This Ihop has seen better days and is probably due for a remodel. The plus part is, it is near downtown and open late. The service and food are consistent. It will get very crowded on Sunday breakfast and brunch time, requiring a wait. While it is located in a nice neighborhood, be careful here at night, the parking lot is dark tucked away behind the building.

Upon arriving here, I noticed this establishment looked dirty and the waitresses all seemed pissed off and unfriendly. My food however was decent and arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, as I finished up my meal, I saw what I thought was a fly out of the corner of my eye, moving across the wall right above my table. As I made eye contact with Mr. Fly, I was greatly disgusted as it turned out to be a baby roach. I should have turned and walked out the moment I had seen how dirty it was in here. Oh yea, and the whole place, including the dumpy bathroom, smelt like old feet. Save your money. Eat at home.

We visited this IHOP for a breakfast celebration due to a coworkers promotion. We had a fantastic time, the food was warm and delicious and our server - Raine - was incredible! She was very attentive and kind. She really made the entire experience what it was. Thank you, Raine! These Hospitality Professionals totally appreciate your attention.

Stopped in after a Magic game on a Thursday night and was great. I see how packed is on weekend late nights and Sundays, so would never go then. But man the food tasted so good, was quiet inside and everyone real nice. Me and friend had chicken and waffles (just tenders and a waffle, but tasted real good down to the honey mustard) and new york cheesecake pancakes, delicious. will definitely return!!

It's IHOP, what else is there to say? I grew up going to IHOP in the DC area and recall loving it. Since then either my tastes have evolved (likely) or the IHOP's in Florida just aren't good (more likely). Maybe it's the bizarre chalet-style buildings. Anyways, I've been here a couple times and it's decent. Depending on what you get you may or may not end up with an upset stomach (thank you whole wheat pancakes drowning in oil) ) or just the uncomfortable realization that your waitress may have dropped your food on the floor in a moment of drunkenness. Either way, it can be a lose-lose. They're open 24 hours, cheap, and quick, which is great when you're on a budget, tipsy/hungry, and out at odd hours. It's still IHOP, and at the end of the day it's just meh.

On the way home. Easy into lot from Summerlin ave. only six other people here. I think because it's on Colonial near downtown when everyone are rushing to work. Makes it nice to relax and read the Paper. Ordered Colorado omelet. Great presentation and big. Hash browns are hash browns hard to mess up. Ordered toast for $1.60 which I think should be free Very good service which I would expect with number of people here.

It's an IHOP, alright. Attracts a fun late night crowd due to proximity to downtown, but isn't a bad place to hit up for breakfast either when you need something greasy or to carbo-load. Also another solid choice to get chicken n' waffles in Orlando (their variation is boneless chicken strips, not bone-in). I do enjoy the hash browns and fried eggs as well. Service is a mixed bag, ranging from your stereotypical doting diner waitresses to the woman who delivered us a dish of coffee creamers replete with a previous patron's hair, then removed the hair in lieu of our request for a fresh collection of creamers (hey, at least they're in plastic containers, and if you're wondering if I docked a star for this, I actually didn't - I set the bar low for IHOPs, I guess). Bonus points for still rocking the old-school IHOP decor.

I want to give this place 5 stars. I am a fan of IHOP and this place is a classic A frame design. While the food is classic IHOP the service was good. Now this restaurant has a real staff that put on what I am sure people would pay to see. Two elderly servers were screaming at each other and the kitchen staff to what seemed to be a reenactment of an episode of Hell's Kitchen. I wasn't sure if I should be entertained or horrified. Because of that I will go back but I will make sure I have a view of the kitchen.

Cold pancakes. Asked for scrambled vs omelet, got the omelet. Tiny serving of salsa, had to remind server that salsa was included with the omelet.

I went around noon on a Sunday, expecting it to be busy. I did not expect the hostess, Christine i think, to show her stress and be rude to our group. We wanted to add one more person, and instead of politely saying 5 wouldn't fit, you'll have to wait til a bigger table is open, she almost disapprovingly said "go back and sit" while writing our name to the bottom of the list. Luckily, our waitress, Marsha, turned it around and her good service and attentiveness despite the business bumped this review back up a star. I do wish my bacon was crispier, as I did ask for it to be crispy and it came out more on the raw side, but overall good breakfast food as always! Especially after a long night out with friends!

