Horrible, party of 18 at about 8:30 and told 35 minute wait. Great you would think but not so. About the 40 minute mark we are approached by hostess who asks would we be willing to sit on their covered patio that has fans and we should be comfortable. Yes, yes that sounds great. WRONG!! It was muggy the TWO ceiling fans didn't do anything as far as creating an airflow. So now the food everyone seemed to enjoy their food . I ordered the prime rib au jus , the flavor not bad except the sandwich was more bread then meat and the bread was like a six inch sub . Wife ordered guacamole egg rolls that were good but came out after our entire party was done eating and half were leaving. They comped her plate real surprise there.

We actually just came for drinks. The place is gorgeous inside though and the bar had plenty of different flavors of top choice liquors to choose from. I just stayed Plain Jane and got a rum and orange during the happy hour which Bacardi drinks are $3 from 12-7 I believe! The drink was pretty strong the first time with the first bartender I had but when ordering a second it was "Death by Bacardi" from another one. That's no big deal because I'll just make sure I will request a different bartender next time... We heard too that there was a happy hour for the appetizers too so we decided to order the Spinach and Artichoke dip.....AMAZING! Kanye couldn't have said it better.... it was so warm and had a lightly crisp top! Wish I thought to take a picture but the "Death by Bacardi" had my mind elsewhere. I'll be back.

BJ's never disappoints me! We went there for a family dinner. We were quoted 20 min wait but after only ten minutes they called our party. It's the first time I come to this location since I moved here and the appearance of the restaurant is just like any other BJ'S. They have a very clear standard for all their restaurants and franchises. What made this experience different was The Server!!!! She was the nicest girl ever, even with my picky sister who takes her damn time to make up her mind and changes it every two seconds. Needless to say, she didn't like the first plate she got (which I tried and was really good) but the server replaced it for something different no questions asked. We had a really great experience and the waitress was on top of our drinks for refills and constantly checking up on us AND IT WAS BUSY! The only difference I found with other locations is that the teriyaki chicken was a little bit more spicy. Other than that everything tasted great, and we had from appetizers to desserts!! I really recommend this location!

We went here for dinner on our Orlando vacation at 9:50pm when most restaurants in the immediate area were closed. Seeing an empty interior and three stars on yelp, we weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with everything. The food was flavorful, the menu was extensive (something for everyone) and the service was great (especially our server; didn't quite catch her name). What we tried: deep dish buffalo pizza, Moroccan salmon, corn fritters. They had run out of 6 in. deep dish crusts so they gave us the next size up for the same price. The corn fritters were tasty and the salmon came with well seasoned vegetables and cous cous. The latter dishes were on the slightly smaller side side but the pizza made up for it. Note: Not too long after we got in several other tables filled up. Must have been hungry people like us who didn't want to travel to Downtown Disney.

First time trying and not impressed. No hostess and waited an awkward 5 + minutes for someone to greet us (even though other staff walked by and saw us and other parties waiting). The hostess took us to a mini booth (we don't like mini booths), but before we could say anything she was gone. We stood there waiting for the waitress and asked to sit at a bigger booth. Waitress was not attentive. We asked for a bud light. She said she didn't know if they had it in bottles. We said we didn't care if it was bottle or on tap. She can back and said they didn't have it on tap. UGH! No pref, we told her. Bring us bottled. Food was not impressive. Ordered medium well steak, came really well done. Baked potato tasted like day old potato. Not impressed. Won't try it again.

This is one of our go-to restaurants here in Orlando. From the food to the beer to the amazing desserts we haven't found a way to go wrong here yet! The avocado egg rolls are easily the best I've ever had--but be warned, they aren't for those who are wishy-washy about avocado. They cram a LOT of it in there, so it's perfect for an avocado lover. If you, like me, truly empathize with that lady in the Subway commercial who drives an avocado car then this is definitely the appetizer for you. The pizzas are also wonderful- lots of options from crust to toppings, and they're great about making half and half orders for those of us who just can't make a decision. They also have a huge range of great craft beers in a wide variety of styles. There are so many great options that a flight really is the way to go for a true connoisseur-- and don't be scared to make your own flight! They're happy to let you mix and match. Finally, I would be remiss not to mention the straight up happiness in a pan that is a pizookie. This incredible dessert is just baked still warm delicious cookie goodness topped with fantastic ice cream-- I'm typically not a girl who's big on desserts and I've genuinely considered ordering one of these before my meal. They have a wide variety of other menu options as well, definitely something to please everyone, and their prices are good, though not fantastic. I highly recommend giving BJ's a try next time you're out!

We went during happy hour, which is more like half-y hour. They advertise half price apps which are half price but literally half portions. I.e. Appetizer wings reg $9.95 for 10 wings- HH $4 for five wings. They were not great, just soso. Chewy, not crispy and very stringy. Pizza was good though and not a bad value. HH personal with unlimited toppings for $6. I had starter salad which was ok- spinach, bacon and blue cheese. Fairly small portion for $4.95. Waiter was nice but took forever. He seemed to be smoozing the next table over for tips, thus little time for us. Food runners brought all our food and drink while he chatted it up. Oh well. Won't go back but not awful.

This place takes you by surprise. The menu is incredibly extensive with plenty of options to chose from, including a large variety of lower calorie meals that were very tasty. The beer selection is solid as well with their own brews meeting typical craft beer standards. The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. I would eat here again.

