Longhorn is a family night kinda steakhouse with good service and great quality food. It's kind of like the new outback :) It's not charlies.. .but it's not as pricey either :)

Simply the best steakhouse in South east Orlando literally cuaee is the only one 5 min from the orlando internatinal airport, I live in the area and this is where I usually go for good stakes just for those that don't know yes this is a Steakehousr so about 90% on the menu is red mear, they do some salads but overall a steakhouse. It is a brand new chain as well so evening time expect large crowds. Take into consideration that it is the only steakhouse in this area so you ill see lot pf touris as there are plenty of hotels near the airport.

I remember going to a Longhorn Steakhouse (Colonial Drive - now closed) a lot when I was a kid. The atmosphere was always humorous, cheesy and western. The food was also mediocre. Well congrats Longhorn, you've really stepped it up! I went to this location, after getting off a plane and being ravenous. I needed meat, fast! This newish looking Longhorn was just north of Orlando International Airport, on Semoran Blvd. We stepped inside and my first reaction was "wow!". It looked nothing like the old "Chili's-esque" Longhorn. This was nice. It still kept it's western theme, but this was more sophisticated with warm colors and dark woods. Now this is someplace I would want to eat a leisurely dinner, while catching up with family. Now, lets talk about the food. Sure, this isn't a USDA PRIME steakhouse, but the choice top sirloin I had was perfectly cooked, seasoned and gristle-free. My meal was only $11.99, came with a salad, loaded baked potato, and unlimited bread. Although I thought the honey-wheat bread was relatively lacking in quality (It seemed like thickly sliced sandwich bread), the rest of the meal MORE then made up for it. BTW, you can get your steak crusted in blue cheese for only $1 more, yum!

I like what they are doing here. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. It seems to fill a niche in the mid level of steakhouses. Nowhere near the top level food service and pricing and way better than bottom end chain places. It is not where you go for a romantic date and fine wines etc. For a family night out it is a good time.

Eat here monthly but this time ordered soup and salad for takeout. Worst I have had from any of the chains. Less than 6 ounces of soup, 5 ounces of salad with one crouton for $10. Same for my wifes's dinner. Feel like we were robbed of $20. When called to question the serving size, manager could have cared less and told us he can't help with serving size and that it doesn't help that they serve in big bowls at the restaurant. Won't be going back.

Have been there twice this week. First time, the service was excellent. The staff was right on the mistake they made by giving me the wrong dressing. The manager. a girl and I forget her name was so helpful. The meal was excellent. The second time, last night, the service was ok.. seemed very slow. Not too many places you finish your salad before your meal gets there... the food was excellent Salmon and filet. cooked to perfection. The waiter was a bit slow. and he didnt seem to mind.

This local chain restaurant is pretty close to home and a convenient stop for a quick bite to eat after work. Food is okay...I mean when your comparison standard is Charlie's, there really isn't a chance the food is going to rank high, however, we really love the service. We are avid "bar diners" and Longhorn has managed to keep most of the opening crew so we've had a wonderful time getting to know our local 'down the road - more traveled' bar keeps and they keep us coming back for more! Great bar staff and pretty descent steak in a pinch after a long, hard day of work :-)

