Great food and service. Excellent homemade BBQ sauces. (Sweet is the best!) The chicken was great as were the sides. A nice cold beer and a waitress with a smile. I love rib city.

Really not that good. I will not go back! Everyone likes their ribs a different way, I just like good quality.....these are not. The ribs felt really generic, if there is such a thing as generic ribs. The ribs were small and didn't have much meat on them at all. The bbq sauce was a bit burned in certain areas, but just seamed to lack good flavor. Famous Dave's is much better.....even the ribs from Costco are better.

I was staying with a family here in Naples. They ordered rib city for a large group (20+) and it was phenomenal. Now, I did not order or pay for the food so, I can only address its quality. I tried pulled pork, beef ribs, pork ribs, baked beans, Texas toast, coleslaw, and chicken fingers. All were fantastic. I've had Texas, North Carolina, Owensboro, and Kansas City BBQ. This was as good as any of those.

Vegetarian side dishes but nothing more. It would be so easy to have fake meat here, owners are you reading? You could double your business esp being in the north side of Naples. Fast., lots of meat if you are into it. Good prices. Get ready for sticky tables, menus, condiments. Many choice of BBQ on the table. TIP: Wednesdays is 25cent BEER. YEP, you read it here!

Back to Bonita Springs for another winter and Rib City was our first stop. We got our usual 1/2 slab, fries & Coleslaw. The ribs are still the best - we just love them. Wednesday is still 50 cent beer night (after 4 PM). We expect to be regulars as long as we are in town.

Great casual BBQ joint. The baby back ribs are delicious (only $14.99 for a full rack with two sides on Sundays) and the BBQ sauces are some of the best I've ever had (especially the sweet BBQ sauce the tangy BBQ sauce). The onion rings were good, especially when dipped in the BBQ sauces. The baked beans, Texas toast and corn on the cob that accompanied the ribs were all delicious. We also got the pork skyscraper sandwich, which was amazing (although I would suggest adding BBQ sauce to it). We had gotten food to go from here prior to actually dining in the restaurant and I would highly suggest axing the to go route and going in the restaurant to eat (fresher is always better, especially when it comes to BBQ).

Rib City, I actually was not aware that this was a chain or franchise till after I visited it for the first time. I had the 1/4 chicken and 1/2 rack of ribs meal. I must say it wasn't very good. My chicken was not even warm I'd say it was almost cold and it didn't have much taste to it. As for the ribs, It did not seem like a half rack it seemed much smaller then what i expected. They where however tender and tasty. My coleslaw was some of the worst I've ever had and my fries where average. My Texas toast was sub par. My friend did not enjoy his plate either, to say the least. The place was also fairly dirty. I will never be returning. 2 stars for good ribs and fast service.

These guys are serious jerks. This review will probably do no good since it is a popular place. But I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I was dining alone and asked for a table. I literally sat in front of the desk waiting and was told 20 minutes. After 30 I got up to ask what was going on and I saw their list and my name had been crossed off and about 8 tables had been seated after my name. They had the nerve to say I must have not heard them call my name. I was sitting right there! They never called it. They did seat me and I did get waited on but this was blatant lying and I must admit I'm pissed about it. I will never come back again and I definitely do not recommend this to single diners!

There is noting really fancy about this place. The wait staff is good. The BBQ is just decent. About on par with Michelbob's. Their Baby Back Ribs are much better than their St. Louis style. The pulled pork and brisket are served without sauce added. If your just looking to get baby back ribs I think your better off going to Longhorn or even Chili's who both do a better job in my book for about the same coin.

Food was your usual bbq fare and was decent, though they don't serve potato salad which I feel is a bbq staple..the buffalo shrimp app wasn't great and was obviously frozen shrimp. The service needs work.

Food and service is always good. I love going here for lunch. Servers are always nice and food quality is rich. Value is there. Lunch specials give you a lot of food and you will be stuffed. Get the beans And franks add cheese. Get the cheeseburger the sloppy joe and of course the ribs! Even the homemade pecan pie is amazing!! Sweet tea is probably the best sweet in town.

Some of the best BBQ I've had in my life. Prices could be a little better but this place is worth it. Excellent service. I always judge a place by the crowd it draws. This place does a great lunch trade with average working guys, the type of people that definitely know good barbeque.

Very laid back atmosphere with great food! Had a filling dinner here last night, five of us ate for $45, not bad. Large portions. Service is excellent. Hubby loved the pulled pork sandwich! Try the sweet potato fries. Beer is available. I am not a rib eater so I can't comment on these but LOTS of folks around us were eating them! Stop in for some great BBQ. :o)
