Walked in to lobby to an overwhelming urine smell. After being escorted to the table, I had to turn around and walk out. The smell was unbelievable. No thank you.

We ate there right before leaving Orlando and had a waitress named Lisa. She was amazing from the time walked in until the time we walked out. She never missed a beat the entire time we were there. I highly recommend this IHOP. Great job Lisa! Keep up the awesome customer service!!!

We wanted Ihop for breakfast while visiting Orlando. We only waited about 10 minutes for a table even though it was busy inside. Our server was prompt and brought us our drinks and took our orders quickly. The food portions looked smaller than they were on the menu however there was plenty of food. I tried the strawberry banana French toast and that was delicious with eggs, hash browns and bacon. My friend's hash browns were very overcooked but the server brought out new hash browns within a few minutes. Good service, good food overall.

This place is nasty. No idea why I came here yesterday. The restaurant is dirty and smells bad. The menu had dirt and hair on it. I gladly paid 4x as much to eat at the hotel restaurant today. The food wasn't that bad but it seemed that way because place was so gross.

Some days are good and some are just pure hell in this restaurant! BUT the food has always been good! Service is well balanced and the staff is great! I love them all! They are good hard working people just trying to make a living! The cleanness of the place needs to be uplifted but overall .. not bad!

I love ihop, I mean who couldn't!? Few things were a miss though. We had an undercooked bacon and chocolate milk so chocolatey it's as if you were drinking out of the chocolate river in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. Arlene, our waitress, was cool though. She fixed the bacon.

Sooo.. I (and a few friends) went to a iHop about 16 years ago after a night Downtown. Walked in, sat down, and i spotted a couple ants on the table, then... Plop! Another ant falls on the table. Plop, plop. Two more fall... Wtf? Ants are literally falling on the table one after another. I look up, and above my head on the ceiling are dozens and dozens of ants.. :Left. and never returned. Until now.... Several friends suggested we go to iHop, (it was 3 or 4am so not a lot of choices).. I was hesitant but figured its a decade and a half later. Maybe things have changed. This was not the same IHOP, but as soon as I walked in I immediately caught myself scanning the ceiling for bugs. I must admit,. The interior of this IHOP is very nice and clean. Not what I was expecting. The food how ever. Well thats another story. It started with my drink order.. I ordered Unsweet tea, but Some how I managed to get a glass of tap water from New Jersey. At least thats what it tasted like. So that went back and I got a soda. Much better. One friend ordered... well I cant recall exactly, but he said the sausage wasnt totally cooked, another friend wanted her hashbrowns crispy. They came out as white mush. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, which i thought might taste something like Wendys Spicy Ranch and bacon. BUt no such luck. IT was more like a thin piece of frozen chicken that they tossed in the microwave and then threw it on a bun. The fries had seasoning on them, I'd bet they sprinkle this same seasoning on the chicken and try to pass it off as something mouth watering. Why even two stars? OUr waitress was super friendly, and put up with one member in our group who was a little more then drunk. Sooo. lol. Star for her, and the inside of this place is new looking and clean. So extra star... But thats it for IHOP.. See you in another 16 years.

I've had a couple of pleasant experiences here with friends. It's not the best food in the world but it's also not the worst. It's easy and casual which is why I've gone back a couple times. The servers are always friendly which helps too. Again, not the most amazing and mind blowing food experience but just an easy comfy place.

I have to say, all the IHOPs that I have eaten at pretty much have the same taste and quality of food, but what changes is the portion sizes and the atmosphere/scenery of each restaurant. In Kansas, the pancakes are amazingly big and have really decent portion sizes. Here in Orlando, the pancakes are about the size of a small tea saucer. I was very surprised. This IHOPS however smells so much. The stench, which I believe is coming from the kitchen, is so discomforting. It smells like a mixture of pee, alcohol, and syrup. Musty and gross. The food is good. Other than that, this IHOP is fine. Make sure you're seated somewhere far away from the kitchen/ front.

Kimberly K.
This place was totally jam-packed. My family and I waited for about 15-20 minutes. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. The food was alright I suppose. I got the garden omelette with hashbrowns. My parents both got spinach and mushroom omelettes with hollandaise sauce with pancakes. Props for the butter pecan syrup -made the mediocre pancakes taste exponentially better. The hashbrowns were slightly burnt, so I was super bummed. All in all, it was a decent breakfast.

The food is satisfactory for an IHOP breakfast. My server was really polite and came around often. But the problem with all these breakfast places is that the coffee is horrible....so watered down and tasteless. I'm a coffee person and if you want good coffee you can't get that here.
(3)
Liv S.
This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to. There were only three tables seated when we got there, and only six guests in the whole restaurant. Our pretty simple orders (eggs, bacon, pancakes) were either burnt to a crisp or so underdone we weren't sure they had been cooked at all. My toast was a charcoal brick, while my bacon was still oinking. The table behind us sent back their entire order because the steak was visibly raw before even being cut up. The service was awful, the food was awful, and it took forever. Go somewhere else, seriously.

