First place we decided to eat when we got to Orlando. Not disappointed!!! Fish n chips were great, chicken tenders, potato skins, beer and Burgers are all excellent!! Our son gets burgers everywhere we go and he said this is one of THE BEST BURGERS he has ever had!! Yay for Frankie!!! This is a must stop pub!!
(4)Howard S.
Good food and great service. Bit more pricey than it needs to be but a good choice for dinner if you're staying on the neighbouring resort!
(3)Ayman B.
This is in my opinion one of the best burgers we had.
(5)Rebekah K.
Good food. Nice atmosphere. Had a large party and we were able to get our food served in a reasonable amount of time.

I have been here in the past several years in January. This is my favorite Irish restaurant in this area. Kathy ordered a rusty nail for $6.50. I had my usual margarita also for $6.50. We both ordered the shepherds pie for $14.95 with cheese for an extra $0.50. I was happy with my shepherds pie. Kathy was less satisfied. Kathy enjoyed her usual shock top for $5.95, while I enjoyed my usual guinness draft for $6.50. As you can see from all my other reviews, I rarely order dessert. But, in this case I did enjoy their bread pudding for $5.95. I guess a lot of tourists visit this restaurant. They automatically added a 15% gratuity to my bill so my total damage was $76.30. Check out my most recent pics.

Stop in for the first time and ordered the Shepards pie. Good call on my part, was awesome. I make it a point to try the Shepards pie in every Irish Bar I go to! This definitely did not disappoint! Will be back for more!!

STOP! DO NOT believe any of the reviews that are four or five stars, these reviews are obviously family, friends or employees. I trusted all these incredible 4/5 star reviews and OMG they couldn't be farther from the truth! Took several minutes to be greeted & sat, no host/hostess. I believe the bartender/manager finally acknowledged us and basically told us to pick a table. No server ever greeted us at our table, the same bartender/manager came back to ask our drink order and then returned several minutes later to ask what one of the drinks was...a coke, diet coke and ice tea. A server finally came to our table but was grabbed by another server and told our table was covered, she just smiled and walked away. Three servers were on the floor and it was a cluster. The bartender/manager took our food order, seemed shocked that we were only ordering two meals...sampler appetizer platter and the fish/chips. Appetizer platter: wings, good - potato skins, tasted like store bought frozen kind, terrible - mozzarella sticks, also frozen kind, but decent Fish/chips: two HUGE pieces (perfect for sharing), hot & flavorful - chips, terrible frozen fries that came out lukewarm at best. Empty drinks sat until we flagged down another server. The bartender/manager came back to our table for the first time since food had been dropped after two of us were already done eating. Husband had to go to bar and request check, which contained a 15% gratuity already. Pricing was high for the mediocre frozen food. Would not return, and do not recommend.

Simply said - great food and atmosphere - fish and chips are best! Definitely add this to your list when staying in the area.

Almost, almost...a tourist trap. Read the reviews, and honestly, thought it would be better. Our waitress was great; I believe her name was Allie...? We had ten people, half if them kids so it was definitely a busy table. The food was okay. Food prices were pretty reasonable for an Orlando restaurant near hotels; however, the freaking beer prices are stupid. We paid $15 for a pother of Yeungling...all other pitchers start at $14. Seems a but much. Would I go back? Probably, but not my first option.
(3)Stephsnie T.
Great food at good prices. Friendly wait staff. The fish and chips are the best, good burgers too!
(5)David S.
Been nothing but fantastic food here, you must try their wings! Went here twice while staying at the nearby hotel, no complaints at all.
(5)Steve M.
We decided to visit after reading the yelp reviews. We had the fish and chips and the mushroom burger. The fish and chips were the star of the meal. Mild flavor and a huge portion makes for a destination dish. The burger, while good, was ordinary and can be found at many other places. The server was very good and kind. I will probably repeat the visit to try the Irish menu items since the first visit went well.