CLOSE THIS RESTAURANT and start over with capable and competent staff. We visited last Saturday for dinner that turned into a 2.5 hour fiasco that began with a seating host that was expressing his frustration to all who entered. We had to speak up to even get seated as the "printer was broken" for the seating assignments and he began to seat those who complained the loudest. He completely lost control of the queue of customers. Once seated all started off well but after we got our appetizers our waitress changed sections and we were left to handle everything ourselves. She was less than helpful when I went and found her stating "someone will be over to help you I have tables all over". From having to go to the bar to get our drinks on our own and having to go to the kitchen door to ask about our food. Not once was our table serviced, no offer to refresh beverages (we had teen kids with us), appetizers plates were left on the table even after we went and got our entrees. The food was notably stale, that being, had been sitting under heat lamps for 15-20 minutes as the burger breads were dry, stale on the tops, fries were room temperature and steak blood had dried on the plate. Seriously, whomever the owners are of this enterprise, you have issues at this site. So much went wrong, we truly could not believe what was happening again and again.

We gave this place a 2nd chance last night and it's now on our "will not return" list. The service is terrible, it was the first time also, but that time a manager came over and compted our drinks and apologized cause they were so busy, the dinners we ordered were good though, that we tried it again... Nope same thing and our server Pierre was not knowledgeable about the menu or didn't have any recommendations for us, so we didn't feel like we were anywhere special. We are very busy with work during the week and Friday night is 'date night' for us and this was a waste of our time and money. I'll let the tourists spend their money here.

Definitely one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant. We were seated At a booth that was full of garbage underneath the table. My foot was wet as soon as I sat down. I had to use a flash light to investigate why my foot was wet. When we asked to be moved to another table the hostess was not even phased by the fact that there was used napkins, oranges peels and garbage under the table. In fact, there was a party seated not long after we were relocated. The service was horrible. Took 25 minutes to even get alcoholic beverages brought to to our table. We asked for separate checked for a party if 4 and this took even longer. Keep in mind this was at 1030 at night. NEVER again will I come this this location. The location at Millenia is way better. Never again. There's no excuse for this lack of service.

The atmosphere was nice. There was a wide selection of food, drinks, and deserts. There was a page of the menu dedicated to healthy foods. They had a nice beer selection. I was there with 5 people and every one said their meal was great and they would come back.

I normally love BJ's Brewhouse but this experience was horrible! Our service was so disappointing. Seconds after being seated our server storms up and says "wine?" we told her we hadn't had a chance to look and she seemed annoyed. We asked for water to start-that took ten minutes to arrive. We did order a bottle of wine and it came out to the table opened no opened at table not taste test. I know BJ's isn't fancy but this is wine etiquette and it came with no chiller just thrown on table. We had no water refills my husband actually just grabbed the jug to do it himself. Was so disappointed have never written a bad review but wanted to let people know if you had been to another BJ's and were expecting good service this might not be the place for you.

The food is magnificent! To start off, you can choose to share a regular sized appetizer or get a personal one. I got the spinach stuffed mushroom and they were amazing! My boyfriend got the bruschetta at it was decent. I had a simple chicken tortilla soup and they pour the broth at the table so the chips are fresh and crunchy. It was the perfect amount of spice and the flavor was totally balanced! My boyfriend got a BJS Burger with bacon and cheese and it was seriously one of the best burgers I've eaten! They have this sparkling raspberry lemonade which is also delicious! Service was alright. Never got his name and my boyfriends drink, the Orange soda, never made it to the table. Came by for Refills on water just once. Other than the ok service, I will certainly make a second trip!

Looks like a really nice place. I've now been waiting 20 minutes for a draw of beer that I ordered after waiting for 15 minutes. Nothing fancy, just a glass of beer. I would love to leave something about the food but I'm afraid I may die before it gets to me. Actually the food was good, but the service was really, really slow. So if you want to hang out in a nice little place maybe it's a five star for you.

Don't know that the gluten free cheese pizza can really be referred to as food. Perhaps "food-like" is more appropriate. Might as well have been eating a pizza lunchable. Actually, I would have preferred the lunchable. I wouldn't feed it to a dog.

The best thing about this place is the beer menu. Their beer list is almost as long as their food menu. I would recommend trying their beer tasting. Four 5 oz. samples for $6.95 - you can't beat that deal. The aforementioned long menu has everything for all types of food lovers. Though it isn't gourmet style food, it is definitely above the average chain restaurant menu.

New place for us to visit. Never knew that they existed. They have many different brews that looked very interesting. Because I drove I had to make sure I didn't over imbibe. Nice staff, atmosphere, and no wait (of course there was only two of us). I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone especially those interested in craft beers. Burger was cooked perfectly and had a really good taste.

Visiting Orlando from south FL and I was happy with my experience here, the pizza was above average and the BB&Q burger was very good as well (just get extra sauce). The service was good, and I never felt like I needed to hunt down my server. -Overall I'd recommend stopping by if you're nearby.

Loved the food went with my husband on our Halloween Horror Nights vacation and decided to eat here because it was right in front of out Wyndham hotel. The food was very tasty and flavorful we sat at the bar because of a time crunch but still enjoyed our company with each other and the bartenders. The drinks where yummy as well. Unfortunately they don't not have angry orchard which is a personal favorite. We paid a total of $95 a little pricey but still worth it. Hopefully they have a location near me

brief wait to be seated. Our server was good, he had six tables. Handled them well. The tables in the bar area has plug ins to charge our phones. Food was great, delivered in good time. Something for everyone on the menu. Handles large parties. Highly recommend.

