. Was told to pull to the next window, and I greeted the person at that window, who told me to pull up while they got my food. WTH? I am the only one in line!!! Some rude lady came out and told me pull into the #1 Parking spot and wait for my food. 10 minutes later, she brought it out and rudely handed me the bag of waffles. I am very patient and understand sometimes there may be a wait for things. But, c'mon; at least be friendly. Will never go to this craphole or recommend it to anyone! BOOOO McD's!!!

Largest McD! Only got a vanilla cone but they have a lot of other foods you can't get at other McDs. Only went for the atmosphere.

This McDonald's is very unique due to not only the size of the restaurant but the fact it also offers the "Bistro Gourmet" menu to go with the shop. The main menu is the same as a normal mcdonalds and the quality of the food is on average as well. The Bistro Gourmet menu offers items such as pizza and special sandwiches, I ordered a burger from that menu and it was very different and delicious. Only downside is inside they have one of the tourist kiosks and they like to be pushy.

I usually don't like posting bad reviews, but my recent experience was pretty rediculous. If it wasn't for the big menu selection and the novelty value, I would have rated this 1 star. Why such a low rating? I had extremely poor service from a manager (Stephanie) not honoring an active coupon from the local "Enjoy Florida Magazine" that was created for this specific location. This place surely isn't the typical McDonald's.

Another tourist to Orlando here and I had to visit this McD's location. Actually, the most recent visit was the second visit, as I checked it out the last time we were in Orlando. On both occasions, I'd say the food was fine. The arcade and play area is fine too. However, the service was awful. Upon requesting for an extra plate and silverware (my lil ones were sharing a breakfast platter), the employee had the audacity to roll her eyes and didn't even bother to get the plate. She pretty much shoved the silverware into my hand and went back to gossiping with her coworkers. Rude much? I found service to be just as awful at my first visit back in 2010. If good customer service is not that important to you, the overall experience isn't horrible. It's definitely a place where you can kill time with the amusements available and grab a cheap bite to eat.

Food was overpriced for a McDonalds. Mainly came here cuz we seen it on Travel channel as number 1. It was like a run down D&B with Mcdonalds food. Half the arcade games didn't work but took your money anyways. Couldn't find anyone to fix them. The prize shop had hardly anything for small amount of points and according to travel channel, it had a huge tube area. There was nothing huge about it to me! Very disappointing.

I went there based on the claim to be the #1 rated McDonald. Sadly, the experience was a bit let-down! I am not sure if it was the promise of a gourmet menu was the reason, but was expecting something better.. Something cleaner, friendlier and more knowledgeable. My first impression was of a loud, dirty and unfriendly first floor. The order area was something out of the lines at a Quick Service restaurant from the theme park. Service was unfriendly and uninspired. The order taker did not know about the promotional card for this restaurant, although the address and names were printed on the information pamphlet. My order was taken incorrectly, twice - causing back up and unnecessary charges and reversal of changes to my credit card. Food was slapped together - reflection of the uninspired and uncaring staff. Don't let the slick website fool you, this is fast food, not gourmet. When I asked one of the staff where were the napkins, they shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't speak English. We sat near the back of the first floor and was disgusted by the smell dirty wet dish towels. The place is a glorify arcade that sells McDonald. It sound great with all the claims, but falls short on the delivery. Go to a regular McDonald and save yourself the headache.

This Mcdonals is too cool to not speak about it! this place is like a theme park. Tons of arcades upstairs and cool things in the first level! Is not your averege Mcd this place offers bistro style food and ice cream shop! and is huge!! a lot of fun for kids and parents! We have a good time here! Clean bathroom and yummy food, wraps, sandwiches, pasta , waffles and desserts ( chocolate cake and cheese cake) even the coffee taste better! I'm not a Mcd fan but i gave this 5 stars because inside you forget you are in Mcdonal's!

The prices are inflated because its in touristy area. Not my mcdonalds of choice. Drive thru does not know the definition of fast food. Workers are unenthusiastic and don't even speak.