After a successful meeting, one of my clients asked me to join him for lunch near his office. Having been in his office for several hours, I was ready for a bite to eat and happily joined him. When he pulled up at Longhorn, I did not know what to expect, because although they are a seemingly ubiquitous chain, I had never been to one. Stepping into Longhorn was a pleasure. The decor is more modern take on the Western kitsch of my childhood. Ever so slightly campy Western art on the walls, big tables and menus that screamed beef. We were promptly seated and our waiter came over almost instantly to take our drink order. He was appropriately attentive and personable throughout the meal and I really thought that a lot of servers in finer restaurants could learn a lot from him. The restaurant was crowded and he had many tables but he really did not drop a single ball in the course of the lunch. Even when his colleagues made a couple of minor errors (e.g. bringing me the wrong beverage), he was quick to correct the problem. Upon looking at the menu, a bit of panic set in. I don't eat red meat or poultry and that is all I could find on the menu. Longhorn is definitely a place for carnivores! Fortunately, I did find a salmon salad on the menu and I ordered that by default. My companion ordered a chopped steak with a baked potato. My salad, a Caesar, was large, perfectly dressed and well balanced with shaved Parmesan. The romaine was fresh and crisp. As Caesar salads go, I doubt I have had a better Caesar in a chain restaurant in the past. The salmon fillet atop my salad was also fresh and well prepared, having first been bathed in a bourbon marinade. It is really a great preparation and one that I will try to copy at home. The portion size was a bit underwhelming but it was a lunchtime order and I did not leave the restaurant hungry. My companion's steak was well prepared but, since he ordered it with no garnish of any kind, his plate was rather barren. Still, he devoured his meal with gusto! I am usually not a great fan of chain dining but I would not hesitate to stop at this particular Longhorn again and my eyes will be open to others when I need a quick meal but still want to be able to sit down to enjoy it!

I frequent Longhorn for lunch. Their soup/salad/sandwich/mac & cheese combos are really good. Service gets a little slow around noon, so when we eat here we try to aim for 11:30ish. Everything was going great until today, when I learned about "soup in a bag". You see, my coworker always gets the lobster bisque soup. Today he said it was notably missing lobster. We sat and debated whether bisque soups should have chunks, and when the manager stopped by our table to check on us we asked him. His explanation? The chunks sometimes end up in the bottom of the bag. Since we were eating so early this was probably one of the first bowls of bisque to be served, and it was probably served from the top of the bag. Likewise he said my french onion soup was probably more "oniony" because it was from a new bag of soup. Oh dear. Never tell the customer their soup is from a bag. You just destroyed the illusion of a nice fresh-cooked lunch. Soup in a bag. Is that like wine in a box? With a little pour spout? So, Longhorn has good food. I will probably be back, but I'll stick with the salads.

No review yet on this location because the doors were locked at 10pm. For a restaurant near the airport you'd think they'd have more standard hours. TGI Friday's sharing the same parking access was still hopping so I went there.

Great service by Carlos. So friendly and gave us excellent customer service. Food was great as well! I've worked in customer service for years and Carlos certainly exceeds. By far a wonderful experience.

Very enjoyable dinner. Definitely sign up for their "club". I signed up while sitting in the parking lot and they sent me a coupon to my email for a free appetizer that we used immediately Started with their wheat bread which is really good. Three of us are from the lunch menu for under $40. 1. Mac and cheese side was good but very cheesy. 2. Half rack of ribs, broccoli and dinner salad. Ribs were perfect. Tender and very tasty. 3. Chopped steak and broccoli. Another very good meal but I thought the wine sauce was a little strong on the wine flavor but my husband said it was fine. Thanks for a great last meal in Florida ;')

I've only been to a Long Horn restaurant a few times. It has always been clean and I've had great service. I am hooked on their Grilled Chicken and Avocado sandwich. That sandwich alone keeps me coming back.

Great service. We had Melissa as our server. It could've been a 5 star but their Parmesan garlic fries taste like regular fries. Some were not cooked. We didn't get the ketchup we asked for. But that's ok. Their gourmet burger and their grilled chicken wrap(app) was delicious. I made a mistake by ordering two desserts. Which was delicious. We had to take one Togo.

Gotta start out with the food here cause when I get a perfectly cooked and seasoned steak I get excited. Perfect medium rare 8 oz filet and great crusting from the grill! The side Caesar salad had some great dressing and fresh Parmesan, but the broccoli was a little over steamed and getting soggy. Besides the broccoli not being that great, the bar tender could have been much more personable. I can't stand a bar tender that is half way happy, it's like you are pretending to be happy. I guess if you want better service or a happier server don't sit at the bar.

They were on a wait, but the service was not good. Undercooked steak. The manager brought the steak with the mashed up broccoli. See pic. Update. They took the steak off the bill.

