Forget Sushi-Thai Too, which has a trendy ambience, but doesn't taste nearly as good as Siam Thai & Sushi. Siam is cheaper, much less crowded, and the food is of a higher quality than Sushi-Thai Too. I always leave the latter with digestional issues, never the former (Siam).

The portions were kinda small. Or maybe i eat alot. Either way the flavor was good and id go back.

Forget any other place in Naples for sushi...This place blows them out of the water hands down. The gator roll is by far the greatest piece of art I've ever handled. The food is amazing, the service is great. Perfect sushi spot for anyone!

Good Thai food for white people. Too sweet for someone who eats Asian food regularly. Service was good and it is a nice place. Convenient if you are driving to Naples.

Let me preface my review with the fact that I don't eat sushi at Chinese or Thai restaurants. So I can't speak on how good their sushi is from personal experience. I do however judge a Thai restaurant on 1 dish. The Tom Kha soup. If they use the truest ingredients possible and you see these when ladled into your soup bowl, then I can imagine you don't skimp on ingredients in other dishes. Try their Tom Kha and then go to another Thai restaurant. You WILL see a difference. PS: I try not to write a review on one bad waiter experience or one bad food experience. I try to be fair wth my ratings. I've been coming here for some time, both waiters know what I want before I sit down and food comes out quick. So, I have not had the bad waitress experience several of the reviewers have had...BUT...none of us are above a bad day.

Incredible service, food and run by the most wonderful owners! Ordered Pad Thai, Basil Eggplant and Green Curry. All were delicious, reasonably priced and served in minutes! As a side note I left my priceless violin at the table (for the first time in my life!) and realized a half an hour after leaving. The owner stayed open for me, keeping the violin safe and upon returning it wouldn't accept a tip for his extraordinary honesty and goodwill. A wonderful restaurant from the food to the owners who run it!!

Best Thai restaurant in Naples. Go and try this place. Pad Thai is excellent. Owners and waitresses are super nice. Sushi is fresh. Great downtown naples location on 41.

There is no better sushi and thai in Naples, FL. Although we now live almost 3 hours away I still try to go there as much as possible. The men and women there at this family run cafe truly treat you like family. My boys are treated like royalty. The portions are filling and so good for the price. You just can't get a better deal ANYWHERE in Naples.

Walked in during lunch rush and was a little surprised to find an empty restaurant. Greeted and seated promptly, and given menus. My mind was already thinking of one particular dish and that was, pad Thai. See, I've only been living in Naples for less than a year and find myself constantly missing the culinary delights of back home. I have yet to find a pad Thai that will beat the one I treasure so. However, this place was great!! Excellent texture and sauce, may ask for regular spicy instead of medium next time. Yes, there will be a next time. So folks visiting Naples, give this place a try or two. I think you'll love it, if you're into the pretentious ambience of this city, this place isn't it. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because my Thai place back at home gave me a free spring roll with my soup. Oh, and that soup is delish!!

Tried three dishes and the only thing that really stood out (in a bad way unfortunately) was the amount of oil in the pad thai. It was so excessive that it managed to drown out just about all of the peanut flavor. Also, I ordered 4 out of 5 on the spicy scale and what I received tasted more like a 1 out of 5. The dumplings and the spicy tuna roll were both average, in both taste and appearance. The service was fantastic and the ambience was nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, the food has a ways to go.

Food portions are large in size but the flavor is really really heavy compared to most of the Thai food I have had other places. Also they served white rice with my Pad See Ew (a noodle dish). When I asked the waiter why, he said 'well this is how they do it in Naples' mmmkayyyy I looked over the back of my head to see the glaring neon sign reading 'has never eaten Thai food before', but somehow I missed it

I go to Siam Thai every time I am back in Naples (in fact I've just returned from my birthday meal there). It boasts the best (well, my favorite) pad thai I have ever had. Also my family gets a really sweet greeting from all of the staff whenever we're in. We love it.

Worst sushi I had DO NOT HAVE THE EEL ROLE. My mistake why have sushi at a Thai place? Their Lobster Pad Thai $25 wasn't too bad.

Best Thai food in Naples. This is a family run business and the owners are always on site, and very friendly. I am shocked at some of the negative reviews on here because the food is above average for sure. Everything is made fresh. The soups are awesome. The lunch specials are great and the shrimp in a blanket for an appetizer is awesome.

The current reviews for this place are pretty much spot on. My wife and I ate dinner here as it is very close to where we live. We were really hoping we would love it do it's convenient location. We ordered pork dumplings which were completely average. The shrimp appetizer was also very average (very little flavor in both dishes). For an entree, we ordered the red curry chicken. I would say this was slightly better than average. Overall, I am neither down nor up on this place. If you simply want to eat Thai, I imagine you will be ok with eating here. If you are looking for really good food or an exciting atmosphere, I would not recommend this place.

