Checkers is awesome! They hosted our end of year teacher meeting (donation based) and it was amazing! The food was great, we had burgers, hot dogs, fries, chicken sandwich and cake pops! I had the burger and it was really good the bread was nice and fresh which I loved. The hot dog was very good too. All of our teachers truly enjoyed themselves and the food. Nilda Rios the General manager was great, she treated everyone very well and displayed great customer service. They won me over I will definitely tell my friends to visit this Checkers and I will also be stopping by for lunch. YUM! Thank you for your donation to Orange County Virtual Schools!! We appreciate all that you have done.

Amazing French fries! My favorite ever! That's the only reason i even gave this place one star. I first had to wait over 15 minutes to even get my order in. Then when I asked for a banana milkshake, she told me it would be 10 minute on the shake because the machine was broken. Funny, took me less than 3 minutes to get my food AND shake. The lady at the window couldn't even say the word "ten.' She then rudely called me "girl," didn't tell me my price when I came to the window, and gave me the incorrect order. Upon arriving home I noticed that they STILL hadn't included my second hamburger despite repeatedly asking for it and charged me for it as well! In addition, my chicken wasn't cooked all the way either. I will continue to TRY different Checkers, but I will NEVER return to this one. BTW, don't try to file a complaint online because the manager will just harass you via email and telephone.And continually assure you that it is not HIS restaurant!

I still can't imagine why there aren't more Checkers restaurants in the area. I have been satisfied at every location I have tried. The spicy chicken has a great kick, the burgers are juicy and delicious, and the fries are the best offered by any drive thru. Then you get great value for the price too. The staff at this location is always friendly and the food comes fast and fresh.

I just have to say this really quick ,,My grandparents live in clearwater florida,and when we visit orlando we drive right to checkers near everything and IRLO BRONSON Highway and checkers is always the spot i like there food and its not bad at all ,,wish they would build here in the state of Taxachusettes...

We discovered Checkers years ago while visiting down here in Orlando and became a fan right away. They taste very different compared to Mcdonalds and Burger king and IMO that sets them apart. I was surprised to know that they have them in NYC "Long Island" now. Big buford FTW! We never eat at any of their location. We just take it to go. If you have never tried this Fast food chain give them a try. You just might become a convert.
