Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

The prices have gone up and food quality is not great. Have had many issues with my recent visit with the customer service. The employees are rude and don't let you eat in peace. I would definitely not recommend this place. There is many other buffets in Orlando area that are way better.

Not much sushi and what they had wasn't very good. The Hot and Sour soup not worth eating and the rest of the food was only acceptable. I will say that the food was fresh and kept hot on the buffet. I guess for the price, I got what I paid for. I wouldn't go back. They charged me 2.oo for my 14 month old and included 15% tip in the bill.

3 Stars reads as "A-OK" and honestly, this place is. Let me review based on the things I like and tried: Egg Rolls: 0/5 - Beyond dry and tasteless. VERY disappointed. This alone dropped them a star in my book as it seems like this should be a simple thing to nail. Also, couldn't find any duck sauce on the buffet to dip them in to soften them up. Won Ton Soup: 3/5 - Average. The soup was too yellow but tasted fine. Could use some green onions on hand to add to the soup. Sushi: 4/5 - Could have been a 5/5 if the rolls were identified. The lady was out rolling and making them after I'd been there a bit. The ones sitting out were OK, but unidentifiable, which worried me a tad (didn't stop me). They put out some freshly fried rolls covered in 2 sauces which were AMAZING! They had a chicken and mango one that was absolutely amazing. I make chicken rolls a lot and it was neat to actually see one somewhere else. Hot Tea: 3/5 - I always order hot tea at Chinese Buffets and it always comes in a nice little tea pot with a small cup next to it so I can pour and sip. This place served the tea in a large Styrofoam cup. It got cold after a bit since there was no top. It was steeply priced at almost $2 too. Hot tea is typically complimentary to a $1 at most places I've been to before. Decor: 3/5 - Neat chandelier hanging in the front. It actually seemed that the place hadn't been re-purposed quite well to this restaurant. There were large, empty spaces behind buffet areas that just seemed stacked with boxes. Korean Chicken: 5/5 - It was absolutely delicious Sesame Chicken: 5/5 - Yummy! Desserts: 4/5 - Some of the stuff sitting out was old and dried up. Most was very good. There are 6 big tubs of ice cream you can scoop yourself. Very good.

Food Quality/Taste: I've been here several times. After reading all of the reviews I decided that it might have been the time of day for the lack of quality of this buffet, but I proved myself wrong. Regardless of the time of day, I found myself wondering why the food didn't taste as good as it looked. Obviously I'm not expecting something amazing, but I do expect that the food has flavor. The only thing that I don't have much of a problem with is ice cream, but ice cream is ice cream. Service: Service was average. They were attentive but it felt weird as if they were scrutinizing my every move. Definitely don't want to be stared at while I'm eating with my son... Cleanliness: Not good. It just doesn't feel as clean as it should be. Atmosphere: It isn't a disaster, but the decor is off and it looked like they were still unpacking. All said, I've been here lunch time, midday, and dinner but the food is still lacking.

Ive been here for the nth time already. Aside from it is close to where i live, the food is really good and it is very affordable and you got a lot of choices! My favorite is the chicken in cream sauce. I am always craving for it since i first tasted that dish. The fried chicken is very tasty but sometimes it is salty. Their bourbon chicken is really good too! For me this is the best chinese buffet restaurant i have tried here in Orlando. On the other hand, what i hate about this restaurant are the servers. Though they are attentive but the way they handle us is not good. They look mad and literally they ask for tip. Which for me is not good. They should have wait. I hate them.

Not very good selection or quality of food. I was not expecting much, but it didn't even reach that level.

I really like this place, biggest and overall best Chinese buffet in Orlando. We tend to go late so a lot of the time the food is on the cold side but what do you expect when you show up after 9. Though I will talk about the time I went during real people dinner hours. This was definitely the best meal I have had at this restaurant as everything was fresh hot and constant. They have a huge selection of food and when it's hot a lot of the dishes are some of the best I have had while living in florida.