Let's start with the positive. The only reason I didn't give this McD's 1 star is because of the better food selection compared to regular McD's. Not to mention the entertainment for the kids, and just the fact that it is a roadside attraction With that being said, let's get to the negatives. The service is awful here. It makes me wonder if this McD's is exempt from McD's employee customer service training, because I've never had worse customer service from other McD's. Here's a list of my gripes: 1. It took 25 minutes to get our food, (uhrm, last time I checked, McD's is a fast food place???). 2. I asked if they have the advertised $1 any size coffee (I badly needed an XL cup), the order taker (different from the cashier, take note) rolled her eyes and scoffed "we don't have anything for $1 here!" as if I needed to be scolded for being ignorant of this info. 3. She then asked if this was "for here or to go?" which I answered "for here," so I was specially irritated to find a "to go fee" applied to my receipt (which I didn't realize till I already paid). 4. They seem to have a shortage of change in this restaurant, because my change should have been $1 and some change, but they only gave me a dollar (while the cashier looked away). I didn't mind, because it was just change, but I just think the cashier should have asked for it, if she was so broke & needed to ask for chump change. 5. Let me reiterate, this was supposed to be a fast food place, but it took 25 minutes to get my food. It wasn't even complete, I had to go back and ask for the salad that I paid extra for, and I never heard a single "sorry" for their mistake and slow service. 6. Their 'taco salad" was just that, a garden salad inside a (burned) taco, instead of the usual taco salad ingredients you see in mexican restaurants, or even taco bell. It was fresh but tasteless. The chicken was bland, rubbery like it was frozen then microwaved. It was so bad, I asked my hubby if we could switch, he ordered a turkey wrap which was also bland but better tasting than my taco salad. 7. While we were inhaling our lunch (which is what you do when you're hungry because it took forever to get your 'fast'food, and when you have bland food, there's no reason to savor and enjoy every mediocre bite), the bus boy hit my chair while he was rearranging the chairs behind mine. It had an impact strong enough, that I almost dropped my turkey wrap. Still, not an apology from him, like I was invisible & he didn't think it was worth saying sorry for. 8. It was loud and hot inside. I know, they cant control how loud those arcade machines beep (or can they?), but can they at least control the AC temp? 9. This was the most expensive (relative to other McD's) I ever spent on lunch for 2 people at McD's. Worst value for the dollar There it is, 4 out of 4 (100%!!!) McD's employees made our lunch miserable, ain't that something to write about?

I truly believe I know what the underbelly of hell looks, sounds and smells like after visiting this McDonald's. Yes I understand it is fast food, but is it too much to expect somewhat fast service, remotely clean restrooms, ice in the soda fountain? There were people literally walking around without shoes. The bathrooms made a level five toxic waste site look clean, that's if you are able to get around the two drug addicted looking bums. One of the workers packing the food was scratching her ear like a rabid dog, thank goodness she wasn't the one packing my order. To top it off outside two cars crashed on purpose trying to get ahead in the drive through lane.

This 'gourmet bistro mcdonalds' may be fun for kids as it does have arcade games (guitar hero, airhockey, basketball shot etc), bowling lane (small one lane) and its own gift shop where you could redeem tickets for prizes... but to me it felt a bit run down. Dining upstairs was not enjoyable with all the game sounds and lights flashing. It also seemed a bit odd as there was also two fish tanks and a ticket area where you could buy tickets to the theme parks (universal, disney, seaworld) a bit random. Positives: - truly a different...slightly bizarre dining experience. good for out of towners - icecream station where they would prepare icecream mixes similar to how cold stone creamery mixes in toppings - garbage cans that say thank you - automatic toilet seat changer Negatives: - felt like a run down Chucky cheese - random decor; needs a more united theme - pastrami sandwich was better than expected but less tasty then a real deli sandwich

