Fernando is a manager. If you come when he is not here you get great food and service. Come when he is here and food quality is awful, he is extremely rude and argumentative and openly discriminates against disabled guests. If you want to eat here, call first and make sure he isn't here.

Went to this one on 10/29/14. Boy did I regret it the next day. I realize it's cheap but not ONE thing cooked through. A big mass of mushy dough. I must say it was clean.

Let's just call a spade a spade. It's CiCi's. Would I go there on my own? Not a chance. In fact, I know I only went there on my own when I was in college. And it was even cheaper. And I was poor. And lazy....er. However...would I go there when my stepson got straight A's and picked CiCi's as his choice to go to? Hell yeah. Kids love this place. And rightfully so. It's unlimited pizza (and dessert pizza) with toppings that kids love: mac-n-cheese, bbq sauce, philly cheese, etc. That being said, as an adult, there's obviously much better and certainly much cleaner places to go to for dinner. Lots of them, actually. But that kind of ruins the whole point of the place, doesn't it? Purely on food, it gets 2 stars instead of 1 b/c I always have a soft spot in my heart for pizza (yes, I realize the eventual coronary irony of that statement). But if they had a rating that was based on "best at what it tries to be", CiCi's probably would get a 5. p.s. Our family of 4 ate for $16. That makes me smile.

You get what you pay for. For the price you can come out full the kids can go play in the game room & the brownie dessert is sososo moist. But hey it's $4.95 a person & they try there best to replace pizza when getting low.

C'mon this pizza is decent for the price. Some of it is better than others but for like 5$ to fill up, can't beat that. And it's one of the best places when you got a lot of people to feed.

Even though the reviews were pretty bad, my fiance and I were craving pizza and decided to give this local Cici's a shot. Honestly, I feel like I wasted the small amount of money that it cost to eat there. They did not have a variety of pizzas, and all tasted disgusting. The cheese sticks, which is usually my favorite at Cici's, were greasy and lacking of flavor. When I went in there, most of the tables were pushed to the side and 90% of the tables that were not being used had trash on it and was extremely unclean. So, we got our food and sat at one of the tables that were available and after two minutes of sitting, this child starts throwing things, which hit my fiance. The parents and staff disregarded the fact that the kid continuously threw things in the direction of our table. When we got up for our second plate, an employee immediately put the mop bucket behind my chair and started mopping where I was sitting. When we got back with our plates, he looked at us and didn't move the mop bucket. When I sat down on the other side of the table, he then moved the bucket, which I found extremely unprofessional and rude. After the second plate, which we couldn't even finish either plate, because of the extremely sweet sauce which overpowered the pizza, we got to watch someone crash into someone else in the parking lot before we left.
