It's not that it isn't good food, and the sauces especially the marshmallow one are amazing. That being said it is overpriced for the burger...that's just me Though. My friends love this place so I'm dragged quite frequently. The vegan burger is good and so are a few of their other specialties...fries are a little on the salty side last time I went. The milkshakes though are much better than Steak 'n Shake and the shake bar is a cute addition to the place. All in all I just wouldn't go here if my friends didn't always insist :p

Mediocre at best. I'd honestly rather have a burger off the dollar menu at McDonalds. At least they taste good. I was expecting something decent here, a few of my friends said they like it so I said hey, let me give it a shot. I don't rate many places one or two stars, but the burgers at this place are 1 star worthy. $7 for a burger, no problem, that's what I was expecting. However, the patty was absolutely tasteless. The toppings on the burger didn't seem fresh and were also tasteless. We ordered a pound of French fries ($6) to split between 2 people, figuring it would be plenty for the both of us to fill up if the burgers weren't big enough. We ended up silently fighting each other for the last few fries in the basket, as there definitely wasn't a pound of fries in there. For burgers in this price range, there are so many better places to go that I would never consider going back to Burger 21.

I really enjoy the clean restaurant, friendly service and hot, fresh delicious food. Their beer cheese sauce for the fries is mouth-watering, heavenly, cravable deliciousness. I really enjoy the four- pack sliders on the Hawaiian rolls. YUM!

Burger 21 has a lot going for it, from my point of view. I like the selection of burgers available, including a shrimp burger -- a lightly fried shrimp patty with greens and a sriracha concoction on top (side note: "sriracha concoction" is fun to say). I ordered this with the sweet potato fries, thin cut and crispy. Then there's the sauce bar, with a pretty decent number of options available including several I've never seen before. Finally, an outdoor section that caters to dog owners! There aren't too many of those on this side of town. I'm looking forward to trying more of what they have to offer.

Yum. Good burgers. Great sweet potato fries. Milkshakes were a bit thin but flavor was outstanding. We will be back.

Great food slow service. If you are willing to wait about 15 minutes for a burger and fries then you'll love Burger 21. The quality of the food is great and it's nice to have a beer or a milkshake. Parking is a challenge at this location and we ended up having to park at the I Hop next door. My teenage kids loved the atmosphere and the food.

After reading the reviews from fellow Yelpers, Hubby and I decided to give Burger 21 a try. The atmosphere inside is nice...felt clean and modern. You order and pay at the front counter, then seat yourself. You are given a number to take to your table so the servers know what food goes to who. They offer any kind of burger you could want (beef, chicken, turkey, veggie, tuna), along with "gourmet" hot dogs, salads and fries. They also have handspun milkshakes and floats. Although a milkshake sounded tempting, we both decided to go with a Shock Top Apple Wheat beer once we saw they had it on tap. For food I ordered the ahi tuna burger, Hubby ordered the chicken marsala burger, and we split an order of the cheese and ale fries. I thought my burger was okay. The tuna was slightly fishy and the whole thing was slathered in some kind of mayonnaise sauce. The description of the burger doesn't mention anything about mayonnaise, otherwise I would have asked for it on the side. Also, my avocado was not ripe enough, therefore a little hard. Hubby really enjoyed his burger and happily devoured the whole thing. We were both underwhelmed by the fries. I expected fries smothered in cheese sauce, bacon and scallions. Instead it was a basket of fries with a small cheese sauce on the side. The cheese sauce wasn't cheesy at all. Strangely enough, it kind of tasted like potato soup to us. The fries themselves were pretty good though...salty and crunchy. They have a few different varieties of ketchup too, which I thought was neat. The service was pretty good, but there was one little thing that kind of annoyed me. The lady who took our order at the counter asked it we wanted our fries to come out first as an appetizer. We gladly said yes, thinking it would be nice to take our time. But once we sat, our burgers ended up coming out first. When I mentioned to the server that we were supposed to get our fries first as an appetizer, she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about, and casually blew me off, saying the fries would be out in a couple minutes. This wouldn't have bothered me if the lady at the counter hadn't specifically asked if we wanted the fries first. Although I didn't love what I ordered, I definitely want to go back to try a regular beef burger and a milkshake.

Those sweet potato fries! With the apple cider sauce. You can't beat it! Great food. I've had almost everything here, the only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the chicken. If you don't want beef, get the turkey burger, best I've ever had.
(5)Patti S.
I came across this place when craving a good burger for dinner and it was so good! It was a little pricey but if you like home style unique flavor minus the grease like 5 guys, this is a must try! Get the sweet potato fries too do yummy! :)
(4)Deidra G.
This four stars is for the cookies and cream milkshake. It's probably the best I've ever had. The burgers and fries were average. They do have a bunch of different dipping sauces that were good. The service is good. Very clean place.
(4)Josie A.
Creme Brulee milkshake and sweet potato fries are to die for! Service is a little slow but food us worth it.
(5)Lydia C.
The burgers are delicious! I really like that they offer a 4.5 oz burger which is very satisfying and not too much. They also have a 6 oz option if you prefer. I have had the tex mex and the cheesy burger. Both were delicious although I found that the tex mex was a little too salty for my taste. I always order my burgers medium rare and they come out just right. The fries are good and they offer sweet potato fries as well. I have not tried the milkshakes yet but they have a cute milkshake bar inside. I love the sauce bar which has a wide variety of dipping sauces for your meal. You order when you come in at the front counter and then you are given a number to place on your table and a server brings out your order. Everyone is very helpful and nice. The interior is very brightly lit and casual. They also offer veggie, seafood, chicken, and turkey burgers as well as chicken tenders, hot dogs, and salads. I recommend signing up for the email list. You will get a free order of fries!
(4)Daniel P.
Clean, good beef burgers, fries taste great, nice atmosphere. Great atmosphere for families!
(4)Laura R.
Located next to one of my favorite restaurants in Orlando, it was hard to pass up Lazy Moon for Burger 21. However, I am glad I did. I had one of the best burgers I have ever had. I can't eat a lot and you can order a burger that is a little bit smaller than the normal burger and is $1 cheaper. The chocolate peanut butter milkshake was amazing!!! The place is brand new, very modern and clean. I will definitely return.
(5)Brian R.
It's a modern fast casual eatery that serve milkshakes and pretty good burgers. The food is a much better quality than fast food places, but you'll pay a little more for the quality. The sauce bar is what makes this place unique. They have a marshmallow sauce that taste great on the sweet potato fries.
(3)Jeanette R.
I really enjoyed Burger 21. We went as a family on a friday night. Myself, my husband, our 6 year old and my infant. I will say that if you have a baby there is only 2 high chairs so beware of that. The booths are AMAZING very comfortable. We ordered: Tex Mex Haystack Burger - Looked AMAZING came out very hot and delicious. The sauce is very hot. We like spicy so this wasn't a problem, but just be prepared that it was on a scale of 1 very mild- 10 inferno. It was a 7 in heat range. Bacon Cheesy Burger - Everything that a burger should be. It was pretty amazing. Kids Cheesy Burger- It is on the small side for a kids burger. But was the perfect size for my six year old boy. He ate everything on his plate even all of his fries and that never ever happens :) Kids Vanilla Milkshake- SOoo good I actually want to go back for another one. Just be prepared it comes to the table with out a lid... nothing for children should come with out a lid. The expresso milkshake- Eh it was so-so. THe vanilla one was better honestly. I don't really know what it was that I didn't like but I wouldn't order it again. Chocolate chip cookie- delicious!! Very Good!! The only reason that I would not give it 5 stars is because when we got there we had to ask someone to clean off a table. And it took them like 8 mins to clean the table. There was a bunch a dirty tables and after he cleaned our table he disappeared. The waitress forgot our fries but brought them as soon as we reminded her. THe staff was really friendly though and we will be back!!!

