Maybe this location should be called Hungry Harries, close but not quite. It's obvious that this is a franchise location where the owner is choosing to make some cost cutting decisions. The pizza is...well...okay but I'm thinking they are using some lower quality ingredients. The 3 cheeser bread was also just okay but the addition of a cup of spaghetti sauce rather than the normal HH's pizza sauce was a disgrace...come on spaghetti and pizza sauce are NOT the same. Add in a depressing and dirty little waiting area and I say....call the one on Edgewater....much better.

I don't expect much from a place in a shopping plaza that has been on a constant decline since the late 90's. However, their service is terrible. There's no air conditioning in the building and thus far every time they have told me 15 minutes for pickup it's been around 30. We just ordered two large pizzas. We called at around 6:30. They said it would be around 40 minutes which is excusable because it's delivery. Lo' and behold, it's now 8:23. After calling twice, once at 7:20 and again at 8:00, we were told for the second time that our order would be ready and delivered within 5-10 minutes. This time the timing was accurate, however they only brought half of our order. They called their store and said a second car was going to arrive in 5-10 minutes with the second half of our order. This is preposterous! It's now 8:35 and the second half of the order just arrived. Hearing "it'll be there any minute," multiple times in 30 minute intervals is utterly ridiculous. We just found out that they got the second order wrong and charged for toppings (beef, ham, and onions) that weren't on the pizza as ordered. Wrong order and the pizza is cold. Bravo! Bravo! This one-time family friendly location used to have arcade styled video games, air conditioned quarters, friendly employees, and a decent restroom. To see what this place has became is a travesty. Terrible location. Horrible service. And a disgusting representation of the Hungry Howies name. That location should be stripped of it's Franchise benefits and should be re-named "Still Hungry Howie? Oh Well!"

Placed online order. After 1.5 hours with no pizza I called them twice and they hung up on me both times. Called in today and spoke with a manager who told me their online ordering system didn't work and that they wouldn't be able to refund me. I had to do a chargeback through my bank to resolve it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I'm new to the area and will definetly avoid the Hungry Howie's brand in the future.

Worst customer services this place should be close down 3hours to get 2,chesse pizza and a sub deliver and when they got here it was cold had to preheat it all in oven. No discount or even an apology for the inconvenience. I will never order from there ever again.

Where to start... I called in an order for pickup and was told that it would take 15 minutes to finish. Knowing that these ticket time estimates are usually off by a few minutes, I went to get my order a little later than they said. When I arrived, they took my payment and then proceeded to tell me that my order would be up in 20 minutes. At this point, I was a little confused because I had already placed my order and it clearly should have been ready. 30 more minutes passed and I noticed that I wasn't the only one who had been waiting for the order. Other customers were complaining about the wait time as well. My food finally came out and the employee told me "Sorry for the wait. Please come back next time." Another employee, who was next to her, said, "Grrrrl. He ain't never coming back. Chinese people don't like going to places with too many black people." All in all, an uncomfortable situation. I took my order back home, only to find that they had somehow managed to mess up my order, give me a pizza that was soupy in the middle and had the texture of a wet skin flap with cheese on it, and rock hard and cardboard-y on the outside, and give me "cinnamon" bread that had the texture of pentel erasers dipped in butter. The only vaguely redeeming part of this experience was the employee that knew that their service was crappy and apologized for it. Well, that and an amusing story to tell.
