It was busy but was able to come in without a reservation. My waiter was kind and nice but the best part was my bartender her name was charity and she made the best peach mango lemonade . I'll be back for more.

Ate late lunch in here about August 7th. Had some obnoxious high school flunkie girl working the bar; totally homely and money grubbing. There was 4 people at the bar. One of them was the manager. I actually ran out of the place...I would never go back to eat or drink again.

Our waitress didn't understand English. We ordered a strawberry daiquiri and Captain and coke. She sent another waitress to ask what we wanted because she didn't understand. We told the second server again what we wanted. She then sent a third waitress to ask who finally understood completely. We do not speak too quietly or with any accent so it shouldn't have been an issue. They messed up orders all around us. What a disaster. One lady had her food come out wrong 4 times before a manager came over. Two stars only because the food was good.

I had the worst service ever when I visited today. This is in no real order, just sharing a bad experience... 1) The waitress was rude and slow. She had three tables(including ours) and a lot more attentive and pleasant to her other tables than she was to ours. And I know I'm not exaggerating because I watched her check on the same table SIX times and not once did she ask if we needed refills, napkins, ketchup, or anything else. 2) The girl who bought out my guest's food after it was packed.. rude. She threw our food on the table, said, "Here you go," and walked away. 3) I ordered a buffalo chicken burger. It was the tiniest piece of chicken on a chicken sandwich that I'd ever seen. Seriously. Open your hand. The chicken breast was 75 percent of the size of the palm of your hand. 4) The unsweetened tea was horrible. Like they made the sweet tea and used the same tea bag/leaves to brew the unsweet. The sweet tea wasn't all that great either. 5) It took what seemed like forever to get our check. We had our entire order ready to go before we got our check. To be completely honest, had I not been with my mother, I would've walked out with the food and not even paid. That's how terrible it was. No wonder the parking lot of this place is always empty. It's terrible.

Went in for lunch one day and enjoyed the meal. Had a salad which was huge and hubby had a burger which he said was really good. Our server seemed really new and didn't know the menu very well but service was fairly attentive at least. Would go back. Look for coupons in the paper all the time.

Only tried it because I had a $10 off coupon. A notch higher than Applebees overall. Good healthy choices, brown rice, grilled asparagus (tasty but were as skinny as noodles, no joke), salad bar price lowered to $2.99 but main dishes around $15. Fish was good, specials on $5 cocktails and beer on tap (too cheap to buy either of them). They are trying ... bless them, something just isn't sitting right, can't put my finger on it. The decor is nice and adult like, some table cloths even... Staff friendly.... hmmm I got it! They need to decide what they are. EL Cheapo diner or fine cuisine. They're stuck between Mel's Diner and Roy's. But the food is closer to Mel's. Sorry, not returning, even with another coupon.

My boyfriend and I both ordered the salad bar - Half way through my second helping of salad I noticed the mushrooms were caked with dirt and that's when I stopped eating. None of the produce must have been washed because I got sick within 30 minutes and had to race home. Not just hurry, I mean RACE, and we live five minutes away. An hour later my boyfriend got the same symptoms. Drinks were good, and the server was nice, but the terrifying gastrointestinal aftermath makes it a no-go.

It's a typical Ruby Tuesday's, need I say more. While restaurants up and down 41 have packed parking lots, this one is only half-filled. The food is not bad, just nothing really special. If it were less expensive it would probably be packed.

Love the buffalo chicken burgers here and my wife loves the chicken parmesan. This particular restaurant was great to eat at...the staff was extremely nice and on the ball...when my drink was low the waitress had me a new one promptly and they made sure we were happy with our food. Would definitely stop here again.

I have been there twice and had steaks both times. I must say I was expecting the usual type of steak that you would get for $12 but I was genuinely surprised both times. The steaks cut like butter and melted in my mouth. They come with the free salad bar which is pretty good. and a choice of a side. First time I had mashed potatoes and the second mashed cauliflower. Both times I found the staff to be quick and efficient as well as friendly. I did try the carrot cake muffins for desert and found them dry hence the star deduction. Overall when i get in the mood for a steak I wouldn't hesitate coming back.

Pretty decent and diverse menu. I ordered ribs and couldnt finish the huge, full slab. They brought a take-out box. aha. Ruby Tuesday's embosses these black boxes with their monogram. Very Naples. RT is angling for the locals' attention, and is getting it with year round coupons. RT puts their marketing money where their customer's mouth is because it isn't cheap to 1) campaign all year this way, or 2) offer discounted meals even in high season. So I joined the pack of carnivorous dogs and pulled a two-for-one entree coupon ouf of the middle of a Better Homes & Garden magazine the last time I was at the dentist's office. You can get crayfish-sized lobster and great veggie burgers at lunch here, too, in case red meat isn't appealing to you. One weird point: the vegetable sides are really fresh and well prepared. But the mashed potatoes are out of a box. When we commented on this, the waiter quickly offered another version of (real) potato. RT's busted, but genteel.
