Well I've actually been back 2 times but not for dinner. I went with a friend for a drink on the dock and at sun set this place is awesome, the views are just lovely and the bar is very good. Just a few days ago my husband and I went for a drink at the end of a beautiful day. We sat at the bar out back and saw dolphins breaching and a colorful evening sky. Our drinks were nice and the appetizers we ordered were only ok. The calamari had a tasty habanero sauce but it was luke warm when served to us. My husband ordered the salmon flat bread and it was terrible, in fact when we didn't request to take the over cooked fishy mess with us the bartender took it off our bill. Go have a cocktail and celebrate the end of the day, I'd give the atmosphere 5 stars, the service 5 stars, the food 2 stars!

We really found a great new place to enjoy summer at this waterfront restaurant. Very historic. Food is all interesting and delicious with great desserts. Our new favorite.

Best Sunday Brunch I've found! Went to Sunday Brunch and it was wonderful. Had Eggs Benedict and they were cooked to perfection. The Hollandaise was spot on! The staff was very attentive and professional. Also enjoyed their Blood Mary Bar. Best one I've seen. The view of the river with boats sailing by just made for a perfect Sunday Brunch. Highly recommend!
(5)Robin L.
Awful. Warm salad, cold hollandaise, overcooked chicken, stale profitterol, cold coffee...and to top it off........ANT CRAWLING IN MY BREAD! OH...AND the worst part...sending the "cook" out to "explain" all the 'wrongs'.......like we were idiots!!! Sorry....NO EXCUSE for this awful meal! (And...the 2nd time in 10 days that food was awful!). Sorry....but no 3rd chance offered here for the price you charge! Will not be back!!!!
(1)Patty G.
Waitress very nice and efficient. Views beautiful. Good food. Salmon BLT sandwich gets a B+ from my husband. Sit on the deck and enjoy
(3)Jessica M.
Meh. Nice spot on the river with a bar and large patio seating area out on the dock. However, food was pretty blah, shrimp was oversauced with some kind of bottled Thai sauce, overall seafood was salty and not complimented by the sides/sauces. Barstaff not too observant. This would be a good stop for a drink and some rivergazing, but I wouldn't plan on a quality dinner here - you'll be disappointed.

Beautiful location right under the north causeway with a great view of the river. I've been here many times and we've had some great meals and some that were somewhat disappointing. This is the reason for the three star review you just never know how the food and service will be. The outside bar area and deck with the live entertainment is really fun the bar has always provided great service and they pour nice drinks so the value has always been good. The food on the other hand is hit or miss at best I questioned my last dinner entree since I had eaten the prime rib here several times the server told us they always seem to have kitchen issues when the place gets a little busy so that tells me it's a management issue that doesn't ever seem to get resolved. It's no longer one of the first choices we make when making dinner plans and that's too bad since we have a small group that goes out several nights a week locally. I am sure we will return the location and entertainment are great may have to pass on dinner though it's too expense to risk lunch and drinks are okay.

Came here after a Wedding at New Smyna Beach. It was a wedding reception with a predetermined budget so I was not able to try the entire bar and menu. Based on the service and atmosphere of the restaurant I would give it 5 stars. The food was amazing. For an appetizer we were served sliced ciabata bread with olive oil and pesto herbs to dip it in. I could eat that all day. The entree was baked chicken with sauteed mushrooms over pilaf rice and veggies. It looked small it filled me up. Overall great service. The servers were quick and very courteous. The bussers always came by and picked up our dishes. The only downside was parking was hard to find and very limited especially on a Sat night. Really had no choice but to park valet. There was only one guy that I saw working but he was good. I felt bad for the guy runnung around. The wait to get the car back did take some time though. If I go back again I would definitly get a seat on the deck facing the River what a beautiful view especially at sunset!

Nice views dinner is better than lunch. Rice pilaf plain no taste. Fish very good. Service professional.

We were at the dune park with our dog enjoying a day under the sun when it stated raining.... of course it's florida! We had been there since early in the morning and we were starving. We are from Orlando so we didn't now much about restaurants in the area. We googled dog friendly restaurants and found the Grille. It's nicely located next to the water and a deck, and we could have our dog with us on the outside sitting. Fisrt of all let me tell you the server was incredibly pleasant. The first thing she did is get my dog a bowl of water. And in my opinion that is a kind gesture. We ordered the french onion soup to start and then asked for the fish and chips. That soup was the greatest, I could have kept on eating it non-stop, and it was really comforting for the rainy weather. Did I mention that even with some rain you could seat outside? It's well-covered for the crazy weather. We also ordered the key lime pie and the coconut tres leches; the deserts weren't the best, the key lime pie was very tart and the coconut tres leches needed more moist... but the rest of our food was AMAZING! I highly recommend this little hidden spot!

