I have dined in, ordered delivery, and ordered pickup. The dining experience was pleasant. My delivery experience was fine, even though the delivery man told me to tip 50% and didn't laugh when I laughed at what I thought was a joke. But my recent experience is my last impression and sadly it is not a good one. I placed an order for pickup. When the server brought me my order, she told me my springs rolls were sitting for a while so I can "just heat them up when I get home." I think nothing had to be said about the warmth of the spring rolls unless it was going to be an offer for a fresh batch. Telling me to reheat them at home was not something anyone working at a posh restaurant would say. Especially when I am the only customer in the whole place and no one is too busy to heat them for me... but I didn't care about the temperature of the spring rolls. It was the conversation that was out of place to me. Another employee overheard the exchange and then offered fresh spring rolls, to which I declined but appreciated the common sense offer. I noticed that I ordered during happy hour and was not offered the happy hour price...another reason to shake my head. THEN I noticed I was charged $4 more for my veggie roll than I was charged the previous time. Back-story: They offer only one vegetarian roll and it is over-dressed and over-priced. They dress it up in a blanket of wet canned mushrooms, calling it a veggie volcano. So I placed a special order as I have done in the past, for a regular veggie roll, to which I was given a very normal sounding price that day. When I got home and ate my sushi, I discovered that I had unwittingly eaten some kind of spicy fish. This is a very disturbing experience for a vegetarian. To their credit, my first visit there was great. The young guy server was wonderful. Definitely pricey.... my friend and I had a $160 bill but we left with no complaints. Too bad my visits since then ruined my good impression, culminating with my last pick up order that literally and figuratively left a bad taste in my mouth.

The sushi is so fresh and delicious. I love the Panama roll which is all fresh fish and krab in rice paper.

This place used to be called Crazy Fish Sushi. I can't attest to whether it has changed since, but when we visited, we weren't disappointed. The atmosphere and ambiance was cozy and inviting. We tried seven rolls between three of us, and we were impressed with every single one. We loved the variety of styles and wide selection of cooked options. The calamari roll was one of our favorites. It's a bit outside of the city if you're visiting Orlando, but it was definitely worth the short drive!

Dreams of a good local sushi bar have been crushed. Watched 3 separate groups of people walk out because of slow or no service. My sushi was delivered and my wife never got her food. The fact that nobody even acknowledged the fact that her food never arrived was amazing. Don't order the fried tofu. Not sure about the yakisoba because it never arrived. Vegetable tempura was fried onion skin and skinny zucchini stuck together. Don't order hot sake. It's microwaved. Sushi had a nice presentation but after the 10 screw ups before the sushi arrived made it seem a bit sketchy. (If they get everything else wrong what's going on with the sushi?) All in all I must say, I have never seen my wife act so calmly with such horrible service. This place went beyond bad service and stepped into the comical zone. I thought for a brief moment that we were on a hidden camera show.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and food here. Sat at the Sushi bar and the staff was great to interact with. Only open 6 weeks but I hope they are around a long time. Check this place out!

The food was great and nice presentation, however the service was very slow, people were sitting around and laughing and we were the only table really in the restaurant so I wasn't sure why it took so long to get our food. The place could be better if the service was more efficient.

This is our "go-to" place for a quick date night. We love the atmosphere, all of the sushi rolls we have ordered have always tasted fresh and delicious. There is rarely a wait and usually a Groupon (or similar offer) available. Love that it can feel romantic or casual in the rare occasion we bring the kids!

We parked in front of what used to be our favorite Sushi restaurant, got out of the car and here was a brand new Sushi restaurant in it's place. We walked in and was very surprised, completely redecorated with a new decor, tables and chairs, bar flooring and all. Very nicely done. With a completely new menu we took our time figuring out what we wanted. I ordered the Tom kha coconut soup along with salmon nigiri which both were delicious and fresh. My wife ordered shrimp tempura roll which also was very good. My daughter ordered a vegetable tempura appetizer that was quit crispy. The tempura sauce was a little sweeter than most but I liked it. Prices were a little higher than the previous place so thus the 4 star rating. If you like in the area definitely try it out. It is a long drive for us and since it is not our favorite any more, we are not going to drive out of our way to get here.

This place used to be Crazy Fish Sushi. Kami Sushi has completely revamped the interior and changed the menu. We decided to give it a try. Service was SUPER SLOW, we waited 10 minutes just for the server to come over and never got refills of our drinks. I'm NOT impressed with the menu, sushi (although nice presentation) is overpriced. Food items also overpriced, $20 for a 4oz filet with some white rice? I think not. We won't be back. Also- they DO NOT have a kids menu.

We had dinner at recently opened Kami last night. The food was presented well, fresh and creative. The waitstaff was friendly, but needs some training and management. There was no sign of a manager and it appeared that the waitstaff was doing their best, but needed some guidance and coordination. We will come back and hope that the owners take a more active approach to what's happening. Having a good sushi restaurant in the area would be great, so we hope they succeed.