I ended up with the Shepherd's Pie and was not disappointed. It was delicious. I can't wait to come back. The service was very good, and I enjoyed the free refills. Highly recommended!
(5)Steve D.
OMG, Best Shepard's Pie ever! Great bar, fantastic service, friendly folks. Every kind of Irish beer you can imagine. Near Disney World. Next to Outlet Center if you're a serious shopper.
(5)Stephen L.
My family and I went here for dinner after getting back to our resort from the Disney parks. For an Irish pub, their menu had several international food items, but not much that seemed actually Irish. Overall the food was just okay. The Frankie's salad I had was weird, but edible. Mom's wrap sandwich was okay. Dad's ceasar salad had very little dressing and the restaurant didn't have any anchovies to go with it when we asked. My unsweet tea also tasted very watered down. The service was also just okay. We had to wait a few minutes at the door for any server to greet and seat us. Some of the beers on the menu were no longer actually available at the restaurant, so their beer lists are dated. Overall, just okay.

Came here to eat on Christmas eve. This is right next to the factory outlets and also the Buena Vista Resort and hotel. This place was utterly right across the street from the hotel. So of course I ate here being that everything was closed on Christmas eve. I had a chicken sandwich with french fries. The grilled chicken sandwich was really good. Very healthy and lean. They gave pretty good portions. The sandwich was $9.95, which was not that bad. They also had Terriyaki chicken with white rice and vegetables, which was also $9.95. Give it a try if you are in the area. They are pretty good. If you are super lazy they also deliver the order to the Buena Vista Resort hotel but the order has to be a minimum of $25. Not bad for a Christmas Eve dinner.

Tucked away in the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores and on the edge of the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village, I was super surprised to find that this place was pretty nice! Outdoor seating is available, along with AMPLE seating inside (this place is huge!). Although it was empty when I first arrived, it started filling up rapidly as the dinner hour approached. I was waiting for a friend, so I started at the bar and ordered a shandy... It was so tasty that I had to have another! Barmaid/Barman were super friendly. After my friend arrived, he decided that he wanted to order some fish & chips. What was delivered was the largest fillet of fish I have ever seen. It looked like half of a coelacanth! Friend declared the fish super tasty and the chips that I snitched were perfect. $15 for the Fish & Chips... not bad for the extremely generous portion. Strongbow cider is on tap, along with seasonal ales. TV's showing the days games were peppered around the seating area. Laid back feel. I'll be back! *Only issue I had was trying to figure out which doors to use to get in! I figured it out though...
(4)Billy H.
Tasty food and lots of selections. Good prices for family dining.
(4)Monte M.
The Fish and Chips is the BEST I've ever had! It's a huge portion. This is a hidden gem among the outlet malls! Guinness and Strongbow on tap. Everything is hand made in this place and the quality shows. I've eaten here 4-5 times and never had a bad meal yet!
(5)Molly M.
What a great place to eat! The ambiance is true irish, the burgers are juicy, and where else can you get a sandwich consisting of french fries and eggs! Looking for something fun, go for the Santa Fe wrap! I sometimes have a problem with ranch dressings, but this one was great! Plus, any place that has Strongbow on tap is great for me! Excellent for families too, I recommend it for people of all ages.
(4)Mike A.
Food was good....service ok....a little shocked at prices....A LOT shocked at the included gratuities...for three people....2 adults...1 child...to bad....we tip 20%....your loss....we are local....probably won't be back....going be hard to recommend people...the included gratuities for 3 people....left a bad taste in our mouth....
(2)Julio M.
Like always the best Chicken Parmesan and Angus Burger this side of town !!! Kudos to our server Judy, who went out of her way to make our dining experience unforgettable. She's definitely an asset to this establishment and we'll deserving of the praise. The service, food and ambience is top notch.