We made a stop at Smyrna beach while taking a boat tour, and needed some time to kill. Riverview Grille is on the river which is a great view! Kimberlyn was our server she was cheerful, friendly and energetic. She answered all of our questions and gave us very detailed descriptions of the food. The menu has variety from seafood, grilled items and desserts. We started off with the calamari. It was lighltly breaded, crisp and fresh. It left me wanting more. My parents had the 1/2 cheeseburger and their fish tacos. I had herb crusted salmon salad. Everything was so fresh and packed with flavor! The salmon was cooked to perfection as well!!! I have my eye on their coconut tres leches and their tiramisu. I will have to come back again to try it!

Had a nice anniversary dinner at grille at riverview. Service was friendly and knowledgable if a bit slow. Nice cocktail list. Drinks are strong but well crafted. Goat cheese tapas appetizer was the low point of the meal. Not bad... just meh. My wife had the Caribbean mahi and I had the bourbon glazed pork loin. Mine was exceptional but the pineapple risotto with the mahi was a bit too sweet. Finished off with pots de creme and night caps which were wonderful. All in all a great dining experience. Had service been a bit faster, the appetizer had a bit more goat cheese and the risotto been a bit more balanced I would have given another star.
(4)Vanessa K.
Service was good. Setting by river and live music was nice. Food was ok, nothing to write home about but ok. Prime rib was decent but the accompanying potato gratin was undercooked.
(3)Stephanie H.
Four stars for atmosphere (outdoor deck overlooking the river) but service and drink menu was just "ok"- solid. Good. Not outstanding. To be fair, I only had some wine, which was mediocre and overpriced for the brand and type. Cocktail list seemed decent, but didn't get to try any of the options, though my friend had the organic margarita and said it was really good. The place is attached to a spa, so a MAJOR plus is that the bathrooms have this sea salt scrub that you use to make your hands feel incredibly soft! Overall, however, you definitely go for the view.
(3)Tammy C.
Awesome place great food prime rib is mouth watering ... Crusted grouper with Halliday sauce with veg .. Nice fresh bread and a romantic view of the water by candle light
(5)Jeffrey B.
We were met last Saturday night by an older lady hostess with an attitude from hell. She greeted both segments of our large party in the same way, with this snide look and tone. There was PLENTY of room inside and out and she made us feel like we were imposing on them. We ended up not staying but left our lovely waitress a very nice tip for her time, they had only given her one other table all night! Place seems to be mismanaged and we're unlikely to go back.
(2)Laird W.
This place is AWESOME! We were waiting in the bar for some friends, and decided to sample the bar fare. The bartender, Devin, knew the menu by heart and could tell how everything was prepped. He recommended a flatbread dish with Gorgonzola, which was fabulous. I ordered a burger and rank it among the BEST I have ever eaten. Cooked perfectly, juicy, and obviously as far from a frozen patty of common ground beef as one could get. The beef is ground in house and tasty by itself. Devin was knowledgable about wine and recommended an excellent Chardonnay. I could rave more, but would rather just return and try some other tasty treat and hope the rest of the wait staff is as pleasant!
(5)Jeffrey C.
Grille Riverview is a very nice experience. My family has been dining here for decades while on vacation. While it's definitely a pricey place to eat (hence the -1 star), it's really worth it for the nice experience. The service treats you like a valued customer and is very attentive. Food generally comes out really quickly. I've always gotten some sort of beef, most recently the prime rib, which is amazing. Very tasty, cut-with-a-fork tender, and not too fatty. One of the most fun things is dining from 7-8pm and seeing the dolphins. I have NEVER not seen dolphins in the causeway. Budget appropriately and enjoy!
(4)Josette L.
I honestly can't rate any higher then three stars main reason is that it's a 50/50 shot when you dine there. The food is okay nothing fantastic and a little up in price for what you get. I've never tried the steaks may need to give it another shot. The service though needs work it has always been slow even when they are not busy.
(3)Tess B.
My boyfriend and I enjoyed the appetizer platter and loved the chardonnay that was offered that night. The ambiance out on the patio on the water was perfect for a date night out and the service was superb. We would love to return again to experience more on the menu next time.
(5)Faith A.
Practically perfect! While staying at the Riverview Hotel but we weren't sure about trying the restaurant right next door. We decided to try it as it was raining and we couldn't walk anywhere else and so we rocked into the Riverview grill. We were so glad we did! it was lovely we sat on the patio ... our server, Ashley was friendly and helpful. We ordered the mussels for an appetizer and we shared the macadamia encrusted mahi-mahi... it was delicious! We were completely satisfied and delighted with our experience! Highly recommended!!! Beautiful view of the River! Delicious food!
(5)Lyndsey C.
We didn't eat here but drank and enjoyed a beautiful day outside. The service was ok, the drinks were pretty good and strong... Prices were decent. The best part of this place is the location and beautiful back deck.
(4)Keri K.
Just had Mothers Day brunch with the family and I was not impressed. We had a table of 9 upstairs, although it was great they accommodated me on a day before reservation it was muggy and hot upstairs. The menu was sub par including 2 eggs Benedict choices, plain and one with crab, steak and eggs or a $23.99 buffet. The buffet consisted of hard croissants, pasty pancakes and other mass produced un tasty selections. I chose the lump crab cake eggs Benedict, they were ok, eggs were perfect good amount of sauce but crab meat was almost nonexistent. Ordered a mimosa that never came, when I inquired if it was on the bill, the server simply said no! Not, oh, I'm sorry I forgot your mimosa 30mins ago or any such gesture that could imply an apology. Obviously with a table of 9 the gratuity was included and for the first time ever I didn't leave additional tip. I will not be back.
(2)April R.
