Sometimes I'm a little picky ... Actually, it's often and I'm a lot picky!! Anyway, I know Krystal often has a bad rap, but occasionally I just have to STOP and grab some! I placed my order via drive thru. A #1 combo, no pickles, add cheese, sprite with lite ice and within 90 seconds I had paid & was driving away with my order, my correct order. I was impressed. The food was hot and though not a tasty bison burger, it was good. The young man who took my order was pleasant (and kind of cute). I have no complaints! My ratings: 3 for food & 5 for service - I was pleasantly surprised.

Krystal is a chain they have in Florida which serves sliders and breakfast. The ladies here made me smile with a touchdown. I had the banana shake and great service. Just a nice well run fast food spot. They also have free wifi + grits.

This is a poor man's White Castle... this is a good or bad thing. I grew up in Chicago, and thus White Castle was a staple of my diet in my formative years. Since then, I moved out to California, where there is not a White Castle to be found. Whenever I venture east of the Mississippi, I seek out White Castle due to nostalgia. Some people grew up thinking a McDonald's happy meal was the pinnacle of fine dining. I grew up thinking all hamburgers came in kid-sized portions which melted in your mouth. If you didn't grow up on this, you may feel differently. During a recent trip to Orlando, FL, I discovered that White Castle had not quite travelled this far south. Instead, I found Krystal which is the next best thing. Here you'll find mini hamburger sliders for cheap. There's variety in the sliders available, from BBQ and onion ring to chicken patty to hamburger patty with cheese. It doesn't quite have the gooey onion consistency of a White Castle, but it comes very close. I ordered the Touchdown combo here, which is 3 sliders and 3 chicken wings. I liked that the cashier had to call out, "I need a touchdown!" when I placed the order. I wonder if she asks for a pick six every once in a while to keep the kitchen staff honest. The chicken wings were surprisingly good. I wasn't expecting the seasoning on the breading which gives it an extra kick. Would return again and again, but White Castle-like fast food burgers are not for everyone.

I wish they were national I always stop when I'm in orlando. I love Krystal's they are way better than White Castle. The service was Northerns best but the food is always perfect. Lots of child hood memories

Please don't do it. I read an article (I think it was off of thrillist) about fast food chains in the south and this chain was mentioned. I wanted to try it out; after all, I do like White Castle. I just got one sandwich which came out to a dollar and 4 cents. Size and taste-wise it's JUST like White Castle. Except when you bite into Kystal's burger you get a BIG mustard blob surprise. Like, you eat the burger and one bite is just mustard. Then you finish the burger. If this seems appetizing to you, then by all means... Added a star because employees were nice.

Maybe this was just a poor judgement call to even begin with, but while driving around waiting for just a little more time to pass before going to the airport, I noticed Krysal Burgers. Knowing it was like White Castle and something the west coast does not have, thought I would try it out. Upon review of the menu, I only selected one Krystal slider with cheese, worked out to be 97 cents. For this price you can order a much larger burger on the dollar menu at Wendys. The Krysal burger was gross, heavily salted, very small and a spongy bun. The inside of the location was older and not well kept, it looks like the staff is just having fun letting the location fall apart. All in all it was clearly $1.00 wasted but now I know that Krystal is clearly just a tourist trap.

This place gives White Castle a run for its money. The burgers are the same size however the flavor is alot better than what you would get from WC. Since we do not have any of these is Texas anymore we have to stop at any Krystal's we see.

Came in to order 40 burgers and did weird orders of some onions, some not and some cheese and some not and they got it all correct. The cashier was very nice and had alot of patience with us. I know Krystals is not very healthy but I had to do it since I don't live near a Krystals or White Castle. But this one is always good to me and always gets our order right. For the cheap prices, its worth the time in the bathroom if you know what I mean.

Though I call this a White Castle imitation it does stand on its own. Again this is a place where u can use up your Cholesterol credits quickly. Definitely not a place you come for healthy foods but otherwise it is nice. Burgers are soft and literally melts in your mouth. Fried wings was nice and spiced just nice. Chili cheese fries were delicious too. This is far better than what we had in Magic Kingdom where the magic was in the price.
