Made a stop at five guys burger because my little one was in the mood for either Cici's pizza or a cheeseburger. I refuse to go to Cici's and therefor she ended with a burger. The store is located on Kirkman road and not too far from a Valencia college center, great location as I am sure it attracts student traffic during lunch and dinner hours. Store was very clean and looked more old school on the inside, not sure how long it's been there as it looks a bit different than other locations that I have been to. Funny story: so, my 10 year old was very hungry, I placed the order with the guy at the register for a regular cheese burger and small fries, he then said "would that be all?" I said yes, it's just for her. He then said in a very nice manner "sir, we suggest that you order a little cheese burger for kids" which is very thoughtful, I then replied back saying that she's very hungry and I am sure she'll finish most of it if not all. He said "not a problem at all". So we walk away and my daughter says "little cheeseburger is cheaper than a regular cheeseburger, right?" I said yes, she then said " wouldn't he want to up sell you versus the other way around?" I just started laughing and said that it would make sense but it was very nice of him to mention it in case another customer wasn't aware .

Can't complain about five guys.. A friend of mine introduced me to five guys burgers three years ago.. Wow, they truly do a great burger.. I like that they are freshly made.. You can choose your own toppings when you order.. Can't get better than that.. I have been to numerous five guys across the country... Always great burgers n service.. I have been to this location many times.. It is a much slower location.. But I like it.. No real waiting.. You can go in n out pretty fast..plenty of tables if you decided to dine in...

One of the best burgers I've eaten. If you want a nice juicy, greasy (what a burger should be) delicious burger come here. Fries are great too. The only compaint I have is why no shakes? need to get on it guys

Bottom line - Five Guys never lets me down. No matter where I am at, Five Guys always provides a good burger. It is nice to have a go to chain to get a quality burger in almost any city you are in. While I would not label it as the best burger in Orlando, it is miles above any other chain I can think of and well worth the price.

The food is good! Hamburgers are cooked well, the choice of toppings is good and the fries are fantastic. It's greasy but what do you expect when you go to a burger place. The Cajun fries are in my opinion not as good as the regular plain fries. They simply sprinkle Cajun seasoning from a container on the fries, it doesn't taste as good as you'd think and some fries end up with a lot of seasoning and others with none. Unfortunately the customer service at this particular store is less than ideal. Not even mediocre. The seating space is somewhat limited and it can be loud and fairly slow during peak times. So if you like their food (and who doesn't) go to another 5 Guys store, there are plenty in town, including Dr Philips which isn't that far from the Kirkman location. But if you are stuck in the area there are plenty of better choices up and down the same street.
