I just have to say the cashier, Liz, that served us at Chick-fil-A last night was really awesome! What is this girl doing working in a food court??? She was just really outgoing and friendly. I have never had the soup from Chick-fil-A but she recommended the chicken tortilla soup, and guess what? It rocked. It was really, really good. I will order it again. Just when you think you know everything on the menu at a fast food joint there's a happy surprise. Thanks, Liz!

I always go here in the mornings on my way to work. The iced coffee is my favorite & almost always free so definitely a bonus. The drive through staff is also very polite. The lines can get very long so you have to be patient.

Got my daughter her nugget kids meal with the fruit. Fruit was fresh and nuggets were deliciously crispy. So crispy, that It made me realize that I've never had the nuggets as they should be. Pleasant surprise, especially for my daughter who enjoyed them more. The fruit was fresh and not mushy which is a plus. She opted for the apple juice which was in a box. The toy was returned for an ice cream cone which was served with a smile. The staff at this location was quick and efficient and very friendly.

First time at a chick fil a. And what an amazing experience. Staff were incredibly attentive and asked and used my name and even walked out to seating area to ask if I wanted a refill. I've been in high need restuarants and not had this attention. Plus the food was incredible. Well done. For a fast food place in a busy mall at Christmas you guys rock.

Good CFA. Probably the best quick food option in this mall. The usual professional CFA employees with their smiling faces and great attitudes is always nice to see. Place usually has a line but the wait is not long.

As far as fast food restaurants go, this one has the BEST customer service. It is such a pleasure in the rush of lunch hour to utilize their drive thru - always a friendly person both on the speaker (which is very clear) and at the window. Great training!!!