$12.67 for a cheeseburger, sweet potato fries and a Coke. Yeah. Karl Marx just turned over in his grave; someone's getting exploited. At these steep prices, you'd think it's the best in town but it's simply not. The burger and fries were of notable quality, but nothing you'd want to run home and slap your uncle's face over. I'd only eat here again with a hated discount. I don't dig the modern/casual/fast food thing they're trying. A burger place shouldn't be complicated or disguised as something it isn't. I ordered at the counter, then the cashier assured me someone will come around and attend to my needs from here forward. This didn't happen once. The place has a sterile, hospital room vibe or maybe something akin to an Apple store cafe. Didn't like that either. And the music sucked. "We are Fam-i-ly..." Merde! I prefer B+B burger junction which is cheaper, has more interesting menu options and has superior tasting food. Go to B+B.
(3)Chris C.
Man, where to start... I went to this place with a friend on 12/27/13, later at night because I wanted to have an uninterrupted experience with all this place has to offer. I've heard nothing but good things about this place, and considering my enjoyable experiences at both BurgerFi and Five Guys I thought to give these guys a chance as well. That was a mistake. The atmosphere was nice, I'll give them that. I love the big openness, and I adore the white coloring; it really makes the place seem more energized and awake. The music selection was fantastic, and the man who took my order that night was a spot on guy. He was very knowledgeable, shared with me some tips and advice and really helped me pick what I thought was gonna be the burger for me. This is where it started to go downhill. I paid a HUGE price for just a handful of soda options? I don't mind paying more for one size cup but to limit me on so few selections from the old box sodas feels like a huge rip-off. I loved the sauce selections, but more were empty. My friend and I sat down to enjoy our food...and waited nearly 15 minutes for 3 items. The french fries were a quality I would expect from McDonalds, and the "large" is half the size of either Five Guys or BurgerFi and the exact same price. My bun had a sheen of butter or grease over it, it didn't feel good to touch, and my medium-well burger was rare and bloody in the center (I happen to enjoy beef rare, so I wasn't gonna complain; also I had no idea WHEN I'd get a burger again if I asked for it remade). Also, shredded lettuce? Couldn't get a whole leaf like the competition? Seems like a poor choice. We never got a chance to talk to a single employee after one walked up, dropped off the food, and walked away without so much as a "here". With the exception of the girl behind the shake counter and the male cashier up front, I didn't see any smiling faces or have any employee manage to greet me. Not a place I will recommend to friends and family, when they have so many other good options available.
(1)Jonathan D.
Love the burgers here! Been a couple times and have really enjoyed it. The sauce bar is the bomb with so many options (toasted marshmallow on sweet potato fries - yes please!). Great burger options including fish, poultry, vegetarian. Did not get one, but the shakes look great too.
(4)Cuong L.
The shakes here are very good, try them all. The patties aren't over done and the choice of toppings are extensive. The turkey chili is okay, nothing spectacular, but who goes to a burger place for chili anyways?
(4)Jennifer G.
My husband, two kids, and I went on a Wednesday afternoon. We had the Ahi tuna burger, the buffalo chicken burger, BBQ bacon burger, and the kid's chicken tenders meal. We ordered a large order of fries (half regular/half sweet potato), a bottled water, a chocolate milk, and two shakes to go with it. Everything came to just over $50, which was a little steep. My kids' food and my husband's Ahi tuna burger were out of this world. My buffalo chicken burger was just okay. Instead of buffalo sauce, they brought out a chicken sandwich and a bottle of Mexican hot sauce. The last time I checked, I can buy that at Wal-Mart and it's certainly not buffalo sauce. The tuna burger was fantastic, so we'll go back. I just know what not to order.
(3)Jeff B.
This was going to be a 4-5 star review EASY before today. They usually make great burgers cooked to perfection with a great burger taste. The fries are awesome and the shakes are quite good as well. After today. DO NOT GO AT LUNCH. Today I decided to go at a normal lunch time, terrible choice. I thought I was going to sit down, enjoy my burger, relax, and be out in an hour. After waiting 40 min to get my food I got annoyed and told them to make it to go since I had to go back to work. Fine. Got to work to find out that they had gotten my order wrong and way over cooked the burger. I had no other options though, I sat and ate that burger getting more depressed with every bite.
(3)David H.
Burger 21 overcharges for mediocre burgers. $7 for a plain burger with lettuce and tomato? Really? Even when considering that the patty is 6 oz. before cooking, that's insane. The fries were meh and the shake was A-OK, but nothing I couldn't get at Steak 'N Shake. Actually, that's a pretty apt comparison: Burger 21 is just like Steak 'N Shake, but more expensive. Everything is a la carte, so expect to spend at least $10 for a burger and fries, sans drink. If you're going to spend that much for a burger platter in Orlando, check out Hamburger Mary's, Pine 22, Burger Fi, or Pioneer's for a more satisfying experience.
(2)Brittany R.
Very Poor service!! Had to wait 30min for food and only because I told the cashier no one brought our food yet. Food was good but it was very cold... Then when we asked to talk to the manager no one came to the table.
(1)Megan H.
I really loved this dining concept and the food was fantastic. When you walk in, you place your order at a counter but they will bring the food to your table. There is also another counter for shakes closer to the dining area. My favorite part of this place is just how many burger options they have, including seafood, chicken, and even gluten free. Actually, they have an entire gluten free menu, you just have to ask for it. I gave the tuna burger a shot, which was a lightly panko breaded tuna filet with avocado, sriracha, caramel soy, and some other tasty ingredients I can't remember... it was a flavor parade in my pie hole! Although I didn't order any fries, one of my coworkers did order the sweet potato fries and I sampled a few. They were delicious and the toasted marshmallow mayo on the condiment bar was perfect for them! I went with a group of 8 and everybody seemed to really love what they ordered so I can't wait to go back and try some different options.
(4)Amanda M.
I love burgers and have been on the hunt for a good burger place. Burger 21 was great! The burger tasted fresh, the location was clean, and the service was fast! I also tried their chicken tenders and was pleasantly surprised at how juicy the chicken was. The French fries were good as well however they were super thin cut, I would suggest a large fry. Burger 21 had a variety of options from sea-food, vegetarian and gluten free as well as sweet potato fries. I will definitely be back!
(4)Andrea P.
So, first off, the good things. The selection of burgers here is incredible. It is the most complete I've seen! Fancy a shrimp burger? Yep, B21's got that! And people on gluten-free diets, rejoice. You won't have to settle for a patty wrapped in lettuce here. B21 offers a complete menu for people with gluten intolerance. Burgers, fries, drinks, and shakes! Even the sauce bar has the gluten-free items marked, taking the guesswork out of what you can safely eat. Also, the atmosphere is pretty fun. It reminds me of a 50s style soda shop, but with a modern twist. Really, really cute. Sadly, there's a few things that knocked it down a couple of stars. Staff was nice and friendly, but not as attentive as I'd hope. It took me a few tries to get my server's attention so I could ask her a question. Maybe it's because I went during lunch rush, though -- or maybe it's the fact that B21 walks a thin line between being a casual fast food joint and a restaurant (you order up at a counter, as you would at a fast food place... but your food is brought to you at the table. It struck me as a little odd.) Also, the price is a bit high. I'm something of a burger snob, I guess, and, to me, this price range calls for an exceptionally fantastic burger -- I got a pretty decent burger, don't get me wrong, it was good. Just not AS good as the price made me hope it would be. Overall, not terrible, but not a place I'd come back to regularly. I will, however, give them props and a recommendation for their attention to food sensitivities and allergies.
(3)Ricky L.
I ordered the Tex-Mex Haystack, a tasty, gargantuan burger made with 100% angus beef, lettuce, tomato, applewood-smoked bacon, Gouda cheese, guacamole, onion strings, chipotle-jalapeño sauce, all on a buttery toasted brioche bun. The flavors and textures went together very well, and it really has to be one of my favorite burgers I've tried so far. The crispy, thin french fries were also a treat to eat with the burgers. I also ordered one of their Blue Bell Ice Cream shakes: the strawberry short cake shake made with strawberries and little pieces of real short cake inside. Truly a delicious, sweet dessert treat.
(4)Judy D.
We've been to Burger 21 twice this month for lunch. Both times I ordered the Burger 101 and it was really tasty. The burger itself was juicy, cooked nicely and served hot. The bun was a little steamed, which I prefer, and hubby and I want to try some other interesting things on the menu next time. And there WILL be a next time. My only wish is that there was table service rather than ordering at the counter. Just sayin'....... Some Yelpers have complained about the price but, in this instance, I think you get what you pay for. No antibiotic/hormone infested proteins here!