Service is friendly and fast. Menu us a bit limited but offers nice choices. Brunch is amazing. Fresh fish is usually my choice. Don't miss the soups (gumbo and clam chowder) which are quite good. Best part of this restaurant us the view. The clientele does seem to skew older, but that means we always have a quiet relaxing meal. Very friendly service. Love the prompt response to my glass being empty. Sunday seems to get rave reviews for the bloody mary bar but I haven't tried that. Parking can be a pain. If you end up parking down the street, pop into the United Methodist resale shop. I've found some great steals there.
(4)Cheryl M.
I've been going to the Grille for 8 years now my opinion the best restaurant in New Smyrna Beach. The filet will actually melt in your mouth and the béarnaise is the best I have ever had. Great service Mike the bartender is fantastic heck they are all wonderful. Beautiful amazing place for lunch or dinner seeing dolphins and manatees is a bonus.
(5)Christina R.
I have gone to the Riverview for years and though it has changed over time, it still delivers fantastic food and a beautiful atmosphere. I came here for brunch last weekend. The Eggs Oscar Benedict (eggs benedict with lump crab meat) was so delicious. I preferred this type of eggs benedict over the classic (and I love classic eggs benedict). All of their desserts are great as well so save some room! Service was very attentive and friendly. She made sure the mimosas kept coming. Perhaps the best part of Riverview is in fact the "view of the river". It's so relaxing to sip on a mimosa and watch the boats drift by. The sun sets are beautiful from this location. I highly recommend this restaurant for a romantic evening or Sunday brunch!
(5)Merl P.
Disappointed. I did not think to ask about the daily specials so I did not receive that Information. I ordered the prime rib and said I wanted it with some pink but not medium rare. It was totally medium and salted. Barely ok. Disappointing. I asked for garlic mashed instead of red bliss potatoes and got plain mashed that quite possibly were from a box. The accompanying corn was def from a can. The view was cool but overall this spot is not worth the price paid. I won't return.
(2)Valerie S.
I love the bloody Mary bar they have on Sundays. Very pretty views of the Halifax from the outside deck. Food is a little pricey but the bloody Mary bar is the best in town!
(4)Andrea K.
The view is worth a lot, sitting outside on the patio during sunset is so romantic! Had the Wasabi Mahi and the Strawberry & Brie Salad which were both outstanding. Their Grouper Special was average, so was the very sweet Mango Key Lime Pie. Pretty pricey but nice view.
(3)Linda B.
Sitting in Grille at RIverview on TG Evening in what us probably the worst table in the place behind a concrete pole. Hope the food is good cause the atmosphere is lousy. Waiter was very nice and made up for some of the bad restaurant vibes.
(2)Patti M.
I had a crab and shrimp dish that was rather meh and not worth the price. The risotto was clearly undercooked and goopy, having too much cheese in it. A friend had the roast chicken and enjoyed the dish but also thought it was rather pricey. The service was another matter. Our server was nothing short of awesome. It's too bad we couldn't say the same for the food.
(2)Mark H.
My group might have hit this place on an off nite. We saw a group of 34 being seated, so it might have thrown off the kitchen. In general, the service was bumpy and slow. The food was excellent, but the sides were not to temperature when the came out. There is a lot of effort to the food, but they need to step up their game a bit. I would go to McKenna's Sports Grill and Ocean's before hitting The Grill again.
(3)JW U.
nice view and OK food but not sure what all the fuss is about.
(3)Mary D.
Have gone here multiple times -- so that should say something. You just can't beat the location on the river. Of course, I love to be outside, so their outside seating would be a bonus. But outside on the water, with the view of boats, birds, etc., is even better. Was there one time for July 4 and got to watch fireworks over the river while dining -- incredible bonus! When I've been there, there has been a live band. You can sit closer to the band in the bar or not. The restaurant has an older, historic feel to it, which I really like. The indoor seating is more reflective of this -- dark wood floors and darker interior in general. The food was really nice. I like the Mahi sandwich grilled. Nice wine menu. Maybe a bit of a challenge with the service. They always seem to be busy and food is fairly slow to come out. But with a waterside setting, I don't mind waiting.
(4)John B.
Stopped in for lunch after walking around New Smyrna beach. We have been to several restaurants in the area and like to try new places. We were not disappointed with The Grille @ Riverview The Mahi Mahi sandwich was grilled nicely and the fish and chips had a nice lite batter and was very tasty. The portions we just right. Our waiter was very professional and knew the menu well. We will definitely be back.
(4)Samantha R.
The grille at riverview ! Excellent location, beautiful view of the river. If you arrive around sunset theres a good chance of seeing some dolphins an manatees! But you have to keep a sharp eye out for them. Staff was very friendly the moment I walked in to when I left! Foods delicious many soups an salads to choose from are server devin was excellent very polite always made sure we were taking care of. I would definitely recommend coming for lunch!!
(4)Sissy R.
Absolutely beautiful and a great atmosphere. Went to the Grill at River View for early bird and was very surprised at the portions for the price. The meal was outstanding and the service was impeccable very professional. The view was breath taking. i would highly recommend you all go and experience the food as well as the view. I had the prime rib and I must say it was the best i have ever had. The desserts are definitely home made and the turtle pie is a must for us chocolate lovers.
(5)Steve M.
The best Sunday brunch. The staff is friendly and efficient. Great water view. I've had Sunday brunch there many times and without exception the food and service have been excellent. If you want a nicer place and atmosphere, go here. The prices are modest too. I intend to try dinner on a Saturday night when they have live entertainment.
(5)Rafael S.
I would eat outside. The inside, although pretty rustic looking and full of character, smells a little dank. The menu is very good - salmon salad and sandwiches were really good.
(3)Jessica I.
We were wanting seafood for lunch, but our hosts wanted the opposite. Aimless driving and Yelp led us here, and it was pretty good. The place offered a pretty wide variety of dishes and we all found them tasty albeit unremarkable. Probably the best part were the desserts. The space is huge and a bit dated, but offers a wonderful view of the water. The server was good. Not a bad experience and an excellent waterfront option in New Smyrna Beach.

