Freaking awesome! . The best place to throw a birthday party for kids and teens!! Lots of obstacles and fun!. they have trampoline, basketball trampoloine, dodgeball, mini ninja course, rope course , adult course and for the little ones soft play upstairs. Highly recommend. If i need to say a word is WOW, WOW!!

Very bad experience!!! We paid $24. 95 (plus the special socks) for every children for the ninja warrior obstacle courses and they could only do one of the ninja courses because of the height (and we weren't informed) . Also the 2 smallest children wanted to be together but they got separated in the trampoline also because of the ages. The manager and staff were careless and not proactive providing a solution. Too overpriced, they don't explain anything at the moment you purchase the tickets and mislead you by not explaining you the limitations of each type of ticket. I would not recommend this place, there are many other places you may spend two hours and have much more fun with less.

I'm giving Ninja Lounge a full 5 stars because it's truly a unique gym experience that caters to the most adventurous of people. I definitely would take off a star for the administration of the business; they need more organization and a bit of customer service. The entrance to Ninja Lounge is located inside the auto museum, and where you enter, there is a reception desk without any kind of order, rhyme or reason. I was waiting for some time behind another customer, and when the next register opened, someone else just walked up and cut me in line. So I just waited longer... When I finally got to the register, the woman who helped me didn't understand that I had bought my tickets online. She even told me that it was worse that I had bought them online, which is a ridiculous because I bought a multi-hour, all-inclusive attraction ticket for myself and my boyfriend (3 hours for $100, which is definitely a good deal because we made the most of all that time.) That deal isn't even advertised when you walk up to the desk; all of the prices are listed a-la cart, which will make your experience more expensive. The woman ended up asking another employee about what I bought, and she finally gave me my wristband without checking my confirmation. This is truly not the way to run a business. The gym itself is really remarkable. The ninja warrior obstacles are built full-scale, with staff who supervise the play areas. These staff are very friendly, and they will coach you through the obstacles if you need help. There is not much padding for when you fall, but you can move foam mats if you want extra cushion or a step to help you reach the obstacles. You can also use chalk for your hand; they have one bag there, or you can bring your own. The warped wall is in a different area, with three height variations to try. There is also a kids ninja course that has a foam pit under the obstacles. Fun for the little ones who might not be big enough for the full course. There are also different trampoline areas, some with basketball hoops for super dunks, some plain sections just for jumping, and a walled area for dodgeball. The trampolines are very springy and fun, but require sticky socks if you go on them. They are available for purchase at the front desk for $2 each. There is also an elevated ropes course that have obstacles to climb on without a harness. You fall a foot down onto a rope net, which you can climb back onto the platform. When the lounge is busy, the obstacles get backed up because it's supposed to be one person traversing at a time. I only went because it was included in my ticket, but if you're an adult, I think you can skip this attraction. Fun for younger kids though! I really loved my time at the Ninja Lounge, and I would go back. Book online for special package deals and you can sign the electronic waiver online before you get there.

Obstacle course, rock climbing wall, trampoline area, ninja warrior course, and warped walls, this gym has alot of options for all ages. Everything looks easy and fun but they're actually very difficult and require strength and skill. I was defeated by many parts of the ninja warrior course. I did make it up the rope ladder to the bar... And then fell off not very gracefully. This is an open gym where you go at your own pace bit you might have to wait in line for some parts of the obstacle course. There's employees around to help you and give you some pointers. The front reception employees are horrible though. Took the guy forever to understand I bought a ticket online but needed to fill out the waiver. After I filled the waiver and asked what was next, he was too busy talking to the girl next to him. I tried multiple times to get his attention till finally the girl acknowledged me...

I am giving one star because a employee was so rude to me today with his tone of voice and attitude, and for sure I do not want him being rude to my kids too. I do not recommend this place at all. Very expensive and you can have much more fun for less. Disappointed!

I had a very bad experience with my daughter's 3rd bday. (20 kids) The place is amazing but they lack in party organization. 1) When my guests arrived, nobody told them where we are, so they were lost for about 20min around the place. You have to put somebody to guide the guest. 2) In my package I have a 1 hour trampoline. Again, when was he trampoline time, we didnt know to which trampoline go. I had to find somebody to let me know where to go. 3) Then the pizza supposed to be at 530pm and it came late and uncooked. Disgusting! Of course, nobody ate the pizza. So bring enough food for all the people. 4) We asked to raise the volume of the music, and they didnt know where to turn the music. Suggestions: 1) I know it is a big place and you have a lot of parties at the same time, but you have to organize better each party to give your costumers the best service. 2) You must have coolers for the beverage. Positive: The girls that help me on the day of the party where very helpful, its not their fault the lack of organization of the place! My daughter and her friends had a blast because the place is very cool.