I was offered a timeshare unit from a fellow yelper in California (Ida H) in Florida for a week and me and one of my friends went. While I was laying by the pool I was talking to one of the other timeshare unit owners and he said that we have to try this place-he didn't know the name of it, but he said to go down this one street and once you see the racetrack then turn left at the light. We are driving down the street and never saw any race tracks. The street ended and we decided to go back to the condo. Well, on the way back we see a gas station with the name racetrak! Voile' there is was big and bold. Men are from Mars and women are from Venus. We are looking for a horse or car racetrack! So, we turn right (we are going in the opposite direction now) and he had said once the road ends there is the bar restaurant! The road didn't end, but it did have a loop around. And, right there in the loop around is the bar/restaurant. So, we go into the establishment wanting some really good fish. We decided to split one order because of the description. Pleasantly we were not disappointed. Yummy! It was so good that a few days later we went back and again we were not disappointed. Everyone there was wonderful from the bartender to the wait staff. Definitely recommend this place if you visit Orlando, Florida! Thank you my fellow yelper in California for the use of your timeshare unit - Love you man!

Nothing special here. It's a pub with pub food. Had the fish and chips and yes, I got one big piece o' fish but it's not like it's something I look forward to having it again. I was hungry, I got full. That's about the best I can say. I was fooled into thinking there was something exceptional here based on all the excellent reviews but alas, there is not. You've been warned!
(2)Beth M.
Great food, horrible service. We were left alone for 20 minutes at one time during the meal and I had to stand up and grab a container of sugar and a menu for dessert. Then I had to walk to the bar to ask someone to find our waiter. A different waiter walked over to our table with our check and we had to proceed to say that we were not done with ordering. The food was great if you're ok with being abandoned....

I LOVE Frankie Farrells. My sister and her family live in Winter Garden and every time I visit, a stop at Frankies is a must! Their clam chowder and nachos are killer. The best part about Frankies is it is perfect for a beer and an app while catching up with my sister or a family gathering with kids. (They have an awesome game room next door that is worth hours of entertainment for kids) Defiantly worth checking out.
(5)Emilia M.
Surprisingly awesome! My boyfriend and I had talked about coming here for quite some time and we were glad we did. I had a huge craving for fish and chips and was satisfied ten-fold. They have an ample menu with lots of traditional Irish dishes and standard pub fare to chose from. The burgers were huge, juicy, and delicious. We went for lunch on a Sunday and the place was fairly quiet, but I would imagine they can get busy for dinner and during games. They also advertised karaoke on Saturday nights, which I will have to check out. The service was adequate. I was with my family and our waiter wasn't very chatty, but our meals came out fairly quickly, so we had no complaints. I highly recommend this place if you're craving hearty, satisfying pub food.

Frankie Farrel's is a good lunch menu. Service was very quick and friendly.

This place wish in the same complex as my hotel. this is a great Irish pub. This fish and chips there is awesome. they have a lot of tvs and it's a good place to watch sports games there is a huge patio where you are aloud to take your drinks with you. the wait staff is really nice and friendly they have yungling on tap thats my favorite beer and you can't get it in the Midwest.

I totally dig FF's a new place off theme park property to grab a couple of beers, some bar food, and just enjoy the atmosphere. The draft and bottled beer list is beefy, but I wish there were descriptions as those unfamiliar with beverage brands from across the pond may wind up ordering something they dislike. I did like that there was a notation for the local craft draft because sometimes one just wants a little Sunshine State in their Irish Pub. When speaking of the Fish and Chips: "huuuuge," "the size of your forearm," and "extremely generous," I am curious whose arm they are talking about... The Incredible Hulks?! I could easily turn that basket of cod into two days worth of meals, and I love to eat! Many have complained about the volume of breading, but if you've been to the UK, that's pretty much spot on as to what you'd get in a proper chippy. I also enjoyed their chicken appetizer which looked like some fancy SuperBowl hors d'oeuvres with niblets of chicken on toasted bread and garnished with a pickle slice, surrounding a nest of onion straws! It may sound silly, but they were surprisingly good and easy to share. There are plenty of flat screens around the room, so I am certain any type of game day festivities could get quite exciting. Sitting under one, I was able to sneak peeks at the Rangers game, but it also loaned to other patrons hovering at our table, and offering to help eat my beached whale! ;) I would certainly come back again with some friends, and maybe check out the mini-amusement corner. I may not score anything with the crane game, but the pin ball machine is a different story. Note: When you turn onto Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets (at the light), do not turn into the outlets parking lot. Take the second right on the roundabout, and you'll see it on the bottom floor of the housing block. They have their own parking lot, but it is a little small.

