Wowza! Came in recently for a team-building event with work, and Kings Bowl pulled out all the stops for us. We were definitely treated like Kings. In fact, a couple co-workers were joking today that this was bougie bowling- not your mom and pop's run down alley with sticky floors and smelly shoes. This is classy bowling! Instead of the typical bowling alley set up where you head to the snack bar, we had a server who kept us on our drink and food game, so we didn't even have to leave our lanes. And this isn't snack bar food either- we ate pretty well! The favorites were the buffalo chicken wontons, the burgers (holy heck, they have a burger for every craving), and the artichoke and spinach pizza. We really appreciated that management was so helpful with the planning and execution of the event. I highly recommend King's for a work function or birthday party. While we didn't have the private room this time, our area was curtained off, so we could be as loud and goofy as we wanted in the privacy of our own lanes. And it's impossible not to be loud and goofy when they are playing fun music and a dance-off breaks out on the lanes. Just sayin!

This was a find near the Eye of Orlando. Bowling entertainment center but don't be fooled. Food menu was extensive. We sat in the bar area which is like sports bar with many large TVs showing different things. Appetizer. Bacon cheddar bites- yummy. Buffalo wontons were good. Jerk chicken too spicy and not crunchy but this could just be a personal preference. Lunch Raisin chicken salad on multi grain.very good could have used a bit more flavor but good serving size. King pin chicken club wrap very good with sweet potato fries. Fabulous waiter, Travon Jackson was extremely friendly and helpful. Great service!!! Kitchen was a little slow and apparently only one cook on.Monday at lunch not many customers. The whole place was very clean.

I am a definitely a regular at this place. I love everything about it! From the bowling to the pool tables and their food/drinks, everything is great. I really love the fish bowl drink for when the family comes into town. We can share it and make it a memorable night. Staff is so friendly and they always remember us. They treat us like family.

After enjoying two festivities here, I'd say that Kings is quite possibly one of the best places to bowl in the Orlando area. The servers really know how to take care of you, including if you need to switch the channel on one of the giant projection screens because watching the OCSC game is important to you. Although their food isn't exactly of the highest quality, it's still pretty decent, and definitely hits the spot while bowling. They set it up quite nicely for you as well. The draft beer selection is pretty much limited to your typicals like Bud Light, Miller, etc. But their bottle selection is a little better for the craft lovers. Their cocktails are also quite delicious - try The "Dude". Should you wish to have a giant party away from the rest of the crowd, you can rent one of their private rooms. The only issue we ran into was the lack of service at the shoe rental area. It was challenging to get the attention of one particular attendant who either had RBF (takes one to know one) or had had enough of people that night. If we didn't loathe the I-Drive area so much, we'd likely be here more often. Just be sure to take the silly traffic into account when traveling to and from.

If you're looking for a good time Kings bowling is the place to go. They have things other then bowling like pool tables, a place for karaoke, area just to lounge and have some cocktails, and much more. Their menu is amazing. I personally recommend the chicken tenders they're so big and juicy. It's a great place for a night out. It's not your typical bowling alley it's very classy and yet laid-back at the same time.

Hosted a wedding shower here last weekend in The King Pin room. Our party coordinator/booker, Zach, was wonderful and took care of all of the details and answered my questions promptly, making the booking arrangements effortless. Our server, Samantha, was prompt, kind, patient and totally on-the-ball. It was a unique place to host a wedding shower- everyone had a blast, and raved about the delicious food and fun drinks!

Great place, cool atmosphere, great food and drinks and very clean inside! The DJs spin killer music and it's always a good time!

My experience was almost exactly the same as all the reviews I read. There was an hour wait for lanes but we decided to eat at the bar and drink while we waited. Drinks were not too weak. Food not too expensive but they have amazing healthy options. Our server was very attentive even though he was the only one for 7-10 tables. Food took a bit long to come out but the environment was very cool so we didn't mind. The manager came out to talk to us and make sure we were happy, which we were. The actual wait for a lane was about 45 minutes. We had a blast!!! There was even a DJ spinning! Great place!

Came here with two of my girlfriends for a ladies night. It was a Thursday night around 9 and the place was kind of empty, but the service was awesome and everyone was really friendly. We had a groupon so they were really helpful in helping us figure out the best way to use it! We played three games of bowling and shot pool for a bit. Happy hour starts at 10pm so we totally should have waited to order, but we were thirsty so we ordered the big fishbowl drink they have to share. The flavor was good. It was really sweet, though, but provided some fun instagram pics so we were good. It typically costs $27. On happy hour is goes down to $17. I think it's more worth the $17 than it is the $27. We ordered two burgers and some Mac and cheese balls. The Mac and cheese was just ok, nothing special. The hollywood burger was really good! We also had the Mac and cheese burger which again was just okay. They played good music and everything was really clean and well decorated. We had a lot of fun and will definitely be back!

This place is phenomenal! We came on the Sunday during Labor Day. It was four of us and we only waited about an hour despite them telling us hour to an hour and a half. This goes by super fast seeing that they have not one but two bars where you can enjoy dinner while you wait. We sat in the quieter bar because the one by the register was quite loud. Our waitress was also the bartender and even though she was alone she was very attentive. The beer selection is pretty bad which is probably one of my ont complaints. I ended up ordering cocktails which I never drink, because the beer selection lacked significantly. I got the Hi Ho Cherry Coke based on a yelp review and it was so good! Even my cousin ordered one! I got the buffalo wontons based on yelp and man oh man they were so good! Yelp did not lead me astray! My boyfriend got the pizza and it tasted super fresh and homemade. Once we moved to bowling we stuck to drinks. We got the cocktail with strawberry purée, vodka, and champagne (I can't remember the name) and it was just ok, it was small and didn't do much. So we ended up ordered two fish bowls after ten pm during happy hour, when they are $17 instead of $25. The red Zeppelin tasted ok. We got the blue phish one and that one was amazing! I was sad it came in a pitcher instead of the cute bowl but that's ok! This one got the job done and we all agreed we would just stick to this one in the future. All in all I can't wait to come back to this classy place!!!

Super neat spot. I definately plan on coming back. We (a group of 4) bowled, had drinks, and a pizza. Prices on drinks and food are reasonable (bill w/o tip was $51), food is good (they have a full kitchen). Our waitress was Sarah she was really tentative and professional, but the girl at the front desk who checked us in (brown hair) was extremely rude and lacked people skills. They had an awesome dj at about 10p p.m. and if there's a wait for lanes they only allow a max of 2 rounds which is cool. Additionally they have complimentary valet parking.

A bunch of us came here for a gathering at the restaurant side and then a little bowling afterwards. The whole experience was okay. First thing I didn't like was all the high top chairs and tables. Not that I don't fit in them, but I find it very uncomfortable with the limited space for my not so big butt to sit on. Now onto the food, I ordered chicken fingers with BBQ sauce. When the food came, I was surprised to find 4 small cylindrical shaped chicken tenders covered in BBQ sauce. It looked more like mozzarella sticks instead and the BBQ sauce was just too strong. My husband got a burger with fries. The burger was more like a slider- very small again. There was only about 12 fries. Why was everything so tiny? I guess I was expecting bigger portion for a restaurant in the bowling place. I will give them 5 stars for the taste of their fries. It was exceptionally crispy and tasteful. Props for that. I also ordered a vanilla milkshake while I was bowling. Extremely disappointed for this 5 dollars (It was happy hour.) shake. It had these white pieces of unknown object in them.. I have had better. Definitely would not recommend getting the vanilla milkshake. The staffs were nice and friendly. The place is overall very clean. The environment is very inviting with great music. It is a fun place to hang out with friends, but I would definitely skip the food.

Ok, so before I get too drunk, I'll start to review. Bucket bottle special $12.00 for 5 domestic bottles. I then ordered wings with sweet tai chili sauce, however it was more like teriyaki, but I liked them anyway. I also liked the fact that that they stripped the bottom part of the drum to the bone so that it wasn't greasy to handle. Thank you!!!

