I don't know what they do to their chicken wings but whatever it is, I'm in love. They are always hot, crispy, juicy, seasoned and delicious. Try them. You'll be glad you did.

Yumm!!! When ordering any of the combinations, they can feed 2 or 3. It comes with soup, egg roll & fried rice. It's the only Chinese place we order from.

Our favorite Chinese place was not delivering tonight and this was the other choice for delivery in the area. It will certainly never be our First Choice. We were quoted 40-60 minutes for our delivery from this location which is only 2 miles away from our home. 80 minutes later right when we were about to call and complain the driver arrived. We asked why our food was so late and the driver said 'we were busy' with no further explanation or anything close to an apology. Let me say the flavor of the food was not bad so that was positive, but all the food was lukewarm/room temperature. The krab rangoons were chewy and tough, when we expected them to be hot and crispy. We won't be trying First Choice again.

This is my all time favorite Chinese restaurant. Great service, phenomenal food, and awesome lunch specials. Each order is large enough to turn into two meals! I absolutely adore the cashew chicken and the chicken lo men. The crab rangoons are pretty tasty, too.

They chose a poor cut of cow for their beef. It is CHEWY! Unacceptable. I will not return. I will dust off my wok and food processor instead.

Love First Choice and my man (he's back in VA due to elderly parents and does some snowbird time each year) misses them terribly - when he comes down in the winter, it's usually the first thing he wants. I love the Rangoons, and Brittany has it right - the order sizes are far more than one can finish on entree's. The fried rice is the way I always loved, w/egg, peas, onions, etc. Not sure what Karen is talking about - I doubt they deliver to Cincinnati. Not only that, but their delivery folks have always been terrific in my experience. Recommend them highly!

Just a random Chinese food spot in my area. The only one that delivered so I thought I'd give it a shot the other day. Their crab rangoons are strangely sweet. Not a fan of them but they did arrive piping hot and cripsy on the outside so I appreciated that. Their General Tsao's chicken is pretty good. Nothing out of the ordinary and their Wonton soup is tasty. The lady on the phone was super super nice and helpful. The delivery guy was not as nice or professional but what do I really expect? I'll probably order there again but no rangoons this time.

Great value in food for what you get. Portions are more than enough. I do remember a year back that they'd give you bigger portions than they do now for lunch specials but it is all good. I love their General Tso's Chicken, Fried Donuts, Sesame Chicken and Crab Rangoon.

Chinese fast-food, it's not the greatest cuisine -- its oily, a little soggy by the time you get home, but you hope for the best. I ordered Hunan Chicken, Vegetable soup, Hot and Sour Soap and Sweet and Sour Chicken. The Hunan Chicken had lots of chicken, but little vegetables and very few black beans. When I ordered, I asked if there were going to be plenty of broccoli, baby corn, snow peas, carrots, etc. Exactly like that, each vegetable asked for specifically. I only got chicken and broccoli in the box. The vegetable soup was wonton chicken broth, 3 pieces of small broccoli and a mushroom cut into very small pieces. The hot and sour soup was thick (likely due to too much corn starch), with no pork, no sour and no hot. Very disappointing! The sweet and sour chicken and pork fried rice was mediocre but truly smelled of old/dirty oil that had been repurposed one too many times. Very disappointing food wise. But the staff is nice and friendly.

I ordered the shrimp in lobster sauce with fried rice and the lobster sauce leaked all over in the container and inside the bag before it got to me, noticed as I left and the workers said I shook it. The shrimp was rancid and ended up eating parts of the fried rice that wasn't soggy from the lobster sauce.

First Choice is the best spot for New York style Chinese food. Ever since moving up from south Florida , every spot I've tried has been horrible until I came across First Choice. The General Tso is my dish of choice but I have tried others and each is just as delightful. Great lunch and dinner combination specials for a good price and great portions.

I had been looking everywhere in Orlando for a good Chinese place. I tried First Choice a few days ago and I will NEVER eat anywhere else again! The food is EXCELLENT! I had the General Tso's Chicken and the flavor was incredible. I didn't use any spice or sauce on it at all. I was completely blown away with the taste. It was made with big chunks of tender, white-meat chicken, and the sauce was just perfect. The Fried Rice was perfect, full of eggs and Vegetables. The hot and sour soup was thick, spicy and tangy, just the way that I like it. The best part about the place is the amount of food that you get. I usually eat sizable portions, I'm a grazer... and I was able to eat 6 times out of the meal and I was completely full each time. Each meal ended up costing me about $1.60. You can't beat that for Value! I will never eat Chinese Food anywhere else!

