Amazing service! Even at 8 in the morning, the restrooms were clean and the food was decent and expectable. We just arrived from California and this IHOP was the only breakfast place that was open nearby. Definitely recommend for those traveling!

My sister and I have wanted to give this place a shot for a while. We decided to go today. Both of us ordered the Honey Lime Chicken Salad and got it to-go. When we looked at the salads at home, the chicken was almost non-existent. I measured it at a little over 1oz of chicken in each of our salads. That is nothing. Each of our salads were almost $10, totally not worth it. The staff was nice, but the food was horrible.

Although busy, our server Tanya was apologetic, warm, and courteous. A trait most people lack. I Love IHOP and have had 1 bad experience in my lifetime, but this was at another location. I'd definitely return.

Just returned from Oklahama City and haven't had an opportunity to eat since I left at 4 this am ...needless to say I was starved. I stopped at this IHOP outside OIA and had the best and freshest salad I've had in months. Way to go IHOP.

I'm at IHOP currently. We walked in and the hostess had an attitude but we were approached and seated promptly. I asked her for a cloth to wipe off the dirty table we were seated at... And of course she walked by us several and no cloth. Five waitress passed us by just sitting here for at least 20 mins before anyone approached us. Maybe coffee or something...but nothing until.... JP noticed us and greeted us with an apology and a smile. He took care of us immediately. Thanks so much JP you need a raise. Thumbs down!

Been here three times before, mainly during breakfast but this time around I went at 2pm and there were only 3 tables occupied so instead of the food comings out hot it was room temperature it was a waste of money for a family of four. You would expect hot and fresh food to be served at anytime.

Ariana was super awesome & beautiful. Her swift attentiveness to our needs definitely reflected her pleasant personality, esp after a very early flight from Atlanta w/ small children. Oh & the food was delicious. The t-bone steak was seasoned well & tender. I'll surely return when I'm in the Orlando area! Thank you Ariana

I ate here last night. Yes, breakfast for dinner... Why not! My server Danielle was great. I'm chatty and Danielle was kind enough to chat right back. My server informed me that I could get cheese & onions in both my has Browns & my eggs. I've never had that in my hash browns and so I went for it. Delish. I think that's how I prefer my hash browns now. I ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns & Swedish crepes. Everything was delicious. I noticed that reviews mentioned this location needs to do better with seasoning the food. I didn't have that issue. My server informed me that I was lucky to come on a night when Bree, the cook was working as she is a perfectionist and takes food seriously as its her passion. My suggestion to all would be: try to come when Bree is on staff. I love IHOPs and I try to hit this one when in the area. The best part about this location is that it's new, it's clean, it's well maintained and it's open 24 hrs.

Not to mention the service is pretty quick (this is an improvement from when they first opened). Their menu includes breakfast, lunch/dinner, and dessert. They are conveniently open 24 hours. Take the survey on your receipt and receive a free short stack of pancakes.

The menu promises the world but dose not deliver. I ordered the blueberry pancakes with ricotta cheeses, two eggs, hash browns and ham. The ham eggs and hashbrowns came out first with only One-fourth of the ham That shown in the menu photo. Also the pancakes were cold and ricotta cheese was missing. The waiter went back and within 30 seconds return with a new set of pancakes aside of cold ricotta cheese and the remaining percentage of my ham that was left behind. The ricotta cheese was grainy and flavorless reminiscent of cottage cheese. It's a no wonder the pancakes come out cold as it seems they must make them ahead of time since it only took them 30 seconds to return with more. For the life of me I still can't wrap my head around why I was served only a fraction of my ham with the remainder back there waiting. The waiter was nice but I see no reason to revisit this place.

Not a regular, but decided to take a chance as it was conveniently located next to our hotel. Arrived on a Monday at 1150 for a late breakfast. Greeted within 1 minute. Seated within another minute. Our server, MaryAnn, was prompt and friendly. We ordered the 2+2+2, and a 3+4+3, along with coffee. Everything arrived hot and cooked to order within 10 minutes. MaryAnn was attentive without being overbearing. We would gladly return if we were locals. Wish all IHOPs were this good.

You know you gotta love some IHOP. I took my kids here for valentines breakfast and as expected the wait time was about 25 min. Which I was ok with since this location is by the airport so lots of travelers stopped in. The place was very clean for it being such a busy day the tables were being clean constantly. We were prompt fairly quick to order and the food came out very quick. As you can imagine with two hungry kids fast service is a plus. The waitress was very nice however i only saw her once during my dining experience. On the other hand of that the food was not complete and the presentation of the food was on the lower end. For example my son order the happy face pancake and the cherries were missing. I substituted my hash-browns for redskin potatoes and I had still had pieces hash-browns underneath the potatoes. The food was good so it made up for it. Overall I have them a 3 star.

Fathers Day morning and the place is slammed, the staff up front was great as was the rest of the house. The wait wasn't bad considering. This iHop was the cleanest I have ever been in, there seemed to be servers and food runners everywhere, and running like a Swiss watch. Stop in an and pay them a visit.

I have found a new favorite, the classic breakfast crepe. I thought a small order of hash browns would help this meal. I finished it without the potatoes, to find myself pleasantly full. I would order this again anytime of day. My family and I have become regulars of this new IHOP, it's convenient to the house and we don't feel like we're being squeezed into a shoebox common with the other IHOPs in the area. There is plenty of parking with an indoor waiting area so you don't bake while waiting for a table. In fact we've come here at different times of the day and have never had to wait. We will stay regulars as long as they keep doing what they're doing.