Despite the service I have had at the international location this Fall- this location sucks! Don't be fooled tourists- my family came in on our way to NYE w friends at 3 pm for a late lunch- my son and I are gluten free (he has a few other allergies) so we were glad to see the extensive menu that signifies what was safe- we spoke w the manager and our waiter who all assured us no issue (this is what we normally do to eat safely)- well obviously the kitchen does have issues here! My son's order was botched and came out not as requested- which could have killed him- my GF pizza tasted half freezer burned (it is horrible) and then they remade his meal and he was left waiting while we all waited- this is horrible as he is 12- obviously I shared my tasteless pizza but he was upset and worried his recooked meal would be wrong too. This was very upsetting as when a restaurant says they can accommodate- which many do extremely well today- it is life threatening when they do not fulfil what they state. Obviously we will just go to Bahama Breeze Or Landry's Seafood next time as they have never disappointed.

We have eaten at several BJ's over the years and have always enjoyed the food. This location left a little to be desired in the service department. Easily the longest we've waited to order, get our food, and get refills on drinks. I'll give the waitress a mulligan on this one as the slow service was likely due to her having too large a station to cover (so it seemed to us at least). I would be willing to chalk it up to an off night, but since it was our first (and most likely only) visit to this location, I couldn't say for sure. Other than how long it took, our waitress was friendly, got the orders right, and was more than willing to answer my son's questions about the food he was considering. The food was on par with what we've come to expect. The buffalo wings are always incredible and the pizza (Large Deep Dish of BJ's Favorite) was delicious. The burger, according to my son, was very good as well.

I really hate to give BJ's just two stars because I've been here twice and both times the food was great. They have a decent beer selection as well, though some of their in-house brews leave something to be desired. My first time here was at the end of October and everything was great - the food and the friendly, timely service. Unfortunately, when I returned again several days ago there were several issues. There were five of us at our table - one of my friends never got the salad he ordered, or the extra sauce he asked for with his meal (despite asking for it twice). Also, four of us received our food while the fifth person waited a good ten minutes for his burger - and had to ask for it at least twice as well before it ever arrived (in fact, he may have asked for it three times). Getting the checks was another debacle - to say it took forever would be an understatement. The worst part was, some other friends had arrived while I was there, and when I went to sit with them for a beer that was another mess in terms of waiting for drinks and then checks. I do hope that this restaurant gets itself together, because clearly it showed promise in the beginning, but they definitely need to figure out what's going on in terms of their waitstaff.

On any given day I would say BJ's is a great chain restaurant with reliably satisfying food. I'm writing about this BJ's because I was seated and then waited 30 minutes for someone to come talk to my table. No one came, so my party and I left. This location needs to get it together.

My wife and I returned to BJ's to give it another try. This time our experience was a lot different. We were greeted at the door not only by a smiling and friendly hostess but by a man who I think may have been a manager. The wait staff were well coordinated and while they were busy, they still were able to cover their tables properly so that you didn't feel neglected in any way. We tried different dishes this time and were again happy with the food. We will be dining here again.

We had a very nice meal here this past Friday evening. It was 9pm and while every other place in the area was mobbed, this newer BJ's didn't have a wait, so we decided to give it a shot. The food was perfect and the service was great. I wish I remembered the name of our waitress because she did an awesome job taking care of us. We'll

We were visiting Orlando from boston. Headed to the outlets last night and wanted to grab a bite to eat first. We figured we'd try this place because there aren't any In boston. Super glad we did! Our server was awesome, I want to say her name was Amanda but I'm not sure. We sat outside, they have these cool bar top tables with mini fireplaces in each. The "2 for $35" is an amazing deal. The rib eye melted in my mouth. Make sure you save room for dessert, it's fantastic!

Food was fine. Service was oddly fast. Felt rushed. Went at 9 pm on a Sunday. Not crowded. We ordered appetizer salad to share. Brought to us on one plate, without a sharing plate. Salad was watermelon and feta. Was advertised to be with arugula and mixed greens. No arugula to be found. Minimal watermelon included. We were not finished with the salad and our burgers arrived. They were fine but a bit greasy. When we were about half way through our burgers our server came and asked us if we saved room for dessert. We said we didn't think so and he immediately showed up with our check. So in and out in 50 minutes. I have indigestion. I think we need to speak up and ask them to go slower but since it is their business they should know this. May give them one more shot. Not sure yet.

First visit to BJs tonight and was not impressed. Mostly with the service. We sat on patio and the entire night there was only one server for all the tables on our side. The kids meals came out first and we found out 30 minutes later it was because they screwed up my burger. So when it finally came it was not cooked properly and my wife's meal was cold. They didn't remake hers but let it sit while mine was being remade. Server wasn't forthcoming with this info until I asked why it was taking so long. By then the kids were restless and it was hard to enjoy it. The server offered no concession for this mistake. I think you can do better in this area.

Had a really enjoyable lunch on the patio of BJ's Brewhouse with my daughter. She was familiar with the chain. I had never heard of them but would love one in my hometown now! Very extensive menu.

Service was good. Food was just ok. The dipping sauce for the Avocado rolls was not good. It was very sour and too much soy or hoisin sauce. The Buffalo chicken pizza had BBQ sauce on it and too much ranch over the top. Other pizzas were good. Beer selection was excellent! I think they need to improve some of their menu items.

Really good. I used to frequent them when I was living in TX. I moved to Boston and I miss this place. The menu is like Cheesecake Factory with something for anyone. I'm in Orlando for business and brought the family and this place has been an awesome go-to. Great service. Lots of smiles and great food. I'm not into beer but their other drinks are ok. Great for families when you are looking to eat "off the reservation". Happy to hear they will be opening a franchise in Beantown in the near future. You were missed BJ. No matter where you are, you are Wicked Good!