This place was amazing, we are from out of town and we're looking places up and stumbled across kings. I created an account just to leave a review, homemade everything and the burgers are amazing. Highly recommend this place! Very affordable and great drinks and desserts!

As a bocce ball lover this place stood out to me, so I went with a friend and was amazed at the food for what is a bowling alley with other fun games. The 4 cheese grilled cheese was great, along with the turkey, cranberry, and brie sandwich. The games were pretty low price over all, making the night a good moderately priced outing. We didn't stay late into the night, but guessed it must get pretty fun.

Very disappointing, our lane kept malfunctioning and they moved us to another with issues also. We spoke to management and was offered for the bad experience. It took 4 hours to bowl 2 games and nor fun when there is a couple of small children in our group getting bored and restless when the lane was down. Will not be returning.

Anyone remember roller skating rinks in the late 80s, early 90s? When you walk into Kings Bowl, I was immediately transported back to this time, complete with Def Leppard and Motley Crew blaring from the sound system. I grabbed a beer at the bar, and waited for the rest of the party to arrive. The place is retro, clean and sleek. Bonus points for the Lebowski art on the wall. (Every bowling alley should have a picture of the Dude! Glad to see he abides. Huge fan!) When everyone arrived, we got our shoes and our lane and our server was quick to greet us and take our order for a few brews. The lanes are really nice! You will have to share the seating with the next lane, so for a larger party, you might be cramped, but for our group of 5, it was perfect. After a few gutters and a lot of laughs, I ended up victorious (which is hilarious, since I haven't bowled in almost 5 years.) We then needed some nibbles to soak up the sips, so transitioned to one of the tap tables. There seemed to be a problem with one of the lines, but our server was really great about only charging us for a round, after several attempts to find the beer in the foam. We started with a few apps: guac and salsa and the buffalo chicken wontons. Now, I wasn't expecting to be blown away by the food in a bowling alley, but our server was so hyped about a few selections, there was a glimpse of hope! Guac, eh. Not great but eatable...lol is that a word? The wontons though, were a complete surprise. Yummy buffalo chicken in cream cheese, wrapped in deep fried wonton goodness. I wish I would have ordered another round of those! Decided to order pretty tame (you can't go wrong with a simple wrap, right?) The Kingpin wrap wasn't too great. Not horrible, just not great. I ate half and gave the rest away. Cajun fries were a little disappointing as well. The regular fries were pretty good. All in all though, it was a good time, clean place, and attentive service. The pizzas looked pretty good on other people's tables, so if I do find myself back there when I'm in Orlando, I'd probably go that route.

I have been to Kings Bowl on a Friday and on a Monday. It was slow on a Monday night. We decided to go for a friend's birthday. Although it was slow, we did have a great time! So we decided to come back a week and a half later with some more friends. We really had a ball. We had a table in the dining area, and then was given the buzzer to let us know when our bowling lane would be open. The food was delicious!!! The drinks were great. The DJ could be better. I think if they had a better DJ it would really be a great venue for people to come back to. I would definitely go back again. We enjoyed the Karoke, and was going to try our hand in it, but we backed out. LOL! We ended up having so much fun, that we did not even want to bowl. We went out to where the DJ was and danced and laughed had fun. I did purchase a Groupon and tried to use it, but was told I could only use it prior to 8pm which I did not see on the terms and conditions, and when I asked the lady to show me where was that listed she was unable to show that to me either. I did not stress the issue, as I would go again, so I will just make sure to come prior to 8pm to be able to utilize the Groupon. The drinks and the billiards, and bowling are a little pricey, but it is not something that is not doable or to complain about. Grab a few friends and try it out!!!

Just a small update on our last experience that may keep us away for a while (and I'm only writing this so the owners know what turns the locals like us, who loved you, off).... This would be a 3 star review but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt based on past experiences. We (party of 4) arrived around 7:00pm on a Friday (expecting around a 30 minute wait - this place is very popular). We were told it was more like 2+ hours. We looked over at the lanes that were 1/2 empty and turned off and asked why. Well a corporate event bought out a bunch of lanes (or so we are told). They were barely bowling! It seems ridiculous to rent out so many lanes to a group on prime time Friday night at the risk of angering your repeat local customers. Whatever - we went to the restaurant and had some drinks and food to kill time. They royally screwed up the food order (this is our first time going to the actual restaurant by the way - food delivered to the lane has been good to great and service good as well). Had to send 2 of the 4 items back. Not kidding when I say they brought us the wrong food for BOTH people again. The kitchen was borderline incompetent that night. No fault of our server - she was spot on and super apologetic. Even comped us the screwed up food - but seriously? FIX THAT! We finally go to check on our lane some 1 1/2 hours later and were told they were ready for us a while ago (nobody came to get us). Wait a little while longer and then we are told it's a two game maximum. Seriously? We always used to play 3 or 4 games. Whatever. Few rounds and a drink or two and we were outta there. Impossible to find the lane server for drinks that night (they were clearly understaffed). I don't know what it was this time, but the place just didn't seem like the King's Bowl we LOVED just a few weeks prior. We will give it one more shot, but seriously guys - this is a fairly expensive night out and we left with a bad taste in our mouth. I hope this helps and hope I can convince my friends to give you another shot.

We had a party of 7 we went on a Saturday night which was very busy. We all had food in the bar area before we bowled. My order and one other member of our party had mistakes and they had to do a redo. We ended up with our food after everyone was finished eating already. Food was good. The whole place is fun lots to do there but it is a bit over priced. Music is very loud in the building. Not sure if we will be returning or not.

Perfect for the over 21 crowd really. We came here on a Thursday from driving all the way from Miami for a weekend in Orlando. I love that this place has a dress code and checks for Ids from the moment you walk into. A must try is the fired Mac and cheese it was yummy!!! I plan to come here again and try some of the other foods they have to offer as a bowl a game or two.

Friendly, attentive service. Good drinks. Fun music. Very clean and well organized. Great atmosphere. Open late! 21 and up only for late nights. Very fun!!! Only downside is it was a little pricey.

The staff was friendly and helpful. More extensive menu than I expected, good prices too! Very clean, a lot of cool decorations, particularly the Big Lebowski artwork. They had giant screens playing music videos, some top 40s, but a few throwbacks, even the muppet Bohemian Rhapsody video! Fun place for families and friends.

My friends and here came on April 15th (Tax Day!) due to the fact that King's was having $8 unlimited bowling. We had never gone before, but decided to give it a try. Upon arrival, it was fairly quiet but all the lanes were full. They let us know at the desk that it'd be about an hour wait, which was fine, since we wanted some drinks and food. We sat in the bar area and was promptly greeted. The server let us know she was new, but she did fine. I ordered the soy ginger wings and a gummi bear martini - because anytime I see "gummi bear" and "martini together, I cant pass it up. The drink was great. It was a decent size for a martini, and had a great flavor! Very sweet. The novelty of it was cute too. As for the wings, they were okay. I expected them to be tossed in the sauce, but they weren't. Mine were a little too well done so a little tough to eat, but nothing I couldn't manage. Also, the sauce was VERY soy heavy. I could barely taste any ginger in it at all. So it was like eating a salt lick, but they definitely weren't the worst I had. Bowling wise, it was great. Great facility and we had really fun time! I'm sure we'll be coming back for food and bowling. I'll just be sure next time to avoid the wings.

I've been to kings several time and had great experiences each time. Service and food has never been an issue. Recently, had my 40th bday party there and it was amazing. We had two wonderful servers, Dennis & Sammy that made me and my guest feel at home and took care of any request we had. If you're thinking about an event I would highly recommend them. Looking forward to our next visit.

