Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

I've known Jay & Joanne(owners) for years. Pasta LaBella is one of my favorite dishes. Wings are awesome. Of all the wings my boys and I have tried Jay cooks up some of the best! Wife loves the eggplant parm sub they make. They like to make sure you leave full and do a great job of it.

Never heard of a restuarant that has an ATM in it because they don't accept credit or debit cards. The salad was good and the pizza would be better without the battery acid sauce! It's been 5 years since we were there last but we will never be back !!#!

The fish, chicken tenders, and fries are all pre-packaged and frozen. The fish and chips lunch meal comes with three fish sticks and a little bit of fries for 8 bucks, over priced in my opinion. The sandwiches come on large french bread with standard processed and pre-packaged lunch meat you can buy at your local supermarket. There is nothing about their lunch menu that is outstanding that you cannot do yourself at home. The food was bland. The fish was too greasy, and I love fried foods. Customer service was good though. Everything on the lunch menu is 8 bucks. Cash only.

My first time here. I randomly noticed it and stopped. Didn't even know this place existed in Ocala! Right on the corner of SE 38th and Lake Weir Ave in the Courtney Parks plaza. Anyway, it was lunchtime. I ordered the special. Hot, delicious Italian sub with French fries and a bowl of housemade pasta fagioli. Including the drink, get this: $7.50 + tax!! Seriously? It was a lot of food, too. The sub was toasted and dressed perfectly with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. It almost tasted like a Greek salad. I was a happy, stuffed little girl when I left that place. Next time I'm on that side of town I will definitely go back. Maybe try some pizza.