This may be the new "Best Burger" in Orlando. We had planned to dine in, but instead had to place a to-go order...so I didn't get to even see the inside - but I definitely can talk about the food!! I have the Philly Cheesburger (8oz) and it was amazing. The bun was delicious and not too bready. The burger itself was medium rare and totally perfect. It wasn't one of those burgers that make you feel gross or bloated either. It was so delicious I just couldn't stop eating. The onions, peppers and cheese on top were just the perfect combination. Now, let's talk about the french fries. I like to consider myself a fry expert. I LOVE THEM. These were some amazing french fries. They were perfectly fried, perfectly salted and delicious. We also got the "ale sauce." It's almost like a queso sauce. I have no idea what was in it, but it was the perfect combination with the french fries. I can't wait to go back and sit inside and order a delicious milkshake!! So happy to have one of these on this side of town! Welcome Burger 21!!

This place was great! They have an entire gluten free menu which includes salads, gluten free burgers, fries, and shakes! I got a gluten free cheeseburger and it was delicious! They have a huge condiment bar with everything including weird choices like marshmallow and thai ketchup! The staff was very nice, the price was not too bad either. For lunch for 2, it was around 20.00. Personally, a girl on a budget, I like to spend around 10-12 dollars for two people for lunch! It's a go!

I met a friend here for lunch on a whim and had trouble choosing from the huge selection on the menu. I ended up getting a black bean burger and, upon discovering their toasted marshmallow sauce, went back to order some sweet potato fries. One of the cooks brought us out our food and was happy to stay and chat about their business. He told us about all of the interesting combinations they've been thinking up (a shrimp burger? Awesome.) and about their monthly specials introducing new shakes and burgers to the menu. For a burger joint, the place was extremely clean, bright and comfortable. A separate bar area for mixing milkshakes gave it a kind of vintage ice cream shop feel. I'll be going back for sure.
(4)Jennifer L.
Shakes are delicious, the BBQ burger was awesome, friendly staff and the place is beautiful and modern. Just found it a little pricey, but its worth to try!
(4)Rick S.
Found some good coupons for $4.99 for a cheese burger, so we went. The group liked thier burger and frys. I thought it was average, but could tell the ingredients were bettter then most. I think with the coupon its a good deal. I do still like graffitti junkton bettter. I do like that they play 80's alternative music, like fine young cannibals.
(4)Mister K.
Good burgers, a little pricey and salty for my taste buds. Trendy and hip with great potential. But it needs more pop for me to come back. Just seemed a little plane for my taste buds. During my week and a half stay, I only desired this once and won't go back again. Not that it is bad, I just had better choices. I opted for the burger/taco joint across the street called Jimmy Hula's. Went there 3 times! Better tasting burger and tacos, better menu selection, and friendly waitstaff and the place is less intimidating. Verdict? Jimmy Hula's, 4 stars. This place, only 3. Sorry. And hurry and run across the street!!!
(3)James G.
Man, I'm so glad we found this place. I love a good burger and Five Guy's is my standard. But this place offers some very noce twists on burgers. Veggie, black bean, chicken, SHRIMP!!!! Oh so good.
(5)David A.
Heard good thing about this place, although every time I drive by it's empty! So I wasn't too sure about going, but I tried it out last week anyway. I was pleasantly surprised by the burger I had, and the variety of sauces they had to offer as well. My friend and I ordered the french fries platter that came with both types of fries and they were pretty good, especially dipped in the different sauces available. I didn't get a milkshake, although everyone I talk to says really good things about them. I ordered the shroom burger and recommend it. Will have to try the milkshake next time I'm in. My only complaint would be the overall pricing for this place. Other than that, it was a nice clean restaurant with tasty food!
(4)Nathan A.
A new spendy and trendy chain restaurant has popped up. This place attempts to bring a modern twist on the old 50s style burger and milkshake hop. The burger was tasty but spendy. One person could easily spend $15 just on a burger, fries and a drink. There's a separate milkshake bar for a wide variety of desserts. Moreover, the main menu offers everything from sweet potato fries to vegi or chicken burgers. Give 'em a try but next time you'll pass them by for a better value elsewhere.
(3)Stephanie I.
Greatly underwhelmed. I had the Shroom Burger and had way more brioche than burger and toppings combined. Ordered it medium and received it rare. The garlic butter was dripping off the bread, which was not even toasted. The fries were cold and stale. No thanks.
(2)Tiara H.
Visited twice since they opened and all I have to say is PHENOMENAL! The first time I went, I ordered the 4.5 oz tex-mex burger - medium. If you're not a huge eater or a small woman like myself, 4.5 oz is more than enough. It was cooked to the right temperature and the flavor profile was exceptional. The fries weren't special from any other place, but still good nonetheless. The second time I went I ordered the shrimp burger. The great thing about this place is that they make a lot of burgers that you can't get elsewhere, which is a nice thing. The shrimp burger was really good and came with chili slaw and sriracha sauce. Nice if you're looking for a little kick! They also have a sauce bar with flavors like toasted marshmallow, apple cider, chipotle mayo, Thai ketchup, etc. to put on your fries or burger. The price is a little steep for regular dining, however it makes a good occasional treat!
(5)Luis S.
Had the OMG burger, tasted amazing and you can tell how fresh the meat, bread, veggies are by it's taste. Definitely going back to eat there.
(5)Charles V.
Awesome! 'Nuff said Bacon Cheese burger was fantastic. I wasn't a fan of the toasted marshmallow sauce
(4)Joanna L.
I've always had great service and amazing food. I always bring my out of town guests here for lunch or a quick dinner. Better than any fast food joint or any standard (lame) chain restaurant.
(5)BJ E.
Save yourself the trouble and go to Steak-n-Shake. Don't get me wrong, the burger wasn't bad, but it also didn't give me an "O-Face" either. What I don't like is a long wait in line, followed by a long wait for food, followed by a long wait in line again because I need a 2nd beer and paying 3x the price to do so. It's not like there was a line out the door and people were fighting for tables. When you charge those prices there is an assumption of the level of service. Just wasn't there.
(2)Tom T.
First day opened, and OMG it was really awesome...awesomely outrageous that is! I started with a cheesy burger and fries knowing I will make returns upon thy place. 6oz CERTIFIED Angus beef cut to perfection and oh boy did it come out looking like a piece of art. The fries are addictingly scrumptulescent, should have ordered a larger size. So many choices to choose from: Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Veggie, and Seafood and even has a shake selection. Please stop what youre doing and go there NOW.
(4)Patti M.
The burger was nothing exceptional. It was decent but a little on the greasy side, cooked almost to perfection (a little too pink for my taste). The sweet potato fries were tasty and you have the option of ordering half regular half sweet potato in the large size. They were nice skinny little crispy fries, just the way I like them. I also liked that they had a variety of sauces for your burger and fries as well as drinks (including bottle of beer like Shocktop--Nice!). I also really liked my shake. I ordered the PB/Chocolate shake and asked them to make it with frozen yogurt. It was REALLY tasty and they have an interesting variety of shakes (coffee, key lime, etc). The atmosphere was pleasant and place wasn't overly busy. The girl working at the register was a dynamo, taking orders, cleaning, and being nothing short of super friendly (without being annoying!). I enjoyed this experience but after spending $27 for two burgers, one small order of fries, and two shakes I can't say I can afford to come back often which is just as well because I could scarf down A LOT of those fabulous shakes (and I don't need to do that!!)