This is a really nice bowling center with amazingly good food, certainly as good as any sports bar in town. Their wine and beer selections are also very well thought out. It's especially a great place for groups, as they will close off a section of lanes with a curtain and you can have a wonderful private party for the whole evening. You don't need to be even mediocre at bowling in order to enjoy this place, which in my case is a very fortunate thing indeed.

Good bowling and pizza was actually pretty good too. This was my first time at Kings and will likely go back. I imagine the place is very busy at night but will definitely go back some time.

I really like this place. Its a classy upscale looking bowling alley with bars and lounges. Its also only 21 and over, so no loud bratty kids! lol. I've been a few times and love the bowling lanes. Just don't go on Monday nights if you're not into drag queens.

Always love coming to Kings! Have been a handful of times and never had a bad experience. Had to wait once for a lane but that is to be expected somewhere like this where the premium is more on the experience and atmosphere than being your local 'hole-in-the-wall' bowling alley. This is the place to take a date, go with friends, coworkers, for corporate events, birthday parties, etc. A wait here would never be a bad experience anyway, as you could always occupy yourself at the bar, or at the pool tables or ping pong table. Be sure to take a look at the calendar on their website that has a listing of what specials they offer each night. A really fun night can be had on the cheap if you pick the right night (based upon what you plan to focus your spending on) and make sure to come after 10pm for the discounted food which is also fantastic for a bowling alley or otherwise! Can't wait to come back again!

  • Alex M.

This isn't a regular bowling alley, it is also a restaurant. Now I can not speak for the food, but the waitress was nice and attentive. You can order food while you bowl, although I did not try the food. The price was about 8$ per person per game. Overall if you like bowling and are hungry, this place is great.(they also have foosball, table tennis, pool.)

My coworkers and I LOVED this place! We hosted a company outing here, and it was blast. From the start, the event person I worked with was fantastic. He was really knowledgeable and funny, so the planning process was a breeze! When we arrived, the venue was so cool looking! Even better than the online photos! We booked one of their small private rooms and ordered appetizers and drinks. Everyone was raving about the Buffalo Wontons and different pizzas. We bowled for three hours and had plenty of space to network and chat with everyone. Service was on point with drink orders and keeping everyone happy - special shout out to Slater for keeping us laughing! It looked like they had plenty of bowling lanes, pool tables, etc.,so we could bring an even larger group next time! We will definitely be back for our next team building event.

I had a blast here. The music is up beat and fit for an adult. I had a fun time dancing and having some drinks. It's definitely a great place to hang out with friends or family and unwind for the weekend. The lights are dimmed down and the music is at the right volume. I love that you could order food and drinks right at your lane. The waiter comes and takes your order and brings it to you. The food is pretty standard nothing fancy or wowed. They do have a happy hour and the drinks are fairly priced. I would say it very affordable and fun for a big party. This is an adult place so I would t bring kids here, just is nice every once and a whole to only hang with adults. The balls are in pretty neon colors, and the TVS are nice and big. Great place! Atmosphere is awesome!

We had a private party in the King Pin room to celebrate our elopement. Zach was amazing as the Event Coordinator. He was very responsive and extremely helpful. During the event we worked with Carlos. It was honestly the best customer service I have ever received. He handled everything from serving drinks to managing the food and everyone in attendance was very pleases with his service. Thank you to Carlos for making the night run smoothly.

I was in town for a conference and found Kings on Yelp. What a fun place! We started with dinner and had great food (try the BBQ pork wontons) and a phenomenal waitress, Tia. Then we moved on to bowling and more drinks followed by Karoke. Let's just say some singers were better than others! Will definitely return when in the area.

I've been here many times with friends and with work events. Every time I go we have a great time. The atmosphere is great with plenty of seating and space between you and the next lane group. It's very reminiscent of a club atmosphere with the lights and music. The service at the lanes and the bar have always been good. The grilled cheese is killer--rich and full The drinks are super fun and pretty tasty. My favorite is the Raspberry Lime Ricky. My only complaint is that they used to have great bowling and drink specials after 9pm each night, however the last time I was there it was changed to 10pm which can be a little late for some to wait that long. Overall I highly recommend when looking for something fun to do.

KBO, I love you. I sincerely and truly do. I had the pleasure of meeting you for the first time at the Yelp CMYE Event, and ever since, I cannot get you out of my head. You have officially ruined upscale bowling joints for me because the service your amazing staff provided trumps every other theme park area bowling alley. The food and drink menu is balanced, diverse, and delicious, (and I will have to do plenty of bowling to work off all those delicious calories). The bar area has a variety of seating options from hightop tables and large half-moon booths to a sofa-packed patio to enjoy the Florida fresh air! There is plenty of room at the bar, and the wait staff are at the top of their game. If you order nothing get the Buffalo Wontons. Get a LOT of Buffalo Wontons. My favorite drink is their twist on the classic Cherry Vanilla Coke. It's been given at 21+ makeover, and it's fantastically smooth. It makes reminiscing about childhood far more entertaining. The facilities are clean and well maintained, but I also love that they have billard tables. It has been a while since I've last played, but having a non-bowling option available if great for those wanting to hang out, but not too keen on slinging balls down the lane. I can't wait to go back.

What a great place! We had our company team meeting in Orlando and decided to have our team activity (for 20) here at Kings Bowl. The staff could not have done anything more to make our experience better. The service and food were excellent. The private room was amazing. The two dedicated servers made sure everyone had enough food and drinks. I can only say that everyone said it was the best team event we've ever had! Thank you team and we will see you next year!

I love Kings Bowl! I have been to a few bowling alleys in Orlando and they are either run down or over priced with a horrible product like Splitsville, but Kings really shows you can have value and a great experience! First of all I can NOT say enough about the food and drinks here! I could eat their wings, Buffalo Chicken Wantons and S'more Bownies everyday. I tried several drinks and I have fallen in love with the Strawberry Peach Lemonade, the Orange Creamcicle, the Dude and the Fizzy Lifting Drink. I will be returning to here and will be recommending it to all my friends.

Most pleasant bowling experience in a while. I came as part of a reserved room so we may have been catered to more than usual but I really enjoyed it. The food was quick and tasted good for finger foods. The servers were amazing and joyful. The secluded room was clean and a great setting. I would definitely come back again and have many parties in the reserved room.

Date nights are few and far between when you have a newborn and a toddler! But when the grandparents are in town my husband and I go overboard with our time out of the house together alone. Kings Bowl Orlando was one of nights out and let me start by saying that this is not your normal bowling alley. Yes there are bowling lanes and yes there is food. But after a certain time, there is an age requirement of 21. Since I was going as a date night away from the kids, this was great. I can imagine that some people in town for vacation might get upset to find out about this if they came to bowl with their kids after a day at theme parks. However, it is very kid friendly during the daytime hours. It is a unique experience of dining combined with bowling in an upscale nightclub atmosphere. The place is really beautifully retro inside and puts you in the mood to have fun as soon as you walk in. I have been to a number of bowling allies and this one sets itself apart in a number of ways. We decided to have drinks first then try a variety of food from the restaurant. The menu is extensive and the cocktails are creative. I typically stick to vodka on ice and mix in my own crystal light. But since we were here to take in all they have to offer I wanted to try one of the unique drinks. So I chose the Strawberry Pop Rocktini and I was happy with my choice. The drink was refreshingly fruity and the rim was coated in pop rocks! The Gummi Bear Martini also sounded yummy (next time!). And if you like beer, you would love to try out the tap tables. You just pre-order your beer which is then programmed into the digital tap and then pour yourself a glass as you are ready. The tap keeps track of your consumption for your server to add to your meal's check. Now the food was not normal bowling alley food one may expect. I ordered the buffalo bacon turkey wrap which was deliciously spicy and full of flavor. My husband ordered the sunny burger that included brie cheese and a fried egg. Both were great sandwiches. Definitely a solid choice to dine on International drive, even if you had no intentions to bowl. Then we played two games of bowling before heading back to the kids! Great date night!!