We went to BJ's for dinner and to watch the game. Things could not have been better. We got a great booth in front of the LARGE screen TV. The server was always right on time with what ever we needed. She gave us some recommendations, after we ask. We had boneless wings as a starter. They were just the right amount of heat and came with ranch. I got a burger and fries, my wife had the Santa Fe Salad, our daughter had the Mahi-Mahi Tacos. Everything was very good and seasoned to our liking. This is a great place if you want to watch the game, have some drinks, appetizers, dinner or all of the above.

This was my second visit to BJ's, first time at this location. My first visit was great but this one left me not so happy. We were seated right away by a not so happy with his job host and waited longer than normal for our waiter to appear for our drink order. I ordered a margarita which was really sour. I should've sent it back. For dinner I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken which was good but the mashed potatoes that came with it had a distinct instant mashed potato taste to them. Over I got the feeling that the waiter was paying attention to everyone else but us and he also did not ask if I was a member of their rewards program for which I did not earn my points for eating at their lovely establishment. I will return to BJ's, just not this location.
(2)
Derek Z.
Went for lunch and all our food was delicious. I had a few different craft beers and they were also very good. Only reason 4/5 is the service was slower than it should have been. They also advertise ways to speed up the dinner (online ordering and mobile payment) which tells me they expect to be slow and have been told they are slow in the past.

We were a party of 2 that were seated immediately around 8PM. We were greeted right at the door and our server was pretty nice and helpful with helping us choose our food. We shared the sliders appetizer (4 little mini burgers) and I ordered a chicken entree. For dessert, we ordered pazookies of course! All of the food was delicious and we will definitely be coming back again! I rated them a four out of five stars because while I was happy with our food and service, I see room for improvement: my water was not refilled right away, my food was served incompletely without the chardonnay butter sauce, the server forgot that my friend wanted ketchup and ranch, and our server could have been a little bit nicer. Overall, a great night and a great experience and like I said, we will be returning soon!

We had a group of 14 Deaf people. We requested to sit together, there was no room and we were split into three tables as we sat separately. There was one long row of table that we thought we could use but the manager claimed it was reserved for group of other people. We dined and we left - this reserved table remain empty the entire time. We felt we were being lied and that he did not want to allow us sit together. We tried to have written communication with manager at two separate occasions but he does not understand what Deaf means - he kept on speaking toward our Deaf ears and thinking miracle we would hear him. This manager is so native and purely dumb! The waiter came to us asking if we wish to order coffee and dessert, I asked for menu so I could see what they have but I received a check instead. I was appalled by the service provided by this place and I will not go back there or any other place that bear the same name - BJ Brewery Restaurant again.

Horrible place to go to watch football!!! We went to BJ's on a Sunday to specifically watch our team since we were visiting from out of town. We asked the hostess for a seat close to a tv that was showing our team and she showed us the tv that was showing our game. We sat and ordered drinks and appetizers and shortly after ordering, the tv was switched to another game. We requested to have the tv switched back to our game, pointing out that we had already been there watching it but the server and management was unwilling to help. There was another group who had just come in to watch the same game we were watching and they were turned down as well to have the game shown. This group said they had even called ahead of time to make sure they would be able to watch the game and they were assured that it wouldn't be a problem. This made no sense because the place wasn't even that busy and there were plenty of tv's. We ended up paying our bill for food that we didn't even eat and leaving to go elsewhere, as did the other group. We are frequent visitors to Orlando and will NEVER go back to BJ's, even if we are not seeking to watch football. Their treatment of the situation was unprofessional and there was no effort on their part to rectify the situation or even offer to take the food off our bill that went uneaten.

Walked out after I got tired of waiting for the wait staff to wait on me. After being seated, waited more than 15 minutes and was never acknowledged by any wait staff. They weren't even busy. Obvious reflection on the restaurant management and lack of customer service.

Just tried BJs in Orlando. Great atmosphere, fun and lively with a great outdoor deck which has lots of seating capacity. Really like the reduced calorie menu, so many options. I had the shrimp tacos and my husband had the mahi mahi. Fresh and flavorful! Will go back.

This was my worst restaurant experience as far as I can remember. First we pull up to the place and were excited as I haven't been since I lived in AZ where they had one . Our experience starts with some crackhead looking into the windows of all the cars in the parking lot which we alerted the hostess who seemed concerned however did nothing to make sure that issue didn't escalate . Next issue is with the restaurant being about 25% full and them making us wait 15 minutes to be seated (which was concerning.) We finally get seated and another 20 minutes goes by before we get a waiter to stop at our table . We tell him we have to leave in an HOUR to make sure we catch a flight, the waiter apologized and assured us we would be fine. Just to be safe we ordered food and drinks at the same time. About 15 minutes goes by and we finally get our drinks, another 15 minutes goes by and we begin getting anxious for our 2 hamburgers and 2 pasta dishes. We start complaining amongst our table and overhear 2 tables around us having similar issues and it comes up they too have been waiting over 45 minutes. All of our waiters finally come out and say that the food will be out in "1 minute " however opposed to waiting for the food they decide to walk to the table and tell us and then go outside and start basically procrastinating. They come back to the table (foodless) and we ask for the manager which our waiter came back with okay but the food will be right out... Another 3 minutes goes by, we don't get a manager and we don't get any food. At that point we were there for 70 minutes so we all decide to just get up and leave . End of the rant but as long as that incompetent staff is there I will NEVER go back. Hope this helps -Scott

Appetizer was great......beer average......But the biggest turn off was a customer with a dog (not a service dog) let into the restaurant and the kitchen and wait staff (ours included) can out to pet the dog before and after serving food......would have ate dinner there but got grossed out.....no manager in site the enforce obvious heath code infraction. ....By the way this place was only open a few months when we visited.