My wife is Thai, and Siam Thai is probably her favorite Thai restaurant in Naples. Although we don't often go out for Thai food, when we do, this is usually where she wants to go. Located close to downtown on the east side of US 41, Siam Thai is a cozy and dimly-lit place that's larger than it appears. Its decor is not quite what you'd expect -- the chairs in particular are like big, comfy, caster-equipped Barcaloungers -- but it provides a quiet and suitably romantic place to dine on some truly great Thai food while you watch the expensive Neapolitan cars cruise past the large front windows. In addition to a vast array of Thai food, there's also sushi available. And it's actually really good sushi -- I usually have some when we stop in, and there are some creative rolls available that feature a variety of fresh fish. The sashimi is also excellent, high quality and fresh every time. All of the Thai dishes that we've tried have been delicious. The Yum Woon Sen in particular is great; it's like a noodle salad served over lettuce with minced pork and cashew nuts. One thing I'd recommend you stay away from, though, is the miso soup -- it's made in a pseudo-Thai style and I didn't find it all that tasty. The staff is always super friendly and chats with my wife in Thai when we stop in. They're really nice folks. This place doesn't have the glitz and glamor of Sushi-Thai (which is another very good local Thai place, actually), but my wife and I prefer the quiet atmosphere and the family-like waitstaff of Siam Thai. Give them a try if you're in the area.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! I'm originally from the D.C. area and it can be tough to find authentic ethnic food in Naples....the food is excellent here. The staff is super friendly, and very accomodating; as one other reviewer mentioned, they will customize your order (and probably remember it exactly the next time you come in as mine did!) My husband and I love the spicy tuna rolls and the red thai curry chicken is incredible, as are the soups and pretty much everything I've tried there. It's also reasonably priced and a very quiet, pleasant atmosphere. Me likey alot!!!

The sushi here was great. It was priced well and you get a huge portion. I was surprised by the size. There are lots of specialty rolls too. The pad thai was very good too. It isn't fancy but a best kept secret of naples.

Incredibly disappointed, especially considering the reviews listed here. Our service was terrible. Our waitress actually snapped at us and mouthed "wait a minute" (after several attempts to flag her down.) Its difficult to refer to her as a waitress as her performance was that of a slightly more talkative bus-boy with a grudge. The place was only half full, but it still took over 10 minutes between being seated and even making eye contact with a member of the staff. And once our waitress did eventually make her way to our table we were greeted with a "Did you figure out what you want?" Both dishes (one massaman curry, the other tom kha soup) were both incredibly salty. Outback Steakhouse salty. While we've had Thai food many times, it was our first time trying tom kha. We asked our lovely waitress if there's something we're missing about the eating style (it was so salty! should we eat it with rice? do you just eat the meat, or drink the broth like a standard soup?). The response was an interesting one. First she kept her distance, appearing as if she didn't have time to deal with our question. Then, after realizing she couldn't figure out what we were asking, she gave out a audible sigh, rolled her eyes (!!!) and stomped her way over before saying "yeah you just eat it." I feel as though our experience there would have been better if we had a different waitress (the other employee was a beaming ray of sun shine, smiling at all her tables.) However, we did have that waitress and she treated us like garbage. For that reason I will not return to the restaurant and I advise you to look elsewhere for Thai and sushi; there are SEVERAL places in the area that better options. Food by itself is between 2 and 3 stars. Service from that monster: almost makes me want to create more yelp accounts just to lower their rating.

Not the best Thai food I've ever had but pretty darn good! Service was fantastic and with a big smile.

I've eaten lunch here twice and have had good service each time. I really liked the tofu massaman curry. I've had it twice in a row. My colleague had the pad thai and really liked it.

We eat at Siam often. The food is very fresh and well prepared. Our favorite dish is the massaman curry and the red curry. We enjoyed the pad Thai as well but its a little on the sweet side. The staff always has big smiles and they remember our names.

Excellent family run business! Enjoy everything on this menu.

Siam Thai is one of the undiscovered gems of Naples. It is reasonably priced, and the food is authentic and flavorful. Some of our favorites are the Kee Mao, Masaman Curry, Chicken Satay, Mango Sticky Rice (a MUST try desert if you have never had it). We frequent this restaurant about once a week. Don't be afraid to ask the waitresses for custom requests - they are very friendly and accommodating. Our waitress knows us by name and always knows what we want to order as soon as we get in. This restaurant really deserves more attention. Their only fault is that the parking is in the back of the building, which perhaps is why not many people notice it. It's not flashy, or overstated, but we have traveled the U.S. and looked for great thai food all over and this is still one of our favorite places.

Went for dinner because my dad was craving the Panang Curry which we both ended up ordering. I've had tons of Thai food it my life and this was one of not only the best Thai dishes I've ever had, but maybe one of the best overall dishes I've ever had. I could eat this Panang every day all day. It is amazing. It's sweet, it's spicy, it's just perfect. We also shared a volcano roll which was very flavorful. Our server was really nice but a little slow with the water refills. Decent price for a good portion. I eat quite a bit and after half a sushi roll and 80% of my Panang I was stuffed. Definitely recommend to anyone who loves some amazingly flavorful curry.

Very good Thai food the wife likes her food extra hot and they make it hot if you want

Go with Thai food and don't order the sushi. The sushi rice was not good. The sushi rice on the hong kong roll was served warm, lacked vinegar, and was mushy. Bleh! Sushi rice, even on rolls, is supposed be served cold, firm (but not al dente), and with a touch of vinegar mixed in. It is my experience that Japanese, Korean and Mexican (yes, many are well trained and experienced) sushi chefs make sushi rice correctly. The others, not so much. The thai food, however, was delicious. I usually hate coconut curry as I find the coconut taste to be overpowering. I don't know how they cooked the wife's coconut curry entree but the coconut taste was subtle. I was able to eat a few bites of her dish. My spicy thai fried rice was also tasty. But the star of the night was the tom yum soup. Unquestionably, the best clear tom yum soup I've evar had. Most places kill the soup with too much cilantro, parsley, and hot chili oil. Here, they add just the right amount of herbs and spices. The soup here also had a good amount of depth. Tom yum soup at most thai restaurants lack depth and often taste like dishwater. Not here though. Definitely order the tom yum soup. The ambiance/decor reminds me of '60s/'70s polynesian/tiki hut/pupu platter Chinese restaurant. That was fine with us. It gives the place some character and charm.