I barely go to any Chinese Buffets due to I rather go to a good mom & pops or Panda Express for my Chinese. Anyway my colleague mentioned this place to me because she had thought about me when she had went with her husband... lol She said they seasoned their food well etc etc.. Also the price is cheap! $6.95 all day lunch or dinner price! Decided to have an early dinner and decided to check it out after work.. Its located by a Shopping Plaza by Publix & A $1 asian store. Came in and saw this huge elegant chandelier in which my colleague had mentioned and was amazed by it - lol!! Had to ask the price to double check if price changes after lunch and she pointed to me the take out menu that it's $6.95 all day and if I wanted to check out the buffet selection prior to seating.. I declined and said since its $6.95 let me grab a plate and eat.. She also stated tabs are paid after meals. Items I tried were; Honey Glazed no Walnuts Chicken, Fried Rice, Lo Mein, Gyoza, Jello, Sushi, Baked Mussels, Stuffed Shrimp, Garlic Sauteed String Green Beans, Krab Rangoon, Combination Seafood Soup, Green Tea Ice Cream. I noticed they had steams of smoke around the buffet perhaps making sure foods are on the right temps.. Also a sign stating To Please Not Waste Food!!! lol lol The foods were seasoned right.. It wad also tasty! I was quite shocked! Also water tasted clean and that is without lemon slices! Only downfall is that they were low of lots of foods such as sushi, honey glazed chicken, baked mussels, desserts.. They had tools to crack crablegs but the section was covered and empty. Staff were good at refilling water when needed and also monitoring the food as far as mixing it for freshness and availability. The highlight was the Green Tea Ice Cream & Seafood Combo Soup!! Perhaps it was a brand new bucket placed in the ice cream section?! Too bad no ice cream cones to eat it with! Big plus in the warm running water to place the used ice cream scooper!

This place is alright, close to home so it's easy to go here with friends on a random day. The place has gotten much better then it used to be. Previously it would have been at most a 2 star, but they've added booths to make it look less like a cafeteria. The sushi is pretty terrible tho, knocking a whole star off, but the rest of the food is on par and even above average as far as Chinese buffets go. Service has been pretty good in general, better then most buffets .

It's not as bad as the 1-star guy said it was, but it's also not as good as the others said. We won't be back. The best I can say is that I didn't feel like hurling after I ate here. Better off going to Dragon Court Super Buffet in LBV ( dragoncourtorlando.com ).

The entire experience was a strange one. I live only five minutes away from it, but I have never tried it during the three years in which I have lived here. I am terrified of such places, as I was a was near death with food poisoning several times, and I guess now I am paranoid. But no worries, it's been hours now, and my stomach feels fine. I noticed no signs of any uncleanliness. the food all seemed fresh, but as happens, some if it stayed under heat for too long, and totally dried out. I rate this place average for a Chinese Buffet. This is why I gave it three stars. With any of these places IMO, you have to pick and choose a bit carefully, and not over eat. If done correctly, you will come away with a decent enough cheap meal. Young Asian teen boy at check out(cash register) was so rude, but this could just be his culture and the difficulty of adjusting to the USA lifestyle. I guess I will go back again, due mostly to the price and location/convenience.

We found this place driving around after we moved to Kissimmee from Daytona Beach. For a family of 4, this place is kind to the wallet. The food is amazing. Always hot and fresh. The staff is always helpful. The sushi is fantastic! I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. $6.98 (or so) for 7 day a week, ALL DAY buffet.

This place is horrible! Do not waste your time & money. Over 1/2 of the hot items are unacceptably cold & no one cares. The owner is unsociable. I had to spit out my desert it was so old. It's absolutely horrific. If you travel past Florida mall you can find reasonable buffets. This one is not an option. THE WORST!

My wife and I both got severe food poisoned. Cost us doctor visits, shots and meds. Stay away! I wish I could give it minus 5 stars.

