I just stopped by here today as of 6/15/15 and food is awesome. Aussie fries was tasty but missed its famous seasoning of some kind. But tasty otherwise. The server, Alison B, is super fast and professional and friendly. She definitely made my visit enjoyable and I will come back here again next time I am in the area. Hopefully aussie fries will be better. I also had salmon and broccoli and it was done just right! I used leftover ranch dipping for broccoli and wow tasty!

Food was excellent when we finally got it! Waited 20 minutes to b seated, got lukewarm coffee & probably waited 20 minutes for food. Waitress cheerfully made fresh coffee & brought 2nd loaf of yummy hot bread. Good meal just really slow today

The food is great! My review is more based on the fact that tonight I saw my life pass before me eyes. I started choking on a piece of steak. And although that is no ones fault but my own, the MANAGER, never once felt the need to stop by my table. Even the server just continued to do her job as if I wasn't choking to death! Finally after standing up and throwing up the piece of steak, I could breath. It was a tramatic and embarrassing experience. The entire restaurant saw what happend. I was in the restaurant business for many years...... I known for shore ..... my situation could have been handled better and a simple visit from the manager could have made a ahuge difference.

Not up to the same standards as others of the same brand. Not sure why - maybe bad managers or something in the internal culture. Very slow service. It's reflected in the guest count - 7:30PM on a Sunday and it should be slammed but there is literally no one waiting.

Where do I start? I mentioned to a friend that I wanted to go to outback for a steak or something nice for dinner since I had been Ill the week prior. I think the food just put me in a whole new meaning to the word Ill. I've been vomiting for a half hour. The lamb was just over seasoned and had way to much pepper. I ate the salad and appetizer but decided to take the lamb home to eat later. Thanks for keeping me up all night Outback! Service was inconsistent and hurt overall a complete let down. Now I won't be back as I don't like over spices food. Friends wife mentioned she never liked them much and I can see why now. Next time I'm letting her pick the restaurant as outback needs to stick down under.

Excellent service and high quality food! Everything was hot, prepared as we ordered and delivered quickly! We've had negative service as of late in our hometown Outback so we thought we try another location to see if it was a chain issue or local. I had the small Victoria's filet and my husband had the rib eye. His potato was barely warm but mine was hot. I had mixed veggies perfectly crisp and hot; he had salad. Gives up hope as we always enjoy Outback. Since we're just visiting chances are we won't be able to return soon.

i gave up on this Outback location. I stopped eating there except for take-away because the service was terrible but I still enjoyed the food. We were getting it once or twice a week for a while until the last few times it was so horrible we had to call the manager (who quickly refunded our money). I have a three strikes and you are out policy unless something is egregious you cannot bear to ever eat the food again. This was three strikes and now I am done with Outback. The killing blow came with a 12 ounce sirloin that was tough as shoe leather. it was cooked properly (medium rare) as I had asked for it but it was completely inedible. The chips for the spinach artichoke dip were stale. The Aussie fries were a pile of grease and they had forgotten the bacon and ranch dressing. Not that it would have helped, they were too gross to eat. The bread was stale as a pumpernickel brick. They gave enough butter to butter a fingernail. The sauteed mushrooms had apparently not been washed because they tasted like mud. They gave us a piece of cheesecake that was so thin it flopped over on its side. it just gave up the ghost. The only part of the meal that was edible were the five grilled shrimp. The manager apologized profusely on the phone and refunded the price ($56) of our meal but I don't think I will ever go back. Not after the third terrible steak. It was truly disappointing since we'd had such a great run too, wonderful sirloin and filet mignon for almost a year. And then it all fell apart. This food may have had no rules but it was far from right.

This is the most disgusting restaurant I have ever had the misfortune to eat at. I dropped my napkin on the floor under my booth and when I went to retrieve it I found the most filthy sight I have ever witnessed. There was old petrified food, a plate with half eaten rotten food, dead roaches and other disgustingness under the booths. The service was the worst I have ever had in a restaurant and the food was of such low quality I wouldn't feed it to maggots. By the time I got my food it looked like it had been cooked, let sit under a heat lamp for an hour and then reheated in a microwave. When I said something to the manager that my food was terrible and it wasn't even what I ordered in the first place he said there wasn't much he could do and "everything looks good to me". NEVER AGAIN!!