(3)Erin S.
A bit pricey for burgers and fries but completely worth it! Their beer cheese sauce is different and worth trying on your fries. Everything is cooked perfectly but the service here is always a little slow. However, their shakes are to die for! Best shakes I have ever had!
(5)Amanda S.
I can't believe food you order from a counter can be so good. Extensive menu of burgers- beef, chicken, turkey, veggie with various toppings and breads. Fresh ingredients, quality ingredients. Ketchup bar has 8-10 different flavored condiments for the burgers and fries. Sweet potato fries (although very thin) were yummy especially paired with the marshmallow dipping sauce.
(5)Candice S.
Went with my bf for chocolate shakes, egh wasn't impressed tasted of typical blue bell ice cream.
(2)Rebecca F.
This place is the BOMB. Only been there once but I'm definitely going back. I had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger with a cookies and cream milkshake. I left feeling impregnated by the food but lord almighty, it was totally worth it. My only qualm is that I was being badgered by a server almost every two minutes. "Is everything okay? Can I take anything out of your way? How's the food?" Literally over and over again, and by different waitresses! Perhaps they ought to just assign different sections to one person so it's less annoying and more organized. Still. Food was da' bomb.
(5)Carl R.
As I love a good burger, figured I would give this place a try. Went there with a friend for lunch. The place is clean and well decorated/stylish on the inside. They have a large selection of burgers, but the burgers do not come with any sides, rather it's a la carte. So I ordered the black and bleu burger and a large order of fries. After tax and tip the bill was over $13 and that does not include a drink. The burger itself was OK but I have had better burgers for less at other places. They do have a unique sauce bar with a variety of atypical sauces for burgers and fries, like toasted marshmallow or thai kethcup etc. Given that there is a lot of competition for burgers out there and given their location next to UCF and large corporations. I would rethink the menu pricing if they want to stay in business, including adding lunch specials/combos.
(3)Holly L.
My kids LOVE Burger 21. It's a really fun atmosphere, the food is great. The service is not always the best which is the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars. We love all their sauces, and it's cool they have some gluten free options too.
(4)Kailey M.
Burger 21 just opened near UCF, so I took my cowokers here to try out. It's a little pricey for me. A burger can go up to $8-9 without sides or drinks. The burger 101 was juicy but not big enough portion. The fries are really thin. The sauce bar is interesting but so so. The thai ketchup didn't taste very thai. With so many burger joints popping up in orlando, this place isn't on my top list.
(2)Suki N.
Turkey burger is da bomb. I'm a fan of Thai ketchup, Cajun and Cajun mayo. Cookies r a bit sweet but nice on my bday! Wish they had a loyalty card!
(5)Rob N.
I really enjoy the burgers here and the shoestring sweet potato fries with the various dipping sauces are awesome. Good non-beef options for burgers in a cool faux-retro atmosphere. A good spot for a lunch.
(4)Nancy R.
Great Burger, I got the bacon and blue burger, sweet potato fries, and a drink for $13.00 only down fall was the price. I would definitely go back
(4)Lara B.
We have been to this location a few times now and have never been disappointed. The food and the associates are always OUTSTANDING. We've tried many burger places in town and none compare to B21. We tell everyone how great the food is and how fantastic the team there is. Russ, the manager, is just fantastic and always makes us feel like welcome, important guests. We are fans for life!
(5)Felipe Z.
My Burger Tex Mex was cold so were the fries bland taste. My wife bought the chili dog No BUENO. Also cold Not impressed
(1)Tony R.
I have been to this place about three times since it has opened and I have never been disappointed. The burgers are incredible and the shakes are even better. My one criticism is that this place is very pricy for burgers and fries, but that seems to be the trend now with these new burger restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a really good hamburger.
(4)Myan T.
First off, the music in this place makes you feel like you're eating in a Forever 21. The atmosphere feels really contrived with a milkshake bar and really bad techno music. Simply put, it really tries too hard to be cool. Atmosphere aside, the food is neither bad nor great. The bun is texturally perfect-a really nice balance between soft but hearty enough not to get soggy/fall apart from juices. The toppings are good but some of the burger combinations leave a lot to be desired. The meat patty itself is fattier than most so it doesn't get slightly crusty on the outside when it cooks. As a result, some of the burgers like the Philly were just downright mushy-it really needed lettuce or something for a textural contrast. The fries are nice and salty and were really my favorite part of the meal. Overall the food isn't bad but nothing that I couldn't live without. We will probably go again if we're in the area but definitely not a place that we would drive cross town for.
(3)Holly M.
Love the variety, the decor, and the innovative design concept. They built a handwashing station next to the condiments. I like that there is a choice between different sauces to put on your burger and fries.
(5)Greg M.
I've eaten here a half dozen times -- which tells you I like the place. My intention was to give a 4 or 5 star review as its worth checking out. However, I have noticed a decline in quality over my last two visits. My burgers have been cold. Not the sit on the counter waiting too long for a server to deliver them cold - more the just came out of the refrigerator cold. Yea real cold yet having grill marks on the burger and a toasted bun. How are they so cold? Cooked previously then brought out quickly and slightly warmed? Unsure. Need a little consistency and guidance from their management at this location.
(3)Flemming D.
Everyone who is complaining that the prices are too high are just cheap. What do you expect? It's a gourmet burger with gourmet toppings. If you can't afford a $7 burger with specialty toppings then go to McDonalds and buy something off of the $1 menu. It's a fast casual restaurant you should, expect to pay about $10 for a full meal.
(5)Jessica G.
This place is AMAZING! Tons of gluten free options without sacrificing taste and quality. I love love love the fries and all the GF dipping sauce options. Burger was great and cooked perfectly. The staff was super knowledgeable about GF dining and was able to answer all of my questions. My boyfriend who is not GF loved his stuff too. Love that they have a hand washing station in the lobby too!
(5)Stephy W.
I love coming here. Favorite burger is the Black bean burger. Better than any regular burger. Next choice is the black and blue, i think its called. Not really a fan of the fries or chilli which i've had. Love there cookies. Shakes look interesting, though never tried, nor will I. Dont like milk to much. But the black bean burger is a must have. Never though beans could taste so good.
(5)Rob O.
Had the tex mex - awesome ! Website needs help! Can't order online if you want a plain cheese burger - or any burger w/o condiments. Simple growing pains I believe!
(3)Karen S.