I come here pretty often, some things are good some not so much, their sushi is not the best but its eatable. For the price of 7.55 all day can't. Complain will always find enough food to enjoy to come out full. They also remoded and added some some booth when it used to be open floor with just tables now u can't see everyone with these booths because its has low walls type thing. I guess that's why they raised their price a little bit. They do have a good variety of things its not expensive I'll keep going. The only thing I feel kinda watched too much, when your done with your plate its quickly taken away, when your drink is low it filled right away, and when they feel your done eating they bring your bill. (How they know you don't want another desert or plate or is that their way of saying ok you ate enough you can go now)

The food here is REALLY bland. I had been wanting to try this place since I moved to this part of Orlando hoping i'd finally find some good Chinese food, and this was a total strike out. They even have a bright orange sign posted that states, "Please don't waste food, thank you for your cooperation." Something about that just seems unnecessary to me. I must stress, BLAANNNDDDD!
(1)Gary C.
Very reasonably priced at $6.95 at all times. Food is more than acceptable. Probably one of the best chinese buffets in Orlando for the price. Avoid drinks, they are not reasonable.

As Chinese buffets go, this one is "okay". The food is pretty fresh (especially if you go during "prime time". They have several different buffets full of food, including sushi. This restaurant used to be a Japanese hibachi place (and you can tell) and they did very little to change it around and make it a buffet, but hey, if you're going to a chinese buffet, you really aren't going for atmosphere, are you? It's not fine dining. Their prices are great - and thats the biggest draw. They have one low price all day, every day. Their chicken dishes on the hot buffet are pretty good, including the korean, sesame and general tso chicken (when it's fresh). I also enjoy the seafood which I believe is in a butter sauce. I normally just take the shrimp out, and it's good. One of my favorites from other buffets - walnut shrimp, is done here with chicken, and it's just okay. I've had it on a few occasions that is good, but others the chicken has been dry. The egg rolls and spring rolls here are pretty forgettable. I would stay away from them unless you are really hungry and just need a filler. All in all, for the price, it's an okay place.

I've been here twice and the first time I went it was pretty good the waitress I got was great very attentive. I went back today and it was horrible I didn't see the waitress I was taken care before. The one I got today kept watching me and my family she had a little notebook writing down how many plates we got, how many times we would stand up and what we would get. Honestly I'm not going back after this because I don't like being watched while I eat.

Love the buffet, lots of choice, decent tasting food, friendly service. I've come here for years and they seem to keep getting better.
(5)Gus F.
Not bad at all for the price. Decent food and options specially for the price and location . I'd recommend it to those looking for a lot of Chinese food in the south Orlando area

I've been looking for a clean, tasty Chinese buffet in the Orlando area for the longest time! Fortunately today, we had an experience that I would recommend to others looking for a similar experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and automatically walked to our table, where our drink order was taken. Soda was less than $2, and included refills - we visited on a Saturday late afternoon, so the price was 10.95/adult, and this included the crab legs! In fact, that is what impressed us the most - the wide variety of seafood, including the aforementioned crab, scallops, shrimp, salmon and even octopus! The sushi rolls were pretty decent too, especially after I returned to the buffet and was delighted to see rolls freshly prepared before my eyes. It seems that this restaurant location used to be a restaurant called "Takara" and ironically enough, there is a sign inside that still proclaims this title. Nevertheless, the service is prompt and friendly and the dining area well-maintained - we will return the next time we're looking for quick, affordable and yummy food.

Awesome food at great price. The seafood soup is superb!

Simple, cheap, and delicious food. This is great if you have kids or a big group and need to eat on a budget. It's $7.95 per person, you can't beat that! They have plenty of options too, for meals as well as desserts.

This is a lunchtime staple for our office staff. It's great at lunchtime for chatting and relaxing and enjoying a variety of foods. Everything is delicious and is on-par for an Asian buffet. Friendly staff who treat us well, so we tip them well. Hard beat at the lunchtime price for the variety of options and quality of food. 3 stars.

Heads up to those of you still coming here, it's now $7.85 for the all day special. Perhaps a sad fact of inflation, but this place is becoming a bit less of a value than it used to be. While the food is fresh if you come at open, there are some dishes that are left to languish if you don't take the last of it. This can make some choices rather dry and bland. Some of my favorites aren't so favorable when left to languish so long without replacement. The ice cream can become difficult to scoop without having to reach deep in there and risk touching the sides with your arms, especially with the chocolate. The service is still relatively decent, for what it's worth, but the food is starting to become a bit blasé, and I may soon seek another buffet to enjoy.