Oh where do I start? This is the 2nd time I have been. The first time was fine...nothing spectacular or bad as I don't remember the experience. We went on New Years Eve. We had a 5:30 reservation for 4. I understand things could get a little crazy on NYE but at 5:30? Nah. I should have known it was going to be a terrible experience when it took 15 minutes in line to even get acknowledged by the hostesses. It was very unorganized and the hostesses were all rude. When we got seated, we asked if we could move to the table right next to us or the other table next to that, up against the balcony (outside) and away from the center of the busy aisle. The table we were sat at was very small for 4 people and my chair was literally hanging out in the middle of the bustling aisle. The hostesses gave us a song and dance and finally said that were going to push that table and the table next to it together to make a 6 top. 20 minutes later, no 6 top. So I finally asked the waitress if there was a 6 top going there for sure. She said she would check. About 40 minutes into our evening, a hostess (good for her it was a different one) took a 4 top to the exact table we asked for and asked them if they wanted this table, or the other prime table. By this point, I was PISSED. I couldn't even try to enjoy the rest of my dinner after that. When the waitress came back, I said "so, no 6 top...?" And then she started on this little rant that the head hostess was stuck in her ways and she couldn't change anything and then she kept digging herself into a bigger hole by basically admitting she didn't even ask the hostess. The menu was special for NYE but that tidbit wasn't on the website. My dad had his entire meal planned out and then when he went to order, none of it was the same. We should have been told when we made reservations that there was a special menu...or least advertise it on the website. He was pretty disappointed. The appetizers were the best part of the meal. Moving on...dinner wasn't good. I ordered the lobster risotto and the lobster bisque. The risotto had zero flavor and the bisque was cold. My mom ordered the shellfish risotto...and again that was plain. My husband ordered the Potato Wasabi crusted Mahi. Sounds like it has lots of flavor...right? WRONG! The fish was dry and had no taste. Talk about disappointing. Our server was nice but I really felt like we were getting the short end of the stick. Our waters weren't refilled once (and with a bottle of wine and 6 Moscow Mule drinks we needed the water...) so after 2 hours there was 4 empty water glasses just sitting on the table. We hardly even saw our waitress. There was a 6 top to the left and right of us...and both of those parties came and after us and left before us. Those tables had different servers so it's not like our server was slammed by any means. I'm not sure if she was new or what the problem was...but she shouldn't have been on the floor on such a busy night. I was hoping that the manager would stop by and ask how everything was (like most managers do at nicer restaurants) so that I could politely tell him/her how disappointed I was with the seating arrangements, especially since when the hostesses asked my dad what the seating preference was he replied "best available." At no point during our 2 hour dinner did that happen. At the end, our bill was $230 before tip. For a meal that expensive, I felt like we were treated poorly and the food wasn't even close to being worth that much. I will make sure that nobody I know goes back there. Ever.