Three of my friends and I went bowling. We had stopped in to tune a couple of months ago the first time but were told we would have a two and a half hour wait. the only way around this on a Saturday is to make dinner reservations first. The service was only fair as a couple of the orders were messed up had to return to the kitchen. We're ready for bowling but were told we would have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes suddenly however they were ready for us. we went to our lane and were told there would be a maximum of 2 games. This is perfectly fine with me as I hadnt bowled in many many a year, as exemplified by my first gutterball. we did have some fun and I'll be back in many many a year.

Customer Service was great , food was decent, but the drinks were weak. I ordered a cocktail bowl and was told it was to be consumed by two people due to its alcohol content. To my surprise the cocktail had received was nothing like I was told it would be. It was a pitcher of sweat juice that did nothing for me .

I love the bowling center...its upscale retro, but still comfortably fun for the blue collar. Food prices were amazingly reasonable considering the I Drive Location. Specialty drinks a little high at $9 each, but strong and delicious. Learned about the Local's SIN card for $4 Wells and $3 draught anytime...SCORE! Be sure to look at there daily specials and goings on, including Kareoke!

Nice adult option on I-Drive after night if you are stick of bar hoping. They have large drink options and some pretty cool cocktails that include funny things like gummy bears and runts. They have about 20 different beers on tap. The DJ does a pretty good job and the music videos add to the feel. They have a bar side with karaoke that is further away from the bowling area. It was pretty dead the night we went beside the middle aged women rocking the mic. We had about a 45 minute wait so we went to the bar in the bowling area and had a good time. We were going to pay pool but $15/hour was a little steep for us. The bowling was really expensive as well but we had a good time and would go back.

Me and my husband went last night which was a Tuesday when they had a special. We did the pool for the half hour for $4.00 so I asked the cashier 3x where the pool table was at then the customer told me where it was located at. Now the bowling went pretty Well the server was wonderful he checked on us periodically to get us drinks and food. They had about 6 bathroom stales and about 2 was working and those was dirty. But the food is good the drinks are good a bit pricey. A nice place to go for a few hours to get out the house.

Update: Well, they still can't figure out the age restrictions. On their website, it states 21 and over after 8 pm. The manager who messaged me after my first review stated it's "21 and over after 8 pm, and kid friendly anytime prior"... But we arrived just after 6 pm, and they weren't going to let us in because we had my daughter with us. Admittedly, I was not nice to the dude at the door. Eventually he called a manager to come out and speak with us. Victor explained that they needed to update their website, but that the new rules were: some days it's after 6, and some days it's after 8. That was helpful. So, admittedly, I was not nice to him, either. But, Victor let us in, and even took great care of us while we waited for a lane. We played shuffle puck and had a few cocktails (while I calmed down). In the end, we had a great evening and I was very grateful for Victor's hospitality during this visit. I won't give it 5 stars because they really need to get this whole age thing sorted out. We are locals, and come here often. I don't want to be hassled because "some days" the rules change. Also, the rewards program is... useless. It gives you nothing... literally, nothing. The food is good, for a bowling alley. Lots of variety, adequate quality/flavor. Drinks are fantastic, and this is a really cool place to bowl (great decor, music, etc.).

Well, Kings Bowling off of I-Drive continues to impress. What a relief to know that there is a place that consistently hits it out of the park. My friend (an Orlando native and I-Drive resident) and I went to Kings last night after having dinner. I was last in Orlando four or five weeks ago and we thought "let's go back" last night for a drink. This trip the little vivacious, dynamo Lisa was not working but we were treated to another special Kings employee, Ali. Ali was an exceptional "Ambassador" for Kings as we could not have asked for better, friendlier service and conversation. Attentive enough and yet not intrusive; friendly and engaging yet total aware of not imposing. Kings is fast becoming our "go-to" place and, truthfully, so much of that feeling is borne out of the incredible staff. Mike Dorn

Fun place to go if you want to do something more than your typical dinner date or go out with a group. You can do glow in the dark bowling, pool, karaoke. The appetizer menu is pretty decent. Retro modern decor. Put this place in another city and it would be packed. Well actually, I've been to the one in Atlanta and it draws a nice 25 yr old plus crowd. Unfortunately it seems locals here don't support cool businesses enough when they're on I- drive. Even though there was a wait for the pool table and bowling the two bar areas bars were closer to empty. Give it a try!

Best service ever. Super friendly staff, Dennis (the manager, I think ) was absolutely amazing and Tia our waitress couldn't have provided better service. Not to mention the food and drinks were delicious. I HIGHLY recommend you check this place out !

New spot to open on I-Drive, only the 4th location, originated out of Boston, of this huge entertainment complex. Holds 800 people and is over 21 each night after 6pm. Hello adult party! All the servers have mega cleavage so, yeah, there is that. The chicken wings, oohhhhh the chicken wings. Not your average chicken wings, mini leg scrumptious little guys. The flavor ohhhh the flavor. Who needs sauce, these things come bursting with seasoning. The classic margarita pizza is no plain jane, this also packs flavor. I actually enjoy it more than the pepperoni and sausage. I NEED to try the loaded potato pizza, WOWWEEEE, that sounds delicious. The cheeseburger sliders with grilled onions did taste great but they were a little overdone. I had an array of cocktails too. My absolute favorite (I had 3) was The Daddy O... I could have taken a bath in that delicious concoction. Gin, St. Germain, White Grapefruit Juice, Simple Syrup and a splash of campari... seriously... I want 3 more right now. I also tried a margarita, a classic one and I was happy there was no sour mix, however, it wasn't the best one I had. Did someone say Big Balls? Oh yea, seems to be a theme here but when it comes to drinks, they ain't joking... you need big balls to finish these, ha! 2 people minimum to order. We went with the Raspberry Lime Rickey: Citrus vodka, raspberry vodka, chambord, fresh lime juice, raspberry syrup and sprite. It was very bitter sweet. And yes, two of us finished it =) The layout is a little weird, the pool tables are not in the best place since it's more of a walkway - so that could get a little sticky. There is shuffleboard table, that is cool but only one and there is no cup holders there, maybe they will add some. There are 22 ten-pin bowling lanes, a full-service upscale restaurant, more than 50 big screens scattered throughout. There is a VIP room as well with a couple of lanes. There is bocce ball outside on the porch as well as some outside seating. This is a party place for sure. It's great for a huge party and as well as a relaxed night out.

Very poor customer service! I don't recommend to have any type of special event at this location. It's ok for a bowling night, and to have a drink, but don't expect good customer service.

This place is awesome!!! I wish we had one where we live. Great atmosphere, service, food and drinks! Not too expensive and totally worth it. It is adults only after 8 but as long as the kids are out by 9 your good. We took our 16yr old son and he loved it :) I love the idea of adults only! Bring one to California!!!

Fun bowing but too dark. Asked for help and I was told they can't control lighting. Apparently there are no switches. Service was terrible. Drink order was wrong, drinks were pathetically weak. Ordered apps, calamari was not cooked and caked with batter. Next time we'll make the trip to downtown Disney.

This place was was busy with kids and rude parents. I thought it was more of an adult establishment. But it's definitely riddled with small children. The place is run very weird. I bought a $60 dollar groupon and the way they tracked it was odd. Just not the way other businesses I've seen have done it. It was out of order and messy. The food was AWFUL. The server was a young inattentive girl. Took forever to get drinks and food. We got burgers and an app. The burger was DISGUSTING. I rarely leave food uneaten. This burger was about the size of a McDonald's happy meal burger and I refused to finish it bc it tasted bad. The burgers are 4oz before cooked. We played bowling and shuffleboard. Me and my gf never played shuffleboard before. She stopped a waitress to ask how to play. She was pissed off that she was stopped and outright said she didn't know how to play. My gf asked if she could get someone to show us and the girl said "I guess". The girl never returned. And never sent anyone to show us. We played our own version like air hockey for about 40 min. All in all. Would never return and would never recommend.

