I don't even drink coffee, but I heard rave reviews from others who love that they use coffee ice cubes for iced coffee so they don't get watered down. I had company in town and went to pick up a treat for them and the drive through line was a little long. A woman came out to my car window to take my order and expedite things well before I got to the order window. I explained that I had never been there before and didn't know the menu. She was very kind and helpful. At the pick up window, the staff all came by and introduced themselves. They seem like caring people, happy to be working there who are dedicated to great coffee and food. Locals love it. They have military and teacher discounts with an ID card.

Great coffee, excellent customer service! It's a small coffee shop that offers great coffee and pastries. The employees are phenomenal. They also offer a discount for military and first responders.

Perfect if your looking to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee. Would've enjoyed if they offered a coffee mug for those drinking in but other than that a quaint place! Definitely could read a book or get paperwork done at this place with the noise volume at a minimum. I ordered a Dirty Chai and it can out on the sweeter/creamier side but it was still very tasty! The temp was at perfect drinkable temperature. I will definitely be back when I'm able to have a little cheat day because their cinnamon rolls look amazing!

Worst coffee experience I've had in a LONG time. Coming from a very craft and customer oriented coffee shop, as a barista I know that learning a menu and making drinks you're not super fond of can be a challenge, but the ignorance of the staff here was unacceptable. Not only did I have to tell the barista what a cafe au lait was and then walk her through how to make it (your baristas, if they're training, should never be left alone without knowing your menu) but the little pink haired barista who came out of the back was the rudest and most obnoxious service worker I've dealt with in forever. My friend was curious about the Tiramisu syrup they had so she asked for it in her au lait and the barista went on and on and on and on about how stupid it was that someone would order that considering it had coffee flavor in it...I don't need your uneducated, pissy opinion. You don't have to drink it so shut up and mind your own business thanks. Her obnoxious ranting to try to sound smart and look cool in front of her boyfriend and coworker were incredibly unprofessional. We left as soon as we got our drinks and can safely say we will NEVER be back.

First time visiting, but I will be back! My bacon, egg, gouda, croissant was so good!!

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so sweet and generous, I have never felt more welcomed at another local business in Niceville as I am when I walk into this amazing establishment. Every thing I have tried on the menu has been amazing every time. Even their food items are delicious.

Very cute little coffee shop on the main stretch in Niceville; nice-sized sign, but if you blink you'll miss it. This little shack has all the tidings of a post-crunchy era So Cal coffee house on Main Street Ventura and I love it. The aroma is the first thing that hits you -- the air is ripe with fresh pastry and grounds. Quiet and chic, artsy and quaint. The coffee was great and not your lemme-copy-Starbucks type either. Slightly pricy, however all things considered, I'd return soon and will!

No reason to put any thing besides highly satisfied. Our server MJ really gave us a great run down on what was what. My wife and I enjoyed Cajun turkey sandwiches. Mine on an everything bagel hers on a fresh croissant. Both were delicious. There was a perfect amount of spice and the chipotle sauce really drove it home. Nicely done!

This place is the BEST! And that's coming from a starbucks junkie! I am always looking for a locally owned place to try and support! I work for one and they just have a special place in my heart. This place does not disappoint! They have sandwiches, pastries, and obviously amazing drinks! I got a bagel with pumpkin cream cheese(that they made in house!) and a pumpkin chai latte! Also amazing! I have continued to visit this place ever since and love taking advantage of their drive through when I'm in a hurry but if you can go inside it is a super cute place!!! I also have not had one bad experience with the people who work there, they always have a smile on your face and are willing to help in any way they can! I'll be back!

Our barista admitted to basically not knowing how to make ANY drinks or what was in them. we had to tell her how to make it. then her coworker started to loudly criticize how "stupid" my order was. cool guys. thanks for the great service! don't go here. it's not even that good. unless you like stoned hipsters with shitty attitudes.

Good quality, fresh food... totally love their grainy bread. Delish coffee! Friendly, helpful staff. Sometimes wait times are rather long, but totally worth it.

The only issue I ever have it the long wait time, but the coffee and goodies are worth the wait. They must be doing something right for them to have repeat business despite that one hiccup. The staff is awesome, smiling faces even at the ungodly hours of the morning they greet me and start friendly chitchat. One addicting suggestion that I was given was to try the spiced chai latte with a shot of expresso aka the dirty chai latte was born!! I literally ask for it everytime, along with my coffee collar for my cup to protect my dainty chubby fingers and a stopper to prevent another spilled hot chai incident in my car before the long commute. Although no gluten free pastries are available, that cinnamon roll covered in icing looks delicious and they have made me a breakfast sandwhich wrapped in lettuce to help me out. This place is quaint and i love it. From the home made artwork from the paint your own nights, random outdoor seats and two comfy looking chairs its a great hangout spot, a study area, and just a relaxing environment to go to after a long day. they are now open 7 days a week and did I mention they also serve FROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE!!?? nom nom nom . Another plus is the military discount/first responder discount they have. yea-yuh!

Best coffee I have ever had.The parking is a bit tricky and it is very busy. I promise you it is well worth the wait.

Great drinks and good service. I had an iced white mocha. It was good and made better by coffee ice cubes. Parking looked tight but there were several people inside as well. Looked like a great place for book clubs.

Great atmosphere, great coffee, and great food. Its modern, hip feel was welcome, albeit unexpected. Having just visited Oregon and lived in DC, this place is a nice alternative to both Starbucks and gas station coffee.

Be prepared to wait but when you are up service is great. Scones are Devine. Only 4 stars because no Creme Fraiche with scones. ;(.