This is my favorite place for dinner and sunday brunch. The DIY bloody mary bars is well stocked with many choices. Great location and view. Update 3/25/13. 4 of us dined on Saturday night. As I have said before this is my favorite place. I need to comment on the Chateau Filet Napoleon my wife ordered. The so called potato crisps were very chewy? It took me awhile to figure out what they were. As best as I can tell they were shredded potato peels from making mash potatoes, the stuff you throw away. They were very bad and ruined the dish. I am still a fan, but I would not order that dish.
(4)Keith V.
Great lunch...the open face club sandwich was awesome! The patio dinning was also very relaxing and cool...temperature wise.
(5)Harpeth K.
Sat at the outside bar around 5 PM on a week day. Vinyl of seats at the bar were cracked and torn. The bar area is very worn and dirty Great view, reasonable prices on premium beer. First beer cheerfully served by a very sloppy looking bar tender. Shirt tail partially tucked, but mostly hanging. Female bar tender came on duty as I ordered second beer. She arrived with a carry out food container which she hid behind the counter. Every so often she would reach in and grab a mouth full. Mean while she was serving food, (one table occupied and I was the only person at the bar), drinks and clearing dirty dishes. She was fishing limes, etc out of the container with her fingers. Every so often she would scratch her butt and wipe her nose with her hand. She never washed her hands. WORSE: She was wrapping knives and forks into nice looking napkins. Forks were picked up by the tines and knives by the blades. Now I know how the viruses are spread. She disappeared about the time I wanted to pay my tab. I assumed a restroom break. I WONDER IF SHE WASHED HER HANDS. SOMEHOW I DOUBT IT.