This was my third trip to Burger 21. I was impressed with their burgers before and they make good milkshakes. I don't consider their fries worth the time or money since they are skinny and get cold quickly. This time I asked for a gluten-free bun on my burger. Probably few people ask for gluten-free and they whipped one out of the freezer. It was cold and falling apart even before I took a bite. Kind of wrecked the whole taste of the burger. So I woudn't recommend their gluten-free option or the fries. Lunch is very busy and noisy but that's to be expected near the university. Parking at lunch is a nightmare so be prepared to walk some distance or get there very early.
(2)Keith G.
Great food. Quick service. Friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this to others.
(5)Tiffnye C.
Awesome juicy burger! Price was right, portion was perfect! Sign up online and they send you a free fry coupon :-)
(5)Sue B.
PERECT! Everything that went into my mouth tasted SO GOOD -- from the Tex Mex Burger to the Cheesy Burger and the original and sweet potato fries. My husband ordered the Cheesy Burger and I ordered the Tex Mex and we cut them in half and shared. Our daughter ordered the smaller 4.5 ounce Cheesy Burger. We will order the 4.5 ounce sized burgers next time and share sweet potato fries and original fries between the three of us (which will be more than enough). We also enjoyed a chocolate shake (shared) and our daughter the cookies and cream shake. We are STUFFED -- the portions are very generous. Prices are more than McDonald's but the quality of the food makes it worthwhile. Now what earned the fourth star is the MUSIC. There was a good energetic mix of Leslie Gore, Frankie Valli, The Monkees, The Five Stairsteps. Very enjoyable evening. My tummy is happy. I'm happy. And I'm going to to back to Burger 21 SOON and OFTEN. The staff is friendly and super attentive. Welcome to the neighborhood Burger 21!
(5)Alison M.
A few friends and I came out here in between dance workshops, so we needed food that was tasty and filling but that wouldn't cause us issues when we went back to dance for another two hours. Burger 21 definitely satisfied those requirements! I thought, based on the name, that I'd end up getting a nice beefy hamburger, but then I saw the spicy Thai shrimp burger with sriracha aioli and my hipster instincts took over. Sriracha! Shrimp! Thai slaw! Yes please! The burger was as delicious as I thought it would be, and the fries I ordered on the side were those perfect skinny crispy fries that I love. I even tried a friend's sweet potato fry, which I normally do not like, but it was just as crispy and salty with just a hint of that sweet potato flavor. Although I didn't try any of them because my meal was perfect as it stood, I liked that they had a little sauce bar over by the soda fountain for the sauce-loving people in my life. I will definitely check this place out again if I find myself in the area!
(4)Matt R.
Came here after my wife raved about their ahi tuna burger and wanted to give it a try. Service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Food took ten minutes to come out. The chicken fingers were actually delicious and much better than Publix chicken strips which I think are some of the best. The Tuna Burger looked very appetizing. However, it was very fishy and not fresh. I ate half and threw the rest out and shared my four year olds chicken fingers. It was $20 just for chicken fingers, a tuna burger and soda, fries were separate. A little too expensive for the quality imo. I would be willing to try something else, but too expensive for my taste.
(3)Maria E.
The burger are great but the service no as good. Twice order and twice was given the wrong burger! Haven't gone back. Just be careful when you order to go. Don't wanna get home and have to turn around!
(3)Adrienne T.
The burgers are okay. I like that they also have chicken burgers as opposed to just offering a piece of grilled chicken. I got the Mediterranean chicken burger and enjoyed it. I've also had the beef sliders and they were standard. Nothing too special. The shakes are awesome though. I'd go there just for the shake. I had the bananas foster and oh my gosh I want to go right back and have another one.
(3)Cara S.
Today was my first experience at Burger21. My parents were in town for a few hours and we were interested in a burger. I thought I'd take a risk and try something new with the out of towners. I was overall not disappointed. We went a little after 1:00pm. My brother has severe arthritis in her knees, so I was happy to see that while all of the handicap spots were full, the other spots were very close to the entrance of the restaurant. This place is like Pei Wei in that you order the food at the counter and it is then brought to you. The girl at the counter explained the process to us when we walked in. Very helpful. I ordered the Black and Bleu burger and sweet potato fries (both pictured). I'll give the burger a 3.5 out of 5. It was good, cooked well, but it just didn't have that extra zing that makes a burger perfect. The cheese sauce also left something to be desired. The sweet potato fries were good, but they are the shoe string fries, which aren't my favorite. The sauce selection was freaking awesome. I love sauce. It should be a good group. Chipotle mayo was great and there was another spicy one I really liked. The sauce alone could keep me going back! A crazy thing happened. Some girls left the restaurant and I noticed they left their purse. I ran out to tell them. When I came back in, the store manager said it was the nicest thing he had ever seen and bought me a milk shake! Him doing that was the nicest thing I'd ever seen! Lol. So I had the Key Lime Milk Shake. That was phenomenal. I'll take one a day please Overall, excellent customer service. Good, fair prices. Almost great food. I will absolutely be back for another try.
(4)Brittany C.
It's just okay. The burger is thick and uniformly shaped which makes me think it is not fresh. Regardless of fresh look it did not have a fresh taste. My burger lacked flavor big time! There was no juiciness, beefiness, or any of the usual burger taste. Tasted like a plain ol' patty you thawed out of your freezer and poorly grilled. Meh. Go to 5 Guys, Burger Fi, Shake Shack, or even Steak n' Shake for a better burger. My sweet potato fries were pretty good. They were very thin cut shoestring style but a tad over done with salt. So salty! They do have a lettuce wrap bun which I had to ask about since I did not see it listed as a choice. They supposedly have a great gluten free menu but it is not that extensive. The sauce bar was interesting and had a few choices. The shakes looked great on the advertisement tv about where you place your order but we did not get one on this visit.
(3)Nicole C.
I felt fairly positive about this place, despite the high prices and sometimes slow service...until I got food poisoning. I have never felt so sick in my life. To be fair, the manager called me immediately when I reported it on their website, but was a little weird about it. I mean, who wants an offer to return to a place for a meal that made them violently ill for almost a week? And no I don't want you to call me back and check on how I'm feeling. I have not been back since, it's just not worth it!
(1)Rachel W.
Their milkshakes are so good! Banana foster is my favorite I tried their chicken Parmesan burger and it was decent, but their black bean burger is so good! Yumm
(4)Cecelia K.
I ordered a OMG It Cheeseburger and malt shake. The shake was tasty and good consistency and I liked how it came with malt calls but I felt like there could have been a little more of the malt flavor within the shake. The OMG it cheeseburger was good but too juicy, almost as if it were artificially injected with flavoring. Very messy to eat because the juice made the bun too soft and didn't hold well together. Overall the burger was good but there are other burger places I would choose over burger 21 but I would give this place another try and order something else. The interior is very clean. It's not an open kitchen like some burger places so you don't leave smelling like burgers which is a plus. I liked the shake the best.
(3)Melinda W.