I am in Orlando with my daughter on vacation. It was raining buckets outside. We made a go at a Disney Park but it was just too wet. So, I looked around to find something fun and indoors for us to do. i was so excited to find this McDonald's and give it a try. I will say there is one great thing there and that's the play house. The set up is nice where it's got one entrance so it's easy to make sure kids are safe inside. My daughter and I were both excited about the gaming area as well, because she loves wining tickets and getting prizes. Well, they are paperless there and you buy this credit card where you add money to buy games (no problem) but it is also supposed to culminate your total winnings on there to go and get prizes. IT DID NOT!! The worst part is my daughter won the jackpot on this one game where you hit the button and a ball drops down and lands in a hole with a point value. she was sooooo excited to win the jackpot because she could get a bigger prize. Plus she did pretty well on others too. 50 points here....25 there... But when we went to gift shop our card only showed 200 points and not the jackpot. The guy looked at the card in the computer and saw there were several places where it just didn't accrue the wins. He told me he would credit me back so she could re-play the games. I was so mad! I said that wouldn't work because the odds of her winning the jackpot again were pretty slim and asked him to add the points won to the card. he said no, he couldn't do that. Then he proceeded to tell me there was no manager after 4 pm. (which is ridiculous) Anyway my daughter was really bummed she ended up with a few sheets of stickers. The other reasons I am marking this with low stars was that it's just so dirty. Not the play area in general but the restaurant and bathrooms. Of all the empty tables there was not one clean. The staff is not friendly and it's set up so poorly for ordering and pick up it's just awful. I say boooooooo to McDonald's for the underhanded way they get away with not giving people points on their cards. I say booooooo for upsetting my daughter on her birthday vacation and I say get a mop and some cleaning supplies and by gosh if you work there please smile once in a while!!!!

This place was dirty, nasty, overpriced games. Nasty Stinky Playland, dirty window floors, tables. Sleazy sales people trying to sell us condos as we walked in. The games were soooo expensive. There were kids without their mothers, walking around carrying their baby brothers and sisters (Did there parents just drop them off? What the heck?) and what I'm certain was pimp with his his very young "girls" (spaced out on crack or something) eating there; so sad. Children without parents tending them. Stay away. We had so many great experiences in Orlando; this was the only bad and one and it was really bad. I felt like we all should be soaking in anti-bac when we got back to the hotel. Don't go. Yuck!

where do you take 7 hungry kids and 8 hungry kids on a budget? the world's largest mcdonald's in florida! we thought we were just stopping into a bigger than normal mickey dee's with a normal menu. wrong! on top of the regular menu, this place had a bistro section (pastas, sandwiches, pizzas, etc), ice cream section (serving shakes, big scoops of ice cream), and a 2nd floor full of games. (think chuck e. cheese meets mickey dee's meets baskin robbins meets an italian place). there was definitely lots to do for the kids but finding a place to sit was tricky. cleanliness wise, it was just OK. the floors felt sticky and it was hard to find a clean table. service wise, they seemed efficient but on one of our second trips to the register, the lady helping me seemed clueless about how to punch in an order for french fries. random, right? would still recommend checking this place out though.

So what makes a McDonalds the largest in the world? Two separate ordering counters, a giant dining room, a huge play area upstairs, and a video arcade full of fun redemption value type games. I'd never been to this location until we had our son's birthday party there today. The crew assigned to make my son's day special was on the ball and right there with anything we might need. Food choices were great. Better than you'd expect from a McDonalds. After the party they gave us cards pre-loaded with tokens and we got to explore the game area upstairs. I would totally recommend this location as a birthday spot over that other place with the pizza and the mouse.

Prior to our visit to Orlando, my boyfriend and I were watching World's Best McDonald's on Travel Channel late one night. We're not big McDonald's fans, but it was interesting to watch. To our surprise, this one was named one of the best and it was located right next to where we would be staying. I was ecstatic, like a little kid in a candy store. I thought it would be so cool to visit a world renowned eatery. I made it a mission to visit this McDonald's. Who doesn't want to see a McDonald's shaped like a french fry box!? Inside the actual restaurant, there is so much going on for kids. There was an arcade area, but it was closed while I was there. There were two seperate menus. One was filled with gourmet food that consisted of wraps, pasta dishes, deli types of meals. The other menu had the traditional burger, etc items that every McDonald's has to offer. Hershey's Ice Cream was served here, as well. The only downside was the prices were pretty steep for some fast food. It was my first time ever having a Big Mac and this was my first meal in Orlando -- a cheerful way/place to start out our vacation! :) 3 stars for the awesome decor, inside and out.