So much fun. We tried the ninja warrior part and the trampolines. The ninja warrior part kicks your butt. Make sure you have plenty of upper body strength when attempting.

Do you want to test how tough, stubborn, fierce or how much of a bada$$ you are? Then you MUST check out the Ninja Lounge. This "gym" is not like any crossfit or bigbox gym you've been to in the area. It's a huge area filled with obstacle courses, rock climbing walls, ropes courses area, trampoline arenas and warped walls. There are a number of classes and party packages offered for adults and kids like Trampoline, Tumbling, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Aerial Silk, Trapeze, Ninja Fitness, Martial Arts, open play, etc. The class I took is the Ninja Fitness class, a one hour class designed to train you for a Spartan race. I signed up for fun and was cursing in my head within 10 minutes. There are four levels of obstacle courses you can try, all of which will challenge you physically and mentally. The hardest Ninja Warrior course has obstacles filled with tilting frames, an unstable bridge and an inverted rock climb. You WILL be drenched in sweat, your arms will feel like noodles, you will slam into the ground at least once, and you WILL LOVE IT. Release the warrior within, switch up your current workout routine and take this class, or any other of their classes. The workout will prove to be fun and honestly, you will probably end up hooked and have you considering actually signing up for a Spartan race... :-) Some final tips: The facility is located inside the auto museum. There's plenty of surface parking. There are mini-lockers you can use for free. If you have gloves, bring them. Get there 15 minutes early for your first class so you can fill out waivers - you know the kind that say if you get injured, maimed, etc. it's on you (LOL). See you there!

The daughter was invited to a birthday party here and was very excited. She spent two hours going back and forth between the obstacle course, rope course and trampolines. The place wasn't crowded which was nice, and they had staff assigned to oversee the party so the guests had no problems. And since it was a party, they got to play dodgeball too. Then taken to a party room for 1/2 hour of food and cake. Has been declared "best party ever!"

Not impressed with this place at all! Had a birthday celebration there and they basically rushed us out of our party room!! We couldn't even cut the cake there. We had to pack it back in the box and bring it home to cut it! Of course by that time half of the party isn't there to celebrate! BE CAREFUL of what they quote you because there are 'hidden charges' such as the food!! When it clearly says that at least the kids food is included! First off they didn't have my choice out of the 3 choices they provide which are either chicken nuggets with tater tots or pizza! When they called me a few days before the party to tell me they couldn't compete the chicken for my party, the girl said 'I will give you a free pizza for the kids" as if she's doing me a favor!! Hello??? It's supposed to be included! And then she proceeds to say "we're actually losing money with this"!!!! Really? Because that's what was quoted to me and I have the invoice to prove it! Wow, what a way to make your customers feel special! At least the kids had fun on the trampoline and other attractions but I would not rwend it for birthday celebrations in the least bit! The pizza was not 'delicious' as the party organizer promised. Waaaaaay overpriced party almost $500 for 7 kids!!!! Never ever, ever, ever going again!! There are plenty other places closer home and I'm sure with better food and service! Two thumbs down!!

Buyer beware I brought my two little ones to play in their soft room. They were very misleading never mentioned that the soft room is in a complete different floor when we found it the lights were off and there was no one in there! The bad part is when I bought the tickets I only wanted for an hour play and they said they only had the two hour play available! We tried to make the best of it and my son hurt himself with one of their toys because one of the wheels was defective. The staff is awful uncaring and no sense of any type of urgency. My advice be careful with your little ones and ask to see the soft play area first. I asked to speak to the manger about the broken toys I put to the side for them manager never came.

We used to celebrate my daughter's 9th bday party here and I am completely satisfied with the quality of service. Even the smallest guests were comfortable at the soft playground upstairs. Our hostess was doing great job!

This is a great place to work out. It's a good place for adults and kids. It has the American Ninja setup. If you go be prepared to walk out wet because there's so much jumping and running around that your going to do.This place is also for kid birthday parties.
