Nothing of what I ate here had a distinctive flavor and the food was VERY salty. The fruits (pineapples, peaches etc) appeared to be canned fruits and the ice cream well...cookies and cream sans the cookies! I don't recommend the tap water here....I guess when the employees are drinking bottle water that should tell you something! The only think that I actually liked was their hot tea.

The chicken & fries was cold, I was too hungry to care. I ordered 1 drink that cost $1.99 . Total cost was $17.00 For 1 person, that price is too high. I asked why so high, I was told I should have looked at the price at the front. Smh.. This place is a rip-off.

Seriously, his place deserves a better rating than it's getting! The decor is an eyesore, but don't let it distract you from the Mongolian party that is about to happen in your mouth! Maybe avoid the chicken, but go nuts on everything else this incredible place has to offer. They even have green and orange Jello for desert; c'mon, who doesn't love Jello?!?!? So sit back, let the guy make your food Mongolian style, and be prepared for a flavor explosion in your mouth!

I couldn't believe my future mother in law was craving Chinese food and was actively seeking it on our Disney weekend. The worst part, we ended up at this place. Although the dinner buffet is fairly cheap for the area (13.99 per person before tax and tip), I couldn't eat 90% of the food - oily, tasteless or overly salted, straight up trash. The food was a waste of calories. I ended up bringing two bowls of veggies and asked the Mongolian grill to stir fry it for me. It was a perfect diet meal aka not eat after the amazing lunch at The Dutch the day prior.

This place was a shame. The food was bad salty chewy and to top it all I found a roach in my noodles. Stay away front this place

Everything in here looked so fresh!!! ... Including the cockroach that was perched up against the side of one of the carts... It's been said that if you actually see one, that means there's a dozen of them somewhere close by. Just a warning, might not want to be too eager to eat from here.

In the land of buffets and fast food, China Jade does an ok job serving up americanized chinese food. The space is long and deep with a buffet full of standard chinese food. In the back is a small spot for Mongolian grill. Pick your noodles, veggies and meats plus some sauces and you've got yourself a meal. Between the two, I'm sure you'll find something to keep you satisfied. For dessert you've got some fresh fruit, small cakes and ice cream. Service is fine, your cup will never be empty. I doubt you'll leave hungry and for the price, you can certainly do worse. While I don't think I'd choose to go to a place like this at home, when you're on the road, tired and hungry of theme parks, China Jade will keep you full and happy at a reasonable price!

Not impressed. Food selection was sparse for the price. Mongolian Grill was the best part of the food. Hot and Sour Soup was barely okay. The chili oil was pretty good though, and the iced tea was absolutely delicious.

Surprised to see the negative feedback. Thought it had a great buffet selection though the Mongolian Grill is where the action is really at. Scoop your own ice cream also to send you home happy. Worth a shot if you are hungry!

$9.99 for lunch. not a HUGE selection but they have pretty good food. very typical asian buffet place with the usual dishes. the best was the bbq ribs and the tofu with veggies. other than that, theres not much else. they have mongolian bbq but there was no one there to cook it for you, weird. VERY small dessert bar with maybe only 2 types of cake, choco cookie, and jello. their wonton soup was actually pretty good too. this is the fancier restaurant of all the buffet restaurants i went to during my week long stay here.

Selection was better then most buffets we have visited in Kissimmee area. Food was hot and was replaced once the trays were near empty. Atmosphere was pleasing, and we were greeted warmly. We visited at about 8:00 pm, was not busy about 1/3 full. Chinese tea was limited to Oolong, but it was good, and at $0.75 each for the three of us in 2 pots was a nice addition to the meal. Old plates were removed from the table regularly, but they did ask first. Only thing I could really complain about was lack of dressing selection for the salad area (I like blue cheese or french). We are going back next Saturday. Bon Appetite.