Although I've seen this restaurant chain over and over again around the States, I had never tried it out. Today, we did, and it was great! This particular LongHorn Steakhouse is very accessible and conveniently located near the aiport. It's got lots of parking spots, too. As soon as you step out of the car, you can smell the deliciousness of meat being grilled. Once inside, the decoration is very Texas-like and feels cozy and comfortable. We were served promptly, and immediately were offered the complimentary wheat bread. It is amazing, by the way. Drinks arrived shortly after. For main course, the Flat Iron Steak was incredibly tender and the paired well with the seasoned fries. Tried the Parmesan Crusted Chicken, too, and it was good for me (although it was too spicy for who ordered it). We returned the chicken and they quickly replaced it for something else (a Gourmet Burger). It was also good. Overall, it was a great first visit. Service was incredible and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning one of these days!

I spent a weekend in Orlando recently. This was just a chance stop after landing being they're next to the airport. We were glad we stopped in. I had a ribeye cooked to perfection and a loaded potato. The stuffed mushroom appetizer and the margaritas were also great. They have a few decent beers on draught. The server was friendly and efficient. Our salads came totally DRENCHED in dressing though. that sucked. ask for it on the side. I didn't come here for the side salad anyway so I'll give em a pass. The portions are great for hungry travelers and very reasonably priced. My only other REAL gripe is...we don't have this place in California. Thumbs up!

They've got a great lunch menu here. It does get busy at lunchtime, but it's worth the wait. I ordered the spicy chicken bites which were really good! Don't expect to make a meal out of one order though. It's a small portion, but not bad for $5. I also got the soup and salad combo for $6. I tried the shrimp and lobster chowder which was tasty. I recommend it. I also ordered the mixed green salad with Caesar on the side. They put the dressing on the salad, but thankfully it wasn't too much. We were here on our lunch break, so I didn't want to waste time sending food back. One of the guys ordered a side salad to go with his entree. He got his salad right away while mine didn't come until the entrees were served. Next time I'll ask for the salad to come right away. Overall I look forward to coming back.

Oh LongHorn... how I love thee, let me count the ways. 1) From the time you step in the door the hostess was pleasant and welcoming 2) The booth I sat in provided enough privacy that I didn't feel like others could be in my conversation but that I wasn't isolated. 3) The music was loud enough that I could hear (unfortunately mostly country) but soft enough that I could hold a conversation easily. 4) The food, oh the food, is delicious. I don't mean ok, or great, or even tasty. I mean the food is $%^*^% AMAZING! I hate chain restaurants but Longhorn is in a bracket all by itself. 5) The service was very good. I am pretty hard on servers since I used to be one. Our server was excellent: attentive without being overbearing and nosy. Just a gem I could go one but the main point is Longhorn is amazing. I support local small businesses but if I have to go chain, I'm going to Longhorn.

I enjoyed my trip to Longhorn Steakhouse and would recommend it. Pros: + The flat iron steak was excellent and perfectly seasoned and cooked. For only $13 including a side and salad, this steak was the best "bang for the buck" meal of the trip. + The chop steak was also pretty good, although a little dry; it could have used more red wine sauce. + The wine selection was pretty good, and there are lots of bottles of wine available for decent prices (around $18-20). + Plenty of parking. + The chocolate lava cake was good, and came with a mountain of ice cream. Definitely one to share. Cons: - We did have a 45 minute wait on a weekday night at 7. Also, service was friendly but a little inconsistent. We had to wait around 10 minutes to order after sitting down, for instance. Overall with the good prices and the great steak we had here, we would come back. Recommended.

We eat here at least a few times a month and not once has it disappointed us! Every one of our meals has always come out amazing... (At least 15 visits I'm sure) Everything is always clean, the waiters are always on point and I can't think of a single thing to complain about!