Great food, great service. Had an enjoyable meal with family. Steak and seafood was done perfectly. I wish Outback would serve more versions of lamb.

I give up. We've been going to this Outback about once a week since they opened in the end of 2007. They've had their ups and downs but right now is the pits. We switched to curbside because of the service but now the food is bad. On July 16th, 2014 we tried to dine in again and that will be my last time for a long time. I know better than to order a steak since no one can cook a steak like I can. So we both ordered their kookaborrow wings, blue cheese walnut salads and started them off with calamari for an appetizer. The calamari was inedible. It was all stuck together in one way over cooked leathery blob on a plate. We were then brought two salads. They looked like two different salads but they weren't. My wife had a pretty good salad with large pieces of greens. I got the bottom of the bowl. My plate was full of tiny pieces of extremely over dressed mush. Then some waitress (not ours) tried to bring us a sirloin. Our waiter who was crazy loud cleaned up our plates and told us our wings would be right up. Five minutes or so later another waitress asked if we ordered soup. Fifteen minutes after that our loud waiter brought out our wings. They were very good like they usually are. I could tell you what every single person on my side of the restaurant ordered because the waiter was so loud and repeated everything diners said to him. I never saw the manager or I would have at least brought the food to his or her attention, I paid my bill and tipped the waiter 20% like I always do. But I won't be back for a very long time. Dine in or take out.

I fully enjoy Outback on a regular basis. This one has some great servers but also some that are not enthused to be working in food industry. The chef's are usually right on point with cooking the steaks as ordered. And the food is usual presented in a semi-professional manner as would be expected in this type of atmosphere and price of entry. The only area of opportunity this location has is it's the closest to the forest, and this the clientele is a bit ruff compared to the SR200 location by the mall.

As expected, my children had steaks with fries and I had salmon. The salmon was a little dry.

Got a GREAT steak and lobster tail here the other day. Outback's steaks are pretty predictably good. After several bad, overcooked lobsters at other restaurants, it was delightful to receive a perfectly steamed lobster tail here. In fact, it was delightful to be able to chose a steamed lobster over a grilled one. Grilling dries lobster out, and I don't like it. The waitperson was outstanding, and we left with a great opinion of the place.

I've had Outback's food several times. I think I've been "wowed" three times. Once was during my first visit, eating a plate of Alice Springs Chicken. I was barely eighteen and had never eaten anything like it before, so the cheese/caramelized onions/honey mustard combo just did me in. The second time was on a date, eating the rack of lamb and almost snarling at the waitress when she offered me a box. The fact that I was starving and being treated probably had something to do with it in both cases. (NEVER come between a hungry college student and an actual meal!) On nearly all other occasions, I enjoyed the food but always felt somewhere inside that I paid too much for it. Just recently, I had my last "wow" dinner by ordering the Victoria "crowned" filet. Although I really do like the taste of bleu cheese broiled over beef, this time around I decided to get the Horseradish crumb topping. It was INCREDIBLE. The cap of savory, tingly, cheesy crumbs went so well with the perfectly-cooked med-rare filet, which melted away like butter in my mouth. That might have the first time I didn't leave an otherwise middling chain restaraunt feeling aggravated at shelling out $60 (before tip). Man, that was a good steak ...

Outback is still one of my all time favorites. You just can't go wrong...prime rib is one of the best I've had anywhere (when I think of Outback, I think meat...steak, prime rib, etc.). Hand cut fries (also a favorite of mine), great salads, warm brown bread...my mouth is watering already. Do not pass up the cheesecake...I have yet to find one better than at Outback. I'm so happy when I leave Outback, my tastebuds are in heaven, my tummy is in heaven, and I'm so full I look like a stuffed tick. Need I say more?
