Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Very good pizza, garlic knots and subs. Other food is good just not as good. A bit on the expensive side, considering its pizza type food and not "fancier" Italian food. Service is usually pretty good, but on a busy night with the wrong server can be a little slow. Overall, best Pizza in Oakleaf. Worth a try, expect to pay a bit more.

I've eaten here a couple times and I tried to enjoy each slice but when I go to grab a slice of pizza and take a big bite of it, everything just slides off the crust like a waterfall. I wasn't expecting flimsy pizza. I haven't been here when it wasn't busy so maybe that's why. The owner had told my husband and I personally that the water they use is from NY, that they have it shipped in. I get it the water is super great in NY but than I read its filtered 3x on Facebook from the owner.

We ordered a large cheese pizza and garlic knots to-go during the "soft opening". When I arrived the place was packed and guests waiting to be seated outside. It's not hard to imagine they could have already outgrown their brand new space. It appeared the service was excellent but still ironing some organizational kinks out. Nothing negative here to report - the staff and leadership appear highly capable and motivated to serve their guests. The cheese pizza was excellent. The crust, sauce, and cheese ratios were prefect. The hardest to prefect being the dough and the consistency was exactly what you'd want and expect from a NY style pizza. It's hard to go wrong when you use high quality, fresh, and simple ingredients - keep it up! The garlic knots were not my favorite. They seemed small and undersized. It also appeared as though they were fried and not baked but maybe it was just excessive oil. Also, a New Yorker may expect a few knots in the box - it can't hurt! IMO: I'd like to see the garlic knots larger, less dense, more yeast, and not greasy for me to want to order them again. Overall this place will be getting a lot of my business and I am so excited that our little area has such a great pizza spot now. IMO

We shared garlic knots and meatballs. Both were delicious. I was surprised that the menu was so small. Just meatballs, pizza, and wings. Garlic knots are not on the menu. They are $8, but a sure favorite. We had water and our bill was $19, so I think it's a little over priced. Staff seems to be still working out the kinks. Most problems seemed be with the to go orders. Patrons were complaining about how long they had to wait, and the space is very small, so there wasn't room for them to wait comfortably. Maybe they can expand in the future. The space was entertaining though, open kitchen, LOTS of TVs, cool decor.

People are great, pizza is not so great if ordered to go. If eating there it's hot and fresh but still average. I like the place and people will def go back but it's not my favorite pizza.

So growing up in NY I'm used to great pizza pretty much anywhere I go (in NY). While in FL and other places I've tried many "NY Style Pizza" places and have always been disappointed. So today I tried #NYCmeatballs and pizzeria and wow! Amazing! You guys did it. You have the formula lol. Slices passed the drip test and fold test. Crust was on point as well. Thank you! I will definitely be coming back. Maybe I will dine in next time. Still need to try their other specialty pizzas and other stuff on the menu. Now let's see what these cannolis are like.

I'm giving the three stars because of their lack of professionalism. The Pizza is delicious. The garlic knots are also delicious when not covered in grease. Yes....this has happened twice. Like they were bathed in oil and not fully cooked. Really nasty. About the professionalism... It's best to place the order for pick up. I live less than a mile away and I've had to wait an hr and half for my food. Supposedly the delivery guy got in an accident. The reason I found this out was because after an hour of waiting I called. They didn't even think about calling. Not good guys. In conclusion, the pizza is good and the garlic knots have a big possibility of being undercooked and greasy, and the people need some courses in costumer service.

My family and I attempted to eat dinner tonight at NYC Meatballs and Pizzeria in Oakleaf. It was the absolute worst dining experience I've had in my entire existence. We had a simple order of two kid's chicken fingers, a cheese steak, and a large chicken pizza. After an hour and twenty minutes, we left to go eat at McDonald's. The ENTIRE dining room was served and left at least twenty minutes before we walked. I'm not sure if it was the incompetence of the kitchen or the server, but either way it was an embarrassment. After the third time being told our food would be "right out," I decided to give her five more minutes. She finally delivered one order of chicken fingers and a plate of spaghetti, which nobody in my party ever ordered. It's bad enough to be slow, but don't lie to the customer and maybe ask for some help. The staff appeared to be numbered around nine or ten, more than enough for such a small establishment. I dropped a twenty to pay for the drinks and left, never to return. I suppose we'll have to keep waiting to get a decent pizza restaurant in our area.

Pizza is spot on, full menu isn't available yet, their marinara sauce is really good, so looking forward when pasta dishes and hot subs will be available which should be sometime mid month per the owner. Get there early, we went about 4pm and it was not packed and our server was very attentive and the owner asked for our input on the food we ordered, he genuinely wants to make everything perfect!

This place is really good! The pizza is some of the best I've had in awhile. The owner is a very nice guy and is very attentive. I would recommend this place all day everyday. The only reason I didn't give five is you have to either get there early or be lucky. Trying to get a seat after 6 is almost impossible.

Pizza is great compared to other local pizza. Chicken wings were a little on th soggy side but tasted great. Being from Chicago who has been to NYC a few times very very close to NYC pizza. Italian Sausage Pizza is not very authentic italian sausage and kinda felt like frozen pizza suasage bits. Cheese pizza was good. Both Pizza crust a little flimsy after a 15 minute ride home but great flavor. Overall this will be my go to Pizza place for Oakleaf. $50 bucks 2 large pizza and 20 wings 5 teenagers 2 adults everyone full.

I noticed as soon as I walked into this establishment I wasn't really welcomed there. I ordered a pizza to go and she quickly told me that it was going to be an hour wait, to deter me. Funny, she didn't tell the others that disclosure. I asked a guy if she told him the hour wait time and he immediately was prepared to leave, he said NO, she didn't tell me that, I am NOT waiting an hour. When he confronted her about the wait time he was told to seat at the bar so that he won't have to wait so long. Go figure. I was told I could leave and she would call me back when it's ready. Amazingly, she never gave me the option to seat at the bar to avoid waiting so long. Are we still living in the 1940's? I spoke with the owner and of course he defended the waitress and then wanted to offer me go seat at the bar. Well they got their wish. They deterred me and I will never go back and I will I make sure to tell everybody I know about this experience. All I wanted was a pizza and to be treated like the others with dignity, respect, and fair. Thank God, there are other pizzeria's around. I will take me green money elsewhere. Keep treating people like this, the business won't last much longer.