I mean... it's IHOP. And it's CRAZY delicious at 3am when you leave the bar. Delicious onion rings and seasoned fries and grilled cheese sandwiches. Yum. The last time I went, Rodney was our server. What a nice guy! He was funny and attentive and kinda went above my expectations of what I usually anticipate for a restaurant at three in the morning. We bonded over a love of Mountain Dew, and he brought me a to-go drink at the end of the meal that I didn't even request. How thoughtful! Really, this location is okay. The food is good for the type of restaurant it is, and I've surprisingly always had great service. Go IHOP!

Don't try to park your car in this IHOP or in any other. The people at this place like to tow cars. Also, do your Google search "ihop tow" and you'll find this happening in cities outside of Orlando, in places outside of FL and across the country. People here in Yelp call this "largest legal auto theft ring." They don't just serve breakfast anytime, they tow cars anytime, even if you are a client.

My friend and I were here Wednesday of last week after a night out since it was the closest decent place to where we were. I ordered the cheeseburger plate and my friend ordered a chicken Caesar salad. The cheeseburger plate came with a grilled bun, lettuce, tomato, red onion, a pickle wedge, and fresh cut French fries with the skin on. The burger was made to order and was topped with cheddar cheese. The Caesar salad looked fresh, I doubt the dressing was made in house though. They were both good sized portions. If I had to guess I would say the burger was 6 to 8 ounces raw and was nice and juicy when cooked. After we both ate what we had, my friend was still hungry. He wanted some pancakes. However each order seemed to come with 3 or 4 pancakes. He asked how much for two and after he was answered proceed to order just 2 pancakes. They came out quickly. Once we were done and wanted the check, we asked for it and was given it rather quickly. We promptly paid the bill leaving a good tip for our server, who my friend seemed to know.

First and Foremost, the staples of service should not change. Upon being seated, we were not given silverware, or at the very least a smile. Our waitress Kat was very unfriendly. Upon taking our order, she then came back about 10 minutes later with our "bottomless" coffee which was empty after 1 cup. We were not given sugars or creamers. She finally returned with the food about 20 minutes later at which time she asked if we wanted more coffee. Again, no refill on the sugar or creamers. While circling the dining room, she kept making comments such as "this place looks like a barnyard" and "there's shit everywhere". As far as the food goes, my French toast, eggs and bacon were all undercooked. I did not care to comment to the server regarding this, as word would not have travelled far. Make your choice, sometimes you go and the good and experience are great. Other times, well, you read the review.

I went there at around 6 PM on a weeknight and the service was extremely slow, even though there were only two other occupied tables in the restaurant. The server seemed unconcerned with the customers. Also, the AC was set about five degrees lower than it should be. The food was OK.

Meh.... I mean you can't go wrong with IHOP. The service was good here and the breakfast was good too. Sunny side up eggs, toast and bacon... YOU CAN'T GO WRONG... Well... you kind of can. This is a great stop for a quick breakfast.

Servers with the crapiest attitudes and dirtiest hair...and let's not forget you have to navigate through a wall of cigarette smoke to get in the door as these useless servers suck on cigarettes and complain in the parking lot. My high school was right around the corner, and so I came here on a few occasions that my friends wanted to get their pancake fix. Now, I love breakfast, but I could never actually eat anything at this location. The first thing that hits you is an absolutely overwhelming smell of burnt grease. That usually made me a little nauseous, no matter how hungry I was before entering. I asked for fruit every time, and there was never any available. Disappointing.

Food and service were good and on-par with the iHop brand. I have to say though that the prices were out of line. A 2 egg breakfast and coffee were over $12 with a tip. If I went with a family you can imagine how expensive it would be. I'd go back reluctantly if there wasn't a Waffle House nearby!

