Just had our first meal here ever at the Pine Ave location after some folks recommended it. Our family just moved to Ocala from the midwest. The service was perfect and friendly and the food was what we had been looking for since leaving our home state - good home cooked meals that didn't taste frozen and tasted like mom made it. The sides tasted fresh and home made and so did the main meals. We are going to be frequent visitors now. Great value too.

We loved it so much, we came twice. We never go through Ocala without stopping for the best home cooking in town. Friendly, down to earth staff. Fried chicken is amazing. Awesome veggies. This place rocks for home cooking southern style.

Food is always great! Sometimes waitress staff doesn't get along:( . 3 AM things can be crazy! But always good entertainment.

If you have great food they will come! About the most crowded diner you can imagine, but always excellent service and food.

Family. American Cuisine. Big Portions. Daily specials. Good Coffee. Best fried chicken livers in town. Great old fashioned burgers. Try the Cuban sandwich. GRITS R GOOD! Dinners include 3 veggies & a bread.