My buddy and I are staying at the Marriott Village next to BJ's. After we battled our way through traffic back into the village (because this is the day after Christmas and everyone is heading to the outlets on the same road), we stumbled into BJ's for lunch. We sat by the bar because the giant TV was showing Manchester City vs. Liverpool. I was very impressed with the atmosphere inside. I can totally see it being great at night. You can even see outside. We were greeted by one waitress who knowledgeably rattled off some beer recommendations for my friend (I don't drink). We were passed onto a 2nd waitress (Yasmine) who took our orders. When I looked at the lunch specials, I was impressed the prices were reasonable. I ended up ordering an appetizer (corn fritters with bacon aioli), a lunch portion of grilled chicken pasta with tuscan tomato soup (delicious), and a mug of vanilla cream soda (then later a mug of orange cream soda too). We were well taken care of by Yasmine. At that time of day, it wasn't too busy so we were basically there for two hours watching the entire game. All in all, a really relaxing atmosphere on a lazy afternoon. Patrons came in and out and enjoyed themselves. I just checked that I can order online too ... so I'm pretty sure I'll be doing that at some point this week.

The food was delicious when we went. We had the stuffed mushrooms and the wings for appetizer. Bae and I shared a blonde dessert. The service wasn't spectacular but was bad either. The bartender guy - was very knowledgeable about the different drafts there and even suggested places around town we should try. There are a ton of televisions there in case you go to watch a game or something. Kind of off in a private area of orlando away from the hustle and bustle traffic of Orlando. Would go again.

Went to BJs at the recomendation of one of our traveling partners. Friday night after a day at Disney. Short wait, about 25 minutes so we went to the bar which was large with a great selection of beers. Matt the bartender was very knowledgeable and helped us select flights that would match our tastes. Dinner was fabulous and our waitress Chelsea was knowledgeable, friendly and helped us learn a lot about Disney Parks. Very ample menu with plenty of choices for any pallet. We had the brussel sprout appetizer and spinach artichoke dip and racks of ribs. Food and service were great, very much what you would expect from a great brewpub. it was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Definately would come back.

The atmosphere was generic and no one greeted us for a couple of minutes (there was no one waiting at the hostess stand). Then we were finally sat and no waiter greeted us for 10 minutes. So we left. As we were leaving the manager thanked us for coming as we were returning our menus...totally oblivious. We obviously didn't stay to eat so I can't speak for the food. It was 6:00 on a Saturday night. Don't go.

Great place to enjoy some of the best beer on draft. Food is always great. Been to the BJ's in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Daytona. Always happy with service, food and the beer.

This was the best restaurant I've attended during my trip in Orlando. My group and I came here twice, we ate in once and did take out the other time. We came around closing time, about 10-30 minutes to closing.(The 1st time we came here) Despite this, the waitress was amazing. She was very attentive and considerate. We had to order quickly, but she was still patient and nice. The food was outstanding. I ordered barbecue chicken pizza(1st time) and then the jalapeño turkey burger(2nd time). My group agreed that they have the best turkey burgers we ever tasted. The pizza was delicious; very soft and tasty. The atmosphere is very laid back and they have sports on the television. Even though we came here twice at night, the service + food remained awesome. 10/10 recommend.

I thought this was a solid 4 star restaurant. Plenty of alcoholic mixed drinks and beers to choose from. A ton of meals, from burgers to pizzas. Great service and good prices. The dessert are absolutely amazing.

We just ordered a variety of appetizers and enjoyed them... I think of this place as an upscale of miller ale house. The portions are appropriate. We also had the green flash beer, maximum hops, and strawberry mojito which were all flavorful.

This was one of the better chain restaurants we hit on our visit to Orlando. Its nicely decorated and has more of an upscale feeling to it. They offer their own beer as well as a few guest taps. I ordered an individual extreme pepperoni pizza. It was larger than I expected and cooked nice and brown. I was a bit disappointed with the pepperoni though. They way it was described on the menu I thought it would be thicker and chunkier. It was standard thin slices of pepperoni. Good tasting regardless. For dessert the pizookie eas a nice surprise. Its a warm cookie in a pizza pan topped with ice cream and a Ghirardelli chocolate square. We had the salt caramel but they offer several variations of it. Our server was attentive but not in your face. Probably some of the best service we received on our trip.

I had Mediterranean pita tacos, and unsweetened tea. We had been recommended this place by the person at the hotel, but I was not really impressed. The taco had so much liquid stuff poured on it, that it ended up dribbling out of the end when I ate it. It was a real challenge to not make a complete mess. The tea was bitter, and therefore not really great. The server started out friendly, but soon disappeared never to be seen from again. I suspect maybe she was abducted by space creatures, but I am not completely sure. What I do know, is that we had somewhere else to be, after all BJ's is not a major destination in Orlando, and we had to sit and sit and sit as we waited for the check. All in all, I do not think I will stop back by again.

First time going it was wonderful, I hate I can't remember my waiters name he was amazing! I ordered the chowder in a soup bowl and the b.l.t salad. Very filling to the point I couldn't order an entree I was so full. My friend ordered the calamari, that was decent. The egg rolls were pretty tasty. We got the cookie desserts, they were pretty good as well. My second time going in 3 weeks the food fell extremely flat. I ordered a steak it was blah.. the vegetables were rubbery and tasteless.. the baked potato could've been better. I did give consideration to I got there an hour before close. My companion said the mens room was awful, so i can imagine the female restrooms. My server was good and attentive. I would try them again, they have good looking stuff on the menu. 3 out of 5 stars based on both experiences. It's a shame because I would've given this place 5 stars.