Finally had a chance to check out Kings Bowl for an event with Visit Orlando a couple weeks ago. It's without a doubt the cleanest, nicest bowling alley (if you can even call it that) that I have ever been to. Great beer selection, friendly service, good music and just an all around fun place to spend time. Don't worry that it's on I-Drive, you can easily take the back way and enter off of Universal Blvd. to avoid all the traffic.

The reason this place is getting two starts is cause the girls at the front check in desk, they are the most rude and mean people I have ever meant!! If you don't like your job don't work there!!!! The wait staff and manager were good though. After the issues I had with the front desk the manager said he would pick up some drinks for us (he only picked up one for myself and one for my wife). There is a TV that shows their specials and one special states "Military bowls free Monday thru Friday open till close". That is why we went in thought we would get great customer service and free bowling and only have to pay for drinks, well that sign is not correct. What they give you is one free game of bowling and that is only if the there is no special going on. That is very confusing!!! The girl at the front desk told me that it is not that difficult to understand, I said how do you figure her reply was "if I was a guest I would know what that meant". I said ask anyone else that is in line and see what they say. So bottom line is if you are in the military you get one game free and it's only when there is no specials going on!!! I hope they teach the girls at the front desk some Respect and customer service.

Great atmosphere! the food was delicious and the drinks were strong. Maybe too strong on a couple, but very creative. It was very clean which makes me fell better about the shoes! They also have a private event space with a couple lanes which is great for parties.

I feel like I've tried almost every aspect of Kings - food, bowling, pool, drinking - and I've enjoyed all of them! (Oh I haven't played Bocce ball!) The location puts it in a big touristy part of town, but we've only had to wait for a lane once. The best part for me? The lanes have bumpers that you can set up for just one bowler and they will automatically come out during their turn (that player = me) When I attended for a media preview (I've gone a few times after that) they told us all about the private room you can rent out which is pretty nice. It's definitely set up like an upscale bowling alley which makes the atmosphere really awesome. There are huge screens in front of the lanes that play different shows, and honestly, I've never been distracted by it. Kings is one of my new favorite places to go bowling. Oh and if you like them on Facebook, you can get a free shoe rental!

What a happening place! Kings Bowl not only offers a gorgeous bowling alley, but delicious food, a lovely bar, pool tables, shuffleboard, and nightly events. The music and ambiance really set Kings apart from other bowling alleys, making it fit in perfectly with the other entertainment on I-Drive. The service was prompt and the staff was incredibly friendly. The nightly events range from karaoke to Western night to competitions. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return!

You will see, above the door, "A Classy Bowling Joint" pasted in goofy script letters, but after any amount of time spent inside you will not be able to identify what might have inspired that sign, as the only characteristic of Kings Bowl that could conceivably be described as "classy" is the fact that it has electricity. Very upscale, relative to an outhouse. I have used nicer outhouses. And, if the general ineptitude of the staff was any indication, next month's utility bill will almost certainly be lost or used as a Kleenex or as a Lindsey Graham-2016 manifesto, which would invalidate the only redeeming quality of this "bowling" "joint." That would leave only the sullen and unhelpful cardboard cut-outs posing as paid employees, the lane mechanisms that break down after every other bowl, the bartenders who argue, the front desk donkey who assigned our lane to another family well before our time was up, sending them to linger uncomfortably over us while we prayed for death and/or a legally workable excuse for a refund. The drunk passerby who was urinating outside at 3 p.m. in an almost purposefully visible location had a much better experience than anyone who actually surrendered U.S. currency for the mispleasure of unhappily bowling here.

This place is amazing! I had my son's 9th birthday here and the staff was awesome. Zach H. Took care of the planning and set up everything for my son. They even took care of my request to be near the pool tables so the adults would have something to do and be near the kids also. The place had a fun atmosphere that everyone loved and Zach and his team even accommodated us as the party grew larger last min. For a kids birthday the price was very reasonable and the package came with food for the kids. I would definitely recommend this place! Jessica F.

Visited on a Friday evening for a 12-person birthday party at 6:30pm. Most of the customers were already in the bowling area, leaving the dining area fairly empty: only one other table was seated near us, so we were hopeful we would get some a good level of service (which can be tricky with large parties). After we placed our orders, we sat and talked for a while. So far so good. Well, the dining experience turned out terrible. Out of 12 orders, only 4 were correct. And the other 8 weren't something simple like having the wrong side item or incorrect dressing, they were the completely wrong entree (order a salad & got a burger instead, etc). So we requested a manager, who came by but never spoke to anyone at the table directly. He spoke only with the server, then disappeared to apparently try and resolve the situation. Well another 15 or so minutes passed, and the server returns with more food...which were THE EXACT SAME WRONG ENTREES! It has now been an hour, and more than half our party has received two incorrect orders. All the while, the rest of us were unable to get any drinks, or even water, because the server was too busy trying to fix the food. I gave up on the drinks and just walked to the bar to get waters and beer myself from the bartender. By the time the third round of food came out, it was past 8pm. The server was certainly apologetic, but no one else ever bothered to reach out. In the end, we all received a card for a free game of bowling ($7 face value), but no comped meals. I'm not one to quibble over freebies often, but I feel this scenario deserved something more than a game of bowling, considering we waited 90 minutes to receive two incorrect meals. The bowling was pretty standard...nothing special, but at $7/game, it is far from cheap. I have no plans to ever return to King's Bowl, as the prices are high, and the food (if it comes correctly) really isn't all that good. I would recommend you not eat here.

I enjoyed the retro feel. The lanes & seating are ample, so you don't feel like you're in a musty ass bowling alley. Sparrow mixes a nice cocktail. All of the servers were super friendly & cheerful. The only caveat... Mgt seemed a little wiseguyish. They were handing envelopes of cash out to employees on the floor which was odd, but whatevs. Then I saw one of them strong arm an employee in a headlock as he walked through the main aisle talking to him. A little gruff..

My first time here, and it was great! Our server Slater was very attentive and knowledgeable, as well as a lot of fun. The food was great (I had the chicken pasta with pesto sauce) and my rum runner was pretty good, if a bit strong for my tastes (I wish I'd asked for it frozen). We sat outside for lunch, and it was a relaxing atmosphere with good music that wasn't too loud. We didn't go bowling but I look forward to coming back and doing that in the future.

Fun date night place! I loved the lounge bar area with several large TV's. Could watch the game and dine on great appetizers. My favorite are the southwest egg rolls. Extensive wine list was priced appropriately. Bowled one game afterwards in an area with pool tables and another bar. Fun place with lots of things to do under one roof. Would go here again, especially when it's hot and rainy. The waitstaff is attentive and friendly.

Every year, our company gives our boss money to take us all out on a fun outing of some type. This year, we decided to try out the new Kings Bowl and I have to say, it was one of the best times we have ever had! The place itself is a 30,000 sq ft room with 22 lanes, pool tables, Bocce call court and a lounge. It is decorated is a very 50's retro style and is very well done. You can tell they spent a lot of money on this place. The staff was super nice and I have to say, everyone was very nice looking. They are super serious about making this a very high class establishment so they have a dress code as well as a conduct code. Make sure you check out their web site before going to make sure you understand how to behave! We had a group of about 13 of us and we had reserved some space in the main dining room to eat and then go bowling after but when we got there, we discovered these great private bowling rooms called the King Pin room. We asked if we could bowl in there and the answer was sure! We had the room to ourselves as well as a private server named Steven who was fabulous! We were able to bowl, eat and drink all in one place. We bowled three games in about 3 hours and had a blast! The lanes are all computerized and once we figured out how to work the controls, it was easy to use. Food wise, since the boss was paying for all this, we enjoyed a variety of appetizers which included the great chicken wings, sun dried tomato hummus and veggie plate, homemade guacamole and mango salsa with tortilla chips, Chilled vegetable spring rolls and buffalo wontons. Each was freshly made and had their own unique flavor. Our main entrees varied all over the place... Ribeye steaks, Grilled salmon, Fish and chips, Brazilian fish stew, Steak salad, and classic burgers! Every dish was oversized and was way too much to finish. Everyone said the food was great! Beer and cocktails were flowing all night and we ended up sharing some of the fun desserts including the drunken cherry sunday as well as the Almond Joy Sunday... yumm-o! Atmosphere = 10 Service = 10 Food = 10 Everything about Kings was great! The main manager, the chef, as well as the bar manager all came by to check on us and make sure we were having a great time.... and we were! I look forward to coming back to enjoy this great place with my own friends and family. I highly recommend Kings Bowling! Enjoy!