I've been to this location for lunch before so I'm not sure what happened. Stopped by a Saturday night at this Longhorn since we were already in the area. The restaurant wasn't fully packed so we didn't have to wait for a table. I chose a yummy white peach tea for my beverage and had the server put in an appetizer order. I noticed the new specials going on and decided I wanted the new harvest salad. It sounded pretty awesome with the promise of hearts of palms, grape tomatoes, and butter lettuce. My bf ordered a filet entree, medium rare. After ordering, we gave back our menus and started our table banter. I couldn't help but notice that the couple behind us had a lengthy conversation with a manager. Since I was just a booth over I could overhear the manager just apologizing over and over. Was that a precursor warning for my table? I thought nah, not my business. Anyway, the entrees came and the server dropped them off. As we were getting ready to eat; I decided to cut my lettuce into bite sized pieces. As I'm cutting up the leaves, I noticed a good amount of my lettuce had dirt. Gross! I looked up at my bf and saw that his steak was overcooked, boo! I asked to speak with a manager, but that took some time. When she arrived she was apologetic about the mishap. I appreciated her concern, but my paranoia of cleanliness in the kitchen got the best of me. I declined her offer of a dinner redo and just asked for my check. As I got up to leave, I couldn't help but notice 5 other tables eating salads. I really, really, really hope that they weren't eating dirt!

Maybe it's nostalgia (I worked at a Longhorn in 1997)....or maybe it's because it's very close to my layover hotel in MCO. Either way, I go here often when I'm on a layover. I don't usually review chains, but this one is a chain that I heavily enjoy. Tonight, it really deserved 3 stars, but it's the night before Thanksgiving and I'm feeling generous. Typically I get the same thing: ribeye with salad with (what used to be) their house dressing and a baked potato. Tonight the salad dressing was just.....weird. They have to make it. It's pretty simple: lemon, oil, mustard based dressing with little flecks of green olive. Tonight they added extra salt and garlic and it was just.....not good. But it usually is! I have no idea why this is not their "house" dressing anymore, because when it's good, it's goooooood. Steak was weird tonight. It had a milky white substance on top. I'm sure it was just butter, which makes it delicious, but I've never seen it in a pool like that. But as far as the over-all review goes, still four stars. Usually much better. Service is great usually. Fantastic, actually. Really friendly staff.

This place blows. Inattentive service staff. NO peanuts. Staff pays more attention to each other than customers. Did I mention, NO peanuts? Never again... Also, I order GRILLED chicken, and it arrived FRIED. Garbage. Don't waste your time. Couldn't find a manager to save my life to complain in person.

I have to say that normally Longhorns is a 5 star in my book. We went on a Saturday night and of course it was crazy busy. We were sat in about 20 min which was not bad for how busy it was. My girlfriend ordered a cosmopolitan to drink and when it came out it tasted like rubbing alcohol. The waiter was very friendly but you could clearly see how busy and overwhelmed he was. My son ordered chicken fingers and they were perfect. I ordered a fillet med and it came out very well done. Well i was just going to eat it because we had already waiting 25 min for our dinner. About 4 bites in the waiter noticed and offered a new steak. I said no but he insisted and said it would be quick. 15 minutes later it came out and buy this time my son and girlfriend were already done eating so i took it to go. I think going when its so busy that no one can really takes their time to give you the great experience you deserve as a paying guest. To be fare though the manger comped my steak and the waiter was the one that noticed my steak so overcooked. Also when he brought a new cosmo it was very good. I always eat here but first time on a weekend. Because i know i always get amazing food and exceptional service i still rated my experience 4 stars and will definitely come back just maybe not on a weekend.

I live locally. This Longhorn is the BEST around. I've been to the Waterford one (one of the worst-bad staff, always out of EVERYTHING) The OBT one (horrific and dirty w/ bad staff) The one on 192 in Kissimmee (never EVER again) I will always come back to the airport location. It's always clean and the food seems to be of a higher caliber. The servers look neat and clean. I recommend the RIB EYE (19.99) w/ the blue cheese crust (an additional $1) It's always seasoned nicely and cooked to perfection.