We only came in to this place because we found it on Yelp. We ordered fish and chips. $14.95, but don't try to eat it by yourself. The fresh cod fillet is the size of your forearm. The picture I posted doesn't do it justice. This place is a little hard to find. We passed it and had to turn around. Worth the hunt, though! Even locals don't seem to know about it. I thought it was a little weird that they added a gratuity of 15% for a party of four, but whatever. It's a pub and grille, but there is a family atmosphere, at least for the dinner crowd. This was certainly a good find.
(5)Whit W.
Food was absolutely amazing. We had a burger, Reuben sandwich, chicken salad sandwich, and a Sante Fe wrap. Each was outstanding!! The restaurant itself was very clean and quite nice as well. Would definitely recommend giving it a shot!! We were told to try the fish and chips by our server, so if you go thats their bread and butter.

While in Orlando, we were looking for a spot for lunch before escaping out of town. Found this place on yelp! Tried to locate via yelp for about 20 minutes.to no avail. Address and directions take you to the mall office of the outlet mall next door when they are actually on the 1st floor of the hotel/ timeshare next door. Called the place twice to assist and they kept telling me they were next to the Nike store or near this store..................... I almost purposely crashed into a tree when I realized they could have easily mentioned that they were in The big ass 3-story building next door!! Anyway, let's try and move on... My son got the chicken wings and they were just OK, my wife got the shepherd's pie and said it was a little better than OK and I got the fish and chips and they were pretty damn good. I can't fault them for not making good wings, it's an Irish joint after all. The service was good and the prices are good as well.

