My sister has been raving about this place as having the best hot dog she'd ever had in her life. That is quite the claim! After a long delay she brought several dogs to my work for me and my co-workers. I must say that it was one delicious, and filling, hot dog! Don't expect it to be your typical dog. I'd say it's more of a hot dog interpretation. The hot dog is placed in a soft bun then cheese is melted on top along with a mixture of what we guess is mayo and crushed, almost pureed, pineapple. Sounds strange? Well then they sprinkle crushed potato chips on top! I'm not sure how they came up with this combination but it works! Even the dog she brought us, which had a 20 minute car ride, was delicious! My co-workers who tried it agreed. I'm looking forward to having another fresh off the presses!

This messy Colombian hot dog is off the chain! It tastes good sober or drunk. I get it straight up with the melted mozzarella, crushed pineapple and potato chips, it has a little mustard, green sauce (not sure what it is but it is good) and a ketchup mayo mix. A mouth full of amazingness! I never thought the combination all that stuff would tastes so good!

Cool little Colombian joint that's open late during the weekend. You can come here at 3-4am and have yourself some Colombian junk food. I always get the Colombian hamburger or hotdog, but my favorite is the Colombian hotdog. Best hotdog you'll ever have in town....hands down! If you're in the area, make sure to stop by. Don't forget to order a Colombiana soda with your food. :) And maybe brush up on your spanish. lol Not too sure about their other foods though. I've never tried them. I just come here late at night after hitting a club. Best cure for a hangover. ;)

Best hotdog in town. The kick to it is the pineapple and the crushed potato chips à la Colombienne. Finished with ketchup for me and a whole of bunch of different sauces, if you so please. I've been coming here as a late night fix of junk food for the passed 5 years. I have only ordered this and their salad fruit. Don't let the name confuse you, this is not a low calorie treat! They added this recently to their menu, I would say about 2 years. The fruit salad is very common in Colombia, but no where in Orlando could you find it before. Chalo now has it yay!! It has pieces of fruit if I can remember correctly it has melon, pineapple, grapes, and apples (It might have other fruits too). Scoops of vanilla ice-cream is then placed on top of the salad and then drenched with cream. It finishes with shredded cheese. I know what you're thinking if you're not familiar... Cheese? Really? YES!! And I will venture to say this is precisely the reason why it is so good!!! I guess all of you who are not familiar also questioned the pineapple in the hotdog, right? And I bet you were presently surprised it worked. Then believe me that ice-cream, fruits, and cheese work as good. It is heavenly!! Seriously!

Columbian food. The arepas were not reallly to my liking. Had the Bandeja Paisa, sausage was good, corn cake was hard, Fried Pork was decent, beans and rice was kinda bland.

This cozy place has been at this location for many years! It truly has the authentic Colombian burger. That's exactly what I order when I go here! Juicy, fully loaded hamburger...with the great green sauce! Yum!

My sister drove me all the way down from Winter Park to try a burger here (she's been going on about said burger the past two years). She told me her lack of spanish language skills two years ago had the older lady at the register refuse to serve her, until another customer stepped up and offered to help. When we went there last week though- this was not the case, as they have a full menu, also in english, with number combos by the register (and the guy at the counter spoke english). We ordered 2 of the burger combos and sat at one of the few picnic tables they had in this small place, hidden within a Colombian strip mall in South Orlando. Since both of us have only tried the burger, that's all I can speak to. What came out about 15 minutes later looked like one mess of a burger- seeded bun stuffed with a burger, maybe cheese, ketchup/mayo combo, potato sticks, pineapple chunks, lettuce, tomato, onion?- I'm sure there were more things loaded in there. While not your typical burger, it was tasty and something different. As the burger was so heavy and rich, it did give me a bit of an upset stomach later on, so I wouldn't add it to my weekly list of meals, but it's a really nice late-night spot, place to stuff your face if you're still a teenager, or a good food destination once in a blue moon.

This is a great find. I had the lunch special and at just $4.99 I am very impressed. Very good Columbian menu. I had talaria, a fresh avocado salad, rice, a bean soup and fried plantains. Excellent! Staff was extremely friendly, food was great and the atmosphere is very low key.