  • Jerk C.

I've always seen this chain around but never really tried it. Glad I did. The food was great for the price. At a nice steakhouse you would easily pay double for a great steak, but these steaks could compete with the big boys. I had the "Outlaw Ribeye " and it was juicy and flavorful. Medium was medium as requested. Their steaks are aged. The soup and sides were also good. Deserts were 4/5 stars. The service was good. No complaints at all.

5 of us went to dinner after work. Only speaking for myself.......had the NY Strip with 7 peppercorn sauce on it. Outstanding steak for a non-prime restaurant. Service was good too. Never ate at the chain before but definitely will when I get back home to NY. Only downside was the new tomato and bacon salad. Only had lettuce, cheese, and very little bacon. I opted not to have the cornbread croutons.

The last 4 visits have been 5 star all the way. They are upping their game. The service has been spot on, and the steaks have been seasoned and cooked perfectly each time. The steaks might be too "peppery" for some people, but this is the true Texas tradition. I think this is the best place to get a steak in the $15-25 dollar range. The salads and appetizers can be a little disappointing, but the steaks are not.

We had driven over from Tampa so we could be up at the crack of dawn for an appointment my daughter had at Nemours Children's Hospital the next day. Craving filet mignon.....we searched the local area and saw that there was a Longhorn Steakhouse located next door to our hotel. All these chains seem to be the same, but I have to give the Orlando location five stars because of our attentive server Elise and the incredible meal. Wanted to try their new Fried Green Tomatoes for $6.99 but wanted to save all my calories for the filet. My daughter ordered Manhattan Stuffed Mushroom 8 oz Filet ( the filet was topped with a cheese-stuffed mushrooms and a delicious béarnaise sauce) -- came with a Caesar Salad and one side (Garlic Mashed Potatoes) for $23.99. I stuck with my favorite -- 6 oz Flo's Filet with a house salad and the new grilled corn on the cob for $22.99 (corn was $1.59 extra, but so worth it). Both of our meals were ridiculously delicious for a chain. Elise was one of the best servers I have ever had -- not over the top, but our glasses were never empty. Lastly, we ordered the Molten Lava Cake ($6.49) for dessert. It took all the restraint I had in my body not to eat that entire dessert -- it was warm rich chocolate with a side of vanilla ice cream that melted in our mouths. We were such pigs I did not get a photo. So, if you are in the Orlando airport area looking for a delicious steak -- look no further. Thanks again Elise for the super service.

Was out this way for a business lunch last week and ended up here. Our server went out of his way to accommodate our every need and never even hinted at rushing us (we were there for 2+ hours). If I stay longer than a typically party would I always make sure to tip accordingly since the server is most likely missing out on another party's tip. Since he or she has no way of knowing who will and won't do this sometimes I've gotten the death stare but our server was a class act. I had the grilled chicken caesar and a bowl of french onion. The chicken caesar was good but the soup was out of this world good. I'm saying it had more layers of flavor than does a Pillsbury Golden Layers biscuit.....and they have some layers!! Not too salty, not too watery, perfect amount of onions, cheese, and bread. My fellow diners had: filet salad, salmon caesar salad, and a burger. All reports came back more than satisfactory. CUSTOMER SERVICE CORNER: Our server came by multiple times after we had paid the check and were still discussing business. Filing up drinks and even offered us up some free desserts that the kitchen had made by mistake (not sure how but all 4 of us were able to resist the urge)