The black bean burger was fantastic. My husband enjoyed his Tex Mex Haystack burger as well. Fries were very good. Only complaint was that his burger was over cooked per his order. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Food was overall very good. We will definitely return now that we have a place were even I can enjoy a burger since I do not like traditional ground meat burgers.
(4)Zachary D.
Burger 21 is subpar. Great customer service and excellent ambience. Very clean but the main attraction, the burgers, are not good. And they are expensive. Like others hVe stated, BurgerFi, Shake Shack, Burger King are all better burger joints. The sides are all great. Fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings, and oh my yums the shakes are all 5 star. Again, pricey but good.
(2)Sidney C.
great burger, sauce bar and customer service very good, shakes are very tasteful and rich.
(5)Ryan B.
Not bad. Tried the BBQ Bacon burger and fries with the Thai Ketchup and Ragin Cajun sauces. Everything was 2-3 stars. The burger was a fine size but too wet and not in a good/gloppy way but more just a leaky way. It didn't have much bbq sauce on it, that bbq sauce didn't have a great flavor, and the rest of the toppings were not very distinctive. The fries weren't all crispy and basically just tasted of salt. The Thai Ketchup wasn't very spicy and the eel sauce gave it an odd aftertaste. The Ragin Cajun sauce was ok, but a bit too much mayo for me. In a world with good burgers, this is a middle-of-the-road establishment without a good selling point. They may stay in business, but it's telling when the restaurant next door has students in a line out the door and when those students get fed up and walk away they don't even consider going into the 2/3rds empty burger place that's just a few feet away.
(3)Ryan S.
The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is due to the price. If you and a date are going to dine here, keep in mind it will cost you close to $30 between the two of you for burgers, fries, and drinks. Despite the price, the amount and quality of the food is superb. This place offers many different varieties and twists on the plain ol' burger. They also offer and great variety of milkshakes to go along with your meal and a condiment bar with different types of ketchups (spicy, normal, cajun, etc) and dipping sauces for the burgers and fries.
(4)Mary C.
I love this place! Buffalo chicken burger is always the best!
(5)Erin T.
The food here is good, albeit a little overpriced. My standard order is the bacon cheesy sliders and fries. The burgers and fries are pretty good, but the sauce bar makes up for what they lack. They also have the best root beer float I've had in a long time (Boylan's!). They also offer a gluten free menu, which I haven't tried, but it's awesome to see a burger joint with those kind of offerings.
(4)Kenny L.
Burgers are good and staff is very friendly . The sweet potato fries are delightful as well . Usually get the tex mex hay stack and leave pretty full. Okay place to grab a quick lunch/ burger.
(4)Lashantz N.
Been here and few times and I have no complaints. Staff is great and food is also. Milkshakes are soooo delicious!
(5)Jackeline F.
Took my parents, who were visiting from DR and craving a good burger, on a Friday night. Thank God it was not super crowded & were able to find a booth right away. Ordered rhe Shroom Burgers and The OMG.....WOW! Both burgers were amazing, juicy and tasty. We ordered 1 large basket of regular fries and 1 large of sweet potato fries. Indulged in shakes since one was a dollar. One strawberry shortcake, one vanilla, GREAT! The variety of sauces are impressive, my faves are the Thai Ketchup and Chipotle Mayo. It was a great time with good food, great service and wonderful company. If you become part of the Burger21 Club you get emails with the burger of he month or any other promo. Enjoy!
(4)Andrew H.
Service and food are definitely good enough to warrant your time and money here. I feel that the burgers and shakes are worth the price, but I caution against anything else, unless you're greatly craving some fries, which were far too thin for my preferences. However, after BurgerFI over at University Plaza opened up, I've been frequenting there instead.
(4)Terri D.
New to the area and ordered online for my family based on the Yelp reviews. Man, you guys were right! OMG, these were great burgers for a great price. Loved the ability to custom order online and pick up. Very easy.
(5)Emily H.
Very good burgers, and they always have interesting burgers of the month. I was a big fan of the pizza burger. A lot of good sauces, I usually go for toasted marshmallow for fries.
(5)Cigi S.
Burgers are good.. a little pricey. Last visit experienced an extremely long wait with only 2 tables occupied. my shake arrived about 2 inches from the rim, whereas previous visits have been filled fully and topped with a very generous amount of whipped cream. Waited so long I didnt want to complain out of fear it wouldnt have arrived before I finished my the rest of my meal. Also, im not sure if the sauces at the sauce bar are made in house or not, but I felt as if there was something off with the flavors of the Apple and Marshmallow ones which I usually love to dip my sweet potato fries. Probably wont visit again in the near future with so many other restaraunts in the area.
(2)Bianca P.
OMG!!!! Delicious!!! Everyone needs to come eat here! From the customer service to the deco and cleanliness of the place is a 5 star place! We walked in and the cashier was so nice and friendly. I told her it was out first time here and she said take your time if you need any recommendations let me know. I got the skinny, my sister got the black bean, and my girl got the tex mex. We got a platter of fries half and half normal fries and sweet potato fries. We got our cups to grab our sodas and sauces. They had a line of different types of sauces to try. We sat down and a "mover" brought us out fries first. Then after 7 minutes she brought our burgers. They were AMAZING! I tried each one yummy. The fries were great also not to salty at all! Delicious food I will sure come bacon
(5)Sib B.
Best Vanilla Milkshakes Still until this day!. If you sign up for the emails you get a free shake in your birthday month which is awesome!
(4)Brandon P.
Hit or miss with the staff at the front knowing what is going on. Have a 50/50 with a proper order I would suggest order online and there is no confusion.
(3)Thomas W.
First time visiting today. I haven't been compelled to visit because everyone I hear from says it's too expensive but I finally decided to give it a shot. For two burgers and a basket of fries for my wife and I to split we spent $23 and some change. Geez glad we only got water cups. The fries were good but nothing special. I got the philly burger and honestly I think Steak n Shake's is better, ha. My wife got the Texas Haystack. She felt the patty itself was really good but the rest was nothing special. Her cheese wasn't melted which I thought was weird? I like the variety of sauces. The chipotle mayo and thai ketchup were good. Still, it's not worth the price. I'd rather have a bacon cheeseburger at Five Guys with regular ketchup or go to Steak n Shake for a specialty burger.
(3)Jules W.
Whoa. We have a winner. So good! They have gobs of burger options, some salads and turkey or veg options, too. They have a milkshake bar. A milkshake bar! And a billion sauces. Ok, maybe 10, but still. Way more than usual. And they have specials, too - today, Monday is a cheeseburger/fry deal. #WorthIt
(4)Brandon E.
This is a good place for a Thursday lunch with their $5 Two-Pack Thursday promotion. It's hard to beat 2 Cheddar Bacon Cheesy Sliders and a side of fries for $5. The burgers were tasty and the bacon, well it was bacon. Yum! I'm not a huge of shoe string fries, but these were good as far as those go. I'm usually a ketchup kind of guy when it comes to french fries, but if you get their sweet potato fries, try out the apple cider dipping sauce. Save room for dessert. You wouldn't know it from the name, but they make good milkshakes and root beer floats. Yay!

