Yes, I know it is fast food. And five stars? However, we stopped at this location for dinner going South (on Monday evening) and breakfast going North (on a Saturday). Both times the restaurant was very busy. We received our orders promptly and correctly both times. All the employees were friendly. The restaurant area was kept clean. And as a bonus, the restrooms were clean.

Who doesnt like Chick-fil-A? Great food with even greater customer service. This is America's hardest working cow ladies and gentleman! Seriously, the waffle fries are the best and the chicken, whether grilled or fried always tastes good. My only drawback in not giving this place a 5 star is because they have one heck of a lunch crowd. But even with the massive crowd I must confess they probably do the best job in getting such a large crowd served and seated in a timely manner. Folks, you can never go wrong with chick-fil-A.

This place is udderly awesome. The whole herd was in line. Hay, what would you expect on the weekend? The employees milked their good training and got 20 sets of hooves thru the line quickly. No bull. The promotional free iced coffee was mooey good. The cookie made me want to hide in the barn until I finished it. Don't be chicken to order if the line is long. We stampeded thru quickly.

The food I ordered was hot and fresh so no complaints there. Unfortunately, the restaurant was slammed with customers and the dinning room had become dirty and trash cans were overflowing. Chick-fil-a is known for a level of service above the normal fast food places so I expected better.

This is my go to place for breakfast whenever I'm in Ocala for business. This is a very busy location in the morning but the secret is to go inside because the drive thru gets packed and wraps around. I can't get enough of their chicken on the mini yeast rolls, a delicious way to start my day. These rolls are baked to a perfect fluff! I would love to have some of these just plain with butter but I don't think they offer those. The hash browns resemble tater tots and they are always served fresh and steaming hot. I have never encountered a problem with service and smiling faces always take your order. Located across from the Paddock Mall on SR 200 in Ocala not far from I-75.

So we are driving down to Florida and I keep seeing Chik fil a. I wanted to stop and when I decided it was time in South Carolina the Chik fil as stopped until we got till Ocala. Giant sign on the highway. I was so happy to see it. Anyway, this had to be the cleanest fast food place I've seen in a long time. The food was great. Waffle fries were excellent. I love going to places I can't get at home. We will be stoping here on the way back.

Kid-Pul-A. Way to small a restaurant to have one-quarter play area. Kids running wild. Noise level and confusion out of control. I can see why the slow drive thru is the only alternative. Food is OK, but you can go to a sit down restaurant for the same price and enjoy a real meal!?!

This is a clean restaurant with fast and friendly service. My only complaint is that Chick-fil-A has dropped their magic addictive ingredient (peanut oil) that made their waffle fries stand out from the competition. Furthermore, they are closed on Sunday too, but both of these facts are corporate decisions and don't reflect from the local ownership or management, so I cannot take points away for that. Conclusion: Above average for fast food, fairly priced, good environment.

They are little chciken nuggets on tiny BISCUITS, drizzled with honey butter over the top! HONEY....BUTTER! On little buttermilk biscuits!!!!! YUMMMMMM! AND THE HOME FRIES? OMG, they are to die for. Done in a wonderful oil that almost tastes sweet (same as their chicken, that yumminess) , with oh, just the best crunch, yet moist interior. GAWD, Im drooling.....UGH, thanks a bunch for making me think of these things! The corp. is very religious, and on top of that, the CEO believes families should be together for one day a week, which is a nice touch. ps. they also have catering, you can pick up a HUGE platter of wings or nuggets, fresh lemonade (from real lemons, not minute maid crap!), and they also have some yummy desserts, and cinnamon minis at breffie! There are also a healthy bagel option in the am, and asl they make a mean sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit!

Great little Chick-Fil-A location right off the interstate. Even when they are slightly packed they get their customers in and out of there quick (though I personally avoid the drive-thru if it is crammed). Can't give them points off for being closed on a Sunday but that's my only complaint!

Today I was in a hurry picked up my kid from school went drive through got 12 piece chicken nuggets after we left my daughter said this is 4 strips ! I had to go back get out of the car go inside show them the receipt to change it to me the first employee said you can keep the 4 piece it's our fault I will get you 12 nuggets , I said thanks , another employee came ,took the bag looked inside and kept it ??? I took my 12 piece and left At least say I'm sorry we missed up !!!!! He just kept the bag Then I found out that my daughter put her granola bar in the bag before i gave it bag to them ...

Last three times I visited Ocala I ate here-breaking my rule of NOT eating in places where I can eat at home. Unfortunately (or fortunately if using my waistline for perspective) there isn't a Chik-fil-A near where I live in Jersey so I use that little justification to order the greatest fast food sandwich in the country...Yeah, I said it! This isn't the best Chik-fil-A I've been to, but they are some of the nicest people I've ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. The last time I was there I convinced my Mom to join me there for lunch (the previous trips were my last stop before jumping onto I-75 to go back to the airport) and I recruited her into the Chik-fil-A fan club. As with any fast food joint or chain restaurant, if you give me consistency and good service I'll happily give you 4 stars. Fail in either category and you get hammered. As you can see from the four stars, this place is another example of consistency, HOWEVER, for some reason the size of the chicken breast on the Chik-fil-A sandwich seems to be smaller here than in other places I've eaten. Maybe it was bad luck (not every chicken has the same sized breast) and I just got the runt of the litter. I'm willing to try again the next time I'm down in Ocala...it will be tough to force myself to eat there and I'm sure you'll all pity me, but I'll take one for the team.

If the drive thru is wrapped, we go somewhere else but the only complaint I have is they think extra pickles means 3 pickles. Extra pickles means like a layer (5+) on a sandwich. Finally started ordering a side of pickles instead and just add them to my sandwich.
