I love Dunkin donuts... with that said, this particular shop on Colonial Dr did a great job the other day with picking up some donuts for my coworkers the other morning. It was about 6:20 am and the shop was busy but not as crazy as they can get sometimes. The server named Lynn helped me and she was super nice! I told her I needed 2 dz donuts and that I just wanted them to be Halloween themed! She did a great job and was super nice at 6:20 in the morning. I was in and out in a few min and the whole staff seemed to be very helpful to the customers. Enjoy!

Not a fan of this location at all! Went this am and ordered a dozen doughnuts and 2 ice waters. As I was handing the box of doughnuts to my son in the back seat, the employee says "here you go" Meaning I can take my credit card back. Then I was handed 1 ice water. I waited for the 2nd and I was told "your finished, you can go". I said I am waiting on my 2nd water and her reply was pull up to the stop sign and someone will bring it out to you! Really, pull up to the stop sign?! I will go out of my way to go to another location from here on out!

Pumpkin coffee is the Best!! I have to admit I am a Starbucks fan.. BUT.. Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Coffee is better and less expensive then Starbucks Pumpkin spice latte. I will continue to choose DD for my pumpkin fixes.

I go (or should I say went) to this DD probably 5 times (at least) a week. The lady manager that is there usually in the morning is extremely rude. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks that I've left with the wrong drink. Bc I was coming back on from the store and was passing by I decided to stop and ask for them to correct my order. From an iced coffee to an iced latte. I asked the girl at the window and she was more than willing to fix my order. She looked over at the manager and the manager looked like she wanted to cut my head off. Then I heard the manager say "just put espresso in it. I am one to avoid confrontation all together so just excepted the coffee with espresso and brought it home to throw it away. I take my coffee seriously. I'm pretty sure I know how a latte vs a coffee tastes when k order the same exact thing every day and I expect it to taste right when I'm spending $4 a day on it. I'm traveling 20 minutes just to go there daily and to be treated that way?!!!! I will now go to Starbucks that is closer to me. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. They don't listen to your order even after they make you repeat it several times. Manager/owner very arrogant and don't seem to care to resolve their issues. Bad drive thru design and parking makes it very difficult to access during peak hours.

This was my first time stopping into a Dunkin Donuts and I was happy that I choose this location as my first. I received excellent customer service from Kris who provided honest information on the products that I was interested in. I ordered a sugar free coconut/french vanilla latte (with some modifications) and he ensured that he got it exactly the way I had ordered. He even went out of his way to ensure that I liked the way it tasted prior to "ringing" me up. Would recommend this location : )

This store must be an outlet for week old bagels. I was hoping for at least a hint of the cream cheese but it was applied so lightly it was no help for the dried out hockey puck. This was my first and last visit!

I am an RN & contacted this facility this am about free small coffee for Nurse Appreciation Day! Arrived at location just a few minutes after & was told that they were no longer participating per their corporate office. So sad!! All that we do as nurses for our community & one of the largest coffee corp would not give a nurse a $.99 cent coffee!!! Wow :-(...