Service was fine but even for an ihop the food was terrible. And the restaurant smelled like a bathroom flooded. Avoid if at all possible.

Gross! First hint was the smell outside the restaurant (probably the grease traps or a sewer problem). The hostess was short tempered not very welcoming. Foyer was dirty, the smell inside the dining room ruined my appetite and my oatmeal was served on a messy dish. Then I asked for milk for the oatmeal. It came in a dirty glass. We went to the restroom to wash up, this was THE LAST STRAW!!! Totally gross a pile of used toilet paper on the floor next to the toilet. DO NOT go to eat here. Go to Perkins across the street they are friendly and clean. They also had balloon animals for the kids.

Came here on a day away from Disney World in January. Booth and table were sticky, there seemed to be a lot of servers standing around doing nothing, ours was friendly but when we got the food my eggs were wrong but I didn't make a deal about it. The places looks run down inside and out, the food was the worst I have ever had at an IHOP, and that's not the worst thing. AN EMPLOYEE HERE STOLE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBERS! Too bad my credit card company knew I wasn't in Florida anymore :)

It's an IHOP people, not Wolfgang Puck's. If you're coming to an IHOP expecting a great meal then you're a bit delusional... As with any chain food restaurant in this area, the place was packed when my daughter and I walked in the door. The hostess told us 15 minutes...so we ran over to Subway (yuck, but my daughter needed a sandwich to eat between field hockey games). When we came back 18 minutes later they had long since called our number...so we were then seated immediately (cool). Unfortunately, we were seated at a table that needed cleaning, which took a few minutes since I guess wet rags are a commodity at this particular IHOP. Anyway, when our waitress got to us, Antosha was great...made my cranky, sore, tired daughter perk up and smile...and I thank her for that (yes, I also thanked her in person). The food was standard IHOP fare. Pancakes were fine (treated my daughter to some chocolate chip pancakes-don't tell her coach)...hash browns were fine...eggs were fine...bacon was fine...water and OJ were cold and, well, fine. Coffee, as always, was great. Here's what wasn't great...the two fat waitresses standing 6 feet from me loudly making fun of their customers - and the white trash family making fun of a black waitress because of the way she spoke, her hair, and the basic fact that she was black. Seriously? I am amazed when I see crap like this. Sometimes I hate people...sorry, I had to rant. I could have stayed in the hotel and paid 2x as much for basically the same food...but why? I don't like doing chain restaurants when I'm away, but I also know that when I'm with my kids, sometimes it is easier, cheaper, and the quality of the food is going to be about the same. This isn't a great IHOP, but IS there such a thing? Extra star for our waitress and her great customer service!
(3)
Amy S.
I agree with with Marianne on the fact it's over-priced for what you get, but every now and then I just really want some IHOP pancakes. I wish they had the cheesecake pancakes all year... they are so so yummy! Whenever they have them I always make it a point to get them (usually several times)! Service has been generally good. I've never had a bad experience with a server here, just slow service sometimes. Slow can be expected because this IHOP is always crowded due to its close proximity to The Mouse House. Have patience and you should enjoy your meal here.

This IHOP is terrible. We ate here on our first night in town and it was terrible. Returned on our exit giving the place the benefit of the doubt. WRONG! Open my napkins to get my fork and it has some old food on it and my daughters silverware had cheese on it. The tables were half cleaned and it felt inside. We decided to leave and not eat. Don't expect a gourmet meal from IHOP but should be able to expect a clean environment. I'm my opinion IHOP has forgot all about service! Hoping to eliminate IHOP from our traveling choices of places to eat!

Terrible. Took forever for the waitress to come Waitress did not smile once - took our order ans then was nowhere to be seen. Forgot an item that I order and got it when I reminded her after I was almost finished eating. Food was gross too. My hash browns were undercooked. I dont think I will go to an ihop for a while...

Very difficult to get into and out of unless you live in the area. It is squeezed between an old strip mall and a gas station on a very heavy intersection. The cook can't make eggs?? That was what was incredible. I ordered them over-medium and they came out so runny as to make me want to puke. Then, the bacon had this weird bad grease taste. I immediately thought that the kitchen should be seriously cleaned and the chef fired. The staff was nice and accommodating, but I think they've relied on the tourist trade for way too long. Looking into the crowd, it didn't look like anyone there could possibly be locals or regulars.

The worst Ihop I have ever been to. Our server wasn't too bad but he definitely wasn't all there. He was scatter brained that day or something. Our food came out semi warm. I wouldn't call it cold... maybe room temperature? And it was disgusting. I'm surprised I ate it to be completely honest. I think I must have been really hungry. I had an omelet and the cheese they put on the inside was like a cheese sauce... totally disgusting! So, I had the server take it back and put "real" cheese in their. I went to eat the pancakes I had for a side and they were cold. Wha wha. Terrible. Absolutely terrible.

