This location is always busy and has been here for over 20 years. They are still serving great food. The floor is clean, average noise, booths are a little tight for four people, though. Menu has a lot of choices, daily specials and big portions. The server was very nice, but was weeded for about 10 minutes we didn't see her to order. But, she really made up for it afterwards by checking on us, kept the drinks full and friendly. I'll be back again soon.

Restaurant is clean. Ice cream, lobster, shrimp are good. Soup is too salty.

This place can have serious wait times. I like going here for lunch to get a bowl of clam chowder. They have changed the way they prepare the Walt's Shrimp and it doesn't taste very good to me. That was one of my go to menu items so they loose a star for that.

I had the Tuesday pick three shrimp combo. Delicious. I got the shrimp scampi, coconut bites (spicy), and fried shrimp. Our waitress was very friendly and she even bagged us extra biscuits up to take home. Awesome staff. Very clean. A+

What you usually get from a Red Lobster. Not the best seafood but for the price its not to bad...love the biscuits! Wait time was horrible!

Okay, not the best seafood, but good service and great cheddar biscuits! Just had the fish & chips for lunch... The haddock was really good, the homemade chips could have been cooked a little more. I don't know if it was just today, but they were extremely salty. I love salt, but the guy on chips loves it more.

Seafood, love it! We got a dinner with friends and this was our first time at an Red Lobster. Our friends advised the Ultimate Feast and that was awesome! But because it is a lot of seafood, a lot of it will be cold before you can eat it.

A large chain store. Food was ok, but very, very greasy. Waiter was slow to wait on us. IMO there are much better seafood restaurants in the Naples area to eat at. Only plus, it was not busy. There are a lot of great seafood places in Naples. You don't need to eat at a chain in FL for good seafood. Try Alberto's on Fifth Ave, Truluck's, Bistro 821, etc.

After years of avoidance, finally gave into having lobster, (I feel so guilty supporting those poor things locked up in the tanks) well.... it was horrible. I ordered from the new special menu, trio with veggie, shrimp scampi and shrimp on skewer. Arrived with black specs all over, turned out it was peppered like a steak. Could not taste the lobster at all, so much seasoning. THIS WAS NOT mentioned in the menu. The rest was warm. Great baked potato as usual. Tried cole slaw for the first time, due to them canceling my French dressing, it was pretty tasty. The place was sooooo cold, even my hubby had to return to the car and get a jacket! AND after we requested to sit away from another family, what happens? After that family leaves, they seat another one right next to us, while the rest of the restaurant was EMPTY. WHY DO THEY ALWAYS DO THIS? It wasn't even the same server. Server was nice but did not return to ask how the food was. Started getting busy by this time. NO MANAGER in sight of course. :( I use to love this place.... ah well.... things change, even with coupons..... not sure I will return.

Never a bad experience. Well, once or twice the service was slow, but I don't really care as long as the good is fresh and tasty. I'm not a big fan of lobster, but I have heard some complaints in the past about it being over cooked. I love the shrimp or crab scampi!!