This may be "the world's best" but the service is not. My husband and I came here on a Sunday afternoon, and it took us 30 minutes to get through the line, and then once we ordered, we got our fries and then had to wait a whopping FORTY FIVE minutes for the rest of our food. It was infuriating to say the least, but luckily we got a full refund after complaining to the manager. This place has a huge playplace, and some pretty awesome videogames, but if you are coming here for the food, be prepared to wait and complain, at least if you go on a Sunday.

This place is CRAZY. Showed up at 3:00 on a rainy Monday afternoon... Must have been 100 people IN LINE to order food. It looked like they have an amazing menu but there was no way I was waiting in that line... The upstairs is a 10 yr olds kids dream. Video games and a huge Play-Place... it was also packed... we went up and played for a half hour but when the kids became hungry enough to leave we went down the street to a much less crowded McDonald's. Its a fun place, but way to busy to actually enjoy... Also, the free WI-FI was maxed out... I got slower speeds than I was getting on my 3G connection...

Okay, I admit it...as someone who tries to stay away from McDonald's whenever possible (except when I'm out and about and get the craving for a shake or some fries), it feels a bit unusual to be reviewing a McDonald's, but this is no ordinary Mickey D's joint. It just so happens to be the biggest McDonald's on the face of the earth. Around 3am one night, some friends and I stopped by after leaving a screening of the Rocky Horror Picture Show at Universal City Walk, and we were amazed that this McDonald's, in addition to its standard menu offerings, served pasta, ice cream, gourmet cakes and pies, and then some! More than what you'd ever expect to find at the average McDonald's, right? Not only that, it's a bi-level building, complete with a downstairs seating area and an upstairs arcade/kid zone and birthday party areas on each floor! For the first time in my life, despite the fact that it took quite some time for my friend to get her Happy Meal even though the other 2 of us received our orders before she did, I never thought I'd say this, but I'd come back!

Slow service. Very. For this landmark mcdonald's in Orlando at I-5, featured by the travel channel, I expected more. Food is the same as any; at least there is QC there.

honestly, if i could give this place 0 stars, i would.. terrible. i was soo excited to be able to go and say i had eaten pizza from mcdonald's. my boyfriend, mother, niece, and i walked in.. the gourmet menu is right in front of the door, but you have to order it at the main counter.. but pick it up from the other counter? confusing. the lady who took our order was ridiculously rude.. then she tells us they're out of half of their gourmet menu, including their pizza. so then i get bummed out.. and just order a ranch blt.. which made me sick. and wasn't even on the same buns they usually give. and i disregarded the other reviews referring to the rude employees.. they were the utmost rude people i've ever dealt with in a restaurant. typically i wouldn't really care, but when i witness someone being completely disrespectful to my mother, who is the most genuinely nice person i've ever known, it upsets me. just all around awful experience. never again.

So bad I don't want to waste anymore time writing the review. I'm heading to lay down. Sick to my stomach. Worse than worse. Dirty, small. Food is nasty (even up-scale side of the establishment). No bigger in terms of play area than 50% larger than ones around us. Such a waste of time. Even the kids didn't enjoy it.

(2)Karen R.
(1)AJay A.
(1)Kristen P.
Omg this is seriously the coolest McDs ever!! An upstairs, a downstairs, shows, fish tank, so many things!! Watch my Video My panini had tomatoes on it and I specifically asked if there were tomatoes due to my allergies.
(4)Allison N.
(4)Danyett L.
(1)Big L.
The setup and location for this drive-thru is the worst I've ever seen.
(1)Souper G.
(2)Robyn C.