I hop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We met up with some friends upon our departure to head back home and it was a nice one. The laughs while sipping on coffee and eating some delicious food is well worth the price. The stuffed french toast was great. It was stuffed with cream cheese filling and topped with strawberries along with a side of hashbrown casserole and bacon. Yum! It was packed and it was a quick service. Kudos to that :)
(3)

The food and staff were great. The place smelt like pee when we went around 10:30pm which was not the best aroma to smell while eating. Food was brought out fast. It is opened 24 hours which is nice and it has a parking lot.

Wenders B.
We sat at a booth that smelled like piss. My crepe tasted like onions and my plate smelled like they didn't even wash it. The waitress was not too friendly. I took a few bites and couldn't handle the smell or taste. Worst Ihop I've been to.

Meh. Long wait to be seated. Long wait to be served for mediocre food and very over priced for what you get.
(2)
Nai S.
As everyone has already mentioned, this is your typical IHOP. Food and decor is like any other, but one thing that sets this one apart is the price. Wow, everything on the menu is a few dollars cheaper than the one back home especially compared to the one near Disneyland. The service was fast and efficient both times we were here. - 1 star because we overheard our waitress fighting with another as to who to serve the customers sitting down. Very unprofessional.
(4)
Danny N.
As for food, this is the standard usual IHOP fare. I got the quick two egg breakfast and the eggs came out perfectly and were delicious so no complaints there. However service here is one of the best I've ever seen. Generally you don't go to IHOP expecting great service but our server Tonya met and exceeded the expectations of the entire table. Even at 1 AM our table of 8 got great service.
(4)
Brandye B.
The dirtiest, greasiest, & worst food I have ever had at an IHOP. The only possitive thing I can say about this place was our server. She was nice but still not completely on the ball. This is not somewhere I will come to again during my next visit to Orlando. The syrup trays were sticky & the bottles of syrup were sticking to the tray like someone just poured some syrup on the bottom.

First of all, I am on vacation, so I am not sure it is this way all of the time. Food was okay at best. The service was decent also with the occasional rudeness. Our waitress threw our meal on the table to have a conversation with another waitress about......whatever. The wait staff also feels like its ok to discuss personal and work issues in the open. Needs more professionalism. Period!

Wasn't expecting much here but it was kind of dingy. Food was the same ol' stuff you'd get anywhere, it just didn't feel clean. Tables and benches were sticky, the coffee pot was probably cleaned but looked like it went through the mill. I go to ihop all the time, but this one just felt like it was below the standards for the company. Decor was the same, just not how they kept up with it. Would never go to this ihop again.

Walked in to lobby to an overwhelming urine smell. After being escorted to the table, I had to turn around and walk out. The smell was unbelievable. No thank you.
(1)Amanda J.

(1)Larry H.
very nice atmosphere. waiter was very attentive. extremely clean. nice family place.air conditioning is.nice and bathrooms are very clean and private. was seated within minutes.

1) toothless waiter 2) bread in lemonade 3) non-round pancakes 4) restaurant too cold 5) slow service 6) dirty coffee mug I highly recommend you don't waste your time and money coming here.

(2)Stephanie A.
I've had a couple of pleasant experiences here with friends. It's not the best food in the world but it's also not the worst. It's easy and casual which is why I've gone back a couple times. The servers are always friendly which helps too. Again, not the most amazing and mind blowing food experience but just an easy comfy place.
(3)Herra H.
(3)Kimberly K.
(3)Virgus D.
Great food fast. Service was good and price reasonable.new items on the menu weekly .
(5)Manny G.
The food is satisfactory for an IHOP breakfast. My server was really polite and came around often. But the problem with all these breakfast places is that the coffee is horrible....so watered down and tasteless. I'm a coffee person and if you want good coffee you can't get that here.
(3)Liv S.
(1)Ryan K.
Service was fine but even for an ihop the food was terrible. And the restaurant smelled like a bathroom flooded. Avoid if at all possible.
(1)Alexandra P.
(1)Stacy M.
(1)Steve S.
(3)Amy S.
(3)Manuel C.
Service was ok. The wait wasn't bad but they skimped out on the food big time. Definitely not worth it if you are really hungry. Disappointed fml
(2)Jermaine W.
(1)Teejay L.
Terrible. Took forever for the waitress to come Waitress did not smile once - took our order ans then was nowhere to be seen. Forgot an item that I order and got it when I reminded her after I was almost finished eating. Food was gross too. My hash browns were undercooked. I dont think I will go to an ihop for a while...
(1)Robert M.
(1)Dana C.
(4)Danny N.
(4)Brandye B.
(1)Brandon S.
Period!
(3)Paul L.
Good food and fast service. Lisa was our waitress and she was very friendly and attentive.
(4)Amanda R.
(2)Steve M.
Good food but excellent service. I never have very high expectations going to breakfast places but this was a pleasant surprise. Restrooms were subpar so be warmed.

It is cheap for breakfast and in a hurry.

Ugh...$2.19 for coffee, tough "steak," poor egg prep...