I would actually give this place a 3.5 out of 5. I had the "OMG" Burger w/cheddar cheese and bacon..But i would call it the "OK" Burger, with sweet potato fries, 20 small cups of sauce for the fries..(had to try all the different flavors). The last thing we had was a vanilla milk shake. The flavor of the meet didnt have much flavor. The burger was nice and moist, but the juices coming from the burger didnt seem like it was the natural juices from the meat. Instead it seemed like the patty must've been frozen and cooked therefore giving off a watery flavor of the meat. The bun was nice and tasty...The fries were ok, but the variety of sauces made up for the skinny fries. The Vanilla Bean Milk Shake didnt stand out much to me. No different than getting a milk shake from Steak n Shake. But then I had the Macadamia nut cookies..and they were BANGIN'. They came out nice and moist..just melted right in our hands...umm mmm good. If it wasnt for these cookies i would've gave it 3 stars.

Ugh! I ate too much... but it was YUM. I ordered the bacon cheesy hamburger with a side of fries and vanilla milkshake. I got my burger with all the fixings of lettuce, red onions, tomato, mustard and ketchup and a slice of cheddar cheese. It was tasty and really packed a meal on that brioche bread they serve it with. The fries were thin and nicely hot when I got them. I picked up some of the thai ketchup.. and that was it. I didn't even dip it into the regular ketchup. A new fan is made! My milkshake didn't bring any boys to the yard... but it did satisfy my want of something sweet. The vanilla bean was topped with an amazing whipped cream sprinkled with cinnamon which lasted all the way down till I finished the drink. Incredibly good. My whole meal came out to be $14 and change. The service was great - everything came out quickly and the servers were very nice and attentive. If the parking is packed in the front, there's space in the back of the lot.