Came here for lunch and it was pretty decent especially for a steakhouse. This is better than Outback imo. Same type of ambience but this is more decent looking imo. They offered bread and butter basket.. The bread and butter was delicious! I ordered their lunch specials because I had to go back to work within an hour. Ordered the Longhorn Strawberry Limeade with the Shaved prime rib and French onion soup combo. It came in with chips drizzled with cheese and bacon bits! Also they served the plate with a side of ranch horseradishy sauce. The sandwich was good..bead was soft with the prime rib drenched in sauce and onions.. IMO they placed too much sauce on the meat so the prime ribe was not really the focus here. The french onion was good with tasty broth with chunks of cubed bread, little bit of onion and topped with cheese which came with a pack of saltines. They didnt put enough onions and the bread was a distraction imo. They should have never placed cubed bread inside the soup in which created a soggy palate feeling upon eating the soup. The chips I am unsure if they were freshly made but they were fancy with the cheese and bacon bits sauce on top of it. It was good but too bad it was given in a small portion. The server was nice but she never told me their specials etc and went straight right in with my order - She was never informed I was on my lunch hour either and it was not that busy at the time. BTW - Their bathrooms are clean and love their handsoup by Yardley's!

Theres always a Wait for a table when you arrive at his place but its so worth it. The food, delicious food here always taste freshly prepared unlike other restaurants where the food taste Like it has been sitting out for a while. The steak is so juicy and well prepared and everything Ive had from the salads, to the appetizers, is pretty much very good. And lets not forget their wheat bread...sooooo yummy. Nice place for a date or with the family.

Last night makes for the second time I have dined here in three months. And I never had a bad steak here. I came in at 8;30 p.m., and it was busy. There were many people waiting for tables, so I decided to have a seat at the bar. This is where I usually sit. After ordering a draft beer, I decided to go with the porterhouse steak and baked potato with salad. The salad was brought out first along with the fresh baked wheat bread. The salad was good, but I LOVE their wheat bread. My steak came out shortly after I finished my salad, and it was fantastic. It was cooked to my liking (medium rare-medium), and the baked potato was topped with butter and sour cream. A delicious meal. On my previous visit, I ordered the ribeye, and it was cooked to my liking as well. The first time I visited this location, I had a rather bad experience with service from the bar. But since then, the service has really improved. The wait staff and the bartenders do a great job, but there are times when they are busy and may forget to bring out something or ask if you would like anything. So I have learned to ask. And if you ask, you shall receive! They will be more than happy to get you more bread or another drink. As for the first visit, I ordered the sirloin steak. And it was also cooked to my liking. It may not be "upscale", but I always get a good steak at Longhorn. It is reasonably priced, and I love the decor. And the lighting is set low, making for a relaxed dining experience. The place is always clean, and service is done well and in a friendly manner. And the steak is always cooked to my liking. I have never tried the seafood, but the gentleman sitting next to me had the salmon filet, which he gave a thumbs up. I will most likely to go back again. But I know I will have a problem with my order. Do I go with the ribeye? Or do I go with the porterhouse? Maybe I might just try the salmon.

First off, I must say that this place is pretty solid. The SALAD was soooo fresh! Meanwhile, the mac n cheese was yummy and the steak was pretty decent. Above the good food, I appreciated the host trying to accommodate my request on a very busy night. So thanks for that! This is a great dinner location for families and large groups. This is also not as expensive as a steakhouse and overall, the food items were consistently good.

Food is great , bartender service is great , but the female manager ( tall and skinny girl) there she walks around, never speaks or never smiles . She looks miserable with her job. Cheer up or quit your job honey.

I have dined here on many occasions. Their specials are really good. They take pride in their steaks. They make this onion appetizers, tonions I think they call them. Really good. The best margarita I have ever had came from a Longhorn. Go Meat or Go Home. From a certified Meatatarian. Enjoy Longhorn.

My department visits this Longhorn location a lot for lunch during the week. We all almost always order the 6 oz sirloin. This is a great affordable lunch spot when you're craving a steak. They always start you off with bread and butter while you wait for your entrees. They did a great job with the food here. We are always pleased with our steaks. The service is really hit or miss in regards to messing up drink orders or leaving you waiting forever for your check, etc. The decor in Longhorn Steakhouse is fun. They have antlers and saddles hanging on the walls.