Took the family for a fun day of bowling. We went early because kids are not allowed after 8. Got there at 12:30 and we had to wait 30 minutes but we played other games they offered and had lunch. All at reasonable prices. The food was great. We had buffalo wings which were meatier than most places and the kids loved them. Wished they had more lanes but once you start your game there are people there to serve you. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was fun. The music had the kids dancing the kids dancing. I would recommend.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I detest bowling alleys that smell like cigarettes and cheap perfume. UGH its the worst. Kings is the complete opposite. It's just over a year old and the place still looks like it opened yesterday. The staff - A+ = from the girl that set us up to the waiter for our group of 6, everyone was nice and accomodating The lanes - A+ = nice and slick, smooth and shiny. Had no issues so can't report on mechanics The food - B+ = If it were just the wings than A but the fries were okay. Nice and tasty if they come fresh off the fryer if not they get cold quick. The BBQ pizza my bf ordered was pretty tasty although I was skeptical at first. My dad got a philly sandwich which he engulfed before I had a bite. Im guess it was delicious. We washed down our food with pitchers of pink lemonade, ginger ale and beer. Yum! The music - A- = Good old' school jams! Wished they played more. It was a nice throwback which even though im in my 20's I appreciate it. After a certain time, you have to be 21+ to enter and the jams changed a bit to more mainstream music. Come here for a good time and chill night out. You wont be disappointed. If you are looking for food food eat beforehand.

This place is awesome!!!! Every time I go I feel it gets better. I have bowled, sang karaoke and danced. I even saw a celebrity there. They have daily specials that are great! $4 dollar martini's, hospitality nights, half off appetizers and so on. The service: Amazing! I have to say that every time I go everyone is so nice. John the manager is great. He always walks around and makes sure that everyone is having a good time and makes sure to take care of the customers. I have even seen him stepping and doing some of the bouncer or kitchen work. Tony is my favorite bartender ever, from any place! He actually reminds me of Tom Cruise from cocktail. He does all the tricks and can make any drink you ask him to. Super friendly and just fun. They really picked the best employees to work this establishment. The food: The food is delicious. A little pricey, but I decided to go on the nights when they have their food specials, because then it's worth the price. I like their nachos. They are good amount. The other appetizers are good, but there was just too little of them. If you have a big group I would say stick to the nachos. The entertainment: I ended up going on a Thursday night and had a blast! Jessie and Vince do the karaoke there and they are amazing! They are fun and always have great give always. Not to mention that every time you sing you get a free shot. That's a plus. It helps calm the nerves. I love the bowling. Same night as I went for the karaoke I went to bowl. They have $8.00 you can bowl all night. What a steal! And they play music videos while you bowl too so it makes it fun to dance while you bowl and watch music videos. The ambience is very retro 50's style with a hint of modern and it's beautiful from the moment you walk in. And ladies they have Apothecary Red for wine. Which is great cause most places just have old cheap wine. So I was very happy to see one of my favorite wines there. Overall this place is great and I defiantly recommend it to anyone looking to have a good time.

This place is great. Bowling food fun and drinks. I really loved the Buffalo wonton, just a nice surprise for your mouth. The music added a nice touch to the good upbeat spirit of King's bowling. Plenty of screens to see videos. The bowling alleys were very well kept with some separation if you want to party or have a more time with just your friends. One waiter in particular Steve, helped to make the night even more fun. He was very attentive and funny. There was Billards and other games, but I only bowled. Everything looked fun, but only had so much time that evening. Definitely a place to go with friends or to unwind after work.

We decided to come here for a fun Mother's Day outing last week! We rented two lanes and enjoyed a couple of hours bowling and eating some delicious food. It was pretty busy in there with a lot of families around. I was glad we rented the two lanes, since that meant we didn't have to share our seating with anyone. Each pair of lanes has seating in a "U" shape, with the "U" broken down the middle and a big table in between to set your food, drinks, etc on. Renting both lanes allowed our party of four to have our own area, which was really nice. If you don't do that, though, be prepared to become very close to some new people! We ordered some great apps, including chicken wings (wonderful with their spicy soy sauce!), Southwestern Egg Rolls, and Coconut Shrimp. I also had some of their steak salad. Let me tell you, the steak tips on that salad were AMAZING. I let pretty much everyone I was with try some, and they were in love! They lost some points with me for using iceberg lettuce, though. The service was pretty great and attentive. The only issue i had was when another family decided to camp out in one of our lanes, and insisted they were supposed to be there. When I asked the staff if they had definitely given us both lanes, the woman said, "Why don't you ask the guy what lane he is supposed to be in?" Uh, clearly he has no freaking clue, which is why I am asking YOU. But other than that, we had a good experience. I'd definitely come back!

King's Bowl is a clean and friendly atmosphere to go bowling. I was impressed that it's 21 + as well. The drink prices aren't too bad either. I paid $4 for a rum and coke, not bad! A little tip though, sign up for the free rewards club. I paid only 2 dollars to bowl that particular night because of that rewards club! Usually it's 6 or 7 dollars. It's a dollar cheaper before 6PM. My friends enjoyed it here too! You can play Bocci ball out front too!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I don't even like bowling, but I'll jump at any opportunity to come to this place again and again and again. Honestly, do you know what it is? It's the food! I usually just sit there and watch my friends bowl while I'm inhaling a steak or Belgian waffles. The food is *so* good, I can't stress this enough. I wish I could write about the bowling or whatever, but I honestly just come for the food. If you don't like bowling, trust me, I don't either - just come for the food alone. xx MJ

worst bowling place ever. the lane was not waxed properly. it was almost impossible to keep up playing. the staff did not bother removing bowls from the ball belt container, so my friend had to do the work-removing six balls from the bin. also music was too loud so i could hardly hear what my friend says. the staff was friendly and kept checking on how we are doing. this place can be positioned more to be a sports bar. however, it fails terribly as a bowling place.

Bottom line - epic bowling alley is....epic. Despite me being pretty "meh" about bowling, I have found myself at several bowling alleys in Orlando. Kings in definitely one of the better ones. I must say, I have never been to a bowling alley quite like this one. First off, the food is easily the best you will ever have at a bowling alley. From the wings to the fancier stuff to the deserts, everything was fantastic. The drinks were strong and they keep them coming with very attentive servers. I definitely have to complement the servers for managing to still be attentive despite all the people there. The main hassle when I was at Kings was actually getting in and out of the parking lot and just parking period. Unless they have improved over the last month or so, this can definitely be an ordeal. But it is worth dealing with this hassle to enjoy a great night with friends. Oh yeah. I almost forgot. In addition to drinking and eating, apparently you can bowl here too.

I'm a really bad bowler, but I could make a habit of coming to Kings Bowl. I just want to throw on a ModCloth dress and some cat eye glasses for the strike. (I went with flannel and bowling shoes.) This place boasts a sparkly black granite bar, cozy swank booths in the restaurant area, pool tables and private bowling lanes. They have a full menu and a full bar. I only tried the nachos, they were acceptable but I didn't have high expectations. I really came here for the ambiance. This place is party ready and has Elisha written all over it. Kings was also so kind as to donate a bowling party as a raffle item for my LLS charity event, thus holding a special place in my heart and garnering my support!