I've been using first choice Chinese several years. I'm surprised I never wrote a review about it. It is probably the best Chinese food I have found in the area. Portions are very generous. I usually like to get the Moo Shu pork, absolutely delicious. Their dishes usually come with soup, and an egg roll. All very good. In the past when I call and order in, they don't always get it right. It's one of those language things. But you bring it to their attention and they usually take care of it. A word to the wise... I always go to the restaurant, and order in person, when I can. We have used their delivery service also, very good, very kind, and very gracious. Give it a shot some time.

Well-worth it. It's cheaper than my usual place (and closer), but was so much better than I expected. I kind of expected meh, to be honest. But it was great! Leftovers, too! And they were very kind and nice to deal with. There's online ordering, which was a nice surprise. My boyfriend got kung pao chicken, chicken low mein, egg rolls, etc. I got chicken and broccoli. Mine was awesome, he ended up taking a bunch. He said his kung pao wasn't as good as it usually is (this is his regular Chinese place). He also made a point to mention that their beef with broccoli and their general tso's are, each, always on-point. The crab rangoon was very good, too.

Food isn't bad. People may complain about the dinner prices but they give you A LOT of food. You can get either get two egg rolls or an egg roll and Wonton soup. I usually get the sesame chicken. Overall, pretty good place to get take out chinese.

I'm usually not a fan of your typical Chinese fast food places but they seem to be the best on my side of town. I actually drive 15 minutes just to take advantage of their lunch specials. This location is in a strip mall just like most Chinese places. Every time I've visited it's clean, well lit and the staff is pretty friendly. I usually order the Hunan Chicken which is considered to be a spicy dish but personally I could use a little more spice. Love the fresh veggies! The lunch combos come with your choice of entree, pork fried rice and your choice of either a soda or egg roll. Portion size is pretty big so I usually have left overs. Food is piping hot! I usually get steamed rice because I'm not a fan of most fried rice. On my last visit I forgot to tell them I wanted steamed rice and ended up with the fried rice. I was a little bummed because I expected to see the normal "yellow" fried rice that most Chinese restaurants serve. To my surprise this rice was actually fried rice! It was brown which means they actually used soy sauce! I have to say after I tasted it I wasn't disappointed. It was pretty good and I would get it again. There wasn't a lot of pork present nor was there a lot of veggies either but I was ok with it. I keep seeing other reviews mention the chicken wings. Those are definitely on my radar for next time. If you're looking for a decent Chinese place then give them a try.

Fried chicken wings. Pork egg rolls. Stick with those items and you will be happy. Forget everything else. Whenever I stray from these items, I regret it. I was in the mood for General Tso's chicken, but I don't like mystery meat, which is often used in General Tso's chicken. The cashier told me for $2 I could request white meat, which he said makes it awesome. So I decided to give it a try. Worst choice ever. The chicken was more fluff than chicken. No lie, some of the pieces were just breading with no chicken. To add insult to injury, the sauce was some kind of syrupy mockery of a sauce. I won't make that mistake again. Don't get me wrong. I will still be back for the wings and egg rolls, which are amazing. The General Tso's chicken just wasn't my preference. I'll stick with La China for that in the future.

Tonight was my first time trying this Chinese take out restaurant. I ordered what I normally order at Chinese, vegetable fried rice, vegetable roll, and szechuan style beans curds. It was all good except I could say the roll could have more flavor. I do recommend it. The prizes and portions are even better!

The food was fair. My only complaint is that we ordered garlic chicken and either we got the wrong item or they did not put the little hot pepper on the menu because it was really hot and did not taste like garlic.

Love that you can see the kitchen and your meals being prepared! Great weekly luncheon specials before 3pm. $5.59 includes generous helping of entree, pork fried rice, and choice of soup, soda, or egg roll. General To ' s Chicken is delish! 4 lunch specials is enough to feed 5 people and still have leftovers! Plus. . Pick up a menu on the way in and there is a coupon on the back that can be combined with special.