This is a nicely decorated location, especially around the bar area. If it wasn't for all of the cowboy stuff on the walls (purchased from Cowboy-Themed Restaurant Warehouse & Emporium) and the disturbing mounted head, it would remind me more of a Stonewood than a Longhorn. Everybody loves to dump on the chains, but I've said it before ( yelp.com/biz/longhorn-st… ) and I'll say it again: the secret to Longhorn is the prime rib. On this visit however, I was here for lunch and so opted for a smaller meal. Specifically, I decided on the BBQ brisket sandwich (can't think of the exact name). I have to say that while the sandwich itself was maybe not terribly inventive, the brisket within was well executed. The thick chunks of brisket were tender, moist, and easy to chew in sandwich form. If there's one thing I can't stand about steak-type sandwiches, it's when they just toss a big single slab of meat onto a hoagie roll and you have to bite into it and then rip the rest of it away from your mouth like a lion pulling chunks off of a zebra carcass. No issues with that here. Our waitress seems to have been a preschool teacher in a previous life, because we were always addressed in that high-pitched, super saccharin voice normally reserved for babbling to toddlers. Complete with that sideways head tilt when talking. However, the service was quick and we never had any problems waiting for anything.

This is a newer restaurant just north of MCO. It is clean and modern inside and not at all like the wood paneled Longhorn of the 90s. Service is friendly and mostly prompt. It seems the servers have set times to check on their customers. They always check too soon when I don't need anything. When I'm needing a refill they are no where to be seen. Whose timing is off, mine or theirs? Food is decent and is fine for a quick lunch. I usually order a half chicken sandwich and Caesar salad. The food is filling but not superb; about what you'd expect from this type of chain. I've tried the mac and cheese but was disappointed- it was too dry. The seafood bisque was thin and did not have the cream base a good bisque should have. At $7 this is still a reasonable place to have an A-OK lunch.

Great service, great food. Our appetizers got lost between the bar and the table and when we got our table the manager have us two free beers. Our waitress was Jessica F. and she was sooooo wonderful and full of energy!

Not a good experience. Waited over 40 mins for food. Food was on the cold side when it got to the table. The $4 side Caesar salad was 4 leaves of lettuce and it was warm like it had been sitting somewhere for a long time. Only positive thing is food flavor was good.

It is a typical Longhorn. Good place to sit and wait for a flight. Very close to the main enterance of the airport.

I love their LongHorn Salmon (blackened taste great). I love the rice pilaf that is served with the salmon so much that I always order extra. I have eaten at the restaurant a few times and the service was always great. I have also tasted the Wild West Shrimp appetizer and it was good. The Chocolate Stampede and the Ultimate Brownie Sundae desserts are really good. I only order the salmon so my review won't be that helpful unless you only eat salmon as well. I would have given this Longhorn five stars, but every time I order out my order always ends up missing something. I always check my order before exiting the restaurant and either a side is missing or I get the wrong sides. One time I called in an order and when I went to pick it up they told me no such order was made. However, my phone had their number on my outgoing call list, the time I called, and how long the conversation was. It was disappointing but they apologized, gave me some free drinks, and made my order right away. I hate ordering out because of the mistakes, but I really love their salmon.

Typical Longhorn menu....very good prices and good food for a chain. I really liked the decor of this restaurant. The 7 ounce filet was good as was the macaroni and cheese as a side. You won't be disappointed with this chain.

Dec 13th 7:15 pm..... the 14 oz strip steak was great, a much better presentation than what was presented on a few previous visits. My good olé 20oz porterhouse was delicious and our baked potatoes were impeccably fresh and hot. An issue with the plate diameter for the porterhouse was quickly under control by a server that was on top of his game. We had a great dining experience.