Mediocre food, kind of pricey, great service, good location. We ate there once on our vacation in Orlando, FL. We loved the ease with which we found the place, and decided to choose in its favor rather than the multitude of fast food places around. First things first. The food was a huge disappointment since we go to Chinese buffets a lot and know what could be. What WAS was laden with sauce and salt in an outrageous way even for a Chinese buffet fare. I personally had to mix everything with plain white rice to make it eatable. The selection was so-so too. Looks like they lacked at least 2 options usually available at places like that in each category (e.g. poultry, red meat, salad bar, etc.). We didn't use Mongolian grill. The server was courteous and anticipatory. No long wait for the check or having to sit with our dirty plates still on the table. Good job! The location was very convenient to the hotel we stayed in (Rosen Inn on the International Drive) but we decided not to come back to eat there after our first time. The value was not a good deal choice- and health-wise. I don't remember how much exactly it cost but comparing the selection and the price per person with your average Chinese buffet we concluded we've experienced much better.

I specifically remember eating here with my family during our trip to Orlando, Florida. As with most Asian families, it is understood that they can only eat so much "non-asian" food for a certain period of time. So we found this little place which we thought would satisfy ourselves with an Americanized Asian buffet. The place is a bit small for quite a space and had only a limited amount of food. I especially liked the Mongolian Beef grilling area in which you picked ingredients to go into your noodle dish. P.S. There's 2 ice cream freezers in which you scoop your own ice cream- Baskin Robbin style! I loved it. This place had a beautiful interior, but seemed kind of hectic. The food could use a bit more work in terms of keeping trays full and variety.

A very run-of-the-mill Chinese buffet. There is only a small number of items compared to it's more modern competitors and the type of items are nothing special. And if the proprietor cares about decor and showing that they're making an effort to keep up with the times, it might be time to update the map on the wall that still shows the Soviet Union as a country...

I did not read any of the Yelp reviews and should have. I wasn't expecting a lot but was very disappointed. The food was lukewarm , tasteless and bland . Very overpriced for the value received. A family of 5 and it was $86. For slot less money and better food we could have got Panda Express.

Generally speaking, I love Chinese buffets. I am particularly apologetic when it comes to the quality of the food that they offer. This is because if you are going to a Chinese buffet, it's not usually about the quality. It's about selection and quantity. Having said all of this, China Jade meets none of these criteria, and I would implore anyone looking for a place to eat in the area not to go here. The only redeeming quality offered by the buffet is the Mongolian grill, but I'll get back to that. The chinese food was really awful. It tasted old, and kind of made me feel sick to my stomach. The veggies looked questionable, and the meat (especially the shrimp) was off-color and funny tasting. The selection was not very good, with basically only a single long buffet table. The sushi was filled with strange choices (there was a roll of flying fish roe, very strange, and the crab in the sushi tasted strange; no raw fish sushi was available, probably for the best). There were no dumplings, perhaps my favorite part of the Chinese buffet experience. Finally, and worst of all, the hot and sour soup (which is a staple of every similar Chinese restaurant I have ever been to) was simply NOT hot and sour soup; and it tasted awful! The Mongolian grill was better, but not enough to bring up the star rating. The veggies were insufficiently fresh, and the raw meat was soggy (which scares me). The noodles that they offered tasted old and stale. The staff was incredibly rude. For example, we asked if they had low-sodium soy sauce (which almost all Asian establishments carry -- it's the soy sauce with the green top), and they looked at us like we were stupid. They were very curt, seemed annoyed to have to deal with us, and just didn't seem to care about what they were doing. All-in-all, I would have offered 3 stars if this place had cost $5.99. At $14.99 for dinner, however, I expect a quality buffet, or at least not a scary one. Summary: Bad: Rude staff Questionable meat Off-color shrimp Low quality Mongolian grill ingredients Funny-tasting food Bad soup No low-sodium soy sauce No dumplings Bad/strange sushi Expensive Good I guess the ice cream was okay. This was one of the worst meals of my life.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
