very poorly managed.....dirty, bad food, machines always broken and stealing your change, rude employees and door guard constantly abandons post....i cant warn you enough.....stay away from this hellhole.

This was a typical Chuck-E-Cheese. I think it was well lit, and it had a good variety of games for various age groups. The birthday party package included a personal visit from Chuck and the kids were happy. The seating is a little cramped. Coupons are often in the Sunday paper, so it's easy to save some money while having a day out. Here's my gripe: the ladies room has only one changing table for babies/toddlers--and that table is in disrepair!! It's hanging off the wall at an angle 30 degrees below horizontal. So I had to hold it up using my legs so that my son wouldn't slide to the floor. Imagine changing the diaper of a squirmy 35lb toddler wobbling around on an inclined plane--now add poop. This is unacceptable, dangerous and irresponsible--especially since this is a children's venue. My advice is the change diapers outside in the car. I should add that the food wasn't bad, the chicken sandwiches were really good, the fries were bad, the pizza was just okay. Oh and there's a police officer posted outside the front door. And when we went back to our car, the person in the car beside ours was lighting a blunt. Yep, that sums it up.

All I remember is still the smell of "pee" all over this place! It definitely needs more cleaning!

Took my children and her friends there today.. It could be extremely expensive if you don't have coupons.. The employees was very friendly n helpful today.. They were very patience with kids when they redeemed the tickets.. Made them all very happy:) The food was ok.. I paid for the salad bar but not too happy with it.. The ham looked so brown.. I don't know how they can serve that.. The beets had that bleachy smell.. Couldn't eat much from it.. Most of the game machines was out of order today.. Still plenty to play with cuz my children are small..a decent place for the children to run loose.. Will be back!!!

My in-laws are in town from Missouri (this is a good thing) and my mother-in-law found a coupon for Chuck E Cheese. I have not been since I was a pre-teen, so I was not sure what to expect taking my 5 & 8 year old there. Place was not that bad. With the deals my mother-in-law got, we fed 4 adults and 2 kids (and got 100 tokens) for about $38. Kids had a good time, pizza was decent, and I was able to keep my sanity. I doubt I will go out of my way to come back, but I would not avoid the place. My only complaint was the lack of an old school Pac-Man game. Places like this do not respect the classics any more.