I can't speak for all locations but we recently had one of the worst dining experiences ever at a restaurant. We arrived at 5:15pm on a normal day. The restaurant was less than a quarter full and we were seated quickly. Our waitress was friendly and our order was quickly taken (2 adults and 2 kids). We asked that the kids meals be brought with the appetizer. The app and kids meals came out quickly. The app was a lobster cheese dip. This is a typical chain place so just know that everything will be way over salted. Also the app was oily. Here is where the wheels came off. We waited an additional 45mins for our meals. We had both ordered the Filet Mignon with scallops. The price for this was $22.50. That's steep for an Orlando chain in this economy but if the quality was there I would be ok with it. Unfortunately the quality was not. In fact it was worse than I could have expected. I had ordered my filet medium rare which it was but it was so full of gristle and connective tissue as to be inedible. It certainly did not appear to be a filet. It looked more like a cheap sirloin. My wife's was ordered medium. It was overcooked and looked like it had been beaten with a hammer. In addition, the scallops on both our plates looked like white rubber. It is normal these days for a manager to visit your table at some point during your meal. We had been there for an hour and no manager. I asked our waitress to send the manager over. He apologized for the delay and agreed that the steaks were sub-par. He offered to comp everything but by then our kids had finished their meals and were getting restless. We ended up going across the street to Chipotle for burrito bowls to go. A sad ending to a family outing. This could have only gotten worse if the kids had gotten food poisoning (thankfully they didn't). How can a Darden restaurant dare be this bad when they are a 10min drive from the HQ?

I come from California where the cost for the rib eye here would equal one at Black Angus. The seasoning was great and it was cooked well. The service was also pretty good. They need to bring these steakhouses to California!

Came here before leaving Orlando to head back to Boston. Wanted something close to the airport and this was RIGHT THERE. Also had the best service I have ever received from a chain restaurant. We went for an early dinner around 430pm. Both managers came around and helped us as well as the waitress who was great. The food was the best we had all week in Orlando to be honest and the service was so awesome. Never had to ask for a drink re-fill once, they came every time with a fresh one whether you wanted it or not. It was quick and worth the money. Best Filet and Caesar salad. I would go back to this every time I fly home from Orlando for sure!!!

Good steak (Sirloin), Ceasar salad and a decent french onion soup. The drinks are poured strong and the wait staff friendly. They had excellent info on the cuts of meat. Also they suggested I have it on the grill instead of the flat top.. wise move! Only downside? Expensive... even considering the quality. I left satisfied and pleased with the service and food...

I prefer flame broiled but my NY Strip was very good. Steamed vegetables are a bit ordinary (no spices). Service was excellent and prompt.

Ive eaten here twice now with business clients and found the service to be good and the food quality to be as expected. Nothing wildly special but a good choice for a chain restaurant.

We ordered Ribs dinner, Steak Sandwich with a sweet potato, and blue cheese bacon salad. Gt service. V nice decor. Just not comfortable the quality and quantity of food is worth the price.

The sirloin I had was like butta. The shrimp served on a cedar plank was just so-so, but I think you come here for the steak. Typical chain with very good service, caters to all the people staying in the millions of hotels in this neighborhood.

For a chain, this restaurant is very clean and modern and the food is pretty good. I got the fillet with shrimp with asparagus as my side and the strawberry salad as my salad. The salad and asparagus were very fresh. The fillet had a little fat in it, but was otherwise tasty. I got a sweet tea berry cocktail as a beverage that was very good as well.

I visited this location last weekend and was blown away with the high level of customer service we were shown. Mind you, we look younger than we are, dress in typical jeans and a t shirt and have quite a noticeable 1/4 sleeve tattoo, so quite often we are written off as "unimportant". Not the case here. I went in craving a steak sandwich I had enjoyed there for lunch previously, not realizing it was not on the dinner menu. When I asked my server if it was still possible to order it she said she'd check. A few minutes later she said it would be possible. Then a few minutes after that she said she had made a mistake and that it wouldn't be possible. We told her it was no big deal and were happy to order something else. Shortly after that the manager came to the table and told us we could in fact get the steak sandwich, and that any time we came in they would be more than happy to make it for us. She came back at the end of the meal and chatted with us for a few minutes and really made us feel welcome, as did our server. I'm HUGE on customer service and really felt the went above and beyond to meet our needs.