My family sure does love IHOP. Back in Missouri we use to drive an hour to get to one just because...I digress, you want to hear about THIS IHOP not all IHOPS. Nice spot. Car shopping thrugh dinner, we stopped in for a very late meal. Even though it was late (after 9 at night) the service was still good, food was still good, and the waitress did a great job considering I had two hungry and half-asleep kids. Nothing but love for this place.

Love..love..love Ihop. Trying it someplace new and it's still delicious. Read one of the views from a fellow Yelper and he said that Wanda was a great waitress, well I didn't get the chance to meet Wanda but I can definitely say without a doubt that our waitress Charlene was amazing. She was friendly and we never had to ask for anything. Next time you're in the mood for brinner (breakfast for dinner) for the newbies...check out the local Ihop and ask for Charlene. No need to discuss the food because it speaks for itself.

For what IHOP offers, this is one of the best I've experienced. On any given weekend at the traditional breakfast time, this place will have a line. The reason is a clean place, serving quick and reliably good quality food at value prices, as well as consistently decent service. I went on a recent Sunday morning and there were three parties waiting. I still only waited 12 minutes to get seated. They had a balloon guy working the lobby and tables as a fun wait buster. Everyone seemed to be having a really good time, even though the kitchen and wait staff were clearly being stretched to serve the demand. The ticket to fun at IHOP is knowing the menu and being ready to have fun. If you want to blend into the background, or have a culinary experience frought with unusual ingredient pairings, try someplace else. IHOP is a known quantity, and this location does the IHOP system right.

Putting the fact that I'm a pancake girl aside, I never realized how great it is that IHOP is open 24 hours and that there is one just a few blocks from the heart of downtown. If you are tired of pizza or Panchero's after you have concluded your night at the bars, you might want to head to this breakfast place instead. Granted, they aren't a four star restaurant nor do they serve alcohol, but that might be exactly what you need at 2 am. Each and every time I have found myself dining there our server has been in great spirits despite the late hour. Last night, our waitress was extremely pleased to be serving us and made sure that the cooks "hooked us up" so to speak. For example, my blueberry pancakes were drenched in fruit which is exactly how I wanted them to be and she made sure of it. My boyfriend and good friend also enjoyed their combo plates. For about $8, they were completely satisfied and had enough to take home. As I'm sure you've seen through one of their commercials they offer different monthly specials. They recently had fruit crepes and now are featuring pumpkin pancakes. In case you've never been, you are not limited to breakfast fare. They serve all sorts of other diner-esque food that will also please your palate at any hour of the day. HOP, skip or jump over to my new favorite 4th meal restaurant.

What better way to finish a day than at IHOP? Seriously? Meg and I spent the day at Sea World living out childhood memories and arrive at IHOP throughly hungry and tired. Being a bit of an IHOP veteran, I ordered my favorite 'Country Griddle Cakes' and Meg had the Chocolate Chip Pancakes. Neither of us wanted any breakfast meat of the hash brown, so our waitress hooked it up and made exactly what we wanted for like $6 each - awesome. My only disappointment was no grits - I was in the south - there has to be grits. The waitress informed me there are no grits after 4PM - it sounded like a state law or something - then again it is Florida. The total bill was $15 - I cant remember the last time I paid for a $15 dinner for two.

Service was super great here. I was expecting this place to be ok in service because of downtown location but it was not what I expected. From the moment you walk-in, your greeted by the friendly host Renee and makes you feel welcomed.!Then, once sat down (even while packed, we got sat in less than 5 minutes) the friendly and attentive service continues with the servers too. I had the pleasure of being serviced by both Audrey and Bryan, and the customer service is extremely great. Both servers were happy when greeting us and patient too since we had to translate some things between English and Spanish. Definitely, if I'm ever up in the downtown Orlando area again, I will be stopping by to experience exceptional service and good food too.