Family of 5 (3 teenagers) last day here and we were looking for something everyone would like. Mission accomplished Irish and American food lots of appetizers and good beer selection. Best of all 11:30 am on a Monday and it wasn't busy. Food was pretty good the fish and chips were a mammoth portion.
(4)Andrea L.
Pretty respectable pub food. We ordered carry out since we were staying at the LBV resort village. I got nachos and my husband got a burger. Both were good. Prices were moderate. I can't speak for the service, since my husband placed the order and did the pick up, but the food was decent. My expectations were initially low, because they're located on a hotel property, but it was good. (I never expect much from resort food, but that's just me).
(4)Tina H.
Food was OK, nothing special. I think the Drinks were made from a mix. Not worth going a second time.
(3)Mandi H.
I ate here last night. I'm not sure why there are so many good reviews on here. My tables food came out stone cold and it took a long time to get our food. The tables weren't even filled. I'm sure everyone knows how disgusting refrigerator cold french fries are so imagine eating that with a steak sandwich that had no seasoning and super chewy meat with a cold bun and overcooked veggies. That's pretty much how it went. The plus side is the service. You'll get several different people stopping by your table at random times that are quit friendly.
(2)Craig H.
Food was great. Most importantly my four kids all liked their food. The game room next door was also nice. I had fish and chips and it was huge. My wife had shrimp chowder and chicken salad sandwich. Kids had chicken parmigiana, ham and cheese, cheese burger, and chicken strips everyone left happy and full. We split the wings for appetizer and enjoyed them as well. Food came out quick.
(4)Chris M.
Great food and service. Boddington's on tap and quiet atmosphere. The kids loved it and the Guiness Stew was FANTASTIC!
(5)Laura L.
Ate here two days in a row. Great food, friendly servers, great prices. Must try the stew or sheppards pie.
(5)Eric P.
Awesome food. Atmosphere is amazing make sure you like soccer :). Pre drink before 8 dollar shots of Jameson at an Irish bar.
(4)Cecille R.
Came here for an early lunch but I think this is a place that you're meant to come to for Happy Hour/Dinner. It was DEAD when we walked in. There was one family dining but otherwise it was empty. It's an Irish themed pub so the bar is insane! Like I said earlier, this would be a cool Happy Hour spot if you happened to be on this side of town or are on vacation. Not to mention this would be a better option for a meal than the food court at the outlet next door! I ordered the fish and chips and my hubby ordered a regular burger. The menu items came out in record time. My eyes popped out of my head when I saw the size of my fish. It was huuuge! The breading was a bit heavy for my tastes so I ended up peeling it away and eating the fish itself which was delicious. It also came with a side of steak fries (perfectly fried), cole slaw, side of tartar sauce and some malt vinegar if needed. Hubby was happy with his burger. There are also flatscreens all over this place. They were showing a soccer (futbol for Europe) game on tv. The waiter that seemed to be manning the entire restaurant of 2 tables was good. Checked on us regularly but not too in your face. Great little spot in tourist central when you don't want to do a chain restaurant!
(4)Frank L.
So I have been to Frankie Ferrels twice, and have to say I am a fan! It is in a somewhat uncommon location for an Irish restaurant located under some timeshare and in the back of the outlet center. The first time I came there were virtually no people there on a Saturday afternoon. the service and food were both great. Well, the second time, I decided to try them on St Patty's day since I knew the other local Irish pubs would be slammed. It was definitely a good move. While they were packed, they handled the crowd well, and I was seated within 30 minutes. The four of us ordered the fish and chips (ginormous), Guinness stew, chicken curry, and a burger. Everything was amazing. it was all fresh and hot with lots of flavor. I will definitely be going back as they do have local craft beer as well.
(4)Joseph I.
Fish and chips were good, but the restaurant seems to have an identity crisis. Walls are decorated with pop culture and the music playing is the same. They should have stuck to an Irish theme.
(3)Cheyenne D.
First walking in it felt like walking into an ice chest. A man from behind the bar that I can only assume was the owner because he was not dressed like the rest of the employees asked how many and walked from behind the bar with menus. He told us the back room was full (and let me tell you... It wasn't) and walked us to an area that had a variety of tables from six tops, high tops and booths. Telling us we could take a big table (there were only three of us) we decided to sit at the high top. As I looked around I realized there weren't any waiters in the front room as many tables round us looked for one as well. Finally the owner came up to us asking if anyone has taken our order and upon us saying no he took it and left. He didn't write our drink order down (coke, diet coke, and unsweet tea) and seemed scatter brained so it was no surprise when he came back and asked me specifically if he could make my coke an unsweet tea... WHAT?¿ I ordered a coke and you just told me you had coke... I said I think you meant my mother... My mother looked at him and said no I ordered an unsweet not sweet tea... Ok... Then a woman server came up to us and said hello... Before she could even finish her introduction a man yelled from across the restaurant that wasn't her table and we were taken care of... So professional. A minute or two later a different man came out with our drinks... He was the bartender working clear on the other side of the restaurant... We ordered the fish and chips and the sampler that had wings, potato skins, and mozzarella sticks. The fish was great... The chips (fries) however tasted like a potato chopped and fried with no flavoring whatsoever which explains the lack of enthusiasm I had while eating the potato skins because they also had no flavor. They tasted and felt like freezer potato skins you get from a grocery store and heat up yourself. We didn't see our waiter for the rest of the time we were there because he was attending to the bar. My stepdad finished his drink and I watched the bartender look over at our table three times before we had to flag down another employee to get him a diet coke. When the employee came back he said oh and here's a coke I heard you were waiting on one... Weird because me cup was completely full. After the bus boy cleared our table we waited for the check and waited... And waited... Finally my stepdad walked up to the bar and paid out server (the bartender). Our server didn't even bring our check back... The bus boy did... Good thing there was a 15% gratuity because that's all they were getting if not less. I was floored by the end of this experience because I have never seen a restaurant run so poorly before... And really... This is an Irish pub. The potato skins should be one of the best things on the menu. So disappointed.