I normally get the shrimp scampi which is good! I don't know what it is but BJs never really gives me the most wonderful food but it's not that it's bad either. The pizookies are definitely worth going for and enjoying! There are multiple flavors and all are good, but I definitely like the chocolate chip and the peanut butter :)

I hate to do this, but we really had a poor experience tonight. About the only thing that went right was we got seated outside per our request - it was far too cold to sit inside. Our waitress was either distracted or inept. She took out drink order and didn't get it exactly right. Then our food arrived and none of us had silverware or napkins. I got a pizza, but had no plate to eat it on. When she came back five minutes later, we asked for those items. It took her another 4-5 minutes to bring us silverware....meanwhile, my pizza is getting cold. My son ordered his burger medium and said it was completely dry from being overlooked. At this point, sending anything back would have prolonged the agony. Refilling water glasses was a real chore too. I seldom provide any reviews, but felt this needed to be said. I ignored the other poor reviews and now wish I hadn't. The weird thing is they weren't all that busy. As far as I could tell, our waitress had two tables - ours (party of three) and one other with a group of 8 or so. Needless to say, I would not return to this restaurant. I have eaten at other BJ's in Cali and had very good experiences. This one? No way...

Great atmosphere with great food. This was our first time at this particular restaurant and we really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and attentive. The house made beers were good as was the food. We sampled five different beers before deciding on the one we liked most. We had the burger with fries and the ravioli. I must say the portion sizes were great and the price was what you expect it to be in this tourist town. Of course we had to try their signature dessert the pizookies. We had the sampler where they allow you to pick three small ones. Don't worry though, this is more than enough to share. We had the peanut butter and jelly, the salty caramel and the white chocolate macadamia. I will definitely visit one of their other locations whenever I'm close to one.

This pains me to write. I really like BJ's- I'm even a rewards member. But his location needs a swift kick in the pants. We went with some coworkers and sat on the outside patio. Our server began telling us about happy hour and took several drink orders. Another young lady walks up, takes his pad and says it is HER table and dismisses him. She is high strung and confused about what has already been ordered and we wait far too long for any of our drinks or appetizers. Several orders are wrong. Then she starts bringing checks and nothing has been discounted. We ask why and are told happy hour is just for the bar and patio... remember we are on the patio. She then says "oh not this portion of the patio...". So was our first server lying? she gets flustered and says she'll get the manager. Now I was on a bit of a time crunch, so I asked to just have my check sorted (it had missing/wrong items) but she refused to take it until the manager had come. After 20 minutes, still no manager, so some members went inside and just settled at the bar. Eventually I got a correct check, and the manager made an appearance for about 30 seconds (after we'd been waiting for over half an hour). Abysmal service and wait times. All that being said, the beer is wonderful and the food is really yummy. I have never had a bad experience in the bar area or at other locations. Get it together new location!

I always go to BJ's, wherever I am because I usually crave a pulled pork sandwich and a orange cream soda. I never think to review any BJ's because well, I go to eat and leave. This is by far the best one I've been to. I first came here with a bunch of friends on one of our days off from working at Disney World and the staff was the friendliest sets of servers I've ever encountered. Granted, my group of friends just makes friends randomly, but they were enjoying our company. Our server, Sarah (ask for tall Sarah), always chatted with us when she wasn't busy and had other servers come talk to us because we were so fun. My friends and I became regulars and the staff knew who we were and always asked for Ryan, Kim, Sarah or Marvin to serve us. It's literally a fun time and great experience with them and honestly started hanging out with one of them. The managers are great as well! We wanted to talk to them to praise how amazing their workers were and they were great to be around as well. Oh the food's good too, don't worry about that. haha CAN I JUST GIVE THEM 10 STARS!?

We are on vacation and chose this restaurant because it has so many food options. Well, my husband ordered an entree that arrived that didn't look like the picture. We were dissatisfied. Let me tell you that we were so impressed with how the server handled the situation. She didn't get defensive and tell him it is his fault for looking at the wrong picture. Instead, she was extremely polite and apologetic and offered another meal in its place. Even the manager came over to make sure we were happy and that we got the entree we wanted. They handled the situation with class and made me want to write this so the public knows how well trained and considerate the staff is at this restaurant. They didn't even charge for the new entree. Much appreciated, bj's. We will definitely be back!

Service was a little slow. They seated us out side and may have forgotten bout us. We had the flatbread pizza. They were mediocre. We tried the margarita , pepperoni and veggie. Crust was more like a cracker. The beer was good.

Service was very poor. Our table was dirty and we had to clean it. Server took forever to greet us.. Asked him for napkins and he brought us PAPER TOWELS. We didn't feel welcomed at all. Won't be returning.

I want to love BJ's, I really, really do and I've convinced myself that I love it and continue to go back but it really is just for the pazookies. They have a menu for all tastes but nothing I've ever ordered has tasted that great or stood out to me. They're supposed to be known for the brews and pizza but the pizza really isn't all that. The service is a hit or miss, the past few times I've been, it hasn't been great. However, they do have some of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever tasted so bring your gluten-free friends there. But at the end of the day I would recommend just going for the house made sodas and the lovely pazookies (the salted caramel is my favorite).