We had our son's birthday party at Kings. They did an amazing job. Our server, Drae was phenomenal - he walked around to each boy and took their shoe size for the bowling shoes, had the shoes waiting for us when it was time to bowl, along with a number of lighter balls for the 10 year olds. He kept the drink pitchers full, brought the pizzas out, brought out the birthday cake with candles, sliced the cake...he was amazing. I didn't have to lift a finger. Thank you Drae! Oh and the boys had a blast too! I would definitely recommend.

Had a huge family reunion in Orlando several weeks ago. Went to their website to see what kind of group specials they were offering. Called to speak to the event coordinator and he pretty much brushed me off and offered to send me an email for more information on their packages and pricing. 2 days later nothing was sent. Called again to give them another try. Spoke to a lady this time who is ALSO the event coordinator. Took my information and promised to call back. Never heard from them again. I don't know what kind of establishment runs their business this way. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and dishonest. Their loss really. Could've made $$$ for just a couple hours on a sunday afternoon. I would stick to your local alley, like BOARDWALK BOWL, or where customer service is their #1 priority, such as SPLITSVILLE. You can never go wrong with Disney :)

Idk about Kings. We went to do the bowling and dinner but there they said there was a waiting list to bowl, which I get it being a Saturday night but why would you open up a bowling alley with a limited amount of lanes???? The dining areas were pretty empty, so we assumed we would get pretty fast service. We sat down at around 10pm and didn't get our food until almost 11:20pm, I had some picky eaters with me and even though we asked if we could make a slight change to the order the kitchen manager had a conniption about this and didn't want to do it. Our server Gregroy (God bless his soul) was super nice and really patient with us, but one of our orders STILL came out wrong and once we received our food we didn't see him again. This place needs A LOT of improvement, I'm not really sure if they're trying to sell the atmosphere, the location, the product, the food, or the girls but none are really as good as it should've been. Okay I'm lying the fries were INCREDIBLE!!! Maybe because I work in the area, I'm a little biased because they had initially advertised this spot as being the next best thing for locals outside of DT Orlando. But I was left a little disappointed. But I will say that the food was good and for what I got the price was really good. I wouldn't go again but I wouldn't not go either if that makes any sense. Alcoholic beverages weren't that great either and those were a little on the pricier side.

What an amazing place! Great food great service! The music was nice too and the service was second to none. Shana made us feel welcomed from the get go and made it a great night. Come in and be amazed!

It's so exciting to see another family entertainment place opening on I-Drive. The new Kings Bowl is very swanky. It's like walking into a really updated and trendy bowling alley. Except there is no smell of years-old cigarette smoke and the food is amazing. The bowling area is laid out nicely with some great television screens above the lanes. There are plenty of balls in all sizes for everyone. The shoes are super new and super clean. I love that they will serve you right at your lane - there is no need to go anywhere else. We sampled a few drinks from the bar...as well as a bunch of food from the menu, and all were really good. My favorites were the pomegranate mojito and the buffalo chicken wontons. The kids really loved the fried mac & cheese balls. As far as the main entrees - the steak sandwich was out-of-this world...I even took half of it home as a leftover and it was still great. I also really loved the Honey BBQ Chicken sliders. They were a lot bigger than I thought they would be. The restaurant area also looked really cool. It's big and open and bright...and there's even a table you can reserve with a tap in the middle. No need to even move to get your beer. People keep asking me what I like better....Kings or Splitsville.... Here's my answer... Splitsville is great with amazing food and fancy bowling. Kings is great with good food and more comfortable bowling. I felt a little more at home at Kings. Although, I need to check them both out at night- we'll see what happens when you take out the kid factor!

ok, so....as far as bowling establishments, this place is top notch. new, shiny, and clean! they play awesome music and the lanes/seating areas are really comfy and nice. the food.....kinda meh. i mean, for a bowling alley, it is probably better than most. maybe it also had something to do with the timing. when i was here we ordered kids food and an appetizer. when kids food arrived we ordered additional bites. 30 minutes later had not received appetizer, and at the 40 minute mark all the food arrived at the same time. maybe it was because i was REALLY hungry....but it was super annoying. overall, i will definitely come back here since it's not a dank, dark armpit of a bowling alley. i will probably just eat first next time.

Kings is a great atmosphere for bowling. Nice decor, up to date technology, etc. We enjoyed our time there except we had slow service (really slow) and the waitresses messed up the order a few times.

We were really excited about this new location when we discovered it. We arrived earlier in the day before they opened, and were treated to a tour of the place before things started to get hopping. We loved the interior design - absolutely visually gorgeous place, and the concept great. So, we decided to return in the evening after they opened. While we had a nice time, we were actually a bit disappointed about a few things: - The music was a touch too loud, and did not match the venue. The evening we were there, it was mostly Top-40 hits - not 'classy' stuff that would fit the retro look of the interior. - The staff was a bit too attentive... even a bit interruptive. Maybe it was because they had just opened the location - but we felt like we didn't have a chance to just chill with our friends. The waitress was constantly checking in, as was the hostess. Then a gal walking around with an iPad trying to get us to sign up for their e-mail list. - You are on I-Drive in Orlando - and the prices reflect that. A game each plus shoe rental came to $10 per person. We each ordered a cocktail, to the tune of $9/each...and they were rather small. There are also some really odd policies: - Our friend who was wearing a swanky classy hat was told at the door he would have to take it off. After we complained, he was given permission to wear it. - You have to have your ID scanned at the door, and then your hand stamped. But yet once you are inside and order a drink, the waitstaff is required to check your ID again. We did enjoy our game of bowling - the setup is quite nice, and the animations on the score boards entertaining. But after one game at $40 for 4 people, and another $40 in one round of drinks/tip... we were ready to leave.

Really nice atmosphere and great deals. Came for about an hour and I was able to bowl for free and they have awesome chicken. I love chicken wings so this place did hit the spot, except they only have medium and not hot wings. Their service is great and helpful. Definitely recommend coming here again and especially for a first date.

I'm pretty stoked there's a place to bowl that's not dingy and dark. King's is bright and shiny, the shoes don't look like they'll give your feet a disease and they have lots of foods and beverages to choose from. I haven't tried the food yet so can't comment on that. I did have a Stella and one of their cocktails. I can't remember the cocktail name but it had pop rocks on the rim so I was digging it. The seating at the bowling lane is comfy, way better than plastic chairs and plenty of room to move around. The pin recovery is like lightining fast. I loved not having to stand around waiting for my next turn. There's plenty of bowling balls available. The downfalls of King's - prices and a very slow waitress. However, it's on International Dr and the prices are pretty onpoint for the area but for those prices and on a rather slow afternoon the service should be much better.

Great classy bowling place! The staff is very friendly despite consistency in promotion offerings (free shoes every time when you "like" on Facebook or just the first time). The food is amazing and so unique! Also don't be afraid to try out shuffle boards and other offerings like bingo! Try the fries and four cheese mac and cheese! The buffalo wontons, Mac and cheese bites and cheeseburger empanadas are worth it at least once! Check out Facebook for promotions! But call first to ensure you understand the promotion.

Kings Bowl Orlando provides a great venue for a night on the town with friends that's different than your normal Saturday night. The bowling alley is very well done with retro furnishings, spacey seating at the lanes, tables with beer taps at them and an array of other nice features. The food was also enjoyable with sliders, wings and pizza, oh my! Now why doesn't this venue get 5-stars? Well this place is a little pricey unless your last name is Gates. A cocktail will set you back $9, a game of bowling $10, an entree around $16 and a glass of wine $10. Oh, and don't forget a tip! Your night of bowling just set you back $46 a person. Yikes! But, if one of these days playing the lottery wins off, you bet ya I'll be at Kings Bowl weekly. I may even build one in my backyard and invite you all! I'll keep you posted..