Went here for the first time not to long ago and wasn't sure what to order. I got a burger and fries and it was alright, not the best I ever had but it wasn't terrible. What I was really impressed with was the Sauce Bar they had and one of the employees who worked here knew it was my first time and gave my friends and I, some free cheesy ale sauce. It was amazing and made the meal much better! The prices are pretty good for what you get and I love the design of the place as well.

I've always enjoyed the food I've gotten from Burger 21. Every time I've been though, I've had some problems with the service. This time was not starting a call in order until I arrived. Before has been forgetting my order while I waited in store or wait times over 20 minutes for an order of chicken tenders. I visited today after a long while of not visiting because of the service. I got two milkshakes, which are now basically half the size of what they used to be, yet the same price for some reason. I can deal with poor service, but I won't be back solely because of the prices.

Since I am in a burger craze, I have been trying a lot of different burger joints. Burger 21 is somewhat more special than others. They have a lot of different sauces that you can eat with your burgers or fries. There are thai ketchup, roasted marshmallow, cajun and many more. I order their special which was the buffalo chicken sliders, the sliders were actually okay. On the side, I ordered the potato fries with cheese aioli sauce with bacon and scallions. That actually tasted better than my chicken sliders. I would definitely order that again. They also have a shake bar which I didn't get to try. I will try it next time when I go back!

Decent, but they haven't won me over. The quest for the perfect burger is still on-going. Burger21 is definitely one of those trendy burger joints that focuses a lot on service and quality. Their meat it antibiotic free and their buns and milkshakes come in gluten-free options. Their main burgers come in two serving sizes: 4.5 oz to 6 oz. The 4.5 oz is actually the perfect amount for me, but it may be too small for those of you who have larger appetites. Everything is ordered a la carte -- meaning there are no combos, besides the Chicken Tenders Basket -- so things can get a little pricey if you order a burger, fries, and milkshake. I didn't really think it was worth it. Since it was my first time, I wanted to keep things basic and ordered their Cheesy Burger with regular fries. Meh. Presentation was really great, they kept it neat and simplistic. The brioche bun was amazing; definitely my favorite part of the burger. While the burger can be made to order (temperature-wise), their default setting is medium well. However, mine came out more medium rare since the center was red. I didn't really mind, but it wasn't what I was expecting. Their fries are fairly typical. They weren't really unique; and honestly, they were a bit stale. I really liked their sauces though, especially their Thai Ketchup and their Chipotle Sauce. Their Toasted Marshmallow sauce was interesting, but nauseating. lol. Service was quick and attentive. We were constantly being checked on and my water was refilled a couple times. I wasn't expecting that, since it was self-seating and paid upfront. So that was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I think Burger21 is a great addition to this side of town. However, I don't think I'll be a frequent diner.

I ordered the OMG Burger which is a double-stacked burger with american or swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and bacon all on a brioche bun. Comes in either 8oz or 12.5oz size, be sure to specify what size you want cause the cashier upsized me to the 12.5oz without asking me. The 12.5oz is $2 more. Maybe I should have specified, but typically the cashier should ask the customer if they want to upsize. Am I right? They even ask you at places like McDowell's or Burger King. Maybe a fluke.. they just opened yesterday so some things to iron out. Not a bad burger. 12.5oz is a lot... both patties were huge. I ordered mine medium rare and the patties came out pretty watery, which is a big difference compared to being juicy. Overall It was a decent burger, I think next time I will just order it the way it comes which is medium well. That might make it less watery. Anyways, worth a visit or two.

Been to burger21 about two times, I wouldn't say it's the best, but it has it's ups and downs. Their burger selection is unique, ranging from regular hamburgers to turkey burgers with fresh ingredients. Their milk shakes options will definitely put a smile to any sweet tooth. Lastly their sauce bar is awesome and full of diff flavors to try. Flavor wise my burgers are always moist and flavorful with great toppings (lettuce, avocados, etc) My only issue would be - if it's worth the price? $8.99-10 burgers isn't something everyone is looking for when they are craving a big juicy burger.

The burgers here are really good. They definitely stand out as being above and beyond other burger places in the area. The burgers are very flavorful and very juicy. The price might be considered a little high for a burger, but as mentioned, the burgers are really good. So is it a fair trade off? Hmmm, not sure. It is very close and on the fence ... but ultimately, not enough of a turn-off to keep me away. The location itself is very nicely kept and clean. Considering there are servers who clean the tables, they are kept clean and tables are cleared relatively quickly after the prior customer was there.

Amazing burgers cooked to order and a wide selection of dipping sauces for your fries. We won't go anywhere else when we want a burger.

Love this place! Good decor on the inside. I normally go for the burger of the month (changes monthly) and the strawberry shortcake milkshake which is to die for. Tasted a chili dog the other day and it was AMAZING! It came on what seemed to be a garlic bread bun. Hard to explain. Also the cheese sauce they have with their fries is so creamy and mouth watering. Almost taste like a chowder. Try it for yourself!

The new spicy thai shrimp burger is amazing!! And the cookies are too! This place serves up great portions and tons of unique burger combinations. You gotta check this place out. There's outside seating and excellent service. Oh and a ton of sauces to pick from too. Downsides.. Limited parking during peak lunch hours and background music is pretty dated.

The Tex Mex Haystack is delicious! Their cheese fries are the bomb, they come with cheese sauce that is sprinkled with bacon and scallions, off the chain! Spicy ketchup is really good too!