Food selection is pretty good. A lot of different things on the menu. Food was prepared nicely. Presentation was very nice also. My friends enjoyed the beer selection and loved the pumpkin ale. Server was WONDERFUL! I am pregnant and took an order to go and when I arrived home I opened my Togo order and the server had hand written me a sweet congratulations message. Definitely makes it worth visiting again.

The outside and in were very clean and nice looking. Loved the look of the bar. The waitress was friendly and helpful. They had a gluten free menu, which was pretty small but tolerable. I got a salad and the tomato bisque soup, salad was extremely basic but the soup was great. Overall, I'd check it out again.

I've never had a bad meal here, and I like the fact they mix other beers on tap with their own home brews (though their beers are tasty and cheaper than the other crafts). Good happy hour specials, piz-ookies that give sugar rushes, and their mobile app is a great way to order, dine, and pay if you're in a rush. Highly recommend this place.

The beer was warm, ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and the nacho chips were not crispi, very unpleasant. Seems like they don't care. I still love BJ'S, been to several in different states, and never had complained. It's the first time, honestly surprised. It's terrible.

We went for dinner and wound up watching the games from the tvs all around. This is the perfect place to watch a game and have a drink and some appetizers. I actually don't recall exactly what we got, but we both really enjoyed the food and service. You may want to make a reservation - the place was packed! It's loud, so I wouldn't recommend it for an intimate date.

Nice sports bar with their own craft beers. Good food at great prices. TV's need to be better adjusted. The one we had the aspect ratio was off and they couldn't fix it. Still nice outside dining and a good time!!

We had a newbie waiter. She seemed eager, no issues there. 5 of us for dinner nj a 75% packed house waited 10 minutes to be seated walked past a couple of empty tables. So newbie takes drink order and well disappears. Like kne was a lemonade and made me wonder if she was squeezing the lemons you know? One beer and 4 reg drinks. Ok out they come, order food. Well tick tock tick tock tock tock 20 minutes later. .... Vegetarian got her personal pizza. Hubby got his burger I got my shrimp pasta Kid 1 got Mac n cheese Kid 2 got wrong avocado turkey burger and no side salad Off it goes back to the kitchen. Tick tock tock tock. Most everyone is done with meal and turkey burger shows up. My shrimp pasta was lack luster. Shrimp had no flavor tasted frozen. Was plain old ehhh Watch out for GPS sending you down the stree just so you can make a u turn. There's a left but GpS doesn't seem to know it.

The food was average, the beer was good and the service was great. Very average lunch but our server was an excellent chap. The DIPA was good, for you beer nerds out there. The kids approved of the hand crafted root beer as well. We'd return.

"Welcome to BJ's" this is how you are greeted when you come into our welcoming, caring, dependable restaurants.... Ya Right!!!! This place can't even deliver on the first line of their advertisement! My boyfriend and I were on our way home after a long shopping trip and saw BJ's on the way home, I have been to many BJ's back home in LA and wanted him to try it too, it was about 11:50 so I looked inside and saw a full bar and some tables occupied so I figured they were still open. I have been in the restaurant industry for a long time and if I knew they closed at midnight I wouldn't even have walked in since I didn't want to be "those people" that come in right before closing and stay forever. So when we walked in the hostess looked up at us and I was going to ask if they were still open, but before I could even say a word a male manager said "you guys need to order fast because we are closed". I was shocked and told my boyfriend I didn't want to eat at such an inhospitable place so we got the hell out of there. Point is if your management is so rude what can be said about your servers? I will never go back to this BJ's again.

I ordered food for a group of people in the middle of the week during lunchtime for take-out. It wasn't busy and there was no line to sit down or place an order. When I first called from a landline, the person that answered the phone couldn't here me on their end. I thought something was wrong with my phone, so I called from my cell phone. Again, they couldn't hear me, which was frustrating, so I had to go to the restaurant to place the order. When I explained what happened, the order taker wasn't too fazed or apologetic. Okay, not a big deal. I placed an order for 2 different large pizzas and she said that it would only be about 20-25 minutes. When I came back to pick up the pizzas, one was a large and the other was a personal size. The lady and I went back and forth for about a minute because she thought that I said I wanted one of the pizzas to be personal sized. This made me a little more frustrated because I had to wait for them to make the correct pizza. About 10 minutes later, I picked up the correct pizza and she gave me the personal pizza, which we really didn't need, but it was still kind of her to do.

Just left BJs and the whole experience was eh. Our waiter was not friendly or informed and overall made it feel like we were bothering him. I ordered soup and salad the tomato soup was tasty was just extremely greasy. I saw the grease on the top of my Soup. Don't think I'll be heading back there

This is my second time at a BJ's restaurant. My first experience at a BJ's in Miami was horrible but I decided to give it another try since we are in a different city. The server was very charismatic and attentive. He made conversation with us and gave us good drink suggestions. I had the balsamic chicken which was flavorful and filling. My boyfriend had the rack of baby back ribs which was huge. The ribs were tender and had the right about of sauce, not too much or too little. We ended our meal with a chocolate chunk pisookie which was delicious. I will be returning to my local BJ's in Miami and hopefully they have improved there service.

First time going to this place, was looking for something outside of my resort. Was impressed by the outside and inside of the restaurant. But that's all that impressed me. I had a very nice waiter, but he was slow and and forgetful. Ordered a salad as an app, the food runners brought it out and I had no silverware to eat it with, I didn't receive any until my waiter came and checked on me. Very good cob salad!! I ordered a 8" deep dish pizza for my entree, again the food runners brought it out, and just he pizza; no plate to eat off of. Now they serve their pizzas in the pan, so it seemed awkward to eat out of the pan. I waited for my waiter to come back so I could ask him for a plate. The pizza it's self was not good. I ordered a regular cheese pizza with a couple of toppings, the pizza was lukewarm, and not from sitting while I was waiting for my plate. It was close to being cold, and the cheese was chewy. My waiter did not check on me again after that until he brought my check. I would not recommend this restaurant for good fresh pizza. It looks nice, but that is about it.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

(3)Vince D.