This place is great if you do not have kids with you. We arrived just before 7PM with 2 kids ages 8 & 11. We were told it would be a 1 hour wait. After waiting almost a full 2 hours we were given a lane and told we would only be allowed to play one game since we had kids with us. The whole 2 hours that we waited there were several lanes open. They hold lanes for anyone with dinner reservations. Nice for them, but not so nice for anyone trying to play a few games in a reasonable amount of time with kids. Not worth the money or time.

After four different visits to Kings, I feel the same way as when I was there the first time at the VIP Grand Opening. This is a really nice place, but it just does not feel like it is going to make it. Maybe it is the location, maybe it is too big, maybe it has an identity crisis. That said, I've enjoyed myself each of the four times I've gone...and I'll certainly go a fifth. Kings is quite clean and comfortable, with daily specials on food, drink and games if you're paying attention via their website, while managers (especially CJ) and servers (especially Jay) I've encountered do their jobs well. Yes, I've been to Splitsville in Tampa, Firkin & Kegler near UCF AND even a Lucky Strike in Miami Beach and Kings on I-Drive is not inferior to any of them. The problem?Something is missing here to drive more regular or repeat business and it doesn't feel like tourists in all those hotels nearby are coming at all. Perhaps it is the overall pricing structure or that there's too much wasted space for dining, which clearly isn't the primary motivation of most people who choose to go to a "bowling-themed business." Also, every time I've been in Kings there's been a DJ or loud music playing and it seems to create the wrong vibe at times. For example, Kings played THAT music instead of the audio of that wild Broncos-Cowboys Week 5 NFL game on a late Sunday afternoon when they are obviously trying to attract football fans with a good list of food specials. Football fans like game audio, not Bananarama and Culture Club. (No, I'm not making that up) For Kings to survive long term, perhaps the emphasis should be more on the bowling and a sports bar atmosphere rather than the dining and dance music.

I really wish we had one of these in DC -- my family and I spent a great afternoon at King's bowling and drinking. We didn't get any food, but the menu was definitely tempting and the food we did see looked good! We might even go back before our vacation is over, just because it was so much fun! To start, the decorating is fabulous. I love all the fun 70s style design elements that show up in a modern way. It makes for a funky, really fun atmosphere. The private room with two bowling lanes that you can rent looks very cool. I'd love to have my bachelorette party at a place like this - it'd be so much fun! We had no problem getting in on a Sunday afternoon, although there really aren't many lanes (about 15), so I can see there being a long wait on a weekend night. Luckily there are plenty of food and drink options, and plenty of places to wait! The bowling itself was fun and laid-back. The shoes were as nice as can be as expected - I was just happy they weren't grungy and gross. There were plenty of ball options, so you can find one just right for you. The seating area is huge, so there's plenty of room to spread out and relax while waiting for others to bowl. There's also a nice large table in each section, and plenty of bottom shelves to put your shoes/purses/etc. Although over-the-top, we enjoyed watching the animations on the screen for each person's turn. They definitely spent a lot of money on the animation, but it is a cute touch. My boyfriend also appreciated having the large TV screens over the lanes, although it can be distracting (as evidenced by my boyfriend ending up staring at the football game in progress). The waitress was very attentive and seemed happy when we ordered drinks, although it's certainly not mandatory (at least during the day - not sure if there are any food/drink minimums at night). My mom and I went with chocolatey drinks - an espresso martini for me (the waitress's suggestion) and the "Dude" for my mom (kahlua, chocolate vodka, godiva chocolate liqueur, and milk, over ice). Both drinks were incredibly strong (and tasty!). I was very tempted to get another, but I was very tipsy after just one drink and didn't want my bowling to suffer that much (although it might have actually made me better!) My boyfriend also got an original mojito, which he said was also strong but very good. My mom ended up getting a second drink - an orange creamsicle - which wasn't as good as the first, but still just as strong. She was definitely having a good time by the time we left! My dad can't drink, but he was thrilled with their non-alcoholic beer option, which he had never had before and ended up really liking. We had a wonderful afternoon at King's, and it was great to see everyone in my family having a good time. If something like this existed in DC, I'd definitely go on a weekend night too, either on a date or with a group of friends. It seems like it'd be an awesome option rather than going to any old bar. It's also a little more laid-back than the alternatives I've seen (like Lucky Strike).

King's Bowl has a terrific bar atmosphere, and the retro feel and decor for the whole bowling alley is very nice. However, the size of the seating/eating areas at each lane is not conducive to visiting or eating with your friends and you end up very close facing to another team/family of strangers on the next lane. DIFFICULT TO MOVE AROUND and always feel like you are in the way. I would recommend enjoying the bar and late night "club" atmosphere for sure as the space is huge and open. Great for entertaining. The food is alright and definitely priced surprisingly well. Had a wonderful time on the outside patio visiting, but the service was so slow and lacking, we thought maybe because we didn't look like high rolling clients; which frequent the place. Hint: Reserve Dinner and you will be placed on Bowling Wait list. When you are done eating, you will go to the front of the line for bowling. Overall, glad the option is there, the price for each game of bowling is separate from shoes, but not outrageous, but very comparable.

I love bowling... but this place is a bowling alley, bar, club, and restaurant all in one. It was fancy but not a normal scene for bowling. Honestly, the place is really nice and have a lot of choices to keep busy. Great date night spot to keep you busy for a few hours. Overpriced for a bowling alley in my opinion, but worth it! BUT if you're looking to strictly bowl, I'd go elsewhere.

I went to Kings to celebrate my college graduation with a party of 18.. and I have to say that I really wished our experience was a little better. I had such high expectations considering that I absolutely love the retro theme of this bowling joint. The service in the restaurant was absolutely horrible.. We were the only people in there and waited 45min for our appetizers and the rest of our meals came 5 mins afterwards. After dinner we decided to go bowling and apparently for a party of our size they would only accept 2 forms of payments for the entire party. The place was not busy and I did not understand why this was part of their policy. The manger came up and told us he would accept multiple payments this time, but the reason they don't do it is because they don't want to hold up the line... seriously???? The whole line was my entire party. Other than customer service.. I think this place is great.. the food was great.. the drinks were reasonable. I would like to return again and hopefully have a better time. I honestly believe that with better guest service this place can make it on an always changing International Drive.

Mike Dorn

Jessica F.

If you don't like bowling, trust me, I don't either - just come for the food alone. xx MJ

But call first to ensure you understand the promotion.

worst bowling place ever. the lane was not waxed properly. it was almost impossible to keep up playing. the staff did not bother removing bowls from the ball belt container, so my friend had to do the work-removing six balls from the bin. also music was too loud so i could hardly hear what my friend says. the staff was friendly and kept checking on how we are doing. this place can be positioned more to be a sports bar. however, it fails terribly as a bowling place.

Kings is a great atmosphere for bowling. Nice decor, up to date technology, etc. We enjoyed our time there except we had slow service (really slow) and the waitresses messed up the order a few times.

This place is awesome. Great atmosphere. Fun drinks. Very friendly people. Our bartender-Dustin went out of his way to tell us all Kings has to offer. He was excellent. This place is worth checking out!

Nice place. Good bar area, but middling service. Had to go and seek people to help with the lanes and food.

  • Ah-Lawn-Ugh M.

  • Jon M.

The staff was friendly and helpful. More extensive menu than I expected, good prices too! Very clean, a lot of cool decorations, particularly the Big Lebowski artwork.

I really like this place. Its a classy upscale looking bowling alley with bars and lounges. Its also only 21 and over, so no loud bratty kids! lol. I've been a few times and love the bowling lanes. Just don't go on Monday nights if you're not into drag queens.

Good bowling and pizza was actually pretty good too. This was my first time at Kings and will likely go back. I imagine the place is very busy at night but will definitely go back some time.

Good late afternoon activity. A little pricey but great atmosphere. A good activity when it is raining in Orlando. Would have appreciated if the wait staff had come around while we were bowling.