(4)Aimee K.
Neat to check out. But expensive stinky and crowded. And the lines are weird You cant see the menu.
(3)Teri Y.

(3)Janet L.

Dirtiest Mcd's store ever. Nasty, rude employees, sad really. The floors are slick with grease and the tables are sticky with unidentified fluids. Go somewhere else if you can.
(1)Nicole P.
This had to be the biggest McDonald's I've ever seen. Even if your not a big fan of mcdonalds this place will grab your attention.
(5)Mike W.
Worst service I've ever had at McDonald's. Rude staff and had to wait with an empty drive through.
(1)Jonah H.
(1)Harris A.
(5)Denise D.
(1)Sue M.

(1)Cindy R.

(2)Kurt C.

(3)N K.
One of the staff members sneezed in her hands and another scratched her left armpit right in front of us. Both continued to serve food.
(1)Jason R.
(1)Bryan S.
The staff is rude from having to deal with tourists all day. I get that. The tables are also very dirty and there is only one trashcan upstairs. The place could be so much more than it is if they weeded out the dismal employees. Also they charge additional for drinks. A #3, #4, and a happy meal cost us $22.
(2)Christina C.
(3)Toni D.
(1)Bryan C.
(1)Janey M.
(2)Ben O.
(2)Steve T.
(5)Dena P.
(5)Shon R.
(3)Trish C.
(2)Rodney H.
(3)Dalton N.
(3)Marc L.
20 minutes to order a "Patty Melt" off the Bistro menu. Was told it takes so long because it is a special bistro item. Received the sandwich and it is a Big Mac on toast.
(1)Jesper S.
World largest McD playarea - maybe... but worn-down and an absolutely terrifying experience! (However the kids loved it)
(1)Adam L.
(3)Hang T.
(2)Kalynne M.
(1)S. G.
Dont believe the hype avoid this place like the plague... horrible service overpriced and overrated. A lady spilled a drink it took 15 minutes for anyone to clean it or even put up a sign. It's loud dirty and outdated.
(2)Louise D.

(4)Melissa B.
This is a wild McDonald's..If my kids were young again, they would be in heaven. It is 2 levels of games and fun..a Dave & Buster's for the wee ones!!! The food is a little price, but I guess you are paying for the Atmosphere...but regular Mickey D food!!!
(3)Noel I.
(5)Laura R.
The service is horrible every time I go here. The workers are not friendly and barely acknowledge you. Worst of all, they got rid of their dollar menu!!
(2)Karen H.

(1)Joanne C.
Uhhh.. for the world's biggest McDonalds, my expectations were definitely let down.
(3)Mimi C.
(4)Catherine R.
Well, at least we can say we've been here. We can also say we'll never go again. Bleh! Filthy, disorganized, overpriced, dysfunctional McChaos.
(1)Tom A.
(4)Ian W.
(5)David M.
(2)Angel L.
Largest ? Probably. Ugliest ? For sure!!
(1)Keith C.
(4)Robyn B.
I usually avoid this tourist trap like the plague, but it was on my way into work and I needed breakfast. The woman working the drive-thru was super nice even with the car in front of me filled with tourists who didn't quite have a firm grip on the English language.
(3)Paul W.

(5)Angela Y.

(4)David M.
(5)Raquel S.

(4)Franz K.
(2)Brian W.
(3)Janene H.
(2)John B.
(1)Christine C.
Largest McD! Only got a vanilla cone but they have a lot of other foods you can't get at other McDs. Only went for the atmosphere.
(4)Robert A.
(5)Charles A.
(2)Christina P.
(3)Melanie V.
(2)G T.
(1)Omy G.
(5)Essie A.
This was best described by Dan as "McDonald's on steroids!".
(5)Candace W.

Man I love the coffee at Mickey D's.....probably the reason Starbucks is closing 500 locations. Go Mickey, Go Mickey, Go, Go, Go Mickey!(while doing the cabbage patch)

Small story short, Went Drive thru ended up inside since I received the car in front of myself order...