Absolutely wonderful. Nancy at the bar is so friendly and helpful. The food and beer were excellent. GREAT experience.

Excellent atmosphere. Very Art Deco and clean. Wait staff is very friendly and food was tasty!!

(1)Jennifer H.
Yesmina was terrific in the bar and our server Matthew on the patio was really friendly and took great care of us. Would definitely recommend!

(1)Stephen G.
The atmosphere was nice. There was a wide selection of food, drinks, and deserts. There was a page of the menu dedicated to healthy foods. They had a nice beer selection. I was there with 5 people and every one said their meal was great and they would come back.

Not up to par with normal BJs at other locations. Service not the greatest and restaurant abnormally loud

(1)Adrianne P.
(3)Ken S.
(4)Conner W.
Visiting Orlando from south FL and I was happy with my experience here, the pizza was above average and the BB&Q burger was very good as well (just get extra sauce). The service was good, and I never felt like I needed to hunt down my server. -Overall I'd recommend stopping by if you're nearby.
(4)Andrew B.
Huge selection of great beer! The food was good along with the service. We even ordered take from BJs online and picked it up, it was just as good.

Hopefully they have a location near me
(4)B M.
brief wait to be seated. Our server was good, he had six tables. Handled them well. The tables in the bar area has plug ins to charge our phones. Food was great, delivered in good time. Something for everyone on the menu. Handles large parties. Highly recommend.
(5)Larry G.
Good Beer Selection.(took a long time to get drinks) Lots of choices on the Menu, Everyone enjoyed their order.

Did everyone like their food what's up in a cold salad and won't really super called kids venue was great wife actually like the kids spaghetti I had the the platter for lunch and latter a good barbecue sauce asked for the Chris wedge cuts Kim crispy and I think you'll enjoy it

(3)C L.
Outstanding food, service, and prices. Great drink selection, extensive menu-including lighter menu options. A good break from Disney.
(5)Tara G.
(2)Jake L.
On any given day I would say BJ's is a great chain restaurant with reliably satisfying food. I'm writing about this BJ's because I was seated and then waited 30 minutes for someone to come talk to my table. No one came, so my party and I left. This location needs to get it together.
(1)Brian S.
Service was very good. Kyle was our waiter. The salmon was awesome and the burgers were huge! Tried the Gluten Free pizza - nothing special.
(5)Brianna J.
probably the best restaurant I've ever been to in awhile. Food was awesome and so fresh and not pricey at all. Atmosphere was great as well and employees were very friendly
(5)Chad W.
Had the best ribeye ever yesterday. Apps were good. My wife's Parmesan chicken was great. Beer was good. Prices were very fair. Would rate a step above Ruth Chris which is overpriced.
(5)Michael D.
(4)Megan C.
Would only go for pizookies...they're the only worthwhile menu item. Deliciously unique! Service is always just ok.
(4)James I.

(5)Janice S.
(3)Steve R.
(2)Laurie G.
Had a really enjoyable lunch on the patio of BJ's Brewhouse with my daughter. She was familiar with the chain. I had never heard of them but would love one in my hometown now! Very extensive menu.
(4)John R.
(3)Rob F.
(4)David M.
(4)Vicki P.
(2)Derek Z.
(4)Gloria A.

Great experience. We took an unexpected turn into the parking lot and thought we would try our luck. Service was great and food was very good! Fries came out cold, but they immediately replaced them with new ones! Great dinner! Highly recommended trying it out!
(5)Darlene K.
(4)Jaclyn G.
Nice upscale sports bar. We brought three kids and it was great. The food was above average. Our server was friendly and outgoing. I would definitely go back. Prices were very reasonable.
(4)Jerry V.
Had the Seared AHI Salad which was excellent and huge! Service was good. No complaints. The menu is so large that it takes a while to make a choice, a little overwhelming.

(1)Annette P.

(4)Ms. L.
(4)Sarah M.
(4)Jonna B.
Don't go.
(2)Barry P.
Great place to enjoy some of the best beer on draft. Food is always great. Been to the BJ's in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Daytona. Always happy with service, food and the beer.
(5)Ani T.
(5)Chris N.
I thought this was a solid 4 star restaurant. Plenty of alcoholic mixed drinks and beers to choose from. A ton of meals, from burgers to pizzas. Great service and good prices. The dessert are absolutely amazing.
(4)Evelyn P.
We just ordered a variety of appetizers and enjoyed them... I think of this place as an upscale of miller ale house. The portions are appropriate. We also had the green flash beer, maximum hops, and strawberry mojito which were all flavorful.
(4)Eric P.
(3)Ed W.
(2)Lynx M.
(3)Stephanie A.
(3)Jeff S.
This one? No way...

Cold beer - great lunch ! Thanks to Andrew!!!! Awesome job taking care of us!ed the food and the beer!
(4)Regina L.

The bartender Yesmina was amazing! Very hospitable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great end to an evening.

This was a great place. Really diverse menu options and great, friendly service. Nice outdoor seating area. Reasonable prices.

This BrewHouse is Amazing! The Selections (including Brews and Food) are exciting!! My family and I stopped here for a wonderful break from WDW. And we were not disappointed. A guarantee return!