An excellent experience from Hello to Key Lime Pie. This has become our go to spot for nice or celebratory dinners in the New Smyrna Beach area. Everyone in the party had the same Chilean Sea Bass with key lime sauce over creamy risotto and mixed veggies. Probably the best fish I've had all year. Perfectly cooked. Nicely presented. I added a glass of pino noir, and a caesar salad. All told, I took as much home with me as I ate. Which is a good thing, because the one thing this restaurant is not is inexpensive. Most entrees here are large enough to split, especially if you add a salad, and take advantage of the wonderful table bread, and 'dippin sauce', as my niece likes to call it. We try to make a dinner here every time we vacation in New Smyrna. Give it a try when you want something more upscale from the fish camps.
(5)Sally H.
We've tried this 3 times, 2 of which were disappointing, overlooked eggs Benedict for brunch an over cooked dry fish at dinner.
(2)Fred F.
Definitely my new place to go when I am in town. The menu was excellent, and the steak was awesome. The customer service was great, and our waiter was pleasant and friendly. They definitely have the best atmosphere and decor in town (if you are looking for upscale), but it is not so pretentious that you couldn't wear casual clothes. I came here with 4 adults and two small children, and was very happy with the overall experience. They even had a coupon for half price wine with two dinner purchases. P.S. Try the steak tartar!
(4)Christine B.
I was a little hesitant to eat at Riverview because of the negative reviews, but a friend was treating so I didn't want to turn it down. I was surprised at how great of an experience we had. Even though we were told we could not sit outside because they were booked with reservations, when we asked a second time the hostess made arrangements for us to sit at a table right on the water. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful when it came to questions on the menu. We started with shrimp cocktail and fried calamari. Both were delicious. The calamari was very tender and came with three yummy dipping sauces. I ordered the prime rib medium rare and it came out perfectly. Another friend order a filet and it was also delicious. Two others have food allergies and they were very accommodating. Both chose salmon and their food was also delicious. When you sit outside you are sitting next to a dock, so don't be surprised by boats, etc. You've got a beautiful view of the water though so who can complain?
(5)Ken H.
Had a very good time, good food and service. They had a great trio for entertainment . You could not want a better place for a special date or occasion.
(5)D S.
The below average service bothered me. First, the waiter asked if he could start us off with two bottles of wine. Obviously, he was looking to increase his tip right from the start. We said one bottle would do. The menu is not friendly for the fish allergic. I settled for the pork seasoned with ginger. Quite good. Later, we had to beg for a dessert menu. He got irritated that one of our party flagged him down, but he had been whizzing past our table without stopping to ask if we wanted dessert. They need to work on the service. Other than that, I'd say this is okay.
(3)Ekim E.
This place is great. I have been here twice in 4 weeks. The food is very good quality and cooked to perfection. Everyone is very nice and the veiw is WOW. It is hard to find a great place on the water.
(4)Steve G.
Get an outside table and enjoy the intracoastal view. The food here is always very good for breakfast or lunch. Never a bad experience here, recommend!
(4)Stuart W.
This place has a beautiful setting, but our food was unimaginative and disappointing. Our dinner salads were tasteless; the greens tasted more like soapy water. My wife works as a Foodie at Central Market in Austin so she knows a little about food. She had the Shrimp Scampi and she said that the garlic was not right, and she couldn't finish her meal. My blackened mahi-mahi was pretty good because the fish was fresh and cooked properly, but the bed of rice it was served over was bland, and the veggies weren't much better. Plus, the wine list was poor. Too bad because we were hoping for better from such a prime location.
(2)Dave A.
We were in NSB for a week and ended up going here twice. We sat at the outside bar both times, which has a nice view of the river (big surprise, given the name), and enjoyed talking with the other customers -- nice crowd. It was early December, so they had the bar closed up with plastic so it was comfortable, but you could walk out with your drink and enjoy the view. They have appetizer specials which make it a bit less expensive. The food was very good, and the drinks were not overly expensive. They had live music on the second night, which is one reason we came back.
(4)Matthew F.
I've been to Grille at Riverview for many special occasions and even Thanksgiving one year. The food is great and the view is definitely impressive. Sit outside, weather permitting. Once when I was there, they had live jazz so check for that.
(4)Ashley D.
My family and I recently went here for dessert one evening after having an earlier dinner at That's Amore (excellent, by the way!). We waited for over 10 minutes for the hostess to even return to her hostess stand, then upon finally arriving, she scoffed at the terrible inconvenience we must have been and told us that our wait would be ten minutes for a table. While we waited, she yacked on the phone, to who I can only customer calling, about how she would "have to go yell at the staff". Her name was Francine. I have no idea if she is part owner, or just a hostess on a power trip, but she needs a serious lesson in etiqutte. After being ignored, then hearing waitress after waitress approach the hostess stand to complain about being busy we finally left. Francine watched us stand and leave and made absolutely no effort to get us to stay or ask what the issue was. We landed at Atlantis Bistro where the service, dessert, and wine were all excellent. Pass on the Riverview unless you feel like enduring terrible customer service. I assure you, your money will be much more appreciated elsewhere.