So, yeah, it's an IHOP. Not your most local spot, but that's not why I could only give it 2 stars. Unfortunately the food wasn't great. My friend ordered a sunny side up egg and it was so undercooked that I was shocked the server even brought it over. At first he said it was fine, that it wasn't too bad, but the egg white was almost entirely raw, with the yolk sitting in a pile of clear gelatinous goop. He didn't want to send it back (who would want to send something back at 1:30am? Granted, I give any establishment a bit of leeway when I'm arriving for food at such a late hour, but that's what IHOP does- Breakfast food. That egg should never have been served, and when the server came up to clear our plates I'd hoped that she would have noticed that he didn't touch his egg. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles dish which came with half a big waffle and 4 chicken tenders. I found the chicken dry and extremely heavy on the breading. I get that I shouldn't expect something mind-blowing, but even being famished after having danced the night away didn't make me love that dish. On Yelp, 2 stars means: 'Meh. I've experienced better.' And that is unfortunately the case here (even at that time- cough cough Tako Cheena cough).

We walked in to a table upset because they heard a waitress speaking poorly about them on the other side of the restaurant. Then I witnessed the staff speaking poorly of this situation in front of me. Our waitress responded to everything with a rude "mhm" and couldn't be bothered to really serve us since she was training a new guy who was constantly getting yelled at. My order came out wrong and another table had to remind our waitress that I asked for more water. Meanwhile another waitress had her "break" station set up right next to our table. Such an awful experience and so unprofessional. Save yourself and keep on driving.

We came to IHOP because we were running errands and wanted something easy, fast and at a reasonable price. We must have been here on an off day, our server was a nice girl but the only way i can describe her demeanor and attitude was that she seemed high or she was Luna Lovegood. Not sure which. SHe would wander by and not even look at us when she said "everything ok" and keep on going. So if it wasn't, she wouldn't have been around anyway to hear the answer. Sure it was super busy and we don't expect much from IHOP so... fine. The fook ok, although my hubby's caramel pancakes had some god awful pudding in between that he had to scrape out (the server passed by a couple of times and saw him struggling with this and never offered an extra plate or asked if there was anything wrong). He had also ordered a side of toast when our food had arrived, and didn't get it until he reminded her - after we were done. So yea... meh experience, meh food.

I am in no way ashamed of writing this review - even if it does prove I actually went to an IHOP. It was 2am. We had been drinkin' (we'd beenn drinkkiin'). We were hungry. We'd been drinkin'. After a whirlwind good time in Orlando where we relived our college years - it started with sophisticated craft cocktails and ended with us taking tequila shots at a nightclub that didn't even ID people as they walked in - we needed some good grub. Unfortunately all the good places were closed - so we came here. To IHOP. And it was slammed - if this were a Denny's you could say it was.... GRAND SLAMMED (ahahahha). So we snag a booth and put our orders in. The place is chaos. Buddy of mine gets some sort of egg/breakfast dish. Another friend gets chicken fingers. My wife gets pancakes. I get french toast. The french toast was disgustingly sweet. Yes, I ate it all. Well almost all of it - you see, I shared it with my buddy who got the eggs, because when his plate arrived the fried eggs were mainly still raw. Not deliciously, ooey, gooey, runny...no, no...they were still raw with a thick (super thick) clear ring around the yolk. We convinced him not to eat it - and he wasn't about to send it back. Jump in on these french toast I offered - like any good friend would. In exchange I took some of his hashbrowns. By the time we were leaving the place was packed with a line. Seems everyone was done boozin'. The characters I saw here would put South Beach to shame. While this is the least I have ever paid for a meal in 5 years - I can't give it more than 2 stars. Why 2 stars and not 1? Free refills - duh.

This has become a usual brunch place for me. Decently priced, free and always quick refills, and the food has always been decent each time. I always end up going for an omelet plus pancakes- have to get pancakes here! The place is always packed on Sundays and we always end up getting stuck at this tiny table with out neighbors close enough to touch elbows with- ugh. Overall, not bad for a cheap brunch option.

We ordered Florentine Crepes and the Chicken Quesadillas. Everything was so bland and the chicken didn't seem like chicken at all. We basically didn't touch the quesadilla but the server did not bother to ask if there was something wrong. We were the only two people there. I am not sure what we were expecting from this place.

Nice location and free Wi-Fi, some servers are better than others. But all are pleasant and do their best, I appreciate that coming from the service industry. We have one regular server and she remembers our orders without us having to say it, nice bonus! Food is a good "stuff your gut" amount with a taste to match.

Not the best place to have breakfast but the food is ok.
